Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Stay was good room was clean. Breakfast was great the sausages, fried potatoes and the cheese omelettes were very good and hot. Good selection of pastries cereal,fruit and juice and coffee. There was oatmeal, scrambled eggs, bagels, mini muffins, toast jams and peanut butter The warm cinnamon buns were to die for.
Bed's and pillows were too soft in our room on the second floor.

The wallpaper was peeling off the walls in the room and in the bathroom. The ceiling was peeling in the bathroom. The toilet has to be the lowest toilet I’ve ever seen. This site needs real updates

Reviewed May 30, 2026I spoke with at least 4 staff members during my stay. All were very friendly and helpful. I thought the gym facility was great - more options than most! Breakfast was really good as well. Love the coffee machine with specialty coffees! Check in and out was seamless. Was very pleased and will return.

Since it's dog friendly could use a little green space for the dogs.

They have a specific gluten free area with a dedicated gluten free toaster, which I personally very much appreciate it.That is a very unusual and appreciated accommodation for those with celiac disease. The property is currently construction so we are excited for a stay once that is completed. Recommend this hotel for sure.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2025THE BREAKFASTS ARE REALLY GREAT. THE HOSPITALITY WAS VERY GOOD. RIGHT NOW THE HOTEL IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION, SO THE ROOMS NEED UP DATING. THEY ARE DRAB AND WOULD LIKE TO SEE WHAT IT WILL LOOK LIKE WHEN IT IS FINISHED WE WERE HAPPY TO HAVE A ROOM WITH ROLLIN SHOWER, ONLY THE WATER FLOODED ALL OVER THE BATHROOM FLOOR WHICH NEEDED A DEEPER SLANT TOWARDS THE SHOWER DRAIN. ALSO THE WATER DID NOT GET HOT ENOUGH. FURNISHINGS NEED CLEANING. WE HAVE ALWAYS HAPPY WITH THE HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS HOTELS, BUT THIS TIME WE WERE DISAPPOINTED. JIM AND LYNDA RUDY
