Lovely quiet B&B with bedrooms overlooking a courtyard with tables and chairs for guests to use and paddock with ponies, ducks and geese. The owner was so friendly and the staff too. We particularly enjoyed the tranquility and being able to sit in the beautiful gardens watching the birds and woodpecker. We will definitely return to this little gem.

The breakfast was very good, the staff wonderful and helpful. We liked the quiet location and seeing all the little birds and wildlife in the gardens was a bonus for nature lovers like us. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was a little tired looking and needed a freshen up decoration wise Nothing really matched, so there wasn't really a cohesive feel for the room The carpet was very old-fashioned The room needed a deep clean as there was a lot of dust The step up into the shower was difficult Would have been good to have a traditional shower head as it was difficult just to have a shower without getting your hair wet at the same time As the weather was so hot, it would have been good to have an umbrella for the garden table so you could sit outside

The location was peaceful and my granddaughter enjoyed looking at all the ducks and geese.

The rooms were a little tired and could do with an update!

really nice and hearty english breakfast. Our room was well decorated with a fantastic countryside view. Our host joss especially was great and most welcoming. In fact all the staff were very nice and caring and made our stay a memorable one. thank you.

The wifi connection was a bit hit and miss.

Lovely place to stay and enjoy some peace and quiet! Joss is a very helpfull and friendly hostess. My sister and I really enjoyed our stay here in this little village filled with animals, and there is a very nice pub around the corner. Would recommend!

Its a nice farm in lovely surroundings with talkative host. The property has (or maybe used to have) potential but it's far from what it could be. The pub is ok.

Cleanless is the main issue. Our room hasn't been cleaned or dusted for 4 days. We even had dirty towell on the floor for 3 days and nobody changed it. Bedding should be changed every 3 days (their statement), well it wasn't even made. We found several hairs in our food during breakfast. Not to mention spider webs all over the place. We had a room upstairs and in was in the middle of the heat wave so the sleeping in too soft bed was a night mare. Somebody should have jump to the nearest store and at lease bought some cheap fan.

A path from the carpark to the accomadation would have been helpfull, cases on gravel is difficult It was very hot weather when we stayed a fan in the room would have been welcomed .

Wonderful farm and owner Ross who immediately made us feel so welcome. The room was beautiful with a state of the art en suite bathroom. Over the top breakfast...all wonderful!

Wir buchten spontan und kamen spät an, sodass eigentlich kein Check In mehr möglich war. Die Gastgeberin machte uns dennoch auf was von großer Herzlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft zeugt. Alles war liebevoll gestaltet und das Frühstück grossartig. Wir sind sehr dankbar, dass wir diesen Ort entdecket haben.

Beautiful relaxing farm type stay. Nice rooms, was upgraded to a king room with separate living area and fabulous bathroom. Enjoyed the garden setting and a few cute animals to look at, and friendly dougall the retriever. Great breakfast. Very welcoming and friendly host and staff. No k site dinner but there is a pub 5 min walk down the road

Joss the owner is incredibly inspiring, warm and helpful. The place is beautiful, serene and comfortable. We needed for nothing.

A lovely farm house that has such a country appeal with views across the countryside with plenty of outdoor space for sitting and enjoying the garden. It has character, authenticity and a genuine welcoming warmth as the place to stay and from the host and staff. Breakfast was varied, plentiful and delicious taken in the bright spacious conservatory with natural light, with a coloured glass display and great views of the garden. On the edge of a small village, short walk to traditional English country pub the White Hart with great food, friendly, warm & welcoming that blends well with the host of our overnight stay Joss and varying the opportunity to feel part of the local community too. We stayed in the main house rear garden view king room which suited us perfectly.

We first visited this gem 2 years ago and were so impressed with Joss and her team that we returned last week. The location is very near Longleat and there are other tourist attractions not too far away, so it’s a great base. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Lots of hot water and really good water pressure. The breakfast was as good as we remembered, with lots of choice and everything cooked to order. It was lovely to catch up with everyone Joss and her team cannot do enough for guests and are happy to chat The house and grounds are really something special and the food at the White Hart in the village is excellent Hopefully we will visit again soon

Perfect location for exploring Somerset / Bath. Really comfortable bed with nice linen, the room was very spacious, and the breakfast in the morning was delicious! The owner Joss made us feel so comfortable and we would love to stay again!

Lovely location for visiting beautiful parts of Somerset. Great breakfasts and a pub with great food a short walkable distance away. The farm had a lovely homely feel with various animals to say hello to and welcome us😊

I loved the location, the bed was very comfortable and we had a large, well-equipped room.

The doorway to our room was very low and, despite having it pointed out to us, my husband still managed to really crack his head on it. In my opinion it should have some padding put on it.

The accommodation is lovely and a good price, and the grounds are stunning. I liked having a courtyard room with its own entrance. Good choice at breakfast. Some plain yoghurt would have been even nicer!

I think some of the shower room fittings were a little worn - including rusty shower caddy - and one of the curtain rings had parted from the curtain which is not a good look, but overall the place has a homely feel so it gets away with these minor decor quibbles.

Booked a room with 2 beds but was given a room with only 1 bed. Lady who met us accused us of not telling them we needed 2 beds (it said 2 beds in the booking) and that we were at fault. That didn't go down very well. She managed to find a foldable bed and frankly atrocious mattress. £150 for a very soft double and slightly fancy camp bed. Shower was unusable (scorching).

Absolutely beautiful place, breakfast was delicious with so much on offer, hosts extremely welcoming, will definitely visit again.

A bit of noise from neighbouring room.

Loved the animals although had to beware that some bite. It was quiet with a beautiful garden and flowers.

Found the owner to be a shrewd business woman and felt my concerns belittled. No WIFI in certain areas although I couldn’t connect at any time. No streaming facilities as advertised on flat tv. Hotel prices are charged so wasn’t expecting plastic table covers although practical.

Such a beautiful & peaceful setting. Joss is a brilliant, warm & friendly host who makes you feel instantly at home. All the animals add to this enchanting experience. I loved my room and the 4 poster bed. It’s also great having the pub so close for a hearty dinner.

Lovely, quaint farm house on the edge of a small village. Rooms were large and comfortable, as were the beds. The family who ran it were lovely and couldnt do enough for us, they looked after us really well. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice. Would definitely recommend. With it being a farm too there were plenty of animals to watch whilst sitting in the garden.

We loved the location, all the staff and the space in the room and bathroom. The breakfast was really good The views were great and it was easy to walk to the local pun which served excellent food.
