Gefallen hat uns das Design der Zimmer und, dass diese durch das alte Haus nicht 0815 aussehen. Das Bistro war sehr gut und das A la Carte Frühstück auch. Man kam sich direkt vor wie ein Einheimischer, da auch Besucher von Außerhalb kommen. Personal im Hotel und Bistro sehr nett und bis aufs Toilettenproblem auch sehr hilfsbereit. Pool konnten wir wegen fehlender Zeit nicht nutzen, sah aber einladend aus. Handtücher gibt es vor Ort. Innenstadt ist zu Fß oder mit dem Bis easy erreichbar.

Dass die Toilettenspülung einmal ging und dann wieder nicht. Die Ausrede, dass das am alten Haus liegt zählt meiner Meinung nach nicht, im EG im Bistro ging nämlich alles. Es war einfach der Spülkasten defekt. Bei unserem kurzen Aufenthalt war es uns dann egal da wir die meiste Zeit eh auswärts waren. Aber für 4 Sterne fand ich die Ausrede nicht passend.

Le seul soucis serait l’isolation, on entend beaucoup la rue. Si vous avez le sommeil léger, je ne conseille pas forcément !

Room was very dark due to being inward facing, not a fair reflection of the photos ahead of booking. We also felt the lack of staff onsite (both at reception, only open till 5pm) and the bar (just one waitress) meant things didn’t run as smoothly as they could’ve done (long waits during breakfast, no one on reception to discuss issues with room etc)

Ein sehr gut gelegenes Hotel (7 Minuten per Bus in die Stadt) mit toller Ausstattung und super freundlichem Personal. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker.

L’hôtel est neuf, fait avec goût. Il y a peu de chambres, l’hôtel est très calme. Helena a été très disponible y compris avant le séjour pour notre arrivée. Les chambres sont spacieuses, les lits très confortables. La piscine est petite mais très agréable.

Le petit déjeuner est servi à la carte, dans un café ouvert aux externes. Malheureusement le temps d’attente a été très long à chaque fois (20 à 30min pour commander, puis attente entre chaque « plat » choisi et boisson). Par ailleurs la chasse d’eau dans la chambre ne fonctionnait pas correctement

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, and the rooms look just like the kind of photos you save on Pinterest when dreaming about your perfect vacation. The staff were incredibly kind and friendly, from the lady at reception to everyone at the bar. The food was delicious, the breakfast had a great selection, and the coffee was excellent. I truly enjoyed my stay. 💞😇

Die Klimatisierung und Rolläden waren gut und sinnvoll.

Das Zimmer war klein, es gab kein abgetrenntes Bad, es gab keine Haken an den Wänden. Klospülung lief nach, unangenehmer Geruch in WC-Abteil, mehrere an den Wänden montierte Gegenstände waren lose. Der Pool war sehr klein.

Excelente! Ambas recepcionistas estan atentas a todos los detalles, son muy amables y serviciales. A 100 metros de unas escaleras para bajar a la costa. Confort pleno, limpieza excelente. Destacable la tranquilidad dentro del hotel, son pocas habitaciones por lo que no hay caos en los pasillos o ascensor. Desayuno exquisito.

La disponibilité et la gentillesse de toute l’équipe sont un point fort de Hotel qui rend l’expérience plus agréable.

J’améliorerai le petit déjeuner qui a mon sens est servi trop tard ( à partir de 8:00 ), je proposerai à partir de 7:00 et en mettant un buffet en libre service pour les céréales, pains, viennoiseries etc et laisserai le chaud en cuisine pour gagner du temps pour le personnel et pour les clients. Je proposerai une carte avec un peu de de variante sur le chaud pour le petit déjeuner aussi. Cela ne sont que des remarques car le tout était super agréable.

bardzo ładny zadbany hotel butikowy, czysciutki, piękne duze pokoje, smaczne śniadanie w kafeterii na dole. B.miły pomocny personel, dostępny przez whatsapp odpowiada na bieżąco na pytania. Wejscie do pokoji na kod, bo recepcja pracuje do 17.00

Brak parkingu hotelowego, trudno znaleźć miejsce parkingowe w okolicy. Trzeba korzystać z platnych podziemnych parkingów jesli jest miejsce 35EUR za dobę. Basen b. malutki, na ostatim pietrze na tarasie z pięknym widokiem, ale nie da się w nim pływac, za mały. Wymeldowanie do 10.00 dla nas za szybko, bo śniadanie jest do 12.00.

La posizione è ideale per raggiungere i locali notturni a piedi. Vicino si trova un parcheggio a pagamento (comodo ma costoso) e per chi preferisce i mezzi pubblici, c'è la fermata dei bus. Abbiamo trovato il personale molto gentile e disponibile in ogni situazione,, in particolare nel nostro caso che avevamo l'aereo in ritardo e siamo arrivati in hotel in piena notte.

L'accueil. La chambre était spacieuse et d'une propreté remarquable, le couchage parfait pour nous. le petit déjeuner inclus avec l'essentiel ainsi que le service.

Un peu loin du centre ville à pied mais nous avons pris le bus , l'arrêt est à 2mn (environ le meme temps à pied qu'avec le bus 20mn)

Lovely small boutique hotel located on a nice square with a very high-end finishing and decoration. Great staff: very friendly and helpful. Very comfortable rooms with excellent beds. Roof terrace with small pool and sun beds. Very good breakfast a-la-carte served on bar terrace. The hotel has a bar-restaurant on the ground floor: the food and cocktails were excellent Overall one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed!

The house unfortunately leaves much to be desired. We booked four nights in March for four adults and one child, and as soon as we arrived, we noticed that the house was very cold. This was especially problematic because we were travelling with a small child, and the weather outside was rainy and cold throughout the day. We tried to contact the agency by phone, but without success. However, they did respond by email and sent the owner to inspect the situation. He arrived after about two hours, and it turned out that the heating system was not working at all on the ground floor, although it did work on the upper floor. Why the heating had not at least been turned on upstairs before our arrival remains a mystery. The owner provided us with a small heater, which was frankly inadequate, as it could not - and did not - help in any meaningful way. He then openly told us that the problem would not be solved during our stay because it was impossible to fix within four days. Strangely, he seemed more concerned about whether we would use the pool, since it was not included in the price. This felt bizarre, as we clearly had no intention of using it during rainy and relatively cold weather. We received no apology, no follow-up, and no request for feedback from either the owner or the agency, which we found rather unprofessional. Later, when browsing through older reviews, we noticed that another guest had reported the same heating problem many months earlier. This means that they were already aware of the issue but had apparently done nothing to resolve it. Moreover, the house is, to say the least, rather rough around the edges. The coffee machine did not work, the kitchen was poorly equipped with utensils, the pool table and its equipment were old and worn, and some of the kitchen cupboards were broken. On the positive side, the house is in a good location for exploring the island and has a very nice layout.

wenig Ablageflächen, Ausblick aus dem Hof ist sehr trist trotz Nachfrage und Zusage bezüglich veganer Frühstücks Optionen, gab es leider keine einzige vegane Speise auf der Frühstückskarte

Il manquait peut être des chassons dans la chambre et des petites amenities. Et ce n’est pas la faute de l’établissement mais il a des travaux juste en face de l’hôtel et c’est particulièrement dérangeant de se faire réveiller par les travaux tous les matins pendant les vacances surtout pour le prix.

Mysigt hotell. Jätte fina rum, fräscha och moderna,god frukost som man får beställa ifrån en meny. All personal var väldigt vänliga. Kommer gärna tillbaka. Hotellet ligger nära ner marinan och till bussen. Vi gick in varje kväll in till stan, en härlig promenad. Tog bussen till stranden.

Enda skulle vara att område kändes lite skumt på småtimmarna. Husen runt om var ganska slitna och ruffiga.

perfekte Lage für Touren in der Stadt aber auch außerhalb . man muss sich im klaren sein, dass die Lage laut ist, aber mit dem zimmer zum Innenhof perfekt!

The staff was very kind and helpful, room was spacious and was equipped with a sofa-bank at the windowfront. Rooftop area was also very nice. And the bar located at the groundfloor was comfortable and various snacks/drinks are offered. We enjoyed our stay very much :)

The hotel is located in the quiet Plaça Gomila, close to several useful bus routes. The bedroom was well designed, clean and spacious . Everything worked very well including the shower and the safe. Tea and coffee were provided. We slept very well. The breakfast menu had plenty of choice . The staff were delightful. The manager, Joanna was very helpful regarding the document needed for a friend who had to suddenly cancel her holiday due to ill health . When visiting Palma in the future , I would stay at this small, very well organised Hotel.

Mooie schone kamer met erg fijne bedden. De regen douche is heerlijk en er zijn fijne douche producten aanwezig. Joanna was heel vriendelijk en hielp ons mooie stranden ontdekken. Je kan gemakkelijk te voet naar het centrum en met de bushalte voor de deur kan je naar een mooi strand. Ontbijt bij Joe’s bar was goed maar je moet wel van ei houden.

Beetje gehorig. Je hoort dingen van buiten vrij goed. Wij waren er in het laagseizoen dus het nachtleven viel nog wel mee maar ik kan me voorstellen dat je hier in het hoogseizoen ‘s nachts wel wat van hoort. Als je niet van eieren houdt is de keuze bij het ontbijt niet ruim.

The location is very good, about 20min walking distance to town centre. Also we liked that it was 2 min to marina which is a nice walk. It was very clean, and the staff super nice and helpful. Our host Joanna helped us with a rent-a-car so it was all nice and simple. Highly recommend👌🏼

Habitación moderna y amplia, desayuno completo y muy rico, y personal amable, muy servicial.

Almohadas demasiado bajas para nuestro gusto, y la zona donde se encuentra el hotel no es para nada atractiva, ya que por la noche se escucha ruido al tener cerca varias discotecas... Y hay qué tener en cuenta que el centro se encuentra a unos 30-35 minutos andando.

Joanna was amazing and couldn't do enough to help, really going over and above. The cleanliness and decor in the room were excellent. The location was extremely convenient for us, near to the marina, as well.

I thought there may be more amenities in the hotel, like a bar or seating area. There was a lovely coffee shop attached but it closed early evening.

Staff are so accommodating and have great attitude, felt really welcomed. Interior of rooms just like in pictures. Good location, bus stop very close and only 2 euro to the centre of Palma. I saw many reviews before arriving complaining about construction sounds but didn't find it an issue at all, there was still construction around but no sound at night, very peaceful.
