Almost everything from the welcoming guys (security officers) , to the guy in the reception. The warm welcome during the check-in . The room was sparkling clean with the needed items ( fridge , microwave, tea service, smart TV in both bedrooms. The breakfast was delicious 😋.. all facilities were of top notch.

Everything about the place. The staff very friendly, Tyron was exceptionally good, went ober and above to make sure that i was checked in smoothly. He was really good and thanks alot. Everything about the place was great, breakfast the waiter Siya was so friendly and helped us alot. You guys made our stay very nice. Definitely coming back. .

The rooms don't have cutlery and dishes to use of you want to warm your food. Called room service and they said they provide such. Can we have these in the rooms. Thank you

There was no much of a variety of food for the buffet and for breakfast. The Hotel was overbooked, so the dining area was so full that there was not sitting and you had to wait for a while for us to be attended to. While sitting and still eating the waiters rudely removed our plates and told us that its almost closing time. We couldn't have a decent night sleep as our neighbors were busy partying with loud talking, drinking and playing music. At the same time moving of furniture at the early hours of the morning and that is definitely not on. People had to wait for a very long time for lift, eventually we used the stairs. The toilet had a terrible stench. For my 1st stay because the over-rating of this hotel, it was a horrible experience.

Rooms don't have small carpet on the floor when you jump off the bed

It was close to the beach and easy to access everything. The breakfast was good with a lot of variety of food.

Booking. Com advertises a lot of things that the hotel does have which is a very 😡 upsetting. I will never book again had a spoilt birthday experience and my children were very disappointed about the pools being heated which was a lie

The location, size of the room, and views.

Parking space was rather narrow, but that wasn't actually the issue. The real issue was room service not delivering on my request. It would've been better if they'd refused my order at the time. At least then I would've understood. The room above us was also making a noise at midnight. A stay that left my partner and I wanting.

The balcony door lock was broken, but was later fixed. The box that holds the tea, coffee, sugar was old and moldy . Kettle was dirty, so had to request for a clean one.

The sheets in my room when I checked in has dried blood on them, had to call and ask for to be changed.

I like that room had a little privacy , our kids had a little corner there with their beds .traveling made better

They only made my bed and didnt clean the room , toilet,,it was just too dirty and had this little smell i couldn't understand,,i thought they were still coming back to clean lol whem I got back at night it was still the same ,, i really didnt have energy to complain. they didn't even replenish the toiletries lucky i had come prepared, i dont even want to mention getting iron they expected me to go and fetch the iron reception that was their lowest,..it was really bad shame,, ive been changing hotels i can definitely say I won't be booking anything from beachfront .pity I dint take pictures of the date sink and all that mess mxm. The only thing I liked from the food its waffles lol ,, dont even wann talk about the scones I've never seen something like that they could better

Great breakfast and staff very nice and super helpful during breakfast. Good coffee! Room has a microwave and fridge. Aircon in room. Balcony with beautiful sea view. Check in was easy and quick. Room service was good and delivered food within 30minutes. Iron and ironing board available in the room.

Pillows were either too hard or too soft. Duvet isnt a real duvet, more like two sheets and a bedspread. There was a staff entrance and working area next to my room and it was very noisy. No seating area in lobby.

The room was a bit stuffy, but it’s understandable because the windows are situated on the corridors and not the other end where they can get air in. Overall the hotel is lovely!

Sauna wasn't working

Good staff and breakfast. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The room had a nice ocean/stadium view.

Property seems dated and the bathrooms require a refresh - there are also no extractor fans so the bathroom stays humid for a long time.

The sauna not working was a real low for me and how staff handled the booking. Room was nice and clean just put more blankets for each bed. The view was excellent and breakfast was great

The front sea facing room was perfect, the rooms were spacious and clean. I especially liked the kiddie's bedroom which was 2 single beds and their own TV. The bedding and towels were super clean, and the beds were comfy. The breakfast spread was amazing and had variety of options. Free popcorn, coffee and slush was a cherry on top, and a nice value add for guests. The staff was absolutely amazing; they always went above and beyond. The lady hostess who received us made sure we were always comfortable.

The bathroom shower glass is not looking good at all. It was cleaned but has permanent stain which i think it will require a chemical to remove or continuously use vinegar to clean.

The indoor pool ,breakfast and the balcony view was amazing also enjoyed the staff’s hospitality

No mats on the floors and also the card kept glitching so we couldn’t enter our rooms and had to go to reception most of the time

It is very clean and comfortable. Oh how can I forget the supervisor called Nonhle Finiza….she is very friendly, warm, welcoming and helpful.

The staff at the reception ddnt assist me when I was checking in with my suitcase up my room had to push that trolley by myself up.

I liked being at the hotel, the stuff was friendly and kind. I also liked the breakfast; it was good and there were many choices. for sure I will visit again and will recommend to family and friends. Thank you for the service.

In my room there was no still water on the first day, I only got it after requesting on the following day.

Breakfast - really good, breakfast staff was actually quite good. Food was fresh and varied.Family friendly for sure. had coco pops and soft serve (ofcourse the full english breakfast and continental breakfast as well)

Receptionist wasn't friendly at all. We managed to get them to move us on the second day and asked for two beds instead of one, still got one bed.Book covered parking ahead if you need that, lifts were always full and busy and sometimes one would be getting fixed which didnt help.

Love the breakfast buffet, save the bacon. The room was really descent, and the view could be better, though there isn't much the hotel can do about that. The staff was really great, especially when they noticed that I was getting frustrated with some minor admin issues during check inn, one of the staff members swiftly asked for permission to treat my son to complimentary snacks whilst I sort the admin out. This saved me the pressure of being a patient parent with a child that was excited to explore and didn't understand why I would need to spend more time at the reception instead of us exploring the place upon arrival.

I have stayed at Blue Waters from a few years back. The service has always been excellent. I had to extend my stay, and the receptionist and the managers were extremely helpful, without an issue my stay was extended. A big thank you to them. Always appreciated. The staff are also very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is of high standard and thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank You all for the great service.
