The staff were absolutely brilliant. Friendly and helpful. Made you feel like you were really important.

The bathroom was tired . Room on sea front had poor shutting windows which on a very windy night was an issue.

Room yes a little update needed but clean sheets & towels & comfy nights sleep too! Breakfast was delicious, plenty of variety & hot…. staff friendly and super helpful. Even though the copper lounge was quite full, all the staff did a great prompt job! Checking in was a breeze - super attentive & helpful.

In the Copper lounge it was a little too hot but, asked the Bar Manager about the air conditioning & She sorted it! 🙏

Room not cleaned in 3 day's kid's running a moke while there parent's get pissed 😤 no one stopping them from running up and down the stairs screaming. Bar staff giving kid's as young as 3 glasses that they were running with and with no shoes on. Not one member of staff or management stopped this and the parent's just sat in the bar drinking and arguing

The rooms were supposed to be more modern according to the pictures. Very tired in some places, smelled of grease as soon as walked in door to the hotel in the lobby. Bedding had stains on, gap under door into room constant light shining through from the hallway- didn’t feel private. Dinning room big but so crowded with chairs couldn’t get to the food without squeezing though chairs. Again the smell of grease overwhelming. Bar - looked good entrainment great from what we saw but bar shut pretty early to say our stay was during peak times. The toilets near to the bar male & female - although looked clean, stunk of urine and toilet seat all broken. The worse part was the smell from grease to urine throughout the building. Not a very welcoming smell.

The staff was very friendly and the evening entertainment was great.

The bath and sink had a crack in. The beds was very uncomfortable.

Location was good - close enough so attractions/shops were not too far but away enough not yo be too noisy. Breakfast was "no frills" but good quality.

Poor Facilities - old & tatty throughout. Big light didn't work. Fire doors in hallway slammed loudly. The worst shower I've ever experienced - impossible to regulate heat & had to use sh head like a hose & still duck to wash hair(I'm 6ft tall but not a giant). Cleanliness was mrrr - "daily" Housekeeping only came 3/4 out of 7. More like a decent bedsit then a decent hotel.

The staff were extremely supportive, welcoming and helpful. The evening entertaining - bingo and singer - were great.

The room - 213 - felt a little grubby - the carpet looks unclean and stained, the bathroom had a cracked sink (unsafe for my two young children to use without support in case they cut themselves) and the bathroom felt slightly unclean and had a strange smell.

The bedroom was dated, very small, dirty divan base, needs painting looks old & grubby with marked furniture in. Not good😞 The bar area needs refurbished, horrible window seating grubby look again, horrible place. Toastie wasn’t even good with sweaty salad.

We stayed in Room 213, and unfortunately, the condition of the bathroom was extremely disappointing. The moment we opened the bathroom door, there was a very strong and unpleasant smell. The floor tiles were also so dirty that we did not feel comfortable using the toilet or even taking a shower. Another major disappointment was the lack of basic toiletries. The hotel facilities state that toiletries are provided, but the only item available was hand soap. When I called reception to ask about shampoo and shower gel, I was told that the hotel does not provide any other toiletries. Shampoo and shower gel are basic amenities that guests reasonably expect from a hotel, especially when toiletries are advertised as being included. I paid over £400 for just a two-night stay, and considering the price, the cleanliness and facilities were completely unacceptable. The bathroom was unhygienic, smelly, and poorly maintained, and even basic toiletries were not provided. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the experience and definitely did not receive the standard of accommodation I expected for the amount I paid

The room wasnt clean by any means, there was dirty marks on the skirting board behind the behind the bin, toenail found in the bathroom on plain sight, earring back that I stood on also in the bathroom, no shower gel,shampoo ect there was a container that had the smallest amount of soap in but the dispenser didnt work we had 4 or 5 small soaps left there for us. The taps barely worked and the cold tap seemed as though it was about to coming away it was so loose. On their site they advertise a jacuzzi bath but we didnt get this. We went downstairs for a drink and there was huge patches of mould on the ceilings and these weren't small patches they were huge and it was black. The room was extremely warm and we only had one tiny window to open to tey and cool the room down. Breakfast next morning the carpet was so sticky my feet kept sticking to the floor, the cutlery on the table was filthy! The breakfast wasnt great either.

Nothing. We complained about the state of the room. They wouldnt accomodate a change. We left the hotel and booked a travelodge instead.

It was dirty. The mattresses had exposed springs. The room looked into a disgusting fire escape. It smelled terrible.

The outside certainly makes an impact. I thought it was cute and easy to find. My kid loved it. The staff were so lovely, very welcoming and helpful. They had great local knowledge and always happy to help. Unfortunately we didn't get a chance to see the entertainment because we were too tired the night we stayed. The room was clean and a good amount of space.

The bed was very uncomfortable. The mattresses need replacing. The bathroom was poorly maintained though clean. There were no amenities in the bathroom. The decor was either completely lacking (in the rooms) or dated(corridors). And I'm so confused why the restaurant is in the basement when they have that lovely sea view.and breakfast at 8.30 was a bit late for a Monday morning or for families with young kids.

We like having the Sea view and it’s within Walking Distance to the railway station and the Centre of Blackpool. We like the Bingo and the entertainment they provide. The Breakfast is good and self service. The price we paid for 4 nights wears really great value for money. We will definitely be coming back in the near future. My family have also stayed here several times and they recommended it to me.

Would have been nice to receive complementary water for our stay. Also they did not have any lite bites or Sandwiches available after 9.00pm We had to take a taxi into town to get a bite. and return back to the hotel.

Everyone were very lovely, helpful and kind. The room was really good for the price. The breakfast was very basic but if you only want to eat english breakfast, then it is the right place

Room was tiny, bed was tiny (not like the picture), room was grubby, bathroom was rusty, room and bathroom smelt, shower was ridiculous, restaurant was dimly grim, floors need redoing, carpets are old, parking costs £7.50 a day, breakfast was tepid, window was tiny and no fan was available. Staff are ace, the owners should be ashamed.

Breakfast arrangements were chaotic. One member of staff greeted guests not with a cheery 'good morning' but with 'same table as last night' . As I didn't dine there the previous night she directed me to a table in the part of the dining room where the lights were not even on. No guidance as to where to queue, apart from 'you can queue up when the lights come on', no order for tea or coffee taken. There was no welcome at all and so many people queuing by this time I returned to my room, collected my bags and checked out earlier, walking into Blackpool and enjoying a delicious breakfast in a café in town .

Just that it was close to the beach

Bed springs was in my back we had a upgraded room with hot tub mattress was very thin and springy had back pain the carpet was like a shaggy rug dusty . I came on my monthly and abit went on the bed the cleaner just made the bed instead of changing it . Also our car got blocked in by the bingo caller and we had to Waite half hour before we could go anywhere . Place needs updating ripped carpets in hallways dirty lifts the stay I booked for my partners birthday all I can say is never again . Please avoid

Breakfast was exceptional, the morning staff very helpful. Room was clean.

Lady behind the bar was very rude, treating people like kids, not good. Everybody complained about the mattresses, very uncomfortable, springs sticking through.

Getting in the taxi and leaving for the day

The decor is dated, the staff have minimal interaction, couldn't eat food in the bar area, had to sit in reception, then interrupted by two feral kids knocking our food over to then be offered out by their father for telling them to do one, shortly followed by their mother, rooms are terrible, beds are grim, shower was grim, everything was grim, a true replication of what most of the streets and shop fronts look like I'm blackpool. They must have had a good social media campaign.

Alles, twijfel je om hierheen te gaan, ga niet! In een woord, verschrikkelijk! Buiten was het slechts 20 graden, op de kamer maar liefst 31 graden! Het personeel geloofde het niet, maar ging ook niet mee om het zelf te ervaren.(zie foto 5) Aangezien alles zo slecht was ben ik niet eens bij het ontbijt gaan kijken...

Hotel was run down needs some tlc ,the smell of cigarette smoke as u walk in was disgusting even at the lift area , staff were rude ,room was dirty and smelled like sewage toilet had been flooded due to room upstairs had to be moved , 2nd room wasn't any better tiny toilet flys and ants in the room stained towels bathroom was dirty , no soap to wash your hands , sea view room windows were dirty , chairs stained in the room even in the reception area seating was stained , stairs leading upto 4th floor are ready to collapse . Very noisy outside especially at the weekend ! We as a family tired to stay out as long as possible so we didn't have to be in the hotel couldn't wait to leave

Asked to watch the Wales rugby on tv was sent to a small tv room without air condition etc boling hot in there and could not get the tv to work so was watching the rugby on phone , later found out when everyone vanished from the lounge where entertainment was only for them all to be given a large / air condition room with large tv screen to be able to watch the football this was very disappointed that they only cater for the Englush fans
