Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Very clean and spacious room. Comfortable bed. I like the layout of the bathroom. Toilet on one side, shower on the other side with sink in the middle. Location is unbeatable. Plenty of cafes, eateries within walking distance. In fact, they have an eatery just at the residence. They serve their breakfast there. Staff are professional and friendly, though the lady at the reception can be more smiley.

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026Great location right at Station 1 of White Beach. The swimming pool is beautiful and the property is very clean. Staff are friendly and responsive. The breakfast has a good variety of tasty food, very convenient for beach trips.
No major areas for improvement. We had a wonderful stay.

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026This accommodation is located in the quietest, safest, and most convenient area of the city. There are shops, restaurants, and parks just a short walk away. The facilities are adequate for staying a couple of nights. Personally, I would remove the carpets from the hallways and rooms, as they make the hotel look old and not very clean. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is good. The air conditioning in room 915 should be checked. It is very noisy and barely cools the room.

Actually nothing if i need to complain the only thing is the view on te other building. But even at night that was beautifull.

Reviewed Jun 17, 2026Die Lage des Hotels und die Größe der Zimmer. Das Personal ist immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist in einem angrenzenden Restaurant und Ala Carte. Die Qualität des Frühstücks ist gut. Für Raucher steht auf dem Dach eine Raucherecke zur Verfügung da das Rauchen in Makati auf der Straße untersagt ist. Die große Shopping Mall Green Belt ist zu Fuß in ca. 10..15 Minuten zurreichen. In direkter Umgebung sind kleine Supermärkte und weitere Restaurants.

The mattress was just awful. I could barely get any sleep due to people chatting in the hallway at 5:30am and then 8am housekeeping knocking on doors and banging doors closed as they worked on a Sunday morning. Given that checkout is at 12 I would’ve loved to get some rest but ended up getting up super early due to all the noise.

Reviewed May 20, 2026המיקום מעולה במקאטי הנעימה. חדר גדול ומרווח, מיטה נוחה מאוד. חדר רחצה טיפה מיושן, אבל מים חמים וסהכ נח. במלון גלריה לאמנות, חדר כושר, וגג שנעים לשבת בו, אם כי דרוש שיפור בנראות. בנוסף, המסעדה הצמודה מצויינת ממש.
כאמור, ניתן לשפר הגג. והייתי מוסיפה מזרני יוגה בחדר הכושר לטובת המתאמנים

Unfortunately, the gripes are about Booking.com. Due to the issues in the middle east I had to adjust my travel plans. This meant I needed to move my booking later by a day. Booking.com wanted to charge me almost the same amount as the original booking as an additional fee. The hotel couldn't help because is was a Booking.com booking. I ended up having to book an additional night at additional cost to me.

We logeerden er twee nachten bij het begin van onze reis doorheen de Filipijnen en een nacht op het einde van onze reis. Na de tweede nacht moesten we om 07u vertrekken naar het vliegveld. De keuken was pas open op 07u en het was onmogelijk om een ontbijtpakket klaar te maken, hoewel we voor een ontbijt betaald hadden. Onbegrijpelijk ! Bij ons laatste ontbijt vroeg ik twee extra sneetjes toast en prompt kreeg ik de rekening gepresenteerd … voor twee stukjes toast… stel je voor. Voor het betalen van twee koffies betaalde ik 700 php, en kreeg geen geld terug… samengevat: ontvangen is prioriteit, service naar de klant toe is iets anders!

Reviewed Mar 21, 2026Hôtel situé dans un quartier d’affaires, les chambres sont calmes (côté opposé à la rue principale), le personnel est parfait. C’est propre et on dispose de tout le confort.
C’est ma faute d’avoir choisi cet endroit pour faire du tourisme, car il n’y a absolument rien à faire d’intéressant dans ce quartier qui est très cher et vous devez prendre un transport pour aller visiter les centres d’intérêts.
