Atención cercana, familiar y muy amable. Muy buen desayuno, disponibilidad de cena y sándwiches a buen precio. Habitaciones cuidadas, aseos limpios. Te ayudan con lo que necesites (equipaje, taxis...). Los demás clientes suelen ser personas agradables y respetuosas. Repetiré más veces en Arrandale House, es un sitio de confianza.

Los clientes de mi habitación contigua fueron muy ruidosos. No responsabilizo al establecimiento, es la primera vez que me pasa en Arrandale House (y ya he estado antes).

Lovely homely vibe in a great location. Rose, one of the owners couldn't do enough to help, and definitely went the extra mile. Definitely will be returning.👌

I asked for a room on as low a floor as possible and we had a spacious first floor room but beware some rooms are on second and possibly third floor and there is no lift. The house is situated up a steep hill from the promenade and it is a tough walk for anyone with mobility issues.

Die beste Unterkunft unserer Reise! Das Hostel hat Charme,punktet extra mit einem tollen Frühstück. Zu Fuß ist das Hostel in etwa 25 Minuten von der Fähre aus zu erreichen( bergauf). Von der Promenade aus waren alle Ziele mit dem Bus zu erreichen.Die beiden Angestellten waren sooooo lieb und herzlich.Eine Top- Adresse für einige Tage auf der Insel. Die Zimmer sind sauber,gut ausgestattet und ausreichend groß.

Location was perfect for the TT and Douglas sea front. Staff were friendly and accommodating and we would definitely stay again. No negatives!!

Towels and change of towels in the room. Although we asked for the room to be serviced, the beds were made but wet towels left in the room and dirty glasses removed but not replaced.

We had a wonderful stay at Arrandale House & Apartments in the Isle of Man. The room was beautiful — spacious, comfortable, and a lovely place to relax. Breakfast was very delicious, with great quality and plenty to enjoy. The location was excellent. It’s very close to the town centre, shops, the park, the beach, and the TT Grandstand, which made everything incredibly convenient. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. They even looked after our bags after checkout so we could go shopping without carrying heavy bags, which we really appreciated. Overall, a fantastic place to stay — comfortable rooms, great food, perfect location, and wonderful service.

The only thing I would say was there was no breakfast buffet where you could serve yourself as much breakfast as you want.

Relaxing and very quiet hotel.

Only booked here because we needed somewhere in Douglas convenient for an early ferry, but we were pleasantly surprised by room which was quiet and spacious and had a handy fridge and good view. Just sorry we had to leave early before sampling the inclusive breakfast.

The room was comfortable and clean with a great view overlooking the bay. The staff were all friendly and helpful and the food was delicious. The whole place exceeded our expectations and we won't hesitate to rebook on a future visit to Douglas.

The Broadway Hill, and hotel stairs were a killer for our tired old legs.

The staff were lovely and very helpful. It was clean, the shower was powerful and the breakfast was good. The twin room we had was large with beautiful views over the harbour and next door gardens. Overall great value for money.

There was no lift, so if you struggle with stairs you'll need to be mindful as we were on the third floor. They need blackout blinds or curtains as the room was extremely light from early. Either that or bring an eye mask!

Es hat uns gut gefallen, was besonders an den freundlichen Angestellten lag. Das Haus ist liebevoll mit signierten Kunstdrucken dekoriert. Wir konnten das Personal jederzeit ansprechen. Anfragen wurden sofort erledigt. Das Frühstücksangebot war durch eine hauseigene Speisekarte und ein kleines Buffet sehr abwechslungsreich wählbar und wurde am Tisch serviert. Dasselbe galt für das Abendessen. Die Lage des Hauses ist gut und sehr ruhig. Die Promenade ist ohne Probleme zu Fuß erreichbar.

Leider gibt es keinen Lift im Haus, aber es wird angeboten, das Gepäck auf das Zimmer zu bringen.

A very enjoyable stay Arrandale House, the staff couldnt have been more helpful ensuring we had everything we needed. The rooms where spacious, clean and extremely comfortable with great views across the harbour. A good varied choice for breakfast, evening meals where available including a small bar. Location was perfect for us, a short walk to the town centre and other attractions locally.

Das Hotel liegt nicht direkt am Strand, aber man kann die ganze Stadt (Museum, Bahnstationen, Fährterminal, Strand) zu Fuß erlaufen. Das Personal ist sehr hilfbereit und freundlich und hat z. B. beim Bestellen eines Taxis geholfen. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und wurde im hoteleigenen Restaurant serviert. Hier hatte man die Möglichkeit, auch abends noch etwas Warmes zu essen.

Die Zimmer sind nicht übermäßig groß und nicht mehr die neuesten, aber für den Preis war das mehr als angemessen.
