全部良かった！完璧だった旅館は国内外でみても緑水亭だけです。 間違いなくこれなら滋賀行った時は緑水亭に泊まります。 外観、立地、ロビー、受付、対応、温泉、サウナ、廊下や通路の清潔感、スタッフの心地良さ、スタッフの笑顔、スタッフが明るく話しかけてくれるところ、お迎えから見送りの方もほんといい笑顔、部屋の清潔感からドライヤーやシャワーがブランド使用で髪に優しかったこと、部屋からの露天風呂、静かさ、お風呂の後の飲んで休めるスペース、お風呂にカギ付きのロッカー、バスタオルやタオルがお風呂に常備してあること（ほとんど部屋に2枚しか無くてそれを持って行くところが多い）、夜のありえないほど豪華で美味しい料理、近江牛、朝の大量で完璧なビュッフェ、金額。どれを見ても世界一の旅館だったと思います。毎年行きます。

有りません。強いて言うなら、ふとんが羽毛で暑かったところくらいですけど、押し入れから薄いのをだしたので大丈夫でした。他の2人は薄い布団だったので出し間違えたのかな？それくらいです。

Everything, the staff were so accommodating, patient with us and my broken Japanese and understanding to make sure our visit was amazing. Food was fantastic and top notch! Enjoyed the whole experience. We'll be back for sure!

It's hard to pick something for here, but the only downside was there is t a huge amount of room for our suitcases, which to be fair, we're pretty big. We managed to work around that though and I'm really just nitpicking here. You should book here 😂

The room is clean and the public bath is very nice . It would be better if male public bath could be swapped with that of female on the following day. The meals, dinner and breakfast, are delicious and I was surprised and delighted to have seafood barbecue as breakfast.

因为是孩子的百天旅行，特意选了一家对孩子非常友好的酒店，酒店还特意给升级了一个宽敞的房间，非常开心。早餐很好吃，居然还有烤海鲜，还在餐桌旁准备了婴儿床，真的很贴心。另外温泉的地方还有景色很好的休息区，提供免费的饮料和冰棒。

我觉得非常好，服务也非常棒，没有特别需要改进的地方。

The breakfast was great, with a wide variety of food that was all delicious—especially the grilled seafood. In addition, the night-shift front desk staff kindly helped me figure out what scent was being used in the lobby so I could purchase some during my stay in Japan. I really appreciated their help!

While the dinner was very authentic to the local cuisine, it might not suit all international tourists. Offering a wider variety of options would be a great improvement. Desserts were amazing!

無料で飲み物アイスが提供されている。夕食の牛肉が美味しかった。蛸ご飯をお代りできて嬉しかった。朝食の魚の干物が美味しかった。焼きたてを食べられるのが良い。風呂は綺麗で混雑しておらず貸切状態だった。給仕さんの愛想が良かった。

足湯を楽しめるが、今の時期は外が暑過ぎて、足湯に座る気がしなかった。この時期は海よりは山の方が涼しいのかな。

無料のアイスやコーヒー&ジュースなどありがたいです 夕食も美味しかったですが、朝食の干物食べ放題が最高でした！しかも、美味しかったです！

A bit far from Kyoto city but ok with us. The private balcony onsen is very convenient, the environment and interior decorations make you more relaxed and felt comfortable, the room is spacious, food quality and choices of breakfast and dinner are great, staffs are very polite and helpful, will stay again!

La cena era di qualità, gli ingredienti erano visibilmente freschi e ricchi in quantità. La colazione era a buffet con opzioni sia occidentali (anche se limitate) che tipiche giapponesi. La stanza è molto grande, i letti comodi ed è fornita di ogni necessità (anche macchinetta del caffè con caffè macinato).

Il bagno con vasca in camera ha la finestra che non si può aprire (solo un minuscolo spiraglio insufficiente), e la vasca è molto calda quindi avevamo tutti i vetri appannati e non si respirava dall'umidità. Dal sito ufficiale avevamo capito che la prenotazione includesse la colazione con cesto fornito direttamente in camera, ma una volta sul posto ci hanno detto che era solo a buffet in una delle sale della struttura. Costo elevato. L'onsen pubblico mi è sembrato più piccolo rispetto a strutture più economiche e senza particolarità che giustificassero il prezzo.

패밀리 vip룸에서 하루 묶었습니다. 저희를 환대해줬던 후키(Fuki)상을 칭찬하고 싶어요. 처음부터 체크아웃할때까지 웃으며 많은 배려를 해주었습니다. 호텔은 흠잡을 곳없이 깨끗하고 좋은 뷰를 가졌습니다. 가족탕이 4식구 같이 들어가기엔 조금 작지만 수질 관리도 잘 되어있고 수온도 온천을 즐기기에 적절했습니다. 저녁과 조식이 별로 라는 후기도 있었는데 저희 가족은 전통 일식을 매우 즐겼습니다. 다음번에 교토 갈 기회가 있으면 또 들리고 싶네요. :)

夕食を担当してくれたお姉さんがフレンドリーで楽しかった。一人旅でしたので癒されました。

飯店位置離湖近，風景漂亮。溫泉很棒，晚餐好吃。早餐有現烤的生魚新鮮好吃。

Quiet and good view of Lake Biwa.

The air con in the room doesn’t seem to be working well. Quite hot despite setting it to 18 degree Celsius. Not the best option for family with baby.

Tout était parfait ! L'accueil, chaque attention pour vivre vraiment un moment à deux. L'onsen public est très sympa. La nourriture, un délice, on ne s'attendait pas à un repas aussi complet. Le petit-déjeuner de même. La navette en plus pour nous ramener à la gare. Ce fût une réussite complète de a à z. Merci.

整体環境很舒適，早晚歺很好！

浸漫泉后有一個休息间，有飲品及冰棒，但若能加一点小零食會更好！

食事のクオリティーが高く、どの食材も味付けも大変美味しくいただきました。 夕食の配膳スタッフのサービス、説明も行き届いていて心地よかったです。 テラス、ガーデンも綺麗で、お風呂も快適でゆったりと過ごせました ありがとうございました。

Onsen on the balcony was beautiful, public onsen is very nice too. Breakfast is plenty with many options to choose. You have your on charcoal grill on the table!

Great and cozy

The onsen was spacious and clean. Enjoyed the barrel sauna. The breakfast buffet was so extensive! However if you are looking for an American style breakfast, this isn't going to meet your needs. The on-site souvenir shop was so well priced with such great variety. The two women working there were so kind. The happy hour is a nice touch as well. We paid to have the shabuShabu dinner and it didnt disappoint. Absolutely amazing.

The bathroom! It is so tiny that the sink overhangs the bathtub. I don't understand why it was made this way. The toilet is also one of the worst toilets we have experienced in Japan

Ci eravamo stati già due anni fa x cui sapevamo cosa aspettarci. Bella struttura, accogliente, pulitissima, staff gentile, abbiamo persino trovato una ragazza alla reception che parlava italiano perfettamente avendo soggiornato a Perugia. Tutto sommato un buon albergo ideale x rilassarsi.

Siamo rimasti un pochino delusi dalle due cene che avevamo prenotato ricordandoci quanto avuto due anni or sono. Devo dire che non è stato altrettanto godibile. Tutto piuttosto insipido e le cose che dovevano essere calde sono arrivate fredde (tempura) comunque la presentazione era degna di nota

服務非常親切，餐點非常好吃，房間非常整潔乾淨，員工對旅館的熱情也可看出這是一間好的旅館。

各方面都非常滿意，希望有機會再去住

Everything. Service, food, quality There was no fault with Hotel. Just a pleasant accommodation.

Room smell. Horrible Was put in room 205. Noticed a horrible odour straight away. Asked to change room. They put me in 203. Which initially didn't have a smell, but then after moving over to the room, the same odour was present again. I have stayed in this hotel before in 2025, and had a marvellous stay, thats why I choose to stay here again. Unfortunately, next year, I will be looking elsewhere.

The views were very nice, the room we had was very nice - we enjoyed the amenities

The screaming children - happy hour was not great regarding quality of alcohol. The Kaiseki dinner was not worth it, far from everything.

The facilities were amazing, an in room onsen and a big outdoor one as well. Was amazing all around.

My only complaint is that since we landed in Tokyo, going all the way up to the onsen from there was pretty expensive.

食事が朝も夜も美味しかったです。食事の内容、半個室の施設、ドリンクフリータイムも体験でき満足でした。

2人部屋に三人になり、エキストラベッド（直式布団）でほとんどスペースがなくなった。ツインベッドの横に設置されているソファに寝るほうがよかったのでは？ベットタイプのソファもあるので。 ここだけが、残念なところでした。その他は、満足でしたので。

Nice location with a great view. I had a great experience of what a ryokan offers. They had free happy hour and private Onsen options available.

אהבנו את החדר המרווח, היחס של הצוות, הכיבוד בין לבין הארוחות, וכמובן האונסן הפרטי בחדר היה מפנק מאוד עם נוף יפיפה, מבחינה זו היה מקסים.

בעיקר התאכזבנו מהארוחות, אנחנו צמחונים, ולקחנו בערב את ארוחת הערב המסורתית שהייתה יפיפה ומרתקת להתנסות, אבל מבחינת הטעמים, פחות התחברנו. אמנם לא התחרטנו שלקחנו אותה כי כל הטקסיות וההגשה הייתה מהממת, אבל לא ממש שבענו מהארוחה כי לא כל כך התחברנו לטעמים... גם בארוחת הערב וגם בארוחת הבוקר. אולי כדאי לשלב גם אופציות אלטרנטיביות שיותר קולעות לטעמים פופולריים גם של מערביים. כמו למשל סושי צמחוני משובח או מנות ווק או ראמן צמחוני.

We loved the room and the products and the private bath. The staff were amazingly polite and helpful, and tried very hard to make our stay perfect. We really appreciate the staff. The food was very high quality with a good variety of options available.

One small thing and one kind of bigger thing: 1. The free wine and snacks at happy hour were great and very much appreciated. We were surprised that only the beer was not free and wondered why this was so. But it wasn’t a big thing. 2. The ventilation in the breakfast and dinner restaurant is poor, and the fish being grilled at tables at breakfast, especially, created too much smell and smoke, and we all had to take quick baths and wash our hair (again) after breakfast.

Located about 30 minutes away from busy Kyoto. Happy hours provide unlimited drinks and snacks. Free drink at the book room also. Open-air onsen inside the room. The dinner and breakfast are excellent. The staff are very friendly and able to speak English. Free shuttle bus from the train station.

Unfortunately sunrise was blocked by the building. Maybe a different month would be different. No shop or restaurant around the property. Take us 30 minutes to find the phone to call the hotel for the shuttle bus. It is actually just a small black color flip handphone stick at the poster.
