Het was schoon en de badkamer was prima.

Ik had een eenpersoons kamer geboekt, dat doe ik altijd maar bij jullie vond ik de kamer wel heel erg klein. Viel me erg tegen tov andere hotels.

Was een goed en hygiënisch verblijf

Lounge and restaurant were closed, which is bad for a place that bills itself as an airport hotel and in a fairly isolated location. Vending food and beverages way overpriced, and a poor selection. Shuttle to the airport was loate

The staff need serious training in how to welcome guests. Windows cannot be opened and air conditioning in the room was not manageable.

Het was een onaangename verrassing toen ik zag dat er geen flesje water in de kamer was bij aankomst. Persoonlijk vind ik dat heel fijn, zeker na een reis met het vliegtuig. Een ander punt wat ik niet fijn vond was dat er twee vlekken waren op de lakens - alsof ze niet (goed) gewassen waren. En een derde punt was dat de chauffeur van de shuttle niet zo heel gemotiveerd was om mensen te helpen om hun valiezen in en uit de bagageruimte van de shuttle te nemen. Ik had geen zware valies dit keer, maar het zou fijn zijn als hij zou helpen - zeker voor mensen die al wat ouder zijn (ik ben 73 jaar oud). Ik heb 1 jaar geleden ook in het hotel overnacht, en toen had ik een betere ervaring.

Ontbijt was voldoende . Maar wat warme gerechten moesten zijn zoals de worstjes,spek, witte bonen en scrambled egg waren koud.

Sfeerloos hotel, maar prima om een nachtje door te brengen voor een vlucht in de vroege ochtend.

Schone kamer

Shuttle bus kwam niet. Ikzelf heb 1 uur gewacht op Schiphol, in de stromende regen. Ik heb naar de telefoonlijn gebeld om te vragen wanneer de bus zou komen. De telefoonlijn werd niet opgenomen (10 minuten gewacht en uiteindelijk opgehangen). Uiteindelijk een taxi genomen (wachtrij van nog eens 15 minuten). Kostte mij 35 euro! Anderen hadden 43 minuten lang gebeld en er werd niet opgenomen. Er waren andere gasten die al 1,5 uur stonden te wachten. In het hotel wisten ze van niks. Behalve dat de bestelbus een lekke band had. Never again!

Didn't realise that shuttle buses finished so early so would be good if that was clearer on the listing. Nevertheless shuttle bus in the morning was really helpful to use.

I like the size and decor of the room

No kettle coffee and tea in the room.

Liked that the Airport Shuttle was available every forty minutes. The Antares is new, so it smelt new and clean. The staff was cordial and helpful.

Though the Airport Shuttle was available, I didn't like that there was a six euro charge every time that the shuttle was used to return to the Airport. The Airport Shuttle should be free to and from the Airport, especially when the guest checks out to return to the Airport.

Close to airport. Free airport shuttle from airport. Room as described. Clean. Quiet. Perfect for 1 night. Staff were helpful in re-freezing ice packs that I needed for my medication. Very responsive to pre-arrival inquiries.

The big issue was at check-out. The hotel required prepayment for the airport shuttle from the hotel to the airport. On the morning of check-out - no van showed up. I think the van missed the earlier pick-ups as well and the hotel couldn't reach the driver by phone. I was told that we would be reimbursed the cost of the airport shuttle PLUS taxi that I had to pay to the airport. I submitted my receipts but had to make many many calls and send many emails. It took about 3 weeks to sort out. Fortunately - thanks to the manager - it was eventually resolved. This is the only negative - and i would have rated the hotel higher if it weren't for this.

The restaurant was closed on Sundays and Mondays, and there was no suitable alternative on walking distance. We were not aware of this and as we were dropped off by car at the hotel by a family member, we had no facility to eat in or around the hotel.

Het was vooral erg praktisch om hier te verblijven tijdens ons bezoek aan de F1 Zandvoort. Zandvoort was goed te bereiken vanaf hier.

Prima kamer, niet bijzonder. Gewoon schoon en fijn om eigen toilet en badkamer te hebben. Kussens waren erg dun.

Ontbijt was oke, niet ontzettend veel keuze maar desalniettemin voldoende. Nette kamer met een redelijk ruime opzet. Alles verder modern aangekleed. Het hotel in het algemeen oogt vrij nieuw.

Medewerkers spreken vooral veel engels wat ik jammer vindt. Niet alles op de kaart kon besteld worden. Twee hoofdgerechten vielen af waardoor de keus van een kleine kaart nog beperkter werd.

Problemen met tv

Overall, the hotel was nice, and the room was comfortable. It had a single bed, air conditioning, a clean bathroom, and all the standard hygiene amenities.

I booked this hotel specifically to have a place to rest between flights. Unfortunately, around 06:00, a very loud noise started coming from the water pipes. The noise continued until approximately 09:00, making it impossible to sleep. I notified the front desk, and after inspecting the issue, I was informed that nothing could be done at that time. I asked to be moved to another room, but the front desk person did not check for availability and simply told me that the hotel was completely full. Given the size of the hotel, I found this difficult to believe. Because the primary purpose of my stay was to rest between flights, the prolonged noise significantly affected my experience. For me, the hotel did not meet the standard I would expect from a four-star property. The problem may have been limited to my room, which was Room 101. If possible, I recommend avoiding that room.

It’s located in the middle of nowhere. No restaurants or shops around.

Ich fand es gut,dass wir einen Kostenlosen Parkplatz am Hotel hatten.Es gab auch Kaffee und Tee umsonst in der Eingangshalle. Es wurden jeden Tag frische Handtücher gebracht und es war auch relativ sauber.

Das es leider zu dem Zeitpunkt kein Kakao gab für uns als nicht Kaffee trinker. Ansonsten haben wir nicht viel zu beanstanden gehabt. Nur die Türe vom Bad war ein bisschen dreckig seid der Ankunft und wurde bis checkout auch nicht sauber gemacht.

Het personeel is erg vriendelijk. kamers zagen er netjes en schoon uit .

Er waren veel rokers maar geen zit plekken buiten en het terein was vaak bezaaid met rommel wat uit de prullenbakken viel.

Dat er niet zoveel te doen was in het hotel zelf, dat mist wel.. Lijkt op dat de machine in de hal niet goed schoon gemaakt wordt.

A/C could be more powerful

I just slept there for some hours , but everything was ok

The room was in excellent condition and spotless, everything felt brand new and the staff were polite and professional, no complaints whatsoever about the hotel.

We only had an issue with the shuttle service, we had paid in advance for a shuttle bus to drop us off at the airport and the driver came an hour late so we were super stressed we were gonna miss our flight. So maybe be careful with that.

Easy airport access as there is an airport shuttle available. All staff were friendly and helpful.

Bed was ok. Bathroom’s good. The only positive is it’s close to metro/train station.

Curtains, floor and some furniture was dirty (there were stains). Food at restaurant gave me severe stomach aches and I had to attend a concert the next day. Receptionist denied kitchen’s fault, while I said clearly that the only time I ate that day was from the hotel’s restaurant, so the next day my concert experience was kinda ruined

Staff always was friendly and ready to help, the cleaning came every day and cleaned everything perfectly as we wanted, the view is nice and the bed is soft, we enjoyed the breakfast and very nice and modern bathfroom

A bit far from the train/bus but still ok to walk

The environment is clean and quiet for private life.

I didn't like the fact that I cannot get hot water for tea/Coffee in my room. I had to be using bathroom hot to drink. Please let there be a small kettle or boiler for hot water in the room.

Via Booking ben ik af gegaan op de free shuttle service. Dit klopt niet! Is fout van booking en niet van het hotel. Ten eerste is het niet gratis en ook niet 24/7 maar vanaf 6.00 in de ochtend. Ik had specials om deze service geboekt dus een tip om zelf altijd even via de website te controleren. En booking mag niet zomaar dingen op de site zetten die niet kloppen. Daarnaast was het erg warm en duurde het heel lang voordat de airco een beetje op gang kwam. Echt cool is de kamer nooit geworden. Maar goed, het is dan ook een budget kamer dus wat kan je verwachten voor doe prijs he. Ook realistisch blijven

Great hotel to stay for an early departure or late arrival from Schiphol. Free parking included. Very good price. Rooms are nice and clean. Definitely not a hotel to stay for more than 1 night. Located in business area out of town but very conveniently close to Schiphol airport.

Airplane noise is audible even with closed windows. No flights between about midnight and 6 am though. Pillows were hard and lumpy.

Location and cleanliness.

The aircon system doesn’t work at all. We stayed here one year ago and it wasn’t working then either. Staff call it a temporary problem. The rooms were stifling hot of which when I complained they said nothing they could do. No fans either. It was 36 degrees out side and hotter in. Until they get the aircon fixed avoid the place.

Airco/ ventilatie systeem werkte niet in kamer 215.

The fact that there was an Albert Heijn to go vending machine there, because I came back really late. The two men I met at the reception, one on the night before I left and the day I was leaving were helping and pleasant.

The cleaning service and breakfast offer was subpar. And the lady I met on the first night was not unkind but dismissive. The location is also far from public transportation stops

L’établissement propose un service de navette pour s’y rendre (certainement lorsque vous arrivez également); proche d’une station de train et proche du centre de Hoofddorp avec plein de petits restaurants et boutique en ville. Un service de restauration est également proposé sur place. - Le personnel est agréable.

Great location. 13 min walk to Hoofddorp station. 6 min walk to an Albert Heijn to go. They offer a shuttle bus to Schiphol (but it’s €6 per person). Clean, tidy.

My room was freezing :( I called reception but a guy came up and played around with the buttons of my AC and fixed nothing at all. Had to cover myself with my towel in addition to the bedsheets in order to sleep. Hairdryer wasn’t working either. Staff seemed annoyed most of the time.

My bed was full of long black hair on the duvet, bedsheets. And on mattress protector ? You can make a wig! Nightmare... Bed not very comfortable
