Location is central to where we like staying in Paignton. Close to station , shops and Wetherspoons. Breakfast was very nice with ideal timing laid on between 7.30 and 9.30 am. Will aim to use the haldon as our new go to guest house in Paignton, due to our original b and b closing .

This is a very well organised and likeable guest house. It's very traditional in all the best ways, the attention to your welfare and detail to the provision is excellent. Well located and super friendly hosts. After 35 plus years in the holiday park business, I know a thing or two about the hard work needed to provide such a service.

Kat and Graham are lovely hosts, very friendly and looking after the people staying at their guest house. The room had everything we needed. The house is located in a really good location at Paignton, close to the beach and to the town centre. A lovely fresh breakfast was cooked every morning, with the option of some cereals and toasts too.

We loved everything nothing to complain about at all They were the perfect host and had a laugh with you too which is lovely Nothing was too much trouble at all

Katarina and Graham ( also coco & dave ) were amazing hosts. Felt comfortable as soon as we walked through the door. The whole b&b was clean and lovely and felt like home away from home. The room was perfect, plenty of space and storage for our belongings. It was clean and tidy and everything was provided. Breakfast was fresh cooked when you sat down and was lovely. Both Katarina and Graham were always happy to have a chat and a laugh. My teenage son even wants to go back and said its the best place he has stayed on holiday!! ( even though he isn't a right handed guitarist 😂). We will definitely be back and will always recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Paignton. It's perfect distance from the high street and beach so easy to get to but away from the noise ( except the seagulls). Thanks for a lovely stay.

THE GUEST HOUSE WAS VERY WELCOMING AND RUN MY A HUSBAND AND WIFE TEAM WHO WERE REALLY LOVELY PEOPLE. THEY HAD MOVED DOWN TO PAIGNTON FROM LONDON AND NOW LIVING THE DREAM. THEY HAVE 2 CATS THAT ARE REALLY NICE. THEY GIVE ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND THE BREAKFAST WAS COOKED TO ORDER. CEREAL AND TOAST ALSO AVAILABLE. THE HOUSE IS LOCATED IN A SIDE STREET OFF THE MAIN ROAD THAT RUNS ALONG THE SEA FRONT. IT IS IN A REALLY QUITE STREET BUT IDEALLY LOCATED FOR THE SEA FRONT, THE BEACH, SHOPS, CAFES, BARS & PUBS. A SHORT WALK TO THE TRAIN STATION AS WELL.

Lovely traditional seaside BnB guest house. Hosts were great very accommodating, , and breakfast was spot on.

I was out sailing so I missed out on spending more time with the kitties than I wanted to. And only met the one, Dave, on my last day 😢. Only other issue was due to my height, with some of the facilities in my room being a little low down for comfortable use - not their fault. If you are less than 6' no problem.

Location was great and hosts were lovely.

No mention of cats roaming the building on the ad. I'm extremely allergic to cats and it made me ill which spoilt my stay a bit

A small point. I had use of the private bathroom since I was in the single room. A grab bar by the bath/shower to enable ease of entry and exit from the bath would be appreciated.

The property has cats! Not great when you’re allergic to them! The man also judged my 2 year old on having a dummy and demanded we had none! Absolutely shocking place. Has been ignoring booking.clam staff also who have been trying to resolve this issue. Forty place with a lot of filth,

The breakfast was excellent and cooked to perfection. Everything was very clean and would fully recommend to others. It was good that we could leave our car in a nearby car park so it was off the road for the night.

Katarina and Graham were great even sat out on the patio with guests throughout the day, really nice tasty breakfast cooked by Katarina even Grahams dad jokes and sense of humour was great, close to the beach, marina and town. 2 nice cats

the guest house was clean and tidy and great to stay at Kat and Graham made me very welcome the room was very clean and tidy and everything is very close by , i was very happy with my stay and on my return i will be going back booking again to stay there. what i like the most it was they was like friends to you made you very welcome i dont see that much in other places i have stayed at, also the breakfast is amazing each morning everything was perfect for my stay. thank you so much i enjoyed my time with you.

Fantastic friendly hosts. Graham and Kat couldn’t do more for us, including letting us use their fridge to keep our drinks cold, providing me with hay fever tablets (which I’d forgotten to bring!) and taking the time to have a drink and chat with us. They provided us with a fan in our room, as it was such a hot day. The room was spotless, comfortable bed, breakfast was lovely and council car park is within a minutes walk.

First time staying at the haldon,Graham and katarina were great host,couldnt do enough for you,Room was great,very clean and a good size,bed was really comfy.Breakfast was excellent,Great location for the beach,shops and train station.Will defiently be staying here again,oh and couldnt forget the cats dave and coco.Thanks for a great stay

The staff were lovely, very welcoming and helpful and really nice to my kids. The breakfast was very tasty and lots of choice, and the rooms were comfortable. The location was also excellent, right near the beach. Great place to stay with kids!

The only thing that was slightly inconvenient was having the sink not in the bathroom but in the bedroom but that was a minor point and livable for the one night we stayed there. Also, we loved the two cats that were there, so not something that we don't like but would be a consideration for those with allergies!

Alles, ontbijt, gastvrijheid het was een heerlijk weekend en bij mijn volgende bezoek ga ik zeker proberen daar weer te verblijven.

Het was erg warm in de kamer en geen manier om die te koelen.

The breakfast was perfect , I got exactly what I requested, freshly prepared and served with a smile. My room was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom facilities were perfect and I appreciated the little extras e.g towels and toiletries, hairdryer and as my room did not have an ensuite the provision of a housecoat which as I was travelling by train meant less luggage to carry.

The bedroom was on the 3rd Floor which for me as an 82 yr old was not the easiest to get to with luggage. Luckily I had only a small suitcase. I slept ok but in fairness I always do but the mattress I think was the coiled spring variety which was not the most comfortable

Hosts Graham and Kat were extremely friendly and helpful. We had the full English breakfast which was perfect and freshly cooked. The room was very clean and comfortable. Seafront, harbour, eateries and shops are all within a few minutes walking distance. There's also a public car park a minutes walk from the guest house. Will definitely stay again.

A good choice of food available for breakfast off of a menu which you could order from the day before. The location was good only a few minutes away from the town and harbour.

Die Lage ist super, nicht weit vom Bahnhof und um die Ecke vom Strand und der Promenade und trotzdem relativ ruhig gelegen! Die Besitzer sind super freundlich. Wenn irgendwas ist, einfach ansprechen!!! Extra wünsche werden nach Möglichkeit erfüllt!

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln. Hab das Prinzip der Dusche zuerst nicht verstanden, da waren gar keine Wasserhähne... ;-)

The owners were very friendly and accommodating. The room was perfect, the weather very hot and there was blackened out curtains and a fan. The bed very comfortable and I slept brilliantly. The breakfast was huge and filled me up for the day. I'll def come back again.
