Harmony Phnom Penh Hotel

The staff was nice especially the manager. He was patience and doing his best for my stay cause there was a little hiccup with the room . But all went well.

The location was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. Beautiful areas and lovely food.

The breakfast was lovely, but the same for 3 days.

From the moment I was picked up from the airport, transferred to the hotel, greeted by the friendly staff at check in I felt quite at home. The Hotel breakfast was delightful, the rooms immaculate, very clean and comfortable. The hotel location was so convenient. Each day spent at the Harmony Hotel was a delight. I would like to sincerely thank the Hotel Manager Mr. Sophal and all of his wonderful staff.

Da ich früh abreisen musste, wurde mir aus Ersatz ford Frühstück ein tolles Lunchpaket gemacht und das Taxi organisiert zum Flughafen. Der Roof Pool mit Bar ist wirklich ein Highlight. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Da es nur 1 Lift hat, muss man ab und zu länger warten. Das ist aber nur ein kleiner Nachteil.

Room setout and furnishings were good

Hard bed....location of local market starting directly outside of main entrance, and smells were a put off to going back there again

Market was close and could be smelly. Hot water failed one morning but was fixed reasonably quickly

The room was very comfortable, the pool and sky bar excellent with good views of the city and river. The staff were really good, I was well looked after. I liked the layout of the breakfast room and the breakfast was good. This is a well thought out hotel. I had a very enjoyable stay.

The room service was excellent, the guy was fantastic, spotless, everything was wonderfully perfect. He deserves to be congratulated. My room was 504. It's the best tip I've given during my entire month-long trip to Cambodia. I hope the hotel recognizes his work and awards him employee of the month.

Para decir algo, que no es importante solo un ascensor, te pasas el dia subiendo y bajando la escalera, pero. bueno asi se hace ejercicio Just to say something, it's not important, it's just an elevator; you spend all day going up and down the stairs, but hey, that's how you exercise. ;))))

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, das Frühstück war sehr gut, der Pool auf dem Dach ist ausgezeichnet mit Blick auf den Fluss. Zimmer und alle Räume sind sehr sauber 👍komme gerne wieder.

Leider ist es nicht charmant, wenn Gäste mit ihren „Tagesgästen“ am Pool oder Frühstück das Hotel nutzen. Man fragt sich, ob dies auch bezahlt wird

A spacious, clean and comfortable room close to the riverside. Staff excellent and a good breakfast. The rooftop pool and bar well set out with good shaded areas. A lovely spot for a lazy afternoon. Gym was limited but good enough for my workout.

No complaints. I don’t think you could ask for more at this price.

L'espace salle de bain qui manque d'éclairage. Mais c'est un détail.

Non è la prima volta che soggiorno in questo hotel, sempre un ottimo servizio. Se poi aggiungiamo la posizione ottima e la piscina all'ultimo piano con vista panoramica ne vale proprio la pena.

Wir hatten einen rundum schönen und entspannten Aufenthalt und haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns jederzeit das Gefühl gegeben, willkommen zu sein.

All the staff were very friendly and always smiling. The room was immaculate and comfy. The balcony was very spacious and had great views over the city - especially at night when the city lights turned on! The rooftop pool and restaurant offered even better views. The food at the restaurant was excellent.

The room itself was slightly on the small side but nothing out of the ordinary for a city hotel

The pool was amazing, and the rooms were clean and checked every day. I would definitely recommend the breakfast—it was delicious! The location is also excellent, right in the heart of the traditional Cambodian markets, making it easy to explore the local area. We really enjoyed our stay!

At first, the street leading to the hotel may look a little unusual, but don’t let that put you off. The hotel driver takes you directly to the entrance, and once you arrive, everything feels comfortable and welcoming. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotel che ha soddisfatto pienamente le nostre aspettative, pulito, camere grandi, bagno spaziosissimo. Colazione eccezionale, ricca di opzioni dolci e salate e tanta frutta, consigliatissimo!!!! E non dimentichiamo la piscina: wow!

Très bel hôtel se trouvant prêt de tous les lieux à voir dans la ville. Le personnel était super agréable et souriant. Bravo pour la piscine a débordement qui offre une magnifique vue sur le fleuve.

Attention il se trouve dans la rue du marché donc l’environnent peut être un peu sale. Quoique cela mérite d’être vu. Il faudrait que l’hôtel indique clairement dans ses conditions d’accueil qu’une caution de 50 USD en liquide doit être laissé le jour de l’arrivée.

Le marché local juste à nos pied, proche de tout commerce, restaurants variés et salons de massage ( de toutes sortes…) La rivière et son marché du week-end qui promet de belles ballades. Très belle piscine mais bizarrement l’eau était salé et j’ai pas senti de chlore. Le personnel très gentil, arrangeant, avec des vrais sourires ( contrairement à certains hôtels de Bangkok de même standing, qui sont raides comme des piquets et où on peut rien discuter/négocier. Une fois On m’a même refuser l’accès à ma chambre parce que j’avais un sac de fruits mangoustan, ça n’a aucune odeur contrairement au Durian. J’ai jamais compris pourquoi. ) Et un beau balcon pour fumer le soir autant que je veux sans avoir à descendre. Rqp imbattable.

Comme tous les hôtels en Asie où j’ai séjourné ( Laos/thailande/vietnam), je trouve que les matelas sont trop fermes. Je dirai même qu’ils sont durs.

The front office staff of the hotel was good and helpful. The morning staff at the cafe is very friendly and breakfast buffet is good. I love the rooftop bar and the scenery of the river and sky..

The only improvement is the food at the rooftop bar needs to improve.

Tolle Lage mitten im Zentrum 100 Meter von der Promenade entfernt in einer Seitenstraße. Dadurch kein Straßenlärm. Wunderschöner Infinity-Dachpool mit Blick auf den Mekong. Restaurant und Bar ebenfalls auf dem Dach über insgesamt 3 Etagen. Zimmer auf dem neuesten Stand mit Balkon.

The mattress is WAY TOO HARD AND UNCOMFORTABLE. I don't want to hear about that's how it is in Asia, I'm not Asian. I expect a comfortable bed. This question may be asked of customers when they arrive so a decent mattress topper can be supplied.😡

Breakfast was exceptional with staff very friendly and focused on guest references. Variety very good.

Street noise each evening but location made up for the later nights to sleep. The smell of the markets could be difficult to cope with at times. Rooms have dark dated decor and could use some updating. Bathrooms looking tired. Amenities such as shampoo, body wash and lotion were not very impressive. I remember better.

The pool area definitely has the WOW! factor. The views are amazing! The location is pretty much central to everything. The buffet breakfast was good.

The staff are attentive and polite….but I felt they were mostly a bit reserved and I didn’t develop a rapport with them like I have with staff at the other hotels I have stayed at. Their hospitality felt a bit “wooden”. I was also charged $7 US (about $10 AUD) when I accidentally knocked the body wash dispenser off the tiny shelf in the shower. I was aware that they would charge guests for this, because they had a sign informing guests that they would, on the wall in the room. It obviously happens regularly….so why not just change the dispensers from ceramic to a hard plastic like the one that you replaced it with when I told the reception staff that I had broken it? The noise from the market stalls below my window, coupled with the construction of the building beside the hotel meant that it could be rather noisy at times. And the mattress was ridiculously hard….even by Asian standards. I had to tuck pillows around me to get some sort of comfort. Not enough pool lounges for guests. It must get pretty crowded during the high season!

Staff is friendly and competent. Hotel is strict with rules but thats good as they want to protect their guest. This point is sometimes misunderstood by many. Location also good also.

The property is located in a perfect location downtown Phnom Penh. With bustling markets right outside the door, the rooms are so quiet and peaceful. Staff at the property were very accommodating and happy to help with any enquiry. A lovely choice of breakfast included eggs cooked as you liked, fruits, yoghurt and a variety of other dishes including vegetables, baked goods and noodles. The property is immaculate which made returning after a long day doing tourist things thoroughly enjoyable.

A hotel well located in the center of Phnom Penh. The welcome is warm, and the staff are attentive and friendly. The room is comfortable and has everything you need for a short stay. The Wi-Fi and TV work perfectly. The breakfast is good, with pleasant staff and a well-balanced buffet. The food served in the evening is also good, although the prices are a little high. The only downside is the lack of double glazing. As the hotel is located near a market, the noise can be quite disturbing, especially in the morning. It is therefore not the ideal place for those looking for peace and quiet.
