Lovely, quiet and relaxing resort. Beautiful gardens and amazing rooms. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

There was nothing I didn't like, however when I first saw the pool I thought it was dirty, but i soon realised that the tiles were just worn and discoloured.

The property was lovely but they are doing renovations to the hotel and local area is renovating the beach. The noise didn’t bother us and we enjoyed watching the beach works

The restaurant menu could be more extensive

Property itself is good, rooms are not bad, design is nice, it has a great yard , garden and pool next to the ocean and you can hear the waves sound always everywhere around the property

But please dont waste your money on this place if you are young and wanto enjoy the bali night life and city as its way way way far (2 hrs drive) from everywhere. Hotel location is end of the world the grab does not work there and local taxi charge you 600k rupi($50 aud) to take you somewhere like changu

Unfortunately during the time that we were there a major reclamation project was being carried out by the government. This went on from early in the morning until late at night and the noise was totally ridiculous. Also the swimming pool was covered in rock dust from the project. Personally I don’t think the resort should have stayed open while all this was going on.

La gentillesse de l’ensemble du personnel mais plus particulièrement Juliantari, Sandi et Karias ! Ils ont pris soin de nous pendant tout notre sejour ! Nous avons bien profité de la piscine. Je recommande également le massage qui m’a fait grand bien ! La chambre est très confortable.

The staff were very friendly and attentive. Everyone was also very accommodating at providing us an early morning breakfast and transfer service for our trip to the ferry port after our one night stay. The resort is very beautiful.

There were lots of construction on the beach that is directly next door to the resort. The construction occurred all day and carried on until the late evening (at least 10pm). This noise disruption made it extremely difficult to enjoy our stay and sleep before our early start. The hotel did not inform us of this ahead of our arrival.

The grounds were lovely, spectacular views, warm and friendly staff. The pool area was beautiful, the room was spacious, the dining options delicious and the bed was comfortable. We stopped here as a rest point travelling up to Amed and I’m so glad we picked this property. I also needed a doctor on Sunday morning quite early and they had one there in 5 minutes!

The hotel has a lovely view of the sea. It has a more intimate feel than larger resorts though they are building more villas. The staff were helpful and the breakfast was good as you had an a la carte which was a nice touch.

The Hotel was situated down a very rugged road that was not maintained at all. On arrival there was lots of building work both within the hotel, the hotel beside it and the government scheme of building a pathway along the beach where a lot of hotels are based. The drilling and noise made sitting by the pool not a great experience. Even though I had paid for this in April I only found out about this a week before three of us arrived at the hotel. This gave us no option and frankly was not what I had paid for! As you would expect I spoke to the manager who listened and indicated that this government building had been going on for TWO YEARS!!! I had booked two villas with a pool for me and my two sons. Though the room were spacious and clean there were infested with mosquitos...I did what I could to deal with them but because there is so much plants even in the bathroom they breath in there. TBH having complained already about the building works we stayed on as we had already paid, but would not return there. Check where your hotel is in this area particularly if you are wanting to relax in the hotel grounds/pool...the constant drilling from 8am-late afternoon deters you from staying.

Amazing stay! The staff were incredibly friendly, the property is absolutely beautiful, and the service was excellent. Everyone was very helpful and made us feel truly welcome. We'll definitely come back.

The property is a bit secluded, so you'll need transportation to get around. During our stay, there was construction work next to our bungalow and along the beachfront, which slightly affected the otherwise peaceful atmosphere.

Pour les chambres en front de mer, munissez vous de boules quies efficaces!! Le bruit de la mer incessant toute la nuit comme une tempête déchaînée, c’est bluffant alors qu’il n’y a pas de vent ! Bref, nous avons très mal dormi.

Best breakfast menu we've had so far! They also have lots of free activities for the guests. While we liked walking to the heart of Cand Dasa the hotel provides a shuttle bus and can also assist with booking any activities you want as well as other transport.

The decking around the pool needs immediate attention. The dinner musician was good but really didn't need a speaker (too loud). If he'd simply played without one it would have been better.

Unbelievable staff so friendly and helpful. Food was fantastic. Great place to totally relax. Lovely surprise to return from dinner to have your bed turned down and mosquito nets lowered.

The swimming pool tiles are probably overdue for a good clean. The resort is a little isolated. Really only practical to take the shuttle into Candidasa for restaurants/ shopping.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Nirwana Resort in Bali. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for by the incredible team. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en het eten is zeer degelijk. Wij hadden half pension genomen en het was ok. Spa is ook ok.

De wifi is niet altijd goed en de bungalow met zicht op zee heeft geen privacy. Het hotel is heel klein.

Der ganze Aufenthalt war so angenehm, dass wir gut über die Bauarbeiten an der Strandbefestigung vor unserer Nase hinwegsehen konnten.

The staff are the most friendly and caring people i've ever met. The rooms are clean, comfortable and modern. The gardens are well maintained and the views from the restaurant and pool are amazing. I loved everything about this resort.

There is construction going on on the beach, so it's currently not accessible, but this is a government project so the hotel is not to blame.

jen ostatní hosty, že jsou jako přeskakujici blechy... Strávit v tomto hotelu jen 1 či 2 noci je neuctivé a tento hotel a tým si zaslouží mnohem větší pozornost hostů na delší pobyt.

La estancia fue poco agradable. Actualmente se están llevando a cabo un gran trabajo de reforma justo en la playa del resort así como a ambos lados del mismo. Excavadoras, camiones y grúas desde las 8:00 de la mañana hasta las 17:00. Había ruido continuamente y había momentos que sentíamos hasta la vibración en la habitación. Estabas en la piscina y pasaban frente a ti camiones cargados de roca. Nos enviaron un email avisando, un par de semanas antes, cuando la reserva ya no era rembolsable por lo que nos tocó tener que convivir con las obras. Por otro lado la cena incluida estuvo bien, pero al parecer no incluye bebida. Al llegar nos dieron un vaso de agua, nos preguntaron que queríamos beber y pedimos una cocacola. La cual nos cobraron bastante cara, por lo que entendimos que la bebida incluida era aquel vaso de agua. Nadie nos informó de esto.

Le personnel de l'hôtel est vraiment très gentil et aux petits soins. Note spéciale pour la literie impeccable et chambre très spacieuse.

La salle de bain n'est pas très propre au niveau de la douche. Hôtel excentré loin de tout. Nécessité de louer un scooter ou une voiture. Le restaurant reste cher pour les plats proposés. Piscine verdâtre qui n'invite pas à s'y baigner. Enfin, travaux bruyants sur la plage non signalés

They had construction work going on at the time outside of the resort, but it was tolerable….

Great beachfront location with free shuttle to local restaurants, shops, Tenanganan Aga village. Good restaurant and comfortable accommodation. Free yoga sessions twice weekly and daily afternoon tea and entertainment is a bonus. We had a beachfront villa which was spacious and comfortable with a nice undercover veranda. Beautiful gardens. This was our second visit and we will be back.

One of the key elements of the stay which I appreciated was the Balinese hospitality. The entire staff was very friendly, respectful and did their utmost best to turn around our mediocre 5 star resort experience. The bed was very comfortable in combination with the private pool really gave the luxurious feeling I wanted (and expected) the massages were quite good.

There were a few things that really break the experience for us: 1. The breakfast buffet is terrible, it’s something you receive at a 2 star hotel. You can pick one item of the breakfast menu per day like a omelet though you can pick more but you will have to pay for that (also not 5 star resort worthy) and the rest is the buffet. The “buffet” exists out of bread (not freshly baked) jam(not freshly made) cornflakes and granola, some fruits and a very basic salad. 2. The pool of the resort is dirty and small and I’m very happy we had our own private pool. When shared that it was dirty the staff replied that usually it’s being taking care of but now the staff needed doing something else (?) 3. Around the property there was construction going on. They began working at 8 in the morning and continue to work till Saturday night at 03:00 in the morning. When asked about it they replied that it’s not something they can control and the Balinese government allows to let people work until this late. We switched rooms because of this noise, the latter room was less noisy. The manager gave us free massages as compensation and discount on our dinner. If it wasn’t for the team I wouldn’t recommend staying here at all, but since I understand there are some unfortunate circumstances like the construction which doesn’t last forever. Overal the mentality I felt was: The show must go on and we need guests, and we will do our best to contain the experience damage to the best of our ability. It’s understandable, but it still sucks. 4. The property is at the ocean but there is no beach and you can’t swim in the ocean (!) because it’s a rocky side we drove to virgin beach (fantastic) with the scooter on a daily basis (about 20 minutes ride) and had our share of the ocean and beach there. 5. During our whole stay there was a problem with the water, so you couldn’t take a good shower as the pressure was just very low. They tried to fix it but in vain.

Hotel 5 *****, cabañas enormes y muy cómodas. Tiene bañera enorme en la habitación. La piscina y el restaurante en 1º línea de playa. Desayuno variado, el resto del menú un poco más escueto. A 20min del puerto de Padang Bai.

Durante nuestra estancia había obras en la zona marítima enfrente del hotel (nos lo avisaron).

The place is quiet and quite relaxing. I enjoyed the massages, sitting by the pool and the free delicious afternoon tea. The staff from reception and restaurants were amazing!

Almost got pinned on paying an extra hour for a feet massage that we didn't ask for. The receptionist lady was very helpful and went back and fort between the morning receptionist that took our booking and the ladies that gave us the massage. Thank you for yoiur amazing hospitality!

The room i was staying was not as clean as i wanted. But this is preferably in the bathroom. This can be cleaner in my opinion. Ore atleast needs a new update.

Wij hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad en zijn in de watten gelegd door het gehele personeel. Het resort ligt wat afgelegen maar dat vonden wij juist fijn. Je hoorde alleen de golven en de vogels! Iedereen was ontzettend aardig en behulpzaam. Het eten was erg lekker. Een speciaal bedankje voor Sandi en Sumi voor de leuke attentie toen we weggingen! 🤩

Eigenlijk alles was echt heel erg goed en fijn maar als ik dan toch iets moet zeggen dan zou de waterdruk van de douche wat beter kunnen. Voor de rest was het echt genieten!

Wow, this resort is something special. We were a large group of 20 together for a special occasion. The new manager Wardi and his staff were amazing. I have being travelling to Bali for over 30 years and have always experienced kind staff in hotels but the manager Wardi provided exceptional service and definitely went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. I felt very grateful to have Wardi looking after our group. The resort itself has a wonderful , relaxed , feel, you immediately feel like you are somewhere special. Rooms are absolutely gorgeous, clean, comfortable and spacious. We had a 2 bedroom pool villa. The gardens are well maintained and beautiful. Breakfast menu had great selections. The view from the pool is spectacular. Large clean pool.with plenty of pool lounges. I would definitely return to this resort.

Sehr nettes Personal, immer freundlich und zuvorkommend, mitgeholfen einige Ausflüge zu organisieren. Das Restaurant hat eine umfassende Auswahl an Gerichten und Getränke, so dass für jeden was dabei ist.

Der Poolbereich ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Der Boden um den Pool ist meiner Meinung nach sehr stark renovierungsbedürftig (Verletzungsgefahr) die Sonnenschirme haben auch die besten Jahre hinter sich. Die Lage: ohne Auto ist nichts in der Gegend. Die wenige Restaurants, die fußläufig erreichbar sind, sind wenig ansprechend. Zum Strand fährt man mit Taxi (Grab) gut und gerne 45 min. Das Hotel steht zwar am Wasser und man schaut vom Frühstückstisch direkt auf das Meer, aber einen Zugang ins Wasser gibt es leider nicht.

Relaxed comfortable feel, beautiful architecture and interior design and layout, stunning views, great proximity to rooms/pool/restaurant.

The only negative I have to say is that the room we stayed in the last night (we were moved due to construction going on) was that it smelled very strongly of mould/mildew. This is due to the fact that it was in close proximity to the ocean. The room was gorgeous and the view was obviously stunning but I would book a room further to the back of the property to avoid this.

The property was absolutely stunning and the staff were so accomodating and amazing. Will definitely come back!
