We had a spacious and clean room. The hotel was quieter than I expected it would be given it is on a busy services. There was some noise but we still slept well. Closeness of the facilities in the services was a bonus. Staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful.

The double bed could have been bigger, the room was certainly big enough to accommodate it. The room was a little tired but this was expected from reading other reviews and was not a major issue. Everything we needed was there and worked.

I booked a large room but there was a very annoying noise, like a drilling sound. Mentioned it to the receptionist, she happily moved me to another room.

We were on a cycling trip. So needed a place en route. Receptionist very helpful and friendly. Bedroom whilst not deluxe ( would not expect it to be for the price we paid) was warm, clean and comfortable.

The shower was temperamental. Would either take a long time to heat up, or would be very very hot and then go up and down in temperature. Mirror in bathroom was rusty. Light fixture by the side of the bed was broke and had cobwebs. Hairdryer was good through would take its time to dry. Bed wasn’t very comfortable and would dip to one side.

Location and price

Booked a room for 3 but the 3rd bed wasn’t made up. Told reception who gave us a second room for the night as we arrived middle of night. That room had no curtains but we were that tired we left it. Told reception in the morning and asked to make sure bed was made up as would be home late. It wasn’t made up again! Told the poor girl just to get the bedding and I did it myself.

Proximity to location we were visiting, price of stay. The welcome from the Receptionist was brilliant, helpful, friendly and very welcoming.

Access was a bit of a hassle as it was on the "wrong" side of the motorway when we arrived - had to go past and come back, however to get out to travel locally they have a 'back door' which is great. Bathroom was a bit basic but clean and worked as needed.

Not much really. Once we found the entrance getting in and out was ok.

The receptionist was not chatty and welcoming and clearly didn't want to be there. She didn't know where the rooms were either. There was no lift so suitcases had to be carried up stairs. The room once we were in, was functional for a very short 1 night stay. It had been hoovered and a quick wipe round but that's it. The first thing as you walk in a door was the dinner plate size bleach stain in the red carpet. The dead moth and a few stains were obvious and so we're the aging cobwebs. For a room that slept 4, there was also only 1 night stand. Overall no care was taken in the welcome nor the appearance of the room. If this was not a needed quick pit stop, we would not have stayed at all.

Staff were very pleasant and checkin was a breeze. Parking was just outside the entrance and free for hotel guests. Room was spacious and mostly clean.

Cleanliness could have been better. The surfaces were all covered in dust and the dresser had a stain. Floor was very stained.

Access to the service road allowed us to go out and about without the need to go onto the motorway. Close to tourist attractions. Cheap.

Our room was at the back of the building which made it dark. After rain the room felt and smelt damp. No hot water in sink, shower temperature was temperamental and toilet flush didn't always work.

The rooms are very basic, everything works though. I really would've appreciated a mini fridge. But besides that, nothing wrong with the room. It can get very hot, but our room had a mini fan, which was really nice. The beds are comfortable! The room could be maintained better, such as stains ect.. But what can you expect for these prices? It's clean as far as I saw. The receptionist was kind, very welcoming. Didn't have to pay for parking, also nice. The hotel is located near a foodcourt, which is a lifesaver as the nearest actual shop is about 15-30 minutes away. Hotel is easy to find but not in an area with lots of things around. Without a car, it's not accessible. You get what you pay for, cheap but really not bad! Unfortunately they didn't clean our room once.. That would've been nice.

I was and always is the person who picks at books the place to stay and I expect to be in a room that I booked not the basic small bed that we got as two adults it was small but for one night it was bearable but embarrassing as the other two rooms I booked for my family was so superior to ours.

Location was suitable for our needs. Staff were kind and friendly. Discounted breakfast vouchers can be purchased for services across the road. Very quiet at night with no noise from other rooms or outside even with window open.

The bed was incredibly uncomfortable and pillow was pancake flat. The curtains in our room were hanging off the rails which were broken also. The fan was covered in dust which then blew all over room when in use. Carpet of room and communal areas were gross and sticky. No extractor fan in bathroom which made bedroom very hot and steamy after shower even with door closed. Room key needed cleaning as was greasy and sticky. Bathroom was very run down. General smell throughout building was unpleasant.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was very comfortable. We also liked the quiet location and the friendly staff. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

The only thing we didn't like was that there were some spiders in the room. Apart from that, everything was fine.

Spiders in the rooms nobody ever cleans the rooms despite multiple attempts to ask them to clean the room. I stayed there for eight days and not once was the room cleaned. I put the notice on the door and they took it off. Place was ridiculous. There were spiders everywhere and creepy crawlies.

The pillows were awful, the heads boards was hard and we kept banging our heads, the room smelt damp, there was mould on the window. cheap and awful

The room was large and the bed was comfortable. The location might allow you to tackle much of the M25 at a time when you are less likely to end up in a traffic jam. There is 24 hour check-in and because it is very close to the motorway services building you have access to McDonalds and a coffee shop (Costa?) just a few steps from the door of the hotel.

The hotel is off the west M25 and so if you are heading east you have to enter a couple of codes to cross a non-standard bridge. On arrival in the west car park at 0100 I could not find the hotel and almost ended up back on the motorway heading the wrong way. The (clean I think) pair of ladies knickers hanging on the heater from a previous occupant of the room and the half drunk bottle of water were unusual discoveries. I was offered another room but as I had already unpacked when I noticed them I stayed. There are no power points near the bed head which is a problem if you use a CPAP machine. The room is old and could do with some maintenance (peeling wallpaper etc.)

Our room was relatively cool in the hot weather, but we were lucky and got one on the opposite side to the Sun. Bed was fine.

Staff were not engaging, seemed like they didn't want to be there. 'Fantastic Breakfast' was a tagline on Booking.com - the venue does not offer breakfast. Room was dated, maintenance was not kept on top of. Wifi was terrible, I had better download speeds on my phone (and that was only picking up 4G). Cleaning was not great, basics were covered, but detail cleaning was lacking. Edit: a response to the response. We checked in at approx 1515 on Wednesday 12th. We were not informed of any breakfast discount vouchers.

It was basic but clean, quiet, comfortable. The room had everything you need and the staff were fantastic!

The decoy is very 1990’s and it had an old musty smell in my room. Fortunately we were only staying the one night as a layover .

Hotel was so noisy, constant banging of doors and people talking in the corridor all night long. There was a groaning sound coming from the bathroom constantly.

No me gustó que, aún poniendo el cartel, no nos limpiaran la habitación uno de los días, encontrándonos sin toallas limpias y la moqueta sin aspirar. No suelen aspirar la moqueta, aún cuando hacen la habitación. Las camas son cómodas, pero el hotel necesita una reforma urgentemente. El papel pintado de la pared estaba arrancado en varias zonas, el baño súper antiguo (espejo deteriorado, zonas oxidadas y azulejos muy antiguos.

It was close to where we were celebrating.

Lack of communication about the fact that we would need an access code be able to enter from the non-motorway entrance. We had not checked in earlier so when we came after the party, we were met by a huge barrier which prevented us from getting onto the site. Very fortunately for us another car came and the driver had the code to open the barrier.

Spacious, comfortable and surprisingly quiet . Lots of food and drink outlets adjacent. Bargain prices Happy to recommend it

It was away from the motorway so quiet.

1 because we had not booked in earlier in the afternoon when we came from the reception at Western golf course by the non-motorway route we found the barrier against us and could not get in. Thankfully, somebody else came along and gave us the code to open the barrier. We should’ve been given the code. 2 I booked a room directly with days in and have my printed confirmation. It told me I could cancel up to 4 o’clock on the day of arrival. I tried to do this many days before then, but the confirmation number was not available and I failed to do so. I tried phoning and just got a message and was never able to speak to anybody. I have had to pay for that room which I did not want.

Całość rozczarowująca. Wszędzie obecny zapach stęchlizny związany z brakiem wentylacji. Pokój duży ale brakuje choćby małego stolika. Ogólnie całość bardzo kiepskiej jakości i mocno zniszczona.

Pleasantly surprised with our family room here. Booked due to right location for us for a one night stay. Other hotels were double the price and I refuse to pay £250 for a room! Our room here was almost two rooms, with the two twin beds tucked away from the main bed. Worked brilliantly for us as a family of 2 to be able to put the kids to bed and still relax in an evening.

There were a few niggles such as the soap dispenser falling off the wall in the bathroom and generally the bathroom looked dated and tired
