Property was very clean and well managed The hosts were very friendly and very helpful I know this is just me but I loved the thickness of the carpet when you were walking around you felt like you were going to sink into the floor 😊

If I could say that there was one thing that I didn’t like about the property was the price of the breakfast

We had a one night stay. What a lovely B&B. We were very looked after and nothing seemed to be to much trouble. Very clean and comfortable. We were given a lovely box of chocolate as it was our wedding anniversary. Breakfast was amazing Full English and poached eggs on toast we cook perfectly. Very good value. I would recommend St Weonarde. If we need to stay that way again we wouldn't choose anywhere else.

Das englische Frühstück hat uns gut gefallen und das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Die Zimmer waren ein wenig altbacken und mit zuviel Möbeln ausgestattet. Das Treppenhaus zu den oberen Etagen war sehr eng und mit Gepäck schwierig zu bewältigen. Für eine Nacht war es in Ordnung.

We had a wonderful stay at the bed and breakfast hosted by Anne and David. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel incredibly welcome and at home. The room was comfortable, clean and beautifully presented, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. Anne and David were warm, friendly and helpful, and their thoughtful hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this lovely B&B to anyone looking for a relaxing and welcoming place to stay. To add, the area was perfect, it had everything we needed. The beach was a 5 minute walk along with the pier. Town centre was close by filled with restaurants. My family and I would happily come back again.

I was on top floor so struggled as have a bad leg but it was nothing to do with the place itself

Are stay with very good the rooms were very clean although I bathroom was down the hall because it was private I was okay that was very clean and we would stay there again

Our hosts were so lovely and welcoming, and the breakfast was outstanding! I stayed for 4 days so got to try all the options, lucky me. Nice comfortable bed, and the Bnb is close to everything but not noisy at all. If we return there is nowhere else I would stay. Thank you both so much.

Twin room was a good size for 2 people. Tea and coffee available in room. Slept okay in this warm weather. Fan in room so this were useful. Breakfast was plentiful and you could even order a omelette my favourite brekky! Anne and her partner were helpful, friendly and keen to help. Thank you both

The banging of the doors next room they kept going in and out to the toilet and didn't know what a handle was for, also could here the other side of the room next door going to the toilet in there ensuite.

A Warm welcome, shown to our room which was nicely presented. Headed stright out, but next morning the Breakfast was plentiful, freshly prepared and tasty. Late breakfast and checkout a lovely choice:)

Very good basic accomodation and up to general expectations. Breakfasts were very good and a good selection. I liked that the breakfast timing was very generous!

I had a problem producing any hot water. I let the hot tap run a long time and temperature was barely warm. As the weather was very hot it wasn't a big concern and provided me with 'cool' showers and washes. The water issue may well have been a temporary problem so not a huge complaint

Breakfast was excellent, lots of choices. They even had decaf tea😊. Great location close to the beach front. Also there was a hairdryer and hair straighteners in the room. Ann and David were great hosts would definitely recommend this place.

It is a cosy hotel, with comfortable and clean rooms. It is run by a very nice couple who received us warmly, and prepared an excellent breakfast! High value for money!

Fab location, lovely and clean. Anne and David have only had the property for a couple of weeks and you can tell they are itching to provide a fab service. And can I say, one of THE best breakfasts we’ve had in a B&B. Would book again if visiting for a night.

Breakfeast was done to perfection, plates were also hot, you could choose and have as much as you wanted. Leigh and Vicky made us feel very welcome, it was like home from home, lovely hosts. The bed was very comfortable, everywhere was so clean, and tidy. Only a stones throw away from the seafront. Wouldn't hesitate to go back, thanyou for our lovely stay. Wendy and Dave.

Made exceedingly welcome on arrival with coffee and a friendly chat. Parking was good with an allocated parking space if we wanted it (£5 per 24hrs) very good parking area. Very good breakfast, packed lunch and evening meal by request. Would stay again without hesitation. Thank you.

The location was very close to town, train and bus station and close to the beach but down a quiet street which was great. Breakfast was really good, my son said that he had the best bacon ever.

This was a last minute idea and we was very surprised, how close it was the high street and to the green, the room was spotless and for the couple who any took over on the Tuesday, they was doing great we will be returning was made really welcome

Location- just up from the two local pubs in the more (Lively) end of the town , gets noisy but this location would be good for families as all the stuff for kids is close. No WiFi but they are getting it installed owners are new. Could do with possibly getting breakfast pre orders on arrival (the wait isn’t long but I feel this would help the owners ).

Its a shame that the hotel didnt have a lounge but you could sit in the dining room and have a drink, games available and books and alcoholic drinks.

As a single female I felt safe. The instructions for check in were clear, parking helpful and welcome warm. The room was really clean, well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. I slept really well. I felt very safe and it was really quiet yet steps to the beach and shops. I can’t find fault with anything. The owners checked I had everything I needed and had a useful fridge where you could purchase drinks. This is now my go to place to stay if I’m in the area.

The staff was very friendly when booking if i had any questions or request they would try there bests to accommodate you i asked for a room as low as i could get due to being 32 weeks pregnant put me in room on first floor as they due to put us top floor so lovely they moved us on messages if any worries message them and they can try to help parking outside on drive as paid extra as long as they have space was £5/£8 depending on what time u come :) bed was comfy shower and toilet lovely and clean lovely big TV had bunk beds in room as was family room didn't use them as was only 2 people but looked clean and comfy haven't tried breakfast yet but I'm sure will be lovely as you get what you pay for and with the lovely room I'm sure breakfast will be lovely

Really nice Guesthouse this one. Hosts were really lovely and everything was easy. Breakfast was first class. Great location for the seafront and town. Handy parking option if you can’t park on street. Really great value considering breakfast is included.

If you’re fussy and like soft pillows like me, take your own. Not a criticism at all, I know many like firmer pillows.

Best B&B in Paignton absolutely fantastic 👏 Leigh & Vicky are absolutely lovely awesome beautiful people,& will do anything everything to make sure your needs are met they literally go above & beyond! The whole place is immaculately clean spotless & smells fresh & amazing 👏, super comfortable relaxing chill tranquil. The breakfast 😋 mmmmmm absolutely delicious 😋 sooo nice. If I could live here I so certainly would absolutely love staying here ❤️.

I had single occupancy of a spacious double room. The bed was very comfortable and the heating with thermostatic control was appreciated given the winter weather. Spotless en-suite bathroom and good shower. Perfect poached eggs on toast for breakfast.

Good location. Close to car park where it normally costs £8 for parking if you get this discounted rate from owners of St Weonards. There may be some free parking on street during the winter months. We slept well, it were quiet asides the usual noise from the people in the room next door, I expect they thought the same of us though! The couple who ran St Weonards were friendly, welcoming and did a kind gesture of offering us a cup of tea on arrival. My brother had breakfast and told us it were one of the best breakfasts he has eaten.
