Reviewed Jul 13, 2026The place has a really good location, close to Botany town centre with lots of shops, cafes, supermarkets if you need it and only about 25 min from the airport (if you take a taxi/uber). Good value for money. Very friendly staff, I really appreciated the luggage storage opportunity, it is great help for people from out-of-town who can check out early, but will not leave until the evening. thank you.

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026It’s on the side of Te Irirangi Drive behind some trees so it was very private. Did not hear the busy traffic from inside the room. I liked the room had an oven and cooking utensils (pots and pans included) just missing a can opener or knife for cutting veges. But totally loved it. Bed was comfortable as well.

Reviewed May 31, 2026Quiet. Peaceful. Residential feel. Convenient 20 minute late night drive to International Airport and expressway. Convenient parking. Smooth check in and check out.
Rooms are modest size, not spacious. Small fridge. 1 heater for 2 bedrooms. Few days before my stay, i got an offer to "upgrade" my room with "a private bathroom" from Booking.com which turned out to be a downgrade from a villa? Still unsure how that happened? .
