Great location, nice room

A perfect and unforgettable stay in Phnom Penh! The hotel is simply exceptional in every way. The rooms are spacious, clean to a high standard and tastefully decorated in a modern style, with a nice view to the city streets. The staff is courteous, professional and ready to help with any request with a wide smile. The hotel restaurant is rich and varied. The location is central and very convenient for departures and trips to the city.

Hotel responds to all I needed to enjoy my visit. Perfect combination of fine location, quiete and relaxing.

The hotel was in a central location & very accessible to amenities. Staff are well presented, helpful & knowledgeable about everything. They are very courteous & eager to help any time without being obtrusive

When main streets get closed during the weekend because of the night market, hotel entrance gets blocked. Ongoing construction in the building also makes some parts of the hotel facilities uncomfortable

Minor, about happy hour cocktails couldn't mix coktails had to get two the same which basically meant you were getting two cocktails from one set of alcoholic drink

The constant noise of renovation The mattress was harder than the floor The breakfast choice was not western friendly. Eggs or baked beans. The bathroom was shocking. Rain shower does not work. The hand held shower is positioned to spray the toilet and vanity. No hot water at 2pm. The flimsy shower curtain does not do the job. It just sucks up onto your body. Not 4star value at all. We were charged for chilled water from the fridge. Warm room temperature water, free. Paying for water at a 4star hotel? Unacceptable. $10, $5, $1 not available. Only riels. Not acceptable when the ATM spits out $100 bills.

I absolutely loved this place! Would 100% recommend to anyone traveling to Cambodia! It felt so homely and staff were so lovely and accommodating will definitely be back here on my next trip to Cambodia! Thank you thank you Ohana hotel for making my first stay so comfortable 🥰

Breakfast was excellent, including a range of options and beginning at 6am so early starts were not a problem. The Hotel is located next to the waterside with a variety of cafes and restaurants nearby and next to a vibrant street market. The staff were excellent and clearly concerned with the guest's welfare.

The wifi in the room was intermittent, at best.

La grande piscine était un peu froide ...mais c est un détail

J'ai aimé l'emplacement de l'hôtel, l'agencement et la superficie de la chambre. J'ai adoré la piscine au rez-de-chaussée, le petit déjeuner et la vue du bar en rooftop. Un point fort aussi : le rapport qualité prix.

Globalement, j'ai vraiment trouvé l'hôtel très bien, juste une petite réserve : les travaux au bar restaurant de la terrasse. Temporaire bien-sûr, mais du coup, ça rendait la terrasse moins agréable.

The beds were too hard (as were all the hotel beds in Cambodia!) And the constant renovations were quite annoying! However, we do understand that these renovations were necessary!

Very nice Hotel at an exceptional value. The staff were very attentive and kind. The included breakfast buffet was great as well. The location is not even half a block from the Mekong River. If you happen to be there in a Saturday they block off the streets along the Mekong and you can enjoy an amazing atmosphere literally steps from the Hotel.

Fue una estadía horrible están haciendo remodelaciones en las habitaciones y no te indican eso hacían ruidos desde las 10 am hasta las 5 pm martillando el piso y las paredes sin respetar el descanso de los huéspedes, fatal no se puede descansar durante el día

The breakfast is alright and the staff are excellent.

I had spent over a month in Asia without getting a single insect bite before staying here. Got ravaged by bed bugs, so badly that I decided to go to the hospital for antibiotics. The staff were cool and moved me to another room. My friend stayed in another room and his AC broke down. I regret trying this hotel instead of just staying at my usual hotel (Harmony right across the street).

Il lavandino prima era tappato e poi colava. Non ho potuto usarlo. Menomale che restavo solo una notte. Ho dovuto lavarmi le mani e i denti nella doccia... L'ho segnalato al personale dell'albergo.

No aur in first room ,second room troubles with power stopped and three times needed to reset breaker.also dirty rug in hallway stained and no air-conditioned in hallway and front of hotel, not a 4 star but a 2 star hotel.

The rooms were huge and spacious, I loved the hardwood finish inside. Great location close to all shops, pubs and amenities. The staff were extremely helpful and made the stay easy and a pleasure. The hotel is situated close to the river which makes it great on a Friday and Saturday night for the night markets. Highly recommend and would stay again.

The gym has a unic threadmill, it’s considered as closed when one person using it indefinitely. Most dissapointing is the absence of a board to warn customers about the risk of going outside the area during the weekend while returning to the hotel after 14:00. Ifever this happen, no taxi will accept to take you back to the hotel and you have either spend the whole night on the pavement somewhere or to walk some 10 kms to find your way the hotel.

Excellent location, very convenient, great spacious and clean rooms, very friendly staff. Large swimming pool in the basement and two Jacuzzi’s on the rooftop. The breakfast is satisfactory. The hotel in general is good choice and a great value.

The rooftop area needs to be maintained much better. The sun loungers were dirty, and the jacuzzi was full of sand for more than a week. These facilities should be cleaned thoroughly on a daily basis. What was particularly disappointing was that there were two staff members at the rooftop bar throughout the day. Most of the time there were no customers, yet they were often sitting and using their phones instead of taking the opportunity to clean the tables, sun loungers, and surrounding area. Better supervision and attention to cleanliness would significantly improve the guest experience.

The location, the staff and the fact it had 2 spas on the roof, a great place to relax. Nice comfortable room. The staff were helpful. There was a really nice pool and gym on the ground floor too

The pool was great for a night swim, and breakfast on the roof was a welcome change to the usual indoor buffet. Our room was small but spacious, and the balcony overlooking the street was perfect for time killing. We wish we had more time here.

There was a clear glass pane exposing the entire bathroom to the bed if you don’t pull the blind down. We found it quite humorous, but I’m not sure what its purpose is.
