Staff were not interested when we told them about the leaking air conditioning unit which constantly dripped onto the carpet, the noise of the lift which was next to our room and an exterior a/c unit which was situated outside our room window Service in the restaurant was unbelievably slow considering there were only 2 other couples eating in there

Room: Bright and clean. Well decorated. Customised cushions! Breakfast: Good selection. Nice ambience. Location: Easy walk to seafront, town and bus stops. Housekeeping: Thorough, consistent and friendly.

No shaver/electric toothbrush socket in room.

Turn night there was lots of noises like problems with the heating systems on the buzzing noise kept on coming on every now again in the morning when we reported it the receptionist he made it sound like it was our fault and we should’ve contacted him immediately in the middle of the night, we thought it would just disappear. No, it did not and it also felt like they already knew about the problem.

Position was excellent People and Bar were very friendly we were informed that we couldn’t pay in advance for parking spaces as there was no parking that could be reserved from this picture. Total lie.

I had booked a solo couple of nights break as I managed to get child care. This was the first break away but within 45 mins of arrival I received a call that my child was ill and needing urgent medical assistance an hour away. The reception lady and young blonde gentleman were very supportive at the time and said I could cancel so I could get to the hospital and get my money back (£120+… not exactly cheap!). Ever since, I have sent emails which have been ignored, phone calls where were buffed off to ‘checking with the manager’ but nothing back. Absolutely appalling. I was clearly upset at the time and needed to get back but feel I have been deceived. The lack of correspondence is just unprofessional. I have given them ample time to respond before replying on here. I will note I hadn’t even got to a point of receiving a key for the room as the room wasn’t ready when I arrived. As such I can’t comment on the facilities past the reception. I had wandered down to the pool - where I got the notification to get home - which looked ok but the lockers didn’t work.

It was clean and welcoming the reception area, smelt, lovely and homely. We have made plans to return there this year.

1- the first night we had a meal we sent compliments to the chef. The second Knight, sorry to say standards are dropped a bit. Breakfast was lovely. When I stayed there last time, I was told that in September the gym and sauna membership can be renewed. They didn’t seem to be able to give me any information on this, which is something I am looking forward to. I need to know.

I loved the decor and furnishings choice were excellent. The pool was a lovely temperature and everything was so clean! The cleaning staff deserve a raise, honestly one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed in! The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The only little thing I'd suggest which would be a helpful touch would be to add a bottle of hair conditioner in the rooms and in the changing room showers at the pool. I didn't bring any with me as toiletries were included in the list of amenities. But other than that it was perfect.

The location was perfect.

The hotel has been modernised, but very badly. The paint looks as if it has been just put on by a 10 year old. Attention to detail is something these old hotels need to return to, especially with the price charged. Otherwise modern hotel chains will over take the market, with the inconsistency of the standard of hotels on offer.

We stayed in a junior suite for our anniversary. The bedroom was lovely, bright and airy. The bed was extremely comfortable and the TV was huge. The bathroom was very large and needed a little modernisation but the shower was efficient. The breakfast was delicious and extremely good value for money.

IMy stay at The Queens Hotel & Spa was really enjoyable. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, which made me feel very welcome. The jacuzzi and swimming pool were definitely the highlights — relaxing, clean and perfect for a peaceful moment. A lovely experience overall.

The hotel has a great location. It’s not in the centre of Bournemouth, but that actually makes it much quieter and more peaceful, with fewer crowds along the seafront. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

Unfortunately, the breakfast was quite repetitive, and the coffee was not very good. The biggest disappointment was the pool and spa area, which was consistently dirty during my stay. This definitely needs more attention to cleanliness and maintenance. Overall, the hotel has a lovely, peaceful location and friendly staff, but the breakfast and cleanliness of the spa facilities could be significantly improved

The bedroom was lovely, breakfast was good, facilities included were great but the opening and closing times could be better.

The cleaners did a horrible job cleaning, the didn’t hoover the rooms or anything until asked, the reception staff weren’t great either. When told that we needed our room clean, we had to ask 3 times before they said they couldn’t do it that day. There was also a family that stayed above us during the last 2 nights that were horribly loud and rude. When we told the receptions, it took them ages to actually get anything done.

The location is good and eve is sighing close proximity the lounge area is lovely and staff were nice.

The window kept opening by its self as lock was broken disturbed sleep as it kept banging make a loud noise every time the wind would cause it to open. We mentioned this to reception and requested room change. Room change was given but the window in this room wouldn’t close when I informed the cleaning lady she put a kitchen roll in between the ledge to support the Window to stay open which is very unsafe. I said I was not happy then we got another room which was decent. The first room I found a towel scrunched up on the window ledge in bathroom not sure what this was used for or why it was left on the bathroom window, bath is really squeaky when you stand in it. Bathroom floor was dirty and had not been cleaned. Breakfast was very basic.

The interior and exterior of the property looked clean and tidy on first impression.

Unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing. We were kept awake all night by a persistent buzzing noise, which we only discovered the following morning was coming from the air conditioning. The breakfast was very poor quality and, frankly, we would have been better off eating at McDonald’s. The spa facilities were equally disappointing: the swimming pool had sand in it, and the jacuzzi had visible dirty marks all around the sides. What made matters worse was the attitude of the hotel staff. They were rude and unapologetic when we raised concerns about the problems with our room and the cleanliness of the spa facilities. There seemed to be very little concern about the impact these issues had on our stay. Overall, the experience fell far below what we expected from a hotel. Between the sleepless night, poor breakfast, dirty facilities, and unhelpful staff, I could not recommend staying here. Avoid this place at all costs.

Being woken up by the person staying above our room, heard every move they made.

We spent 2 days at the hotel as it was my 60th birthday. Had a lovely time. The hotel was so good we exstended our stay for another night.

There wasn't anything we didn"t like. The staff were great and the food was very nice.

The design, the facilities, beds were comfortable, rooms clean, breakfast was lovely, the staff were all so helpful and accommodating. Also great location.

My only grumble would be that I would have liked to see a few more different options for breakfast. Also I would have liked the parking to be free for guests, we used the RingGo bays outside as it worked out cheaper than the £15 a day change to park in the hotel carpark.

Balcony in the full day sun... A light, clean room. Spa area was nice. Good location for town n beach.

Bath surface was chipped multiple areas, not a massive thing.. Just unsightly for 4 star. No glasses in room only mugs.

Paying £15 for parking paying in advance as there was an evening where the car park was full mainly with work vans so had to find alternative parking which we had to pay .

Paying for the suite room, you get a smaller room inspite of reaching at 6pm too room was not ready. Quite a confusion and hassle with breakfast as well.

Very close to the beach! 5 min walking! Very close to the shops for snacks at the beach, 10 min walking. Near the station, 15 min walking or 6 min by uber, very cheap uber like £7. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very helpful, they let us use the SPA facilities after our checkout. The pool is great, less crowded in the late afternoon/evening, as it closes at 8PM. The garden is very cute and there is a bar with a lovely atmosphere. Ah, the jacuzzi is great! The Sauna is also amazing! We loved and we had a great experience.

There wasn't a hair dryer available. I guess I had to ask at the reception, but I didn't want to leave the bedroom.

The room was not ready at the check-in time and when we went to the room, the door knob was broken. The handwash was not filled in so we had to change the room. The breakfast was okay but could have been better.

Car park is a bit tight. Seemed to be a lot of telecoms company staff with vans staying and parked. Not the hotels fault but it made parking a bit tricky and a little bit of space anxiety when returning to the hotel.

Низкая звукоизоляция в номерах. Кондиционер сильно подтекал , хоть его и пытались починить.

Swimming pool and jacuzzi was good ,the jacuzzi needs a clean around the tiles could see mould, changing rooms was very clean, it also has a clothes dryer , close to town centre and beach within walking distance cafe area cosy with a TV , nice outdoor area with table and seats lovely latte and hot chocolate, staff in cafe very polite

The window was broken in our room and couldn't close , so could hear people outside late at night and early morning cars people outside, had to keep asking at reception to have room cleaned as no one came change bins or give clean towels had ask 3 times in one day as they kept forgetting

The spa swimming pool area is looking a little tired. the ceiling really was grubby with mould in areas. A little TLC is just needed in small places. PLEASE provide teaspoons with breakfast. Making my tea with a wooded stick was just a bit tacky!

They room made a bussing noise and kept coming back after the hotel sent an engineer, the hotel had an event they didn’t tell anyone about that was directly under our room. Made noise all night they didn’t tell us. There were bugs in the bathroom in the window

Location, good value for money and a nice choice of breakfast options not forgetting a courteous staff. Oh, and the bed was very comfortable.

Could have done with a plug in the basin, if we had a longer stay we would have requested it to be installed but for one night, not a problem.

De manière générale, l'hôtel est bien. Il est situé proche de la plage, la chambre était propre et possédait une grande terrasse. L'espace spa n'est pas énorme mais il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Le petit-dejeuner est également complet, proposant aussi bien un petit-déjeuner traditionnel que continental.

La chambre ne possédait aucun espace de rangement et le lit est très petit. J'étais seule et donc cela suffisait, mais si j'y séjournait avec mon compagnon, on aurait été fort à l'étroit. De plus, il manquait quelques éléments dans la chambre. Certes, des détails mais auxquels je m'attends dans un hôtel 4 étoiles (mini-bar, sèche-cheveux). Il manquait également d'insonorisation, le bruits provenant du couloir s'entendait fort dans la chambre. Autre detail: une petite table sur la terrasse aurait été idéale...

Shows the wrong picture and the original condition of the room is very different. Extremely compact and unbreathable. No help for basic items like water bottle, slippers, no intercoms to connect to tge reception. Its not worth the price at all. Total wastage!

As i m being asked for my dfeedback i ll tell you my opinion. I spent £230 for a night/ double rokm with balcony in this hotel, and i found very frustrating / annoying that they re not providing at least a bottle of water per room !!! Guys , is £2 a bottle of water , SHAME !! Went to reception and the ladies told me : “water is provided only in the family rooms” !!! No way….🤦🏾‍♂️ That s a shame , or you want your guests to spend money on your bar downstairs to get water ul in the room , seriously , that s ridiculous guys ! I stayied with my little boy for a night and spent over £100 for a meal togheter in the garden. But i went down the road to the shop to get a bottle of water for £2 which we could ve find it in the room from the house. Well done to the barman , ( din t know his name ) nice guy , and the gentelman from the breakfast area who brought pancakes to my boy . Ps . Next time when you sell a room with balcony , try to clean the balcony of birds poo , just before guest arrives , it was full of it🤦🏾‍♂️

Friendly stuff, nice rooms, and comfy beds with mattress toppers, nice marine room decor, pretty! Good A/C. Bar is great.

Can hear all the noise from neighbours rooms, up/down, left/right. Apart from Junior swuit and higher level rooms, lower level rooms don't have a fridge.

The bar area was lovely , the leisure facilities was also great. Great location from east cliff to main Bournemouth pier. Our superior twin was spotless and spacious , loved the air con too!

Do think it needs a lick of paint and maintained in areas , such as carpet etc It’s a bonus of parking - however to pay extra when you’re already a guest I don’t like . I understand to charge if you checkout but not when your seating there as your already paying enough.

Location: Walking distance to sandy beach and cliffs. Room: Large size and comfy bed with high speed internet and ensuite. Staff: Very attentive and professional. Parking available and so is EV charging spot.

Clean hotel and room but could do with a bit of refurbishment. Limited food options on menu. As much as staff were very helpful, their knowledge of cocktails was limited so some extra training in that area would go a long way else limit the choice of drinks.

Close to the beach, really clean and well presented. Food was good. Staff were excellent and friendly.

The A/C was pointless and not cold enough. So was a rather warm night. I requested for certain coloured theme balloons at my cost but was given different colours. But still good effort. The parking is okay but the trees surrounding it destroyed a perfectly clean car. So not only did it cost £15 to park it cost some money after having to get fully clean again causing some paint damage

The £15 per adult for breakfast was abit steep but you can book through their website which involves a stay plus breakfast.

There is a communication gap between what’s stated in the booking site and the hotel regarding children’s stay. As always booked on this site the children stay is included and also the bed ( in all cases we have booked so far) Unlike here, they say that the child is included in the price but not the bed! This is ridiculous. ( we haven’t come across this in any bookings we have made so far. ) Also, for the price a very uncomfortable bed/ it was more a feel like a hospital stretcher for my child. She had to manage sleeping with us all in 1 bed making it not very comfortable stay. The hotel reception did acknowledge saying they have mentioned such situations to their management but with no solution and I believe they are doing their job. I would suggest 2 things to them - clarify that the child’s cost isn’t in the room package and also provide a comfortable bed to sleep in.

We had a lovely stay at Queens Hotel in Bournemouth. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the reception staff were really helpful, friendly, and kind throughout our stay. We also really enjoyed the pool — it was very relaxing and a nice way to unwind. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

The lobby feels welcoming and is beautifully decorated. They have a hotel cat that roams around the lobby and loves all the attention. The room was lovely with enough storage for our luggage and the bed was comfortable. De hotel is in a great location. Near everything but still nice and peaceful. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. There was a wide selection of food and it all looked fresh.

Room was very small, tatty and smelt of stale smoke. Carpets were very worn and need replacing. Bathroom basin leaked. No wardrobe or even hooks for clothes.

Great location next to Bournemouth’s East Cliff, with beautiful views and everything conveniently nearby. Clean hotel, friendly staff, and a good breakfast.

There is no room service, so guests need to go to the restaurant, bar, or reception for anything they need. It would also be great to have a small mini fridge in the rooms, especially for keeping medicines and drinks. Providing a complimentary bottle of water on arrival would also be a nice touch.

Paid for parking at the hotel but had to leave the car in the space for the duration because if we left no guarantee of a space upon returning I would have thought the space would be reserved as we had paid for 24 hours very disappointed with this and cost a fortune in taxis!

The room was lovely, clean and spacious, with all the modern conveniences you could need. It had USB charging points, although USB-C connections would have been a useful addition. The hairdryer, iron, safe and luggage stand were also great touches. The hotel is in a great location, right next to the beach, which was a real bonus. Just be aware that getting to the beach involves a fairly steep slope and some steps, so it may be challenging for anyone with mobility difficulties.Parking for hotel guests was £3 per hour or £15 per day. There was also free street parking between 5pm and 9am, which was useful. The jacuzzi was a lovely temperature and would have been a great place to relax, but unfortunately it wasn’t as clean as it should have been. There was visible sand at the bottom and a green tide mark around the edges. The swimming pool was a good size, but there were also noticeable sand deposits in the pool and it appeared to need a good clean. Breakfast was good, with a decent selection and plenty of options to choose from. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the room was a definite highlight. The location was excellent, particularly being so close to the beach. However, the cleanliness of the pool and jacuzzi was disappointing and something the hotel should address, as it would make a big difference to the overall experience
