Location excellent. Shower great. Bed comfortable. Amenities perfect

The room was spotless and so well stocked with coffees, a Nespresso machine and an assortment of teas and hot chocolate. The bathroom was beautiful and the bed was super-comfy. Check-in was easy and pleasant, as was check-out. The location was great and so were the views.

Only thing to note is what floor you are on ---Be aware there maybe lots of stairs !!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay which had a fabulous view of the pier. The room was beautifully decorated and comfortable, the towels fluffy and white, very important to me. We didn’t have breakfast but we could see that it was a reasonable price. Parking couldn’t have been nearer to the hotel The staff were professional friendly and helpful. We love the location and the building, and the staff are very welcoming and friendly. The beds are super comfortable, there's just about enough storage space and the views are great.

The extractor fan not working in the bathroom, plus an endlessly leaking tap made for a soggy and slightly ill-smelling bathroom experience. Also the room was unbearably hot, even at the tail end of summer, and although the sympathetic staff gave us a great, quiet fan which really helped on the second night, we should really have had it from the beginning, ideally already cooling the room. The heat hit you hard as soon as you entered.

Comfortable, spotlessly clean,convenient location,parking was a real bonus.

The location is great and staff helpful. Room 3 had a great view over the pier and sea, which was lovely. Really close to shops and yummy cafes. Parking was great as it’s so limited in Brighton. I parked until 12pm the next day.

The room was warm, but there was a lovely big sash window to open and a fan available, which was good. Some complimentary bottles of water would have been nice in the fridge.

Ich hatte Zimmer Nr 8 im 3.Stock mit Meeresblick. Die Aussicht ist wirklich wunderschön, besonders abends, wenn der Palace Pier voll beleuchtet ist. Die Angestellten beim Frühstück sind superfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück mit Büffet und auf Wunsch Full English Breakfast ist hervorragend. Man kann zu Fuß vom Hotel aus alle Touristen-Attraktionen bequem erreichen. Eine Bushaltestelle (in beiden Richtungen) ist direkt vor dem Haus, wenn man längere Strecken fahren möchte. Parkplätze gratis für alle Gäste sind garantiert.

Man weiß vorher, dass das Hotel direkt an der Promenade liegt. Die Straße ist viel befahren, was bei geschlossenen Fenstern geht. Nur die vielen Polizei- und Krankenwagen mit extrem laut heulenden Sirenen stören sehr. Auch mitten in der Nacht. Leider sind besonders Freitag und Samstag bei schönem Wetter viele junge teilweise extrem betrunkene grölende Leute am Strand und auf der Promenade bis am frühen Morgen unterwegs.

Few creaky floorboards in the room above. General noises outside seagulls, road noise but this is to be expected staying on the main road and on the sea front!

Location was good for me as I went by train only 20/25 min walk Was close to pier,shops,restaurants,and a host of places to eat 😋,attractions like crazy golf ⛳️ was awesome 👌, nudist beach ⛱️ awesome,electric train awesome 👌,had fab 👌 few days away was most excellent 👌, also seeing other people who cross dress like myself was really lovely to c 😀 will deffo go back 😀 😊 👍 Breakfast 10/10 excellent 👌 👍 😋 staff 10/10 really lovely welcoming made my stay many tanks 😀 😊

L’hôtel est très bien placé, à côté du Brighton Pier, il suffit de traverser la rue pour aller à la plage. Toute la ville peut se visiter à pied depuis l’hôtel. Des petits-déjeuners sont proposés, à 10£ par personne pour le continental (très bien) et 15£ pour le complet britannique. Certes au total avec le prix de la chambre c’est cher, mais difficile de trouver moins cher sur Brighton pour un hôtel aussi bien placé avec parking. Le parking est très petit, si on compte utiliser la voiture pendant le séjour il faut le notifier car d’autres voitures peuvent se garer devant et bloquer la sortie. Du coup on m’a fait garer à l’hôtel à côté, avec lequel ils ont un accord, et là pas de problème. Le personnel est très sympathique et serviable. Outre ventilateur est tombé en panne, il a été remplacé immédiatement.

L’environnement est un peu bruyant (nombreuses ambulances qui passent devant - mais quasiment pas la nuit -, son de musique venant de restaurants à proximité (on entend les basses), parquet qui grince au dessus de la chambre. Mais,rien de rédhibitoire. À noter, l’hôtel n’est pas climatisé, comme il faisait très chaud dehors, il faisait aussi très chaud dans la chambre, et à cause du bruit on ne peut laisser les fenêtres ouvertes la nuit, ventilateur obligatoire.

It was a perfect size room, the bathroom and shower were fab, the sea view was great. Had everything you needed a more with robes and a mini fridge. The location was also perfect!! Plus the parking, was fab. Also a little extra something for my husband as it was his birthday, so thoughtful.

Was told the room would be cleaned and replenished on day 2 of our stay so we were shocked to find in our return it hadn’t been! We had, had a do not disturb placed on our door(not sure by who as we were 3rd floor!) seemed like they just didn’t have a cleaner available. We had to walk down 3 flights of stairs to ask for more coffee, milk, toilet rolls etc and back up again but no new towels had to use damp towels. They need phone in room so we could have called and they could have bought all these up to us. Room still didn’t get cleaned!

The room and bathroom need a little bit of maintenance. Some comfort items were empty (tissues and soap in shower).

Stayed here many times, the hotel is great, love the free parking and the staff are incredibly friendly - especially the lady from New Zealand! The breakfast here is superb! And they are very accommodating with changes you wish from the menu.

It wasn’t quite as clean as it usually is - the shelf above the kettle area was dusty and I did notice a little mould round the back of the sink in the bathroom.

Friendly staff and a beautiful and modern room. We paid for room with a balcony and thought it was worth the extra. Balcony was accessible to sit on (we were a couple) and the view was lovely. Not much traffic noise at all. A big fan provided as well as bath robes. Lots of little extra touches had been added. Would highly recommend. Parking wad a great bonus and we could park up a little before check in and the same with checking out - another bonus! Would book this hotel again if we returned to Brighton.

Da das Hotel direkt an der Strandpromenade liegt ist es durch den vielen Verkehr etwas laut. Wer es gänzlich ruhig haben möchte sollte in einer Gasse/Straße weiter hinten buchen. Uns hat die Straße jedoch nicht gestört

Unable to double lock the bedroom door on the inside. I was informed the locks are being changed. I was asked to move my car to a different location which was difficult to access due to narrow entrance and metal posts at car park the entry point. Challenging to turn the car in the alternative narrow car park. I drive a Mercedes EQA. The shampoo/body wash was located high up in the shower cubicle which made it difficult to use and I’m 6’1”…

Lovely area, with the parking included, friendly staff, beautiful room, clean and modern, beautiful view, Great breakfast with lots of choice. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely recommend and return ourselves.

If I had to say anything it would be the bed mattress was just a little to hard for me, which made it harder for me to sleep. But that is my opinion everyone is different, I would still return tho.

Traumhafte Aussicht auf das Meer, sehr zentrale Lage, sehr leckeres und umfangreiches Frühstück mit großer Auswahl, wirklich ausgezeichnete Qualität! Das Personal ist immer zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind unterschiedlich groß, manche recht großzügig, andere eher klein, dafür aber im Dachgeschoß mit einem kleinen Balkon. Das Meer kann man direkt erreichen indem man die Straßen überquert, der Zutritt ist kostenlos, der Strand besteht aus Kieselsteine, im Wasser besteht der Boden allerdings hauptsächlich aus schönen Sand. Das Meerwasser war im Juli außergewöhnlich warm und sehr sauber. Das belebte Pier mit Vergnügungspark ist in unmittelbarer Nähe und verursacht im Zimmer keinen stark wahrnehmbaren oder störenden Lärm.

Zwischen dem Haus und dem Meer lag eine dicht befahrene und stark belebte Straße, die in der Nacht recht laut war. Nachdem es keine Klimaanlage gab mussten die Fenster aber offen bleiben. Das Haus ist wie die meisten in der Zeile recht alt, dadurch gibt es keinen Lift, sondern teilweise sehr steile und schmale Stiegen in z.b. den 4. Stock. Hier einen schweren Koffer hinaufzutragen gelingt nur geübteren Personen...

L’emplacement était parfait, juste à côté de la jetée, à quelques minutes des commerces et rues vivantes. Facilité de stationnement, accueil parfait.

Great place for a one night business stopover - right on the beach front close to the centre of Brighton

The hotel was really lovely. Didn’t have many rooms which was quite nice so didn’t feel loud or busy. So clean and had everything you needed in the room. Nice staff who said they’d make our room up first so we could get in there early. Bonus it had free parking as well.

Lovely room with a large window and a nice view. Included a kettle, coffee machine, and fridge, with a good selection of tea and coffee. The bathroom was nice with a good shower, although the water pressure wasn’t amazing. The room also had a TV, robe, wardrobe, and plenty of storage space. Great location within easy walking distance to everything. Staff were friendly and helpful.

No aircon but did have a heater and fan. Wifi wasn't great.

The Room with a View is in an excellent location, within easy walking distance of a great selection of restaurants, shops, and bars. The on-site parking was one of the main reasons I chose to stay here and proved to be extremely convenient. The room was modern, immaculately clean, and finished to a high standard. The staff were professional, friendly, and accommodating throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

The bed linen could be a bit higher quality but it was clean and comfortable.

The top floor room was incredibly hot even in May, and the shower sprayed in all directions due to limescale build up

Very small room, didnt have a nice 'view' considering the name of the place and parking was an issue. I was parking for the duration of the marathon weekend which I contacted the hotel about in advance and was told it was ok, only for it to be a problem when I got there. It was sorted but very awkward
