Dust collected over months laying around on top of stuff. Air filter for heating/AC was really dirty! Room was so cold took hours to heat up after I had to call front desk to switch my HVAC unit from cooling to heat. Cannot make changes on thermostate in unit.....I actually turned on 2 electric cook top burners to help heat the room.

The staff was courteous & helpful. The breakfasts were terrific, and the exercise room was amazing!

The hallway carpet on the floor we stayed on was disgustingly dirty. We were in the 8th floor.

Not Great. The air conditioner barely worked, the window shades didn't work at all, and they charged us four times for parking (twice on two different credit cards!) It was extremely difficult to drive to as many of the streets downtown don't allow turns. I'll not be staying here again.

The closets were not wide enough to open up a large suitcase inside, which meant we had to use the counters and couch for our family’s two suitcases.

The hotel cancelled my stay 30 minutes prior to me arriving. Then, didn’t help me rebook another hotel or give a future discount or anything. I had to find another hotel in the city at 7pm the night of my stay on my own after traveling all day. They said it was a computer booking mixup.

The room was spacious. The bed was comfortable. It was clean.

There are signs posted in the elevators, within the hotel for a grocer store. I went looking to gather some items and there were signs saying 2nd floor and then signs saying 3rd floor. I also got locked out of my facility looking for this grocer. When I finally went to the front desk, I was informed it has been gone for 2 years. I have no idea why all the signs are still up. I counted 5 signs at least. Another thing that was a concern was the access to the front door without using your access card in the evening. There was a man who was screaming outside and walking up and down the sidewalk. He was also walking into the hotel lobby. My husband and I did not leave our room after that.

Room was very clean and organized. The breakfast was amazing and way more than I expected it would be. The bed was comfortable.

The deadbolt lock on the room door would not work properly. When checking in the front office person told us all about the complimentary happy hour when we arrived at the hotel at the check in time of 3pm. She explained there would be beer from a keg and two kinds of wine. When we arrived at happy hour, none of the keg beer or either wine choice was working properly. They did not seem concerned at all and offered a few hard apple ciders and high noon cocktails out of cans. It was fine, we still had some of happy hour, but there was never an apology of the keg beer or wine that was promised not being offered and the machine being broken. A suggestion would be to explain that when the guest checks in and explain that there will be other offerings at happy hour due to the current offerings being broken.

Was in town for one night the room was great, staff was nice and the breakfast was great.

The location is prime, literally 5 minutes from work. I stayed while my home was being remodeled so it was good I didn’t have to go far to make it to work. The property was nice and clean, loved the amenities!

I didn’t like how at night time the room got more cold and we couldn’t adjust the heat. We have to call down to the front desk for changes to the thermostat, but I understand why.

Easy parking. Clean hotel. Breakfast was ok, everything was cold had to microwave it. There was a lady making fresh crepes, we didn’t try them.

Had a bathtub instead of walk in shower. Tv wouldn’t connect to our phone as it said it would. The TV.Marriott website wouldn’t work.

I would never recommend this property to anyone. The staff was less than stellar, no hospitality and zero customer service. I am currently disputing charges. There was never any hot water, the staff was terrible except for Wendy but she was not a supervisor. Pure trash!!!!

I like the room itself. Breakfast is good. It's a mile from the orpheum.

The AC is "eco friendly" you have to call and ask them to switch your room to AC but then it was the lowest setting. Myself and my two guests sweat all night and got very little sleep even though we set it to 60.

The check in process was well. The beds super comfy. The room was well and had a couch which was nice. I think that I would book here again for other events.

Pay for parking. $15 was so expensive for overnight parking. I think that if there way a way for it to be free that would be very appealing to people. I also didn't know that we needed to pay for parking until after I couldn't cancel.

The happy hour was misleading. Nothing indicated that it was only on weekdays when I got the room. No need for deception.

Most of the staff were rude, the breakfast was the same thing everyday, and wasn't good ,all the dishes in our room were dirty,and they didn't have any luggage carts.

What I liked most about this property is that it was the cleanliness and the staff were exceptionally nice and friendly! I also loved the breakfast bar!!

There wasn’t much not to like about this property. I was extremely satisfied.

This is my go-to hotel in Omaha. It's clean, comfortable and -- if you get a room that is not facing Dodge Street -- quiet. I like having the extra space of a full kitchen. And the hotel is generous with upgrades for a Titanium member, when possible. Years ago, I had an issue with this hotel honoring late checkout, but since then, that's never again been a problem: Staff is always willing to honor the benefit. This is part of the Midtown Crossing development, so there are lots of restaurants, etc., within walking distance. I'd it's nice outside, Turner Park is also literally steps away. One thing to note: Parking is $15 a night in the attached garage. It requires a separate QR code and can be a little finicky.

I really loved the location. It was ten minutes from most of the things that I needed to do for the weekend. The bed was extremely comfortable.

This property is well located and well maintained. The room was spacious and has great furnishings. Surrounding area offers a good array of restaurants.

Loved the location, being close to several restaurants. Didn't have to venture far. Staff helped us out with questions. Breakfast was also much better than what I expected.

The complimentary coffee for room did not taste good. Not sure if it was the water, if the coffee machine needed cleaned, or if it just wasn't good. Was only able to get a few drinks even with the creamer and creamer. Had issues with the phone not working in the room, as well as one of the lights started to flicker and another one would not turn on at all .

Room was warm even when AC was adjusted to 60. Hallway was a lot cooler with a split unit outside of our door.

It was fine but both rooms were missing the sofas that were supposed to come with them and ones phone wasn’t even plugged in to use and just didn’t end up working. Leaving the parking garage was also an issue. You have to use the paper ticket instead of the room keys and the front desk told me to come back and bring my paper ticket and she gave me a different one that should have worked for the gate and said if there is any issues to use the gate attendant but mentioned she was “not too happy with the front desk”. The “push for assistance” woman that is supposed to be of assistance said that the front desk wasn’t part of the hotel so not use them for issues with the gate? Just wasn’t helpful and had a bad attitude so that for sure left a sour taste when we were leaving. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was great! Just hate to have issues with some of the stay.

Any staff member I interacted with was friendly and helpful when I had questions. I was pleasantly surprised at the offerings of the kitchen (stove top, microwave, full size fridge, spout for filling pot.) Great amenities for longer stays. There is laundry and even groceries (I didn't access the groceries on 3rd floor but got a frozen meal in the lobby shop.) Lots of parking available in parking garage. QR code to access parking. Room was clean. Shower pressure was good with option of overhead rain style or handheld wand. Only issue was lack of hot water. The bathroom sink hot water didn't heat up at all (grateful for the kitchen sink option), Friday mid-morning shower was wonderful and Saturday 9am shower didn't have much warm water and ended on the cool side. I'd stay again though.

We stayed one night for a girls trip. The room was amazing - way more than we expected. Front desk was great. Breakfast was really good. Will be staying her again.

Room had bare minimum supplies in kitchen ie silverware, plates, cookware etc. There were no sofabed sheets, blanket or pillow. Layout of room was exactly what we needed. Staff was excellent!
