The staff was helpful and friendly, even though we struggled a bit with the bags, the room was clean and comfortable. I just think the idea of using blankets instead of duvet inners is a bit untidy, cushy beds have that special hotel hug feeling. The porters could do better by offering their services voluntarily. The staff is super respectful and amazing. We loved our stay. Thank you.

The breakfast was delicious. Even though the bacon was a bit too salty and I did have a crunch of egg shell in my omelette, the service and the restaurant food and service made up for it.

Really excellent location, restaurant prices are a bit expensive probably aimed at foreign tourists instead of locals but it works and the food was okay although the service was very very slow.

At 4:16 sharp there was a rooster that must have woken the entire neighbourhood. That was genuinely the worst and for the entire day I was exhausted.

They really went out of their way to make my bday extra special. Andile , Kobus you guys are awesome. Not forgetting my babies in the dinning area breakfast was awesome and fun with you guys . Thank you for a wonderful experience. M coming back soon .

Bonga who couldn't assist with my booking and was rude on the phone. Almost canceled my booking because of his behavior. Thank you to all the other staff members that went out of their way to fix his mistakes.

I’d like to raise a concern regarding my recent stay. I accidentally left my purse in the safe when I checked out and went to work. At the time I was checking out, the cleaner was already in the room, which I didn’t mind. Apparently, the hotel staff noticed that I had left my purse behind, but no one contacted me. I only realised later, when I arrived at the airport, that I had forgotten it. When I contacted the hotel, I was told that they had found my purse and had it with them. My concern is simply: why wasn’t I contacted as soon as the purse was found? The hotel had my booking details and knew exactly who had stayed in the room. Because I wasn’t contacted, I had to pay out of my own pocket for an Uber to have my purse delivered to the airport. I found this very disappointing, especially because the situation could have been handled much more proactively. I was also disappointed by the attitude I received when I raised my concern. I believe that, as a guest, I should have been contacted immediately once my belongings were found. I’m sharing this respectfully because I feel the matter could have been handled much better.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig und es gab auch zu späterer Uhrzeit noch Nachschub. Der Frühstücksraum befand sich im 11. Stock mit toller Aussicht auf den Strand und auf das Meer. Der Kaffee war außerdem sehr gut. Das Bett im Zimmer war bequem und groß. WLAN war gut und die Lage ebenfalls. Bei der Check-Out-Zeit war das Hotel sehr kulant und hat uns ohne Aufpreis um 11 Uhr statt um 10 Uhr auschecken lassen.

Die Klimaanlage hat getropft und war sehr laut. Wir hatten leider einen extrem windigen Tag erwischt, dadurch konnte man den Wind durch die Fenster stark hören.

It’s in a perfect location, just a short walk to the beach. What I loved most, though, was how inclusive and accessible it is for everyone, especially differently abled individuals. Whether you’re a wheelchair user, of shorter stature, or have specific accessibility needs, the space has clearly been designed with inclusivity in mind. That was something I genuinely appreciated.

The breakfast was amazing, with a spectacular view from the upstairs restaurant where you can watch the sunrise. Staff were exceptionally friendly and the room was quite spacious.

The restaurant downstairs had limited menu options and was overcrowded for the available space. It also lacked the ambience and overall dining experience expected from a restaurant

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, and everything we needed was provided. The location was also convenient, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. Overall, the stay was relaxing and enjoyable, and I really appreciated the great service and hospitality. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again! ❤️

Everything, expect that it was a busy weekend and I got a room in level 1🫠. Otherwise, I'm happy. The room was huge, clean, had everything, and the bed was comfortable. I think I've found my favorite hotel after months of searching(Durban)

I liked everything from the reception. They were so welcoming. They upgraded our booking to the sea view room for free and it was so great. The room and bathroom were spacious, very fancy, and spotless. Parking looked very safe. The food was mouth-watering and enough variety. The people serving food were so friendly and all service providers always willing to render necessary support. The environment was very calm. And the sea view view from the dinning area made the place more fascinating while eating.

It's like smoking within the hotel could be prohibited because there was some instance whereby there was a smell of drugs near our room

Breakfast was delicious. We liked the little treats you get everyday. The ocean view was beautiful. It's a clean, quiet place to rest and enjoy your holiday. We also liked how spacious the rooms were, you don't feel suffocated in the room. And the curtains are good, you can sleep til noon because the room is so dark either the curtains closed 😊

The location of the property is close to the beach, the stuff is very friendly and welcoming, the room was spacious, very clean and smelling fresh. I definitely got my money’s worth 😁

The room were very clean from toilets to bedding. And the best part was my birthday weekend wow wow wow you guys and my husband surprised me with how it was all done. You did a beautiful thing in the room it was perfect 👌 thank you

The view was perfect. From the window one could see the sea, the waves, birds diving in an out, people walking up and down the promenade. Some were on foot, some were on bicycles, training, what a lovely from my window.. The breakfast was perfect even though we were a bit late we had enough of everything. The food was nice and fresh, nothing out of place.Table setting was also excellent. As for the bathroom it was nice and clean, the linen was perfect.

The view on the first floors is trees obscuring the beach. Well there's nothing much you can do about that. The toilet is very noisy when flushing.

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are great. The furniture was in great condition, I loved the interior design. The breakfast was amazing, so many options to pick from, they had welcome snacks. The view was great. So many mirrors as well.

The parking in not covered and you have to pay for it, which I wasn't aware of, plus the key that you pay for and get refunded on its return.

The bathroom drainage was a nightmare the water from the shower and the bathroom sink they were not draining you had to wait close to 15 minutes before other person takes a shower. The salami at breakfast was off. And when we checked in the room smelled of cigarette.
