poorly maintained, unhelpful staff

The location is great, very close to the subway, local restaurants and bars. The bed was very comfortable.

The hotel is quite old and you can eventually feel it in the facilities. Also it's pet friendly and won't be convenient to people with dog allergies. We didn't see that beforehand and got a room with a very strong presence of a former guest dog. The hotel tried their best to clean it, but it didn't really help.

There was a foul odor coming from the carpet in the room. I called the front desk to have housekeeping spray some deodorizer in the room or on the carpet, but nobody came to the room. There was also dust in the closet and where the refrigerator and microwave were located.

Furniture in room was VERY worn. Room air conditioning did not work. Exercise room was hot and equipment was broken.

Not a bad or terrible location. Parking is better than most places. Everything within walking distance. Trains and buses and plenty of food places.

Ice machines lack there of. And just unorganized overall. Refrigerator that didn’t work! After a while remodel. Drain that was clogged while trying to take a shower. Lack of weights in gym.

Under construction in some areas. Room was battered and run down.

Very unprofessional staff. I asked for an itemized folio/invoice to be emailed to me after checkout with the details I provided initially for accounting purposes. After this they asked for my details 2 times again but did not send anything. I contacted them again and they told me they cannot provide it.

It wasn’t cleaned at all. The hallways and room were not cleaned . The staff gave different rules that differ from each other. I had to call room service 3 time for toothpaste because they wouldn’t show when finally someone showed they brought a howl . I had to call back again

I had booked several weeks ago using Booking.com and received confirmation.When I arrived I was told the reservation had been cancelled! I had received no information about this, and it needs to be investigated. I was able to make a new reservation on booking.com but am not happy about what happened and require an explanation.

My room could have used a Microwave but I didn't realize that wasn't option until I got there, and apparently breakfast was not an option with my package like I thought. But overall everything was great and I glad I had other options available.

I paid 3 times the rate the furnishings were worn out cracking. The bathroom is too small. And dangerous as the floors when wet does make it very slippery. It is an accident waiting to happen.

Housekeeping is the worst I've ever experienced, every single day I had to wait more than 30 min to receive a third towel (we were 3 in the room), and on top of that, one day I requested housekeeping to change the bed linen, and I got back to the room at 7pm and it was the same way I left in the morning, when I communicate them about the issue, they first tried to push back on me saying I hadn't request (records in their computer prove them wrong). It took almost 2h to fix the issue.

This establishment took 150 dollar damage deposit fee & refused to release it , in fact I still haven't received it back yet. They're blaming cash -app & cash-app is saying its them . Other then that no ice machines were working , I walked down to 4 different floors & they were all not working. I had to go to the restaurant in the lobby downstairs for some.

worn-out rooms and facilities, especially gym the overall feeling of the hotel is that you would not want to go barefoot in the room. once the room service forgot the mop in my room gym was closed fue to emergency repair, as they said, though I check out it few times at different part of the days and no one was fixing there anything. propaply couple weeks due it is still closed

I did not like that at the end that we did not have a microwave or access to ice machine on our floor. Also, I did not see any face cloths in the room.

THE PICTURES ONLINE LOOKS NOTHING LIKE WHAT YOUR GONG INTO ITS A DISAPPOINTMENT!!! The bathroom door doesn’t close , when the lady change our sheets we came back and saw foot prints on the bed that freaked us out. The wait for the elevator omg I could read a book and finished it and the elevator still didn’t came. The staff needs a hearing check because they don’t listen. I came to the front desk for a key I went all the way up to the 7th floor after waiting on that crazy elevator when I reached my room key doesn’t work omg secondly the room had no washcloths I called asking them for some washcloths 5 minutes after a nice lady came with 4 big towels I had to go down to the front desk asking for washcloths. I asked for a 12pm check out and I had to remind front desk and housekeeping I have a 12pm check out 3 times it was so annoying omg I will never come back to this hotel.

The location is excellent, the room was comfortable and clean.

We spent 3 nights there, and we did not have any room service (not even cleaning the trash bins) although we requested it at least two times. That was our only problem, but it was not pleasent.

娘のアパートのすぐ近くだったので利用しましたが、それでなければ特に利用するメリットはないように思います。 ロビーのラウンジは広く、くつろげました。ダイナーが隣接しているのも便利です。ごく普通のアメリカのホテルという感じ。サービスは期待していないので、それなりという感じです。

最悪なのは廊下の狭いこと。エレベーターから降りた瞬間、閉所恐怖症気味の私は恐怖感を覚えました。利用中にもエレベーターがなん度も通り過ぎるという不具合もあり、何かあったときにはパニックになりそうです。 チェックインしたとき、シャワー入口部分のフロアタオルがありませんでした。そういうものなのかと思ってその時は使いましたが、翌日部屋の清掃後にはありましたので、スタッフのミスでしたね。こういうことに十分な気配りはできそうにない感じは至る所にあります。

Die Klimaanlage ist sehr laut und das Bedienfeld ist unter dem Lüftungsgitter versteckt. Die Steuerungseinheit an der Wand ist funktionslos. Ein Hinweisblatt hierzu wäre sehr hilfreich.

It was not entirely clean, I found an unused condom underneath bed side table whilst looking for my watch, bed is too soft feels like it’s worn out. Duvet inner had cuts and holes, and mattress was Badly stained. No cameras in the hall ways or elevator which makes the property unsafe.

They check me out before time to check out. Found out they mistake a 9 for a 6 in the room number. Which is awful. Please They did want to accommodate for there wrong doing cause I wanted to stay an extra night but I was already out of the system.. They were not helpful on that part.

We were supposed to have a king size bed n we paid for a king size. The bed ended up being a queen size. I was hoping to get a refund for the bed not being a king size n only being a queen. I would just want something to make the difference.

The view from our room was nice.

We booked a king bed and when we arrived the bed was only full size. The front desk said it was an accessible room so it wasn't big enough for a king size bed. But we booked a listing with a king bed. They said they were sold out so couldn't move us and wouldn't give us any concession to make it right. What was most frustrating was they wouldn't admit a mistake or apologize or change the listing. If they had been apologetic it would have been understandable. But it's false advertising to say it'll be a king bed and not give a king bed and say it could never be a king bed. But that was just the beginning of the issues. One of the two elevators was out of service for 2 of our 4 days causing us to wait up to 10 minutes to get to our accessible room. The grab bars in the shower were loose and unsafe. The hot tub never got above 97 degrees. The weight room was missing 20lb and 25lb dumbbells. The lobby decorative art piece above the elevator waiting area was dusty/gross. The air conditioner in the room was absolutely covered in dust and you have to remove the full front cover to adjust the setting. The TV guide didn't work on the TV so you had to go channel by channel. The room in general was old and the light fixtures were falling apart and bulbs were burnt out. We only got one towel per person. The guests next to us were loud and you could hear everything as the walls were thin.

I enjoyed the pool, spa and sauna to relax my body after a long week of rigorous work schedule.

The 2 elevators were very slow and one elevator was not working well.

Have stayed in this hotel for a couple of times; compared with last stay about 6 months ago, I would rate this as some improvements. Area of improvement 1) Security deposit was released sooner, about 7 business days versus 15 business days for last one. 2) Room is a bit cleaner than last one and less noisy. However some amenities ,supplies are not enough such as limited supply of towels and no slipper available Elevators are slow and not clean

First morning, I was woken up by construction work next door. I request a room change and was given a room with a bed lump in the mattress. No one came to my room the entire 6 days stay for cleaning or towels.

It Was Good Just Alot Of Small Details, No Microwave No Ice Everything U Had To Go To The Lobby For & I Was On The 13th Floor Elevator Takes A Min It's Only Two & It's Alot Of Ppl Back & Forth Phone In My Room Don't Work , Small Lil Cooler In The Room Barely Cools & For A King Room On A Elevated Level It Was Kind Of Small & I Could Hear The Sounds From Upstairs & Next Door , & I Kept Hitting My Toes On The Wooden Bed Post Wasn't Enough Space To Walk Around The Bed.

The location was good.

The bed was so uncomfortable - deep wells in the queen bed mattress with no support. The AC vent was bashed in/dented. No ice from the ice machine on the floor.

Neither the television, coffee maker, nor telephone worked. The earliest for maintenance was 7am next morning check out for me was 10 had a train to catch. Compensation 10% discount. I cannot believe this. Still waiting on booking.com to respond to my complaint and the GM.

The room, bed and en-suite were fine but some furniture was a little tired/worn.

the good guy at the front desk who is always smiling and trying to help and also valet parking guys were super nice and friendly. the location is great. the parking is minimum 42$ a day so be prepared.

when we first came they gave us a room with a/c not working, leakage in the bathroom and a technical door opened in the ceiling. however, the room was changed after our inquiry. the other weird thing was that the room service stuff took the dirty towels and did not bring the clean one the same day. also there were only three towels for 2 people including a hands towel

my bed was kinda falling apart, it felt like I was catfish because the photos showed other wise, the hot tub wasn't hot

L’emplacement est idéal. Les chambres disposent d’une table à repasser et de quoi repasser. La dame de ménage (une jeune fille originaire de Guinée) était adorable.

Les chambres pour 4 (2 adultes et 2 enfants) sont minuscules. Les rangements y sont ridicules, pour 4 personnes et 1 semaine de séjour, on a à peine 3 ceintres dans une petite armoire, et une fois les valises posées au sol, on ne peut plus poser un pied 😅 aucun emplacement prévu pour les valises donc, et quasi rien pour les vêtements. La moquette de la chambre manifestement très vieille, avec une odeur désagréable (humidité ?), le genre de moquette sur laquelle on n’ose pas marcher pieds nus… Les employés du hall, 2 sur 3 ne regardent pas dans les yeux quand ils nous parlent, et disent à peine au revoir. Dommage. Enfin, les prix ont probablement été gonflés du fait de la coupe du monde. On a payé plus de 3000 dollars pour une semaine, sans petit déjeuner. Ça ne les vaut pas, même pour NYC.

The halls seemed dingy, and the rug seemed sticky when walking with barefeet. Rooms as are super small. Very much a budget hotel with great pictures that make it seem more luxe than it it is.

The air conditioning did not work well the fan barely blew and we were hot all night. It was very noisy in the hallways all night. There was doors slamming and arguing and it was very hard to sleep, expecially with a fan that wouldnt blow to help drown out the noise. The room was a litte dated and worn down but the bed was comfortable.

The property was very good located with easy access to the metro station and Manhattan was always. I was traveling towards the access due to work of all Hotel fortunately, I got the confirmation. Very clean very good ambience but there was no Halal food.

The room light didn't work, the furniture was old, beat up, and the chair material was dry rotted and torn. The lamp had rust on the bottom of the stand. The AC container was dusty. Not appealing at all. We were very disappointed. We have stayed at many Holiday Inns, and this has been the worst.
