Sehr gutes Frühstück, das Zimmer war geräumig mit Sitzecke und Kofferablage. Zudem gab es sogar einen Wasserfilter und Kühlschrank. Bushaltestellen sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.

The staff, each and everyone, were amazing and good at their job. We had a beautifully decorated room, very large, very comfortable. Don’t forget to pull down blind in bathroom by night. 🤭. We booked the outdoor hot tub. Fabulous facility. Also loved location.

There’s no lift, just a reminder, I’d have used the stairs anyway and had no suitcases. Mainly, don’t know why they put the drinks station in only wardrobe, meaning we had to hang our clothes off the door and lamp!!! Shame as room had ample space for the drinks station.

We honestly had the best time ever at the Time Hotel! ❤️ We stayed in the basement family room, and I have to say, the room was extremely clean and comfortable. The balloons arranged for my son's birthday were absolutely amazing and made his stay feel really special. It was such a lovely surprise for him. The hotel itself is in a fantastic location — very close to the pier, with lots of shops nearby, as well as a bus stop, so getting around was really easy. The breakfast was absolutely amazing. There was so much choice, and we were genuinely spoilt for options. Everything was fresh, and there was something for everyone. The hotel was very clean, and we all had a really good night's sleep. My children thoroughly enjoyed themselves, which to me is the most important thing. There were a couple of small things that could perhaps be improved. The bath in the family room was a little difficult to use, particularly with children, as there weren't any handles or anything nearby to hold onto. The shower was also quite difficult to work out. However, these are only little things and certainly didn't take away from our stay. One thing I really want to mention is the staff. Every member of staff we came across was kind, helpful and welcoming, but Michael was absolutely amazing. He was so warm and inviting when we arrived, and he even remembered that I was taking my son away for his birthday. When we returned, he asked us all about it, which I thought was such a lovely personal touch. Michael really made us feel welcome. If I could make one little suggestion for the family room, it would be to perhaps make the children's sleeping area a little bigger, as there is currently only a single bed. Maybe adding a few fun, child-friendly touches or some little kiddie decorations could make the room even more exciting for families. But honestly, these are only suggestions. Overall, our stay was superb.

Location was good. Luxury room was good size and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast had English breakfast and coffee machine. Staff were very friendly. Hot tub was good.

I did request the complimentary rose petals but they didn’t do it, it wasn’t a big deal though. I booked the hot tub for 11am as we were checking out and also booked a massage at 12, when I checked in they asked if I could do 11.15 instead, I said ok. Then they called me in the morning and asked if I could do 11.30 but I explained my situation. In the end they did get it ready for us at 11.

Check in and out was nice and quick. It is a boutique hotel so for a tall person it may feel a tad cramped at times. Certain stairs (some were randomly small) and overhead ceilings can present discomfort. Room was nice and the television wasn't obnoxiously high. YouTube connection was a bit spotty at times but I could live with that. Shower was beautiful. I miss it. Bed was decent but I know it's always a matter of personal taste - I prefer something firmer but it wasn't too bad and should be fine for most people. Staff were lovely and I enjoyed the breakfast. The location is very good and lots of handy shops on James Street that leads into the square and then into the centre. A few minutes from the beach and I used The Gym which was close as well.

A lounge would have been nice - separate to the waiting area next to reception - but again it's not a huge hotel. I saw someone take a little tumble on the outside steps and maybe those could be made better.

Been many times and the place is comfortable, clean and welcoming. The staff are helpful,kind and friendly. They go above and beyond every time to make your stay worth the money and I do have to mention the breakfast is brilliant way to start your day.

There is absolutely nothing I can write and little things previously mentioned like single use plastic has been changed.

This was our third visit to The Charm. We were in room 5 for the second time at our request- no stairs and a sea view. Only draw back is it’s next to the front door. There is a polite notice on the door asking guests to close it quietly during certain nighttime hours but on our first night people seemed to be going in and out till around 4.30 am with total disregard to people trying to sleep! We also ate breakfast at the hotel. Plenty of choice but felt the juices and bread could be upgraded but that’s just our opinion. Two minute walk to the seafront one way and seconds to St James Street with an abundance of bars and cafes. The staff are all really nice and we had a good chat with the young lady on reception.

We stayed here to celebrate our friend’s big birthday. They were able to arrange a room on the first floor for my friend as communicated in advance. We had two rooms, one Luxury Room with sea view and Attic Family room. Both rooms are not big but functional. The Attic Room is on the top floor so it may not be good if you have trouble climbing the stairs. We booked it because you can add a single bed. We didn’t have breakfast in the hotel because their start time is quite late. It’s not expensive and comparable to what local cafes charge. Another draw back is there is no Nespresso coffee in the rooms we booked. In this day and age, you can’t claim a luxury hotel without having Nespresso coffee machines. The hotel is in a good location in Kemptown. We could walk everywhere. The building itself is like 200 years old (?) but is very charming indeed.

All very comfortable and clean. Bright airy room. Facilities were excellent. Breakfast options were extensive. Staff were friendly and helpful in general.

Couldn't really be helped but as the building is old, sound from people walking on the floor above was excessive. Unfortunately the guests sounded like they wanted to do 10,000 steps at 2am and then again at 5am so sleep was limited. And noise from the park area was constant, even midweek. The only other negative was that breakfast staff were clearing plates and cleaning tables and then using unwashed bare hands to make and deliver toast to each table.

L' emplacement proche de la mer et du centre. Chambre triple très spacieuse, calme et très bien équipée : frigidaire, machine à café, fontaine à eau... Grande salle de bains mais avec une baignoire haute.Petit déjeuner complet, excellent, salle bien décorée et possibilité de déjeuner dans le jardin.Personnel agréable et professionnel.

Absence de parking mais quelques places payantes à proximité, pas de permis de stationnement fourni par l' hôtel. Le 3 ème lit avec un matelas trop souple. Chambre en en sous sol avec des fenêtres sans vue mais apportant un peu de lumière.

Die Lage ist recht gut, ca. 200 Meter zum Strand, nicht weit entfernt von der Pier. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht. Frühstück ist gut, Frühstücksraum sehr schön eingerichtet.

Obwohl meine Freundin samt Tochter deutlich später als ich gebucht hat, bekam sie ein schönes Zimmer im zweiten Stock mit großen Fenstern, Badewanne etc., während meine Tochter und ich ein - zwar sehr großes - Zimmer im Keller bekamen. Das war schon ein kleiner Schock. Außerdem hatte ich extra darauf geachtet, dass das Hotel Kingsize Betten anbietet (also Doppelbetten), am Ende war es höchstens 1,60 Meter breit. Auf meine Beschwerde, dass ich schon gerne Tageslicht gehabt hätte, bekamen wir kulanterweise das Frühstück gratis. Eine nette Geste. Allerdings konnten wir nicht wechseln und schliefen drei Nächte "unter Tage". Das Zimmer war auch nicht gut geputzt als wir rein kamen. Insgesamt doch eher schwach für ein "Boutique" Hotel.

De kamer was mooi, goed voor 3 personen. Er was airco wat erg fijn was tijdens de warme periode. Personeel was aardig, en gaven tips over plekjes om te bezoeken

Er kwam echt koud water uit de kraan, maar er was een koelkast aanwezig.

Perfekte Lage in einer kleinen und ruhigen Seitenstraße, nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand. Sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Personal. Zimmer sind sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend.

Wir hatten ein 3-Bett-Zimmer im obersten Geschoss. Es sind viele Treppen, was den Transport der Koffer erschwert. Uns wurde aber sofort angeboten beim Koffer tragen zu helfen. Das war sehr zuvorkommend. Vielen Dank nochmals hierfür ! Das Bad war recht klein bzw. kleines Waschbecken und wenig Ablagefläche. Das sind aber Kleinigkeiten. Denn sonst war alles wunderbar.

Sehr schönes kleines Hotel. Betten sehr gut und die Größe des Zimmers war super. Sehr leckeres Frühstück in schöner Umgebung.

Wir haben leider im Souterrain unsere Zimmer gehabt.

The quilt was marked. The towels were marked with poo stains. The room backed onto the kitchen. It was noisy.

Exceptionally clean , beautifully furnished room with everything you could need (and more). the staff were so helpful and polite . The customer service was exceptional and staff go out of their way to assist you !!! We were taken care of from the moment we arrived and no request was too big or small . We are frequent visitors to Brighton and I will definitely be staying here again.

Die Präsentation des Hotels von booking. com hat rein gar nichts mit der Praxis zu tun. Vor allem hat es keine 5 Sterne. Im Zimmer fehlt ein Kleiderschrank, der Balkon hat lediglich eine Breite von ca. 80 cm, man muss unter dem Fenster durchklettern, um auf ihn zu gelangen, der Einstieg in die Dusche ist extrem hoch. Beim Frühstück gab es keine Auswahl, immer dasselbe und außer Toast kein Brot. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist absolut nicht gerechtfertigt!

A perfect location for visiting Brighton, beach near by as was town with a lovely Italian restaurant 50 yds away. Bed was great and beautiful linen. Air con worked well, however we turned it off . Staff were helpful, friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend, on return visits will be my "go to" place .

Schönes Zimmer, ging in den Innenhof daher sehr ruhig. Tee/Kaffee wurde im Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, super freundliche Mitarbeitende, toller Raum mit Innenhof zum draußen sitzen und sehr gute Qualität der Produkte. Die Lage ist super, gleich am Meer und in der Nähe des Piers, Gase mit vielen Lokalen gleich ums Eck.

Loved the location as it was an easy walk to Brighton attractions and pubs (loved the nearby Camelford Arms!). Our room was air conditioned which was great for a hot and sunny Brighton. Bed was comfortable, room was large, and shower was great.

The location is great and the staff were lovely. Breakfast was good and the dining room is decorated really well. The shower was fab.

The photos don't really reflect the reality in honesty. It's not that the room was bad, but I paid 1200 pounds for 3 nights (because of Brighton Pride), and it just wasn't worth it. There was a stain on the lamp, the blinds were dodgy on one window, there was a small black fridge just placed under an old coffee table. Nothing about the decor was classy or luxury or boutique or 5 star. There was a buzzing noise we heard intermittently throughout the night, which was either the air con unit or coming from the cupboard next to the room. The bed was clean and comfortable but very small.

Big rooms, plenty of space, good value and choice of breakfast, very friendly and professional staff in all departments - reception, breakfast, housekeeping.

Old building (listed building so no major changes allowed) means things likecwindiws can be difficult but overall a good facility.

The property was easy to find. The room was well decorated. Very clean and well set out.

The cost for one night was a lot of money. Hotels putting prices up because of Pride weekend feels not in keeping with the tone of the event. The price was not inclusive and whilst clean, the mattress was rather firm for us. The coat felt over the top. I would return, but only at a cheaper price.

Beautifully appointed room with lovely bathroom and shower. Lots of special touches like water dispenser, tea, coffee and biscuits etc. lovely decor. But avoid booking room 1 in the basement if you want peace and quiet! The noise from upstairs guests was incredible and it wasn’t their fault, they were just doing normal things. It was the creaking floors, hearing everything (!) when they used the toilet, showered, walked across the room etc. Both guests showered at midnight so that kept us awake. Also the beds were REALLY hard. And you really expect to be able to get a good nights sleep when staying at a hotel. Such a shame as everything else about the hotel was top notch.

The room number 2 was in the basement and had a slight damp smell. Also the view was at a wall and people's legs. The clothes rail was in a cupboard above another cupboard with a safe inside. On top of that cupboard was the coffee and tea equipment. Not a lot of space to hang your clothes and you would have to take your clothes out of the cupboard before making a cup of tea or coffee. Luckily we only stayed one night and did not need to hang clothes up.

We stayed at the hotel in the off-season (mid-April) and had nothing but positive experiences. The trip to Brighton was part of a birthday travel to the UK. Although we arrived a little before check-in time, the receptionist kindly welcomed and informed us that our room was prepared so we could already take it (which made us very happy). Our room on the top floor was decorated with balloons and roses, complete with a birthday card, as I had requested, which was a great surprise for the person celebrating. The room with its bow window and street/sea view was wonderful, as was the service and breakfast. The location was excellent, within easy walking distance of the beach, the Royal Pier, and the city center. In addition, the Bus 12X stop to the Seven Sisters Cliffs was very close. The hotel not only delighted us with its Victorian facade, but also with its location, as we found the area beautiful and safe. The breakfast room was really charming and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The service, the room, the quality of the bed, the bathroom, the coffee machine, etc., the cleanliness, the view were all perfect for us. When we returned very tired from a daily excursion, they were attentive and offered us tea in the lobby. It is a wonderful memory for us ever since, so we can only recommend this hotel. Dear Hotel Staff, thank you very much for your care! :)

A lovely hotel. The room was spacious and really clean, with a wee balcony and a comfortable big bed. There was a water dispenser also, which was great, and bottled water in the fridge stocked up daily. The shower was really good with thick fluffy towels. Great location, and really friendly and helpful staff. I didn't have breakfast, but the breakfast room looked very nice and bright. Accommodation in Brighton can be hit and miss, but this hotel is definitely to be recommended.

We had a fab weekend in Brighton for On The Beach to see Fatboy Slim. The hotel was perfect. Easy to find, great room. Aircon which was a godsend in the heat and a really comfy bed! Parking wasn’t bad either. We purchased a resident permit from the hotel and parked two streets away from the hotel. We stayed in the top room in the roof number 33. It’s up a lot of stairs but kept us fit! The room was perfect. A great size, large shower and iron/ironing board and tea and coffee along with a fridge. Would definitely recommend the hotel. It was literally 5 mins walk to On The Beach which was great when it finished as back in no time. The breakfast was fab! Lots to choose from and a great cooked breakfast. Service at breakfast was very good too. Everyone who worked at the hotel was really friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

I stayed in a compact room at the top of the building. It was very clean and beautifully presented. The hotel is spotlessly clean throughout. The staff are very friendly and helpful. My mother in law was in a larger room in the basement. We both slept well and we found the hotel very quiet. I would highly recommend using the hot tub and treatments. The breakfast was outstanding with a wide choice of high quality foods. We will definitely stay again
