Nice location , 10 minutes walk to city center , a nice ecology park and good location

Front desk staff was good , very helpful , gave me print outs and gave food direction etc . If I emended the name Christina was so helpful and a gentleman I forget his name

The breakfast. As my husband and i don’t eat cereal . like all the holiday inns we stop at . Usually you get the same depending on which location you didn’t at this one. The eggs was frozen along with the baked beans it seemed like they just come out of the tin which had been in a fridge . Also no sausage or bacon which again is very disappointing. So we told the staff and had to leave to catch our flight. Now it wasn’t like we was last in for breakfast we was there when it opened and we waited till they put the hot food out which was about 6:30am as we arrived for breakfast at 6am . I love the coffee at holiday inns especially the latte but it tasted bitter stale. For the price I paid should have paid the bit extra and stopped at a different hotel to get a good breakfast .

Location

Electricity stopped working at 9pm so we had no TV or tea/coffee facilities. When we informed staff they said the problem was caused by something in the room next to us but they couldn't access it because customer was out. I informed the receptionist again when checking out and was only offered a drink which we couldn't take through Airport security.

ホテルのシャトルバスが無かった。 通常、このクラスのホテルで空港近くに位置する場合、シャトルバスの提供は当然あるものと思っていた。 タクシー代は結構、高いのでお得感がかなり目減りした。

De locatie en ontbijt waren prima.

We hadden helaas een 2 persoonsbed van 160cm breed. Bij iedere beweging van de een, ging de ander ook mee. Dit is voor huidige maatstaven klein. De kinderen hadden enkele bedden wat veel fijner was.

Great stay, food was simple but fresh and good quality. Bed was great, shower was amazing. Staff very polite and all speak very good English.

Location is about 15min walk from train station and it's very hard to get taxi for airport.

Maria was super friendly and helpful when I ordered some food. The lobby of this hotel is very nice, cosy and comfy which made it easy for me to work with my colleagues

Freundlicher Checkin

Frühstücksservice ausbaufähig, an einem Tag teilweise keine Tassen & Gläser verfügbar, keine abgeräumten Tische. Baujahr 1984 an einigen Stellen deutlich sichtbar

Binnen was het netjes, ontbijt was prima, kamer was prima.

De buitenkant is niet fraai, parkeerplaatsen niet geweldig en bereikbaar voor voetgangers. Moet beter afgesloten worden. Er waren werkzaamheden om en rond het hotel

Boeking vorig jaar gedaan, was duurder door hogere btw. Na een nacht bijboeken was deze extra dag veel goedkoper. Parkeren 25 euro per dag extra terwijl het bij de extra dag was inbegrepen. Door de werkzaamheden was deze prijs voor dag extra fair. Originele prijs was te hoog.

Prima kamers

Er was geen parkeerplek meer vrij bij het hotel. Nu is dat nog niet zo heel erg (en in F1 weekend ook te verwachten), maar men kon ook geen informatie geven over waar we dan evt. wel konden parkeren, terwijl er een parkeergarage op een paar minuten afstand lag bleek later.

Bedden waren erg zacht, weinig water onder de douche en slechte parkeergelegenheid (via hotel erg prijzig, in t weekend gratis in de straat)

Hotel trascurato, al nostro arrivo nel parcheggio, abbiamo visto qualcosa muoversi erano dei topi, ci hanno assegnato la camera al primo piano, con due finestre una si affacciava sul parcheggio, l'altra su un lato dove c'erano dei bidoni dell'immondizia , pieni di topi Siamo scesi nella hall ,per cambiare stanza ,fortunatamente, il giorno dopo, ci hanno assegnato un altra camera. moquettes sporca sia in camera sia nelle parti comuni . Sala colazione non pulita ,tavoli e pavimento tutti appiccicosi.

Localización y desayuno. También te dan la opción de rechazar el servicio de limpieza de la habitación a cambio de una bebida gratis en el bar. Estuvimos 2 noches así que nos pareció genial y aceptamos las bebidas gratis.

La recepcionista me dio información incorrecta. Quería que cogiera el parking por 25€ por día alegando que se cobraba a 3€ / h incluso por la noche. Ya lo había comprado y no era así. Puedes aparcar en la calle y el horario de pago es de 9:00-18:00, el resto es gratis. Me pareció un detalle poco profesional. No hay necesidad de querer incluirte un producto que no es necesario. Siendo honestos se gana más.

This hotel was near the train station Hoofddorp by walking 6- 8 minutes which has very frequent trains to airport, Amsterdam, Leiden, Dan Haag, and so on. By walking 10 minutes there is a shopping mall. Room was basic but comfortable. Breakfast is average.

Tina is wonderful and fun to be around. She helped me with everything I needed ☺️

Maria should be fired. She would NOT help me find the City Center to get food. She treated like I was a waste of her time. SHE IS AWFUL 😞

Beds were nice and shower 🚿 was nice pressure. Breakfast was with basic supplies but more hot food could be available. Hotel is 1 stop from airport 🛫 which is very convenient.

The staff were professional yet friendly and welcoming. When I told Maria I was saying the next night with a group, she made it so I didn't have to change rooms. I didn't even have to ask! :)

The windows don't open. I understand for safety reasons but it's not great. Also, the shower floor joints are grimy and rusted and desperately need replacing. The bed was too narrow and the mattress lumpy and uncomfortable.
