Waldorf Newhaven Apartments has a strict no noise and no party policy after 22:00 hours. It allows a maximum of 2 extra guests per room between the hours of 08:00 hours and 22:00 hours. Any extra guests or after hours guests must have prior approval by management.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026The property is definitely the best choice for both short and long term travel. I stayed here for two weeks and it makes me feel at home. It takes only 3-5 mins to go to the Botany Town center. There are NW, shops, CW, bus stations ect. Everything is perfect. The staff is quite patient and nice and helpful. I believe i will choose Castle Newhaven next time.
The facilities are a little bit old actually, especially those at the kitchen. The litter bin in the toilet is very small which makes it not convenient to tidy up. But That's okay. Everything is just great.

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026We had a fantastic stay at Castle Newhaven. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect, with shops and the Botany night market just a short walk away, making it super convenient to grab food or do a bit of shopping. The air conditioning worked like a treat and kept us warm and comfortable throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.
The only downside was the limited staff hours, which made it a little difficult to get assistance at certain times. Other than that, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again.

Lacking toiletry shelving in the shower cubicle and on the vanity. A little confusion re: washer, if it had drying options. Tried using the dryer function but the clothes remained wet. Used the clothing wrack to dry them. Also , despite having heaters for the rooms, sometimes one likes to have an extra blanket. The couch was quite uncomfortable but I found the bed hard but good. Also , had to search hard to find the A/C remote. It was hidden behind the drapes

Reviewed Jun 3, 2026We absolutely enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it to others. The apartment we stayed in had everything we needed for our family of 4. Great value for money. It was cozy, clean and very safe. Staff were really lovely and responded quickly to all my questions, even sorted out a blocked toilet while we were out. No complaints! Check in/ out was also easy. It was great and the bonus is, it's right next to the botany hub.
It was a hassle taking all our luggage up 2 flights of stairs to get to the front door then another flight of stairs to get to the bedrooms. We would've preferred a ground apartment as we had a toddler but this was at NO FAULT of Castle Newhaven. I should've requested it earlier in the booking. Other than that, we loved it here and would still rebook.

Ants in the kitchen and the north facing bedroom. No soap or shampoo holders in the shower booth and toilet cistern leaking as shown on pictures attached. I had to buy ants killing spray myself and had been watching every day. Later on a staff brought a kind of sticky liquid and installed it along the area ants appearing. Mostly remedied by staffs but not quick enough. Very uncomfortable experience. Finally I have received the tax invoice from this accommodation today. The tax invoice which I have already paid on 3 Feb 2026, almost 3 month before. I want to ask the reason to this accommodation.

Reviewed Mar 7, 2026Fabulous apartment in great quiet location right next to Botany mall, perfect for shopping, groceries and restaurants, we loved everything about our stay there. Comfy beds and bathroom upstairs (shower cubicle is a bit on the small side); great living space with kitchen, dining, lounge and balcony on the first floor. A lot of stairs which didn’t bother us but you could ask for single level apartments too. Off street parking in driveway. Great pool for those hot days. Very friendly and helpful property manager.
Maybe better lighting in the laundry area, dryer didn’t work but that issue was addressed straight away. Some deck chairs next to the pool would be fab too 😊
