Sheraton Guangzhou Hotel

Excellent service ,clean rooms Friendly and helpful staff Home away from Home Excellent place !!!!Highly Recommended

Nothing everything was perfect

Location , cleanliness and comfort

The pillow is too soft and makes my neck ache

swimming pool is perfect

Colazione e posizione

A very good hotel. The outdoor pool was great, the breakfast was excellent, and the metro station is right next to the hotel.

BY ALL STANDARDS THE BEST 👌 THE STAFFS WERE FRIENDLY EVEN LANGUAGES BEEN A BARRIER. NEATNESS OF ROOMS,COMFORTABLE BEDS CLEAN AND TIDY BATHROOM BREAKFAST OPTIONS WERE 😋 EXCELLENT LOCATION IS WELL CENTRED IN THE CITY THIS IS THE SECOND TIME STAYING IN THIS HOTEL. AND WILL STILL COME BACK

The hotel is in a perfect location, physically connected to TEEMALL and the metro station, meaning you never have to walk outside. There are plenty of eateries nearby, and the breakfast is excellent with a huge variety of Asian and Western options. The staff are incredibly friendly, and we will definitely stay here again!

Good location and clean

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Ricardo Ma from the Concierge team. He was incredibly patient in helping me resolve my Meituan and Taobao issues today. He was attentive, detail-oriented, and made sure everything was handled properly. I rarely take the time to leave reviews, but Ricardo truly deserves recognition for his excellent service. Thank you for going above and beyond. Keep up the great work!

Connected to teemall shopping center and the metro.was very close to lot of the sites.

Nothing.

Everything - outdoor pool was fantastic

The staff English made certain experiences difficult eg. Breakfast did not understand basic menu items or coffee orders and then delivered incorrect product

Location

Food has a limited option for vegetarians or halal food

Great hotel, clean and service was incredible

I like the room

breakfast not included

Breakfast met expectations. The room was generally clean, and the staff were helpful. The location is convenient, with easy access (connected) to shopping centres and about a 30minute drive to most attractions.

Kahvaltı çeşit olarak beklentilerin üstünde idi.

Otelde tadilat vardı. O biraz rahatsız edici idi. Lakin girerken de bunu bildirmeleri güzeldi.

Kahvaltı beklentilerin üzerinde ve çeşit çok.

genelde iyiydi.

Location is next to many mega shopping malls and not far from Guangzhou Tower

I searched for a room for 3 pax but the size of the bed provided is about 1.2m width (not even a proper queen size bed) and in the end I have to pay an additional charge for adding on a single bed. The mattress is quite hard compared to the Sheraton Hotel in Nanshan Shenzhen

Good location if you like to shop, as it is connected to a mall, need not worry if rain. Helpful front desk officers.

Might be a bit hard to get didi at times due to traffic jam during peak hours

The hotel situated in a vibrant surroundings, offers seamless connectivity to both a premier shopping mall and the subway network. The property is well maintained, complemented by good service. The breakfast buffet features diverse selection of local, Chinese, and Western culinary delights.

So comfy until we were relunctant to leave the room and go out.

Nothing

Perla Mai and Charles Huang helped us a lot , super nice went an extra mile. Very helpful staff, another good point is that they are able to speak cantonese.

I loved everything about this hotel and I am definitely coming back. The rooms are so comfortable, the breakfast is sumptuous and the staff are Amazing. Lirs was super helpful and kind. She made sure I always had a good time at the breakfast.

The hotel is very good. The break fast caters everyone it’s a mix of English break fast and Asian.

The property is located in the middle of the city and has the mall entrance right at the hotel

from the moment i stepped in, the check in was fast and the staff - Sanny Chen was most welcoming and did her best to assist us. the staff who opened the car doors at the entrance were also always prompt and helpful (this is often overlooked). the housekeeping staff also gave us a call at night to ask if we needed a clean-up which i thought was really attentive. location was also 10/10. i would most definitely choose to stay again at this hotel .

I have no bad comments on this hotel for my most recent stay.

Great hotel in a great location close to shopping, transport and restaurants, rooms are huge and the breakfast buffett is amazing!

There was so much variety in breakfast; the location was excellent, in a mall, so many restaurants, transport, etc

generally all things were good

A lot of space

Nothing

Great location. It’s is connected to teemall. Food and shopping was great with that connection. Lots of eateries across the road too. Love the size of the room and bathroom. Spacious and modern. Comfortable and lovely stay for the family.

A bit pricey and having a kids club/ play area would be nice.

Everything 👍👍

Great location

Nothing

We booked for one night as we had a one night layover on our way to the UK. The room exceeded our expectations. Amazing views, comfy king bed and the bath were highlights. It was also soundproofed and very quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we got a room upgrade and a welcome fruit platter upon arrival. The breakfast buffet had many fantastic options. As we didn't stay for long we didn't get much of a chance to explore, but it seemed like a great area. Close to a metro and next to several shopping malls for convenience.

Location was exceptional, really close to malls and public transport.

Overall it was good. Location is exceptional.

Location. Facility - gym, pool, sauna and steam room

Traffic around the area can be heavy

Staff were friendly, professional and approachable.

The aircon in one of the rooms we booked was not functioning well (room not cold despite setting the temperature to a desirable temperature).

I've solo travelled for work for 25 years, and this hotel stood out. They clearly have not lost sight of the key things that make a great hotel in the pursuit of just being flashy. Beds excellent, showers excellent, breakfast excellent. Everything clean and in good order. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the pool on the roof is a delight. I could go on, but I will certainly stay here next time I need to be in central Guangzhou (location also most convenient right next to Tiyu Xilu MTR station).

Breakfast international

Anyone can enter this hotel without any concerns
