Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Super friend staff, definitely looked after us well. Mostly renovated room was good too. The location is fantastic! Across the road from Botany and handy to the motorway. Didn't hear hardly any of the road noise from Te Irirangi Drive either which was great.
I think you need to shift the new mattresses from rooms not yet renovated and not being used, to rooms that have been renovated and being used by guests. The old mattresses are in very poor condition. I also think you might need to have on hand a number of foam topper pads for when the new couch beds are used as they're very very very firm. I also paid for a 2 bedroom family unit and we only had 1 bedroom with 2 single beds in it and the queen was in the lounge. It all worked fine but I would've preferred to have got what I was charged for.

Reviewed Feb 22, 2026Very nice clean and mostly quiet location. A little tricky to find. Bed was not too bad, a little uncomfortable but very clean Kitchen facilities were good, would have liked a little more cutlery or another bowl but otherwise we managed. Parking onsite was a definite plus!
Lack of lighting in the bathroom. There was 1 working light bulb which made showering in the evening a little tricky. Toilet flush only half worked. A couple more pillows would have been appreciated. A new dishcloth was needed in our room. Went to wipe down the bench and the cloth was almost in pieces.

Just missing an extra blanket and hair dryer and air con. But the small heater worked fine and management grabbed me a hair dryer and another duvet which I was grateful for. Netflix would be great addition.

I arrived and it felt very eerie. There was only one car in the whole carpark and lots of the units had their curtains pulled shut despite it being daylight and about 4pm. I had to ring a bell as the reception wasnt open. A guy came and gave me keys to my room. My room had carpet with stains, the bed had a cover on it with stains. It smelt of cigarette smoke and I felt very uncomfortable. My friends were staying down the road at another motel. They came to pick me up for dinner and said it wasnt safe so they moved me out and took me to their motel, so I didnt stay. I rang the next morning to talk to them but they dismissed my concerns and feedback. I would like my money back. The advertising is misleading and false.
