La ubicación, fantástica, lástima que ni encajara con el resto del hotel

El acceso, había que coger 2 ascensores. Las instalaciones, llegamos y teníamos el secador roto y el grifo que se atascó, a pesar de que nos lo arreglaron rápido, son pequeños detalles que se deben revisar antes de la llegada de los huéspedes; el aire para enfriar tardaba bastante. La hora de entrada, a las 15h, a nuestro parecer demasiado tarde, teniendo en cuenta que la hora de salida es a las 10h y si salías más tarde, te cobran 15£, y si les pedías que te adelantasen la hora de entrada, te la rechazaban sin motivo alguno.

Lo complicado que fue caminar y llevar hasta la planta 2. Sin señalizar. Creo que cuando llegas al.1 debería indicar mejor por donde acceder para llegar al.2o

Rooms are just what you expect for the price. Spotless. Really clean.. Bathroom, perfect. They were faultless.. Staff were so nice.. Will stay there again.

Room needed painting

The room was large surprisingly large. Window looked out onto the mall. It was in a pedestrian mall in the city, but not the busy mall. It was a short less htan 5 minute walk to the Cavern Club. Transport around. Maybe 10 minute walk to the Mersey and a further 5 to ten minutes to the Beatles museum on the docks. The room was clean and beds were ok too.

Finding the place when we were driving in was hard. I didn't realise it was in the pedestrian part of the street so the gps got a little confused. Take note of the parking station they recommend and drive straight there, then it's about a 5 minute walk to the hotel.

Ottimo albergo per una notte a Liverpool, posizione centralissima e personale gentile e disponibile.

muy bien situado, el personal de recepción también muy atentos en todo lo que pedimos y nos ayudaron.

la habitación es verdad que, siendo igual a la descripción, resultaba muy pequeña. El edificio también es un poco laberinto y para acceder a la habituación habia que coger dos ascensores diferentes y 6-7 pasillos / puertas.

I had low expectations of this hotel considering the price that we paid for it but I was pleasantly surprised as to how comfortable and clean this hotel was. The bathroom in particular appeared to be newly refurbished and was completed to a high standard and the shower was fantastic.

Finding the room was a challenge because of the way the hotel is laid out but it is clearly signposted and as long as you follow these signs, you'll get where you need to be.

Friendly welcoming staff greeted us with a warm smile, had a lovely chat whilst booking in ! The room more than met expectations, bright and spotlessly clean with a fab shower and comfy beds… and the location was fantastic, we will definitely be back!👏

The one and only minor criticism ( if you can call it that) was that the window in the room didn’t open on what was a warm night…

Unfortunately I didn’t sleep in the hotel because they told me the only room they chose for me is in the third floor with no lift and no help, so I didn’t sleep in the hotel. I requested for different room but the staff were very rude.

The staff. Receptionist on arrival long dreadlocks, super rude!! Attitude I’ve never ever seen before in any hotel, sat rolling tobacco on the desk & didn’t believe our electrics didn’t work finally issued a new room wouldn’t explain where it was

Hotel right in middle of bars and restaurants. Room adequate for the price..I would definitely stay again.

Lo que mas me gustó fue las camas, la ubicación y el agradable aromaque habia al ingresar.

Lo que no me gustó es que en cuanto llegamos, nos informaron que, por estar alojando por 10 noches, tendríamos aseo cada tres días, lo cual, si no fue porque nosotros insistimos, no nos hubiesen hecho el aseo como lo ofrecieron. El aseo es extremadamente básico y ultra necesario.

It was quite funny. We had probably the room that was furthest away from the reception imaginable (2-3 minute walk) up stairs… down stairs, round corners and bends. It was as quirky as it was “negative” / added to its charm. There was however, a second entrance / exit right near our room that we only became aware of midway through our trip by chance. Would be good for the reception to advise on the second entrance on arrival

It is a lovely location with cafes restaurant's and bars on the same street. Really close to the town centre and a short walk to the docks.very quite after 11pm.

Really don't think anything could have been better.

En handdusch vill vi kvinnor ha! Ingenstans att hänga kläder eller handdukar eller något överhuvudtaget. Fyra galgar på två personer och ingen garderob. Inga nattlampor vid sängen, man fick ha taklamporna på. Ganska knöliga sängar och kuddar! Vi gick i a f byta rum eftersom det var en stor apparat med ett konstant oljud.

It was all good very friendly staff but room with no wi indows is not a good idea no real air no natural light

Last min booking on the way home from the lakes, and so glad we booked Tune. Staff were great, there was a lady who's name i didn't get that helped us with a late check out, she was super nice. Room was spacious, comfortable beds, and a really nice shower. Location was also great.

Only feedback I can give is the frosted door on the bathroom 🤣

No tea and coffee facilities in the room, sold downstairs in the arrival entrance which is not conducive to having your morning brew. Room was quite small but adequate for two nights stay.

My parents stayed here, and they said that the staff were incredibly, really helpful and pleasant and they will defo be back 😊

The bed was good but the fire alarm whet off at 02.20 for 20 minutes and work me up

My room was extremely clean and up to date. Shower brilliant 👏 Very quiet 🤫 had the best nights sleep. Corridors are amaze but have faith in the wall signs they do lead you to the right room lol Definitely will use again.

Finding the nearest car park was tricky as im not familiar with the area. NCP cost £10 discounted rate and not too far from the hotel.

Our first room didn’t have windows and felt claustrophobic but the staff were amazing and changed our room. Our second room the air con started dripping about 5/5:30am and woke us up so we had turn the air con off which was very uncomfortable.

Perfect location, especially for the Cavern. Great price. Very clean and the bathroom seemed brand new. Great shower. Very helpful friendly staff. Fabulous for a short city break.

Could have done with tea making facilities in the room for a morning drink, although there was a drinks machine in reception.

it didnt feel safe as my door didnt shut well. the bathroom door didnt shut properly either and the shower was dirty. i paid more to have a window but it made me feel unsafe with the view and given the other poor conditions of the room.

A localização é ótima! Também tem elevador e a vista do nosso quarto era bonita.

O porta do quarto parece muito frágil e isso nos deixou preocupados com relação a segurança. Não aconteceu nada, mas o fechamento da porta poderia ser melhor. Eles cobram 2£ por mala para deixar guardado depois do checkout. Como tínhamos 2 malas pequenas e 2 mochilas seriam 8£. O problema é que eles não avisam isso antes da reserva. Deixar as malas antes do checkin é gratuito.
