Beautiful spacious room.

Room was comfortable and very clean, breakfast was very tasty and had a good choice of cereals and cooked options. Friendly staff, a nice touch was Hussain called me to let me know where the key was located.

A personal thing so not a complaint, a memory foam mattress would have been more comfortable than the coil sprung version.

Nicely presented - bedrooms - fixtures and fitting all very stylish. Really cozy for a peaceful night sleep. Clean and today throughout the property - great parking - cute village.

Many choices for breakfast including a variety of cooked meals. Excellent variety. We liked that it was quiet. Our room was a standard and it was small but fine. Bed was a little soft for us but still comfortable and there was a light blanket available as well besides the duvet! Nice towels and they were changed daily.

Nothing really. The only thing we found that due to our timing the pub across the street did not serve food the evenings we were there. So we had to drive and some of the roads were narrow for us…an adventure! But that is a small item. So it may have been nice to have a small fridge in the room for snacks.

Breakfast seemed very Penny pinching. Eg only filter coffee if you wanted a latte you had to pay! We paid a bit more for the room as it was advertised as a junior suite - what we got was simply a nice en-suite. It was unfortunate that the restaurant was not open the evenings we were there either.

If you are in an upstairs room the stairs are a tad difficult if you are a bit unsteady on your feet. This is just the way the building is and it is very well lit.

Remontoitu huone siisti ja hiljainen. Erittäin ystävällinen ja avulias omistaja ja henkilökunta. Lämpimiä aamiaisvaihtoehtoja oli useita ja ne tarjoiltiin pöytään. Lisäksi muroja, hedelmiä ja erilaisia pikapuuroja tarjolla .Minua viehätti sijainti, hotellin ohi menevän tien päässä alkaa patikointipolku, hienoja kävelyreittejä ympäristössä.

Staff were lovely, really friendly and welcoming. Rooms were great, very spacious, clean and comfortable.

There was nothing we didn't like

Modern clean rooms with all that we needed for a comfortable stay. We appreciated the convenience of a late self check in after attending a wedding nearby. Breakfast was included in our package which was good value.

Despite my earlier communication requesting check in information, It was necessary for me to call late on the day. A message volunteering this information would have been more helpful.

Nicely decorated and very welcoming, lovely location, in the middle of nowhere but close enough to get a bus or drive to other places. Staff were all very lovely! Food delicious!!

The mattress was a bit too soft and pillows very soft but that’s personal preference

Ik had meer verwacht van het ontbijt. Er was wel keuze qua ei maar geen yoghurt, geen toast, geen fruitsalade en niet iets bijzonders wat je verwacht bij bakkerij

Heel goed ontbijt, diverse keuzes die ter plekke bereid werden. Ruime kamer, gratis flesjes water in de koeling. Theezakjes etc werden elke dag bijgevuld. Gratis privé parkeren.

De kamers waren heel proper, het ontbijt was goed.

De B&B ziet er langs de buitenkant charmant uit, maar binnen lijkt het eerder hotel met een heel andere (moderne) stijl. Het voelde wat onpersoonlijk aan.

Located in a lovely village. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The decor of the room and the whole building was lovely. The staff all made us feel welcome and the breakfast was very good. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfasts were good. Chilled Bottled water and juice were available at all times. We would stay here again.

During our 10 day stay the room wasn’t serviced twice. A small fridge in the room would have been a good addition.

Our room was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The breakfast was very good, freshly cooked to order, and the waitress was very pleasant. We had left a phone and tablet in our room after checkout and the Manager was very prompt informing us.

The bathroom was looking the worse for wear in places and our room, number 4, was above the extremely noisy air conditioning units.

DONT STAY HERE The owner was a very discourteous man. When we arrived for a 2 night stay he said one of us had to move to anither room the next morning because They had double booked. When I explained we were going to my father's funeral and did not want to move he threatened to throw us out of the hotel. It turns out it was his hotel despite the THEY he kept blaming. He never once apologised, said he was sorry for the inconvenience nor acknowledged in any way that he was making a very stressful day for me more stressful Nice place Rude man!

Was wat lawaai door een feestje (gelukkig geen muziek!) maar stopte niet te laat.

The owner was very polite, helpfull and friendly! The room was spacious and clean, with a big bathroom.

Perfect position just off the green in Tatsfield. Initially thought it looked a bit shut up but we soon discovered the lovely new owner was totally renovating the bar area and restaurant. I am sure it will be a great place to eat when all done. The rooms themselves were very clean and had comfortable beds with lovely fresh bedlinen and comfy pillows. Lots of fresh towels daily. The bathroom was clean and an efficient shower. The breakfast cooked daily by the owner was delicious and so much choice. Free cold water always available in the hall fridges. Excellent public toilets downstairs.

Quite understandably there was no air conditioning as previous owner had let a few areas become very rundown.

Very nice location in a quiet and pretty good neighborhood.The option to check in late was very helpful to us as we came in after a long drive .The room,bedding and toiletries were very good and bed so comfortable.We loved the little sitting area just outside our room bordered by bamboo 👌 The owner had kept free bottles of water in a small refrigerator which was so soothing in the warm weather.Breakfast was sumptuous.All in all in a great stay.Hussain the owner and the lovely lady who served breakfast were very hospitable.

Tatsfield is extremely pretty, and the Bakery was the perfect base for a wedding weekend. The bed was huge and the bedding luxurious, with a huge shower and plenty of towels. The breakfast was delicious!

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like, it was a gorgeous room.

Due to being new owners they were not in a position to either have the bar open or do evening meals, and I think the fired breakfast would have benefited from also having mushrooms

Stay was for local family party so great location. Venue was clean and tidy, good breakfast staff were all very professional and cheery.

Few options locally so can command a high price. Was well presented and furnished but have stayed in better hotels for similar money that had a full restaurant bar and lesuire facilities.

Lovely host when we arrived - made certain we were settled and nothing was too much trouble. The weather was really warm but the room was lovely and cool and able to leave the window open with no noise or issue. Breakfast was utterly fabulous with some lovely fruit and healthy options as well as the "full english". Would 100% stay here again

Excellent location for wedding at The Barn. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, first class. The glass partially frosted door to the bathroom in the centre of the room maybe needs a rethink, but other than that, excellent.

We were over the electrical units, that were loud at 8am when they went on, but that was minor.

There was a piece of machinery which was running on and off quietly in the background which wasn't noticeable during the day but at night became more obvious.. otherwise Just keep going as you are.

Room was clean and cosy, the surroundings were very pretty! Our dog was welcomed and the breakfast was decent. Good location for our trip and very quiet.

Bathroom door was a bit questionable as it was partly see through 😂 the window in our room was actually balcony door which was cool but meant you couldn't really have a window open at night.

Perfect one night get away. We had a throughly awesome stay in this beautiful hotel. We didn’t have dinner here as had plans in westerham but the super staff were so helpful and attentive when we arrived and ensured us we would be able to get into the hotel even if the restaurant door was closed. We returned from our evening in westerham to the door being closed but a rear door accessing the hotel part of the building. A quiet relaxing sleep in our suite was perfect end to our evening. Breakfast was amazing!!! Fresh juice and coffee and a fry up. What more could you want on a Saturday morning. We will 100000% be returning.

Loved our super comfortable room with courtyard, the truly excellent English breakfast with vegan options, and especially how welcoming and accommodating the staff were. Real hospitality! Nicole part of the new management was just great, and Elsie our waitress too. Thank you :)
