breakfast very good
only one chair ln the bed room
Hotel very clean. Staff were exceptional. Breakfast was great
Couldn’t fault it
Location
Only one slow lift
Over night stay for business, good location.
Wheelchair access from car park extremely challenging!! Need key card to enter from car park which is not issued until you check in. Impossible ramp to push wheelchair from underground car park to reception to check in. Luckily I had help from a fellow guest as no way of contacting reception from the car park.
The staff were all helpful and friendly. The room and bed were comfortable. Parking was included in the rate we paid which was an added bonus in Bournemouth. Good quality breakfast is also included. Easy walk down to the pier and shops.
The room was clean and very large with a fridge which was very handy. Bettina, Beatriz, Maria and the young man on reception on Monday morning were very helpful and polite which we really appreciated. Breakfast 10/10, as usual!
An older member of staff at breakfast time over the weekend was unduly rude and abrupt ~ didn’t catch his name.
Excellent and varied breakfast. Spacious bedroom. Great products in the bathroom (handwash/bodywash, etc.). Very friendly staff!!
Nothing.
Clean, close to visited places, usual regular breakfast
Outdated, the room stunk with mould, poor drainage, no free parking for hotel guests (first time I had to pay for the parking £15/day when staying in holiday inn). I am a member of IHG but wasn't allowed to use it as the room was booked via booking.com.
The rooms were clean, beds comfy and services within reach. Staff are amazing and have excellent customer care. Azhar, Beatrice & Nadeen were exceptional and they went the extra mile in ensuring we were comfortable

Yakın olmasi iyiydi
Bir büyük yatak bir küçük yatak yazmıştı küçük yatak koltukta ve büyük yatakta büyük degildi
First impressions inside it was lovey clean and bright , arrived about 7pm and the lady on reception was so very helpful at finding us a room that was higher up and quieter. Didn’t need room cleaned during our stay , but had run out of milk and tea so asked the lady cleaning room by us who kindly gave us the things we needed , and asked if she could help with anything else . The night before we left due to poor health decided we needed to get a taxi all the way home , again reception came to our help , a different lady this time , but she rang taxi firm, found best price for us , she was amazing . You should be proud of all of your staff , they are the ones that make or break a persons holiday and yours are the ones that made ours great 😊
Can be noisy because of all of the night clubs and bars , but if your higher up and close window and put air con on it’s fine .
Clean rooms, comfy.
Slowest lift in the world. Check in took far too long.
Loved everything about this hotel, especially the location. It was our third time staying here. Staff accommodated my request when it comes to the room and I really appreciate that.
Location and service
I have stayed before and the prices due to the summer holiday were high.
Location is good and breakfast as well.
One of the maintenance staff open room quickly when my wife , me and my son were sleeping. So me and my wife woke up quickly, just lucky we put the chain of the door and the staff did not manage to came through. I've spoke to the maintenace and ask why he came and open the door, he said he has a job order to fix the curtain. I'm surprise that no one call us or let him know that the room still occupied. That's happened around between 3-6 pm while we were sleepin as we traveled far and kust want to rest. They can do the maintenace from 11 am to 3 pm where there's no occupant in the room.
La Camera era Carina con tutto il necessario. I letti erano comodi e lo era anche il letto divano. La colazione era buona e abbondante. Il personale era gentile. Posizione buona e vicina a ristoranti e locali.
It existed
The coach wasn’t particularly comfortable
Food was good. Breakfast was tasty.
Definitely need more staff. They weren't able to keep on top of clearing the ables at breakfast and were slow at dinner. Room smelt damp after we'd all showered, not sure the extractor was even working. We had asked for a littl card and chocolate for my daughter's 7th birthday but this wasn't at all acknowledged and she was disappointed. We had stayed in premier inn the prior night and had a card and room upgrade for her birthday so at least she got to experience that.
All went well
A little cheaper
Very clean and modern with lovely staff
It was clean and the location was good
The bed was too uncomfortable
Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, parking przy hotelu w bardzo dobrej cenie.
Brak
Hotel is clean
The shower room drain was blocked .
Honestly, I didn't like the hotel at all. The building's design doesn't bring any joy to the heart, unlike the restaurant which was a bit more lively. The room wasn't nice, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, and there was no fridge. However, the housekeeping staff, reception, and restaurant staff were all wonderful and very kind, and they are the only reason we would ever consider returning.
The main issue was the lack of a fridge in the room. With children, we needed to keep milk and cold drinks fresh, but unfortunately, there was no fridge and nowhere proper to store our items, especially considering the hotel's high price.
Very good
But that’s what children’s size not for adults very uncomfortable
Everything, our fifth visit.
Nothing.
Unfortunately, the standard of service and hospitality I have experienced has been extremely disappointing. Several aspects of my stay have fallen well below the standards I would expect from an international hotel brand such as Holiday Inn. 1. Cleanliness of the room Although the room initially appeared to be clean, I found leftover food in the chair. Finding food left behind in the room immediately raised concerns for me about the standard of cleaning and whether the room had been properly checked before I arrived. After experiencing the other hygiene and service issues during my stay, this has also made me question the overall cleanliness and cleaning standards of the room and hotel. I would expect the room to be thoroughly checked and cleaned before a guest arrives, including chairs and other areas where previous guests may have left food or other items. 2. Food order for my three-year-old child I ordered food for my three-year-old child and waited approximately one hour for the food to arrive. When the food eventually arrived, the order was incorrect. What made this particularly disappointing was the lack of urgency or concern from the staff. This was food for a young child, and waiting approximately one hour for an incorrect order is simply not acceptable. There was no meaningful attempt to resolve the situation or demonstrate genuine concern. The incorrect food was also charged to my room. I would have expected the staff to recognise the situation, apologise and make every effort to correct the mistake quickly, particularly when the guest is waiting with a young child. 3. Staff hygiene and breakfast standards During breakfast service, I was particularly concerned to see staff members working in the restaurant wearing dirty uniforms. This is especially concerning because they were working directly around food and serving breakfast to guests. It raises serious questions about the hotel’s standards regarding personal hygiene, staff presentation and
The price is high, service is basic
Internet, cleaning
Staff was friendly and trying their best
Lifts out of order no staff at the bar. The bar staff didn't know how to use stuff more training required and generally slow service as hotel seemed understaffed
The location
Nothing
I’ve always liked staying at Holiday Inn across UK and I was happy that my stay here was as good as every other HI I’ve stayed at. The receptionist at check in desk was personable and helpful, the room was clean and lovely for the price, complimentary toothbrushes were a life saver, and the food was great. Also the location of this HI was close enough to the beach for a lovely walk but just far away enough to shut out the tourist scene.
Nothing!
IHG are number one in the game, I have seen most of your properties in and around the London area you by far are the best on every level whether it’s staffing or property.
The property was centrally located on one side was the beach a very short distance away and on the other side a bunch of shops where I could go out shopping and buy whatever I need for my needs also near a petrol station where also fulfil our needs.
Location - Near to the BH pier and beach
Location Good premier room Pleasant staff
Toilet seat moves when in use- a bit of a shick and potentially dangerous Coffee machine was not working properly Staff on the floor did help but problem not actually resolved As we were only there 2 nights we didn’t request a replacement coffee machine but I did mention both coffee machine and toilet seat to a member of staff
The proximity to the beach was great.
N/A
The property was nice and clean, close to transportation links. The rooms, dining and sitting areas were also very clean. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Checking in was seamless. We were allowed to drop our luggage off before Checking in and they also kept them after we checked out; allowing us time to enjoy our trip to Bournemouth. Breakfast was good.
Breakfast protein options could offer a bit more variety for persons who do not eat pork, such as turkey/ chicken slices or fish sticks.
The little things like extra room, biscuits, water fountain in reception, bathrobes, 2 pillows instead of 1.
The price had gone up when we wanted to stay another night as it had been such a good stay. The fact that we had to pay for parking.
The staff were helpful and friendly.
The lift was broken so there was only one lift. The fridge in the bedroom makes so much noise and disturbed my sleep. The premier room on the top floor that we were allocated was an interconnected room which was quite an uncomfortable feeling. We could also hear everything through the walls and a child was making a lot of noise and turning the handle on the other side.
Ev charger reception very good
Nothing all good
The staff is helpful and place is clean
The breakfast was a bit stale, and veg and non veg were getting mixed up. The toilet was broke and we were asked to use it in a certain way as the parts were missing. We came back to hotel really tired and had to wait for staff to come and have a look at the issue. It was inconvenient. Staff however was prompt and helpful throughout the stay.
Staff nice, service good, breakfast good and good options ok. It was good to be able to park at the hotel also even though it was town centre.
One of 2 lifts always broken during our day stay. Room clean and tidy but shower drainage insufficient. Bathroom floor (805) easily flooded.
Unfortunately, there were several issues that affected my overall experience. There was a lot of noise coming from the corridors, especially from people passing by and talking outside our room, which made it difficult to relax and sleep. The lift was also a major inconvenience. There was only one lift available, and it was not working properly. On several occasions, we had to wait for more than 20 minutes, and eventually we had to use the stairs to go up or down. The breakfast was quite average and could be improved in terms of quality and variety. I was also disappointed with the cleanliness of our room. There was hair on the mattress and blanket, and the sink had not been cleaned properly. I hope the hotel management will take this feedback seriously and work on improving these issues, as they significantly affected our stay. I appreciate your attention and hope that future guests will have a better experience
Clean and comfortable
I booked the room for 1 night by mistake. I received a phone all Saturday afternoon to say I needed to vacate the room and xome back as rhey needed the room.. Fair enough. I asked to extend the stay k was told there was no rooms available. Got to hotel somwone else there was a room bit only a twin I asked could they not put a bed in there, they couldnt accommodate me. So took my £250 and booked another hotel. However they didnt over charge me or anything which was kind. I accept it was my mistake. Slightly disappointed they couldnt accommodate us. As was a lobely hotel.
Excellent meals
Light was very good in the room.
Late checkin due to room was dirty and receptionist was not helpful. Another colleague jumped in to help us. Waited for one hour to get the keys. The reason was given room was dirty. How's that possible? if checkout is at 11 am and receiving keys around 4 pm ??? After that TV was not working, Safe was broken and during breakfast Vegetarian and non- vegetarian food was next to each other and people are using same spoons to take the foods :(
Comfy room and good breakfast
Nothing of note

Firstly i have to mention the staff, all of them very kind and try their best to help. 5* for the staff. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. I managed to have late check out, thanks to reception. Will come back here but without choosing breakfast
The breakfast was awful, not expected that from Holiday Inn, it was at the level of a guest house not a 4* Hotel.
Staff was very professional, friendly and helpful. Location is perfect! Very close to the sea, but on a very steep hill. We really enjoyed hotel breakfast.
In the restaurant, waiting times for the food was very long! Even if the menu is called 'all day food' not all the options are available at all times.
Cleanliness, location, breakfast
Parking
Nothing
Poo smell coming from the room and looked dated , limescale on the shower bathroom, absolutely disgusting the sinks and sink tops, the hotel is pet friendly and as soon as you step out your room always see drinks and for the pets how disgusting
The hotel was absolutely fine for our stay. We chose it mainly because our son was staying at EF Language School across the road, so the location was perfect for us and made moving his luggage very easy. The rooms were spacious, the receptionist was extremely welcoming and helpful, and the hotel is very centrally located. The city centre and the beach are both within walking distance. Free parking was also a big plus, especially in such a central location. Breakfast is quite simple, but for us it had everything we needed. Overall, a very convenient and pleasant stay.
One of the lifts was not working, so sometimes there was a short wait for the other lift. We were on the third floor, so we occasionally just used the stairs, which was perfectly fine.
Estaba todo muy limpio, fue nuestra primera vez en Bournemouth, fue maravilloso, el personal del hotel fueron muy amables y atentos con los huéspedes, los recomiendo 100%. Ha sido un placer😁
We have been to a lot of different hotels, but this one is exceptional, the manager, Miguel, is the most wonderful man and the most understanding person as I have 3 sons and two of them have Autism, and he is just amazing with them, and has a fantastic rapport with not only the public but his staff as well, but my son, Jude, absolutely adores him and can't wait to come and stay. The environment is unlike anything we have experienced.
O conforto e o atendimento foram os pontos positivos.
O estado de conservação e higienização do duche e a limpeza das alcatifas ficaram àquem das expectativas.
Servizi ottimi. Posizione centrale. Pulizia.
Parcheggio a pagamento
Was op zich een goed hotel
Toilet in de badkamer is veel te laag, zou een zwevend toilet moeten zijn maar deze hing nagenoeg bijna op de grond. Wellicht hoort dit zo in de UK?
Staff was very kind and hotel was is centrally located 5 mins from beach
Property could use abit of a makeover rooms were a little outdated as had a faint mould smell also bathroom would have a weird smell
The staff were exceptional, catering to every need.
Service at dinner was a bit slow, as was check in.
Reception staff very courteous and efficient. Room clean. Facilities excellent
Would have liked fresh water for kettle. No fridge
It wasn’t a bad location and the breakfast was a good price.
There wasn’t a hairdryer in the room which we never take with us due to most hotels providing this in room. There were hairs, from the last people staying, in the shower and on the bathroom floor. The body wash and shampoo smell was not pleasant and things didn’t feel clean. No water provided in room other than the bathroom tap. We had a room opposite the lift and you could hear it in the morning which woke us. There were also no bags in the bins.
I like the room and the bed including toilet
Reception staff
Room services labors not change the covers and towels

Good size room. Good location for town, beach and travel links. Comfortable bed.
Faulty lift. Some noise from outside. Breakfast a bit chaotic
We've taken to using Holiday Inns where possible. Choosing accommodation can be a lottery but here you know what you are getting. Rapid check in, £31 for two days parking is painful, but there you go. Room spotless, though we couldn't initially use the safe because it had been made inoperable. We told reception who said they'd send someone instantly as we didn't want to be dragging our valuables around with us. Of course it didn't get done though it was quickly resolved the next day after raising it. Breakfast was fine with lots of choice to fill your tiny plate. Location near and far enough from the maelstrom that is Bournemouth centre. We used buses over three days - they seemed to run to town every three minutes from across the way. The M1 and M2 were good service for return trips. And that's it. We made a good choice and enjoyed our stay.
Spacious rooms
Every thing exceeded expectations
The breakfast was fresh and had a good variety of options. The location was excellent, close to the beach and other local attractions, making it easy to explore the area.
View from the room was very good, underground parking really handy, staff friendly and helpful
Didn't have any negatives really
Hotel simples bem Simples.
Hotel simples bem Simples. Eu nao gostei da cidade de Bournemouth. Nao gostei. A noite é perigosa e mal frequentada.
The breakfast was very good and fresh. The staff were very accommodating and friendly!
The room was very dusty and full of hair even though house keeping had been in most days. It didn't seem as though the pillows were very clean. The TV didn't work and there was no heating in the room
As always, a great stay. This hotel is perfect for my needs, with an excellent integrated restaurant and a lovely breakfast buffet. A special thank you to Miguel for his outstanding service during the evenings and at dinner. His warmth, kindness, and wonderful personality truly elevate the whole experience. He is a real credit to the hotel, thank you for everything you do, Miguel! 🌟
Booked for 2 nights here 29th-31st july 2 adults and 2 kids upon arrival we arrived really early so I decided to park the car in the car park and go to the beach with the kids went to reception and asked to leave my car was greeted really nicely and welcoming the reception lady was friendly and welcomed me for being an ihg customer which was nice has to register the car and pay £15.50 per day (overpriced) location of the hotel is great literally 10 min walk and ur at Bournemouth pier beach I asked to leave the luggage somewhere and they have a place however I wasn’t impressed as I thought it would be a room however it looked like a storage room not a luggage room When we managed to finally check in which was at 3pm I had someone different who was slow and didn’t really look like he knew what he was doing but never mind check in was slow we had a room on the 5th floor double bed and a sofa bed for the 2 kids which they found comfy (asked for a spare duvet as they needed one each) staff very accommodating bathroom good size shower was good and constant hot water plenty of towels black out curtains hairdryer in room and safe also tea/coffee facilities (ran out asked for more) again accommodating bed lovely and comfy and have 2 pillows which is good and comfy the lift seems to be an issue with the hotel kept breaking down and doors not closing (several times) I did get shouted and waved at by a male attendant cause I got in the lift then it broke down reported to reception and they apologised (not my fault the lift kept breaking) I didn’t have breakfast in the hotel they wanted an extra £15PP for this which I wasn’t willing to pay (think it should be discounted for IHG members) air con works great in the hotel and that’s why I choose holiday inn cause I know they have good air con would I stay here again yes plenty of places to eat around the hotel (don’t go out late as lots of druggies around)
Leaving
Burnt food, hard bed, parking charge
Friendly staff, good facilities and excellent breakfast
Overall it's great experience
We went for a short family holiday and had a nice stay overall. The room was decent, although there was a slight smell in the bathroom. The cleanliness was good, and the food was delicious. A special thanks to Azhar at Reception and Miguel in the restaurant for their excellent service and kindness. They made our stay even more enjoyable.
Location is fantastic, being a short walk away from the beach, I was travelling with two small kids so this was ideal. Staff are fantatsic and make your stay. They all are very helpful, assisting where they can. Miguel was particularly helpful during dinner service, suggesting to order from their 24 menu outside of meal serving times and being wonderful entertaining two hungry children. Parking is great for central Bournemouth and we had no problem with finding space throughout our 3 day stay. Staff are so helpful to validate parking. Facilities and food very nice. Would 100% recommend.
The location is good, not far from the quieter part of the beach. Not much around it, groceries in particular. Bus was useful too, don't know about the parking.
The ratio cost/expectation isn't met. Also, it was advertised as a 4-star hotel, but it's 3 stars. Price wise, I would have expected a 4 stars. The lifts were broken more often than working, we had to take the stairs with the 2 luggages from one of the top floors. I stayed in other Holiday Inn abroad and they were better.
Clean
I like everything
Hash browns at the breakfast. Spacious rooms.
Nothing bad with the hotel as such but bit costly parking and not walking distance close to the beach.
Location
Majority of the staff I dealt with had a terrible attitude The bed was Very hard. No door in the shower makes it a bit cold at times and easily soaks the bathroom floor. Being woken up by the cleaner who came into my room when I was fast asleep Wardrobe was very shallow so not a great day of storage space. The room not being cleaned only to be told you have to request it and the room will not be cleaned unless you request it! If the hotel respond I would take their response with a pinch of salt.
We loved the hotel staff were very freindly and helpful food was very good location was good bus stop was just across the road
The only bad thing about the rooms were the toilets they were very low to the floor
It is good for people doing work in the area
When a hotel proved tea and coffee facility in the room, you expect to include at least 2 small bottles of water and that is usual in all the hotels we been before.. when we mentioned that one of the staff said you can use tap water..
Breakfast was good, great position ,near bus stops, bars and resturarants. Air condition room was 👍
Evening food menu could have been better. Bar drinks a bit expensive, wine list expensive.
Closed to the beach & the other amenities (if you like to walk). Bus ride to other town (Poole harbour, Swanage town centre & beach by bus on the ferry). Very nice.
Hotel meals not value for money. Gym was too small ( only fit 1 - 2 people at a time, does not open all the time). Breakfast fast should have been open until 10:00 - 10:30am ( like in the albufeira holiday inn) . Therefore, it gives the customer flexibility.
Great Staff.
Location could have been closer to the Beach
Location
Nothing
Air con was great. Breakfast good. Staff nice. Cafe area was pleasant.
The room was nice and clean and equipped with ball the stuff we needed. Food and drinks for breakfast were good, good variety of options to choose from. Location was great, as it’s not too far away from the beach, shops etc. In addition to that there was plenty of variety for drinks at the bar.
It was a bit dirty underneath the beads, found food and dirt underneath the bed. Also, could do with some more gluten free options for breakfast as there was only two options.
Not great. Very average. Obviously short staffed. Gentleman who checked us is acknowledged diamond status but made no effort whatsoever to see if we could check in slightly earlier as we arrived ahead of 1500. Basically said check in is at 1500 you can sit there. Fine, I get it but maybe contact housekeeping to see when a room may be ready as lots of people checking out. Breakfast was fine but staff running around like madmen and we felt sorry for them. This is the problem when it’s owned by someone, managed by someone else and associated with blah blah. Would definitely not choose this hotel again. No king bedded rooms either. The only godsend was air conditioning when the U.K. was 30 degrees. Lift had been out of order for two weeks also so only one working. Not great, but OK. Absolutely nothing exceptional about this place - a poor holiday inn.
Location
Only one lift was working so at times could take a while to get to our room on the top floor
Good location and comfortable room
had to pay extra to park the car
Staff very friendly Location is ideal, short walk to beach and shops Rooms have everything you need, basic but clean and comfortable. Air Con works well and not very noisy
Breakfast was ok but could be improved. Staff called frequently to sort coffee machine out. No porridge, though on the menu, more choice of yoghurt would be nice.
Lovely friendly staff. Central location. First time I has stayed on a Holiday Inn. Would highly recommend
Menu could have been clearer about what was available and when
Location is not to far from sea
Bit costy
Light in bathroom flickered. Lift out of order. Reception staff very unhelpful. Parking too close together.
Aa
The hotel was really clean, the room comfortable and spacious. We had a tasty breakfast and lovely evening meal. The staff was very friendly, especially Miguel - the manager.
