Found cockroaches in the washroom. The cleaning staff didn’t do good job at all. They didn’t change the bedsheets, clean the floor or any additional cleaning. Also having to pay €3 per day to use the safe is odd and unheard of.

Wszystko w porządku, dobra lokalizacja na miejsce wypadowe do zwiedzania wyspy. Nie ma problemów z parkowaniem w pobliskich uliczkach.

Experiencia totalmente decepcionante. Estuvimos 3 noches y 2 de ellas no pudimos descansar por la aparición de cucarachas en la habitación. Lo comunicamos inmediatamente a recepción a la mañana siguiente de encontrarlas por primera vez. La única respuesta fue que “daban aviso”, sin ofrecernos cambio de habitación ni ninguna solución. Ese mismo día preguntamos a la persona de limpieza si estaba informada y nos confirmó que sí, pero no hizo absolutamente nada. Al regresar esa noche, volvimos a encontrarnos cucarachas en la habitación. Posteriormente reclamamos también a través de Booking y el alojamiento se limitó a ignorar completamente nuestra reclamación. La falta de actuación ante un problema de higiene tan grave, tanto durante la estancia como posteriormente, demuestra una falta de profesionalidad y de consideración hacia el cliente totalmente inaceptable. No recomendaría este alojamiento.

La situación es muy buena, fácil aparcamiento y a pocos minutos andando de Puerto de Alcudia

La limpieza. No se limpió la habitación ningún día. Únicamente cambian las toallas pero el baño no se limpia. La arena de la playa seguía al día siguiente en la ducha y la habitación tampoco se barrió. La chica de la limpieza únicamente cambió las sábanas. Un día, llegamos cuando estaba entrando a limpiar, y dijo que en 5 minutos saldría. Nos quedamos extrañados de que limpiase tan rápido. Al volver, nos dimos cuenta que únicamente cambió las toallas. Una pena, esta experiencia con la limpieza hace que no volvamos, pese a que el sitio nos encantó.

Das Personal war so super, wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Die Unterkunft war sauber und war gut ausgestattet.

Die Einrichtung war sehr abgewohnt. Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht, ebenso das WLAN sehr schlecht. Es war sehr laut, da die Unterkunft direkt an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße lag. Wir vermissten einen Wasserkocher. Am Anfang gab es keine Decken, erst auf Nachfrage bekamen wir Überzüge. Die Decken im Schrank waren mit Flecken übersät.

Todo estuvo muy bien

Muy bien todo, muy amables, esta al lado de la playa. Limpieza y comodidad.

​L’emplacement du logement est idéalement situé à deux pas de la plage et à proximité de commerces. La cuisine est bien équipée et le logement est fonctionnel. Une climatisation agréable à avoir en plein été.

En revanche, le logement manque clairement d’entretien : nous avons constaté du matériel détérioré dès notre arrivée (cadre de miroir abîmé, sèche-cheveux cassé, ampoule défectueuse, rouille sur le frigo…). L’isolation phonique est très mauvaise, on entend clairement les voisins et les passages dans les couloirs. Petit détail, le logement manque de prises. Enfin, nous avons signalé une fuite au niveau de la douche : un technicien est passé plusieurs jours après, sans que le problème ne soit entièrement résolu (une petite fuite persistait). Ces désagréments ont été justifié par l’emplacement… Si la situation géographique est un vrai atout, l’expérience globale reste décevante au vu du manque de soin apporté au logement.

Ужасная вонь канализации пронизывающая все апартаменты, в особенности ночью. Была обнаружена старая капсула в кофемашине. На последний день пребывания в номере завелись муравьи.

We got a free upgrade which was really nice

Struttura in posizione ottima: vicina alla spiaggia (e la spiaggia di Port d'alcudia in quel punto è assolutamente interessante, soprattutto per chi ha bambini), vicina alla fermata dell'autobus e a vari bar e ristoranti (anche al disco club più importante della zona per chi ama il genere). Pulizia impeccabile, staff più che disponibile e non ultimo un solarium con una bellissima vista per rilassarsi. Il punto cottura è attrezzatissimo, c'è perfino il kit di pulizia! Nota: molto gradito il benvenuto con la sangria!

L aria condizionata esageratamente fredda da far venire un malanno entrando accaldati con le temperature alte che c erano. Il parcheggio in strada che si trovava a fortuna

Acqua fredda non c’era più dopo l’1 di notte, la struttura presentava un odore particolare. Letti singoli venduti come letto matrimoniale, molto scomodo per una coppia e cuscini non confortevoli.

Ottima soluzione a 100m dalla spiaggia. Appartamento piccolo ma con gli spazi organizzati molto bene, quindi vivibile. Servizio di pulizia quotidiano e cambio asciugamani a richiesta. Cucina munita di tutto l'occorrente (se proprio devo fare un appunto sarebbe utile uno scolapasta) e kit di sapone lavapiatti e spugnetta all'arrivo. Comodo il balconcino per stendere teli e costumi ad asciugare, inoltre tavolino e sedie per fare colazione o cena. Infine molto carino il benvenuto con bottiglia di sangria e cioccolatini. 15 minuti a piedi per arrivare al porto.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja! Blisko do plaży, sklepów, restauracji, przystanku autobusowego. Czysty pokój. Wszystko co potrzebne jest na miejscu.

Wszystko super!

Het was een goede locatie, dichtbij een bushalte waardoor we snel bij het hotel waren met de koffers. Ook was het handig als je een keertje de bus wou nemen ergens naartoe en dat de bushalte bijna tegenover het hotel zit. Ook is het strand maar iets van 5 minuten lopen. Het personeel was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. En de kamer + balkon waren groot.

Sommige messen die bij het keukentje hoorde waren gebogen waardoor snijden niet zo soepel ging, en de straal van de douche deed soms een beetje raar.

Curat, (se face curățenie zilnic, se schimba lenjeria la 4 zile), aranjat simplu dar eficient, baia mare, locația bună, ne-am simțit minunat Plaja faina intrarea in mare lina Teresa oferă o priveliște frumoasă. Lidl relativ aproape și tot foarte aproape sunt locații de închiriat biciclete/mașini. Statia de autobuz de la aeroport/spre Palma e chiar lângă locație.

Că nu am stat mai mult.

Die Lage war echt mega gut. Man war innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß beim Strand und bei einem großen Supermarkt. Zum Ortskern läuft man ca. 15min. Die Stecke kann man selbst wählen. Entweder an der Straße oben a den Läden entlang oder an der Strandpromenade. Beides sehr zu empfehlen. Wir haben glücklicherweise ein kostenloses Upgrade bekommen. Die Ausstattung war auch gut. Insgesamt waren alle sehr freundlich und wir hdgfn einen schönen Aufenthalt !

Eigentlich war alles top. Das einzige was ein bisschen besser sein könnte sind die Verteilung der Steckdosen. Es gab nur auf einer Seite des Bettes welche gut zu erreichen. Eine der beiden hat außerdem nicht funktioniert.

La stanza era molto piccola, non avevamo neanche uno spazio dove poter aprire le valigie. Il bagno era veramente minuscolo e al nostro arrivo una guarnizione della doccia era rotta (ovviamente può capitare, ma dovrebbe essere lo staff ad accorgersene e non il cliente). Tuttavia dopo averlo comunicato in reception nell’arco di una giornata ci è stato sostituito, quindi la situazione è stata gestita in modo ottimale. La pulizia lasciava un po’ a desiderare come il rapporto qualità prezzo.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🇭🇷🇭🇷 A wonderful hotel and a truly enjoyable experience from start to finish. The room was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained, and the entire hotel was beautifully kept. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. The atmosphere was fantastic, the service was excellent, and we really appreciated the attention to detail and the way we were treated as guests. The location was also great, and everything was exactly as we expected — and even better. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended! 👌🌴

bella struttura vicinissima alla spiaggia principale di alcudia e a locali, ristoranti e supermercati. Camera non molto grande ma con cucina dotata di tutto, pulita e accogliente. Bagno comodo. Pulizia della camera tutti i giorni, con cambio lenzuola ogni 4 e asciugamano su richiesta. Davvero consigliato

mancanza del bidet in bagno ma problema comune fuori Italia, uno dei due letti singoli che componevano il matrimoniale aveva le ruote e si muoveva

Hotel super bien ubicado a tan solo dos cuadras de la playa Alcúdia. Habitación y baños cómodos. Tenia cerca supermercados y restaurantes. El personal amable. Muy fácil estacionar alrededor a pesar de ser temporada alta.

Nuestro baño se quedo sin agua la noche anterior a nuestra salida, como teníamos dos habitaciones pudimos usar el de la que si funcionaba. Pero lo extraño fue que al comentarlo en recepción nos dijeron que usáramos el baño de recepción, en lugar de darle solución al problema. Como ya estábamos de salida, no insistimos con el tema, pero fue una situación incomoda.

Wenige Gehminuten zum Super Strand von Alcudia. Zimmer (Studio) ausreichende Größe, Klima super einstellbar. Sauberkeit sehr gut, Personal super freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Der Wasserdruck im Bad im Waschbecken. Dusche war ok. Sonst gibt es nichts zu meckern.

La struttura si trova a pochi passi dalla spiaggia. Il personale è molto gentile. Con 10€ di cauzione puoi prendere dei teli per la spiaggia.

La struttura non è molto nuova, nelle immediate vicinanze non abbiamo trovato un buon bar per la colazione o un buon ristorante.

Comodo e personale davvero carino

Camera minuscola. Ho prenotato alle er 3 persone e non c’erano nemmeno 3 sedie. La pulizia non è il loro forte ma molto gentilmente la receptionist mi ha pulito la camera al volo

La estancia no cumplió con nuestras expectativas debido a varios problemas de mantenimiento en la habitación que dificultaron nuestro descanso: - Ruido continuo: Tanto el aire acondicionado como la nevera resultaron bastante ruidosos, lo que complicó conciliar el sueño por las noches. -Detalles en las puertas: Ni la puerta del cuarto de baño ni la del balcón cerraban con normalidad. -Incidencias con el agua: El congelador goteaba de forma constante y el espacio de la ducha no retenía bien el agua, por lo que el suelo del baño terminaba mojándose al ducharse.

A 5 minutos andando de la playa, tiene supermercados y restaurantes cerca. Muy práctico para familias

Very disappointing and unprofessional experience at Caprice Tamarindos. The day before our check-out, we specifically asked the receptionist whether we could take a quick shower after check-out before heading to the airport. She told us that she would check and confirm with us the following morning. The next morning, she confirmed that we could use the shower at 16:30. Based on that confirmation, we planned our entire day accordingly. Shortly afterward, we unexpectedly received a message saying that the shower was no longer available at 16:30 because of “high demand.” We explained that we only needed it for around 10 minutes and were even willing to pay, but no solution or alternative was offered. We completely understand that a complimentary service can be subject to availability. However, the problem is that the availability had already been checked and confirmed to us that same morning. Once a hotel confirms a service and a specific time, guests naturally rely on that information when organizing their day—especially when they have a flight afterward. Changing the arrangement after confirming it, with no alternative offered, was extremely frustrating and poorly handled. Unfortunately, this situation left us with a very disappointing final impression of our stay.

Posizione favolosa a 200 metri dalla spiaggia di Alcudja e 3 km da Playa De muro,staff gentilissimo,pulizie impeccabili,praticamente attraversando la pineta uscendo dal hotel a dx ci sta la strada che porta a Port di Alcudja dove ci sono locali ristoranti gelaterie e un bellissimo passeggio lungo mare,poi tornando all’appartamento molto comoda la cucina con macchina per il cafe tipo nespresso,forno a microonde un po datato ma funzionale,doccia con piatto largo 120 cm quindi bella larga con doccetta e soffione grande al soffitto,stanza che ti pulisicono tutti i giorni con cambia asciugamani e a richiesta cambio lenzuola comunque non voglio dilungarmi troppo ma se torno a Maiorca torno qua al 100%

Avrei preferito una stanza più larga con tavolo al centro dove porter mangiare tutti e tre insieme invece mi e’ capitata quella con tavolo modello snack per due persone e poi un armadio più grande per mettere i vestiti a posto che ho dovuto tenere per forza in valigia per il resto tutto ok

La posizione è ottima, a pochi metri dal mare e il livello di pulizia molto buono. L' abbiamo scelta perché avere una cucina con un bambino di quasi tre anni era per noi fondamentale, la cucina è ben attrezzata. C'è anche un piccolo terrazzino dove poter fare colazione con stenditoio per i panni; il bagno era spazioso e pulito. Lo staff molto disponibile e professionale, in particolare Monica è stata molto premurosa quando mio figlio ha avuto la febbre lei ci ha dato supporto indicandoci le varie strutture a cui rivolgerci, e abbiamo raggiunto l' ambulatorio pubblico di zona che funziona benissimo dove lo hanno visitato e dato la terapia. Quando siamo arrivati abbiamo trovato un biglietto di benvenuto con una bottiglia di Sangria (Buonissima) ed una scatola di cioccolatini. All' ultimo piano c'è un rooftop molto bello dove si vede tutta la.baia di Alcudia.

Tolle Lage und sehr nettes Personal. Das Apartment hatte genügend Platz und nebst der kleinen Küche mit Herd und Kühlschrank einen Balkon mit Tisch und zwei Stühlen. Zur Begrüssung bekamen wir einen sehr leckeren Sangria und Schokolade. Man hat sich sehr wohlgefühlt.

Die Reinigungskraft kam jeden Tag vorbei, sofern wir dies wollten. Dabei war sie unserer Meinung nach nicht ganz gründlich. Der Badezimmerteppich war sehr dreckig bei unserer Ankunft und obwohl wir diesen mitten im Schlafzimmer auf dem Boden liessen, wechselte sie ihn beim ersten Mal nicht aus. Der Balkon wurde nicht ein Mal geputzt, obwohl er voll Sand war. Hier hätten wir uns mehr Gründlichkeit gewünscht, so auch beim Reinigen der Küchenutensilien bei einem Wechsel der Gäste. Dusche war im Grossen und Ganzen top, jedoch benutzten wir die Regendusche nicht, weil sie Dreck an den Drüsen hatte, bzw. angelaufen war. Wir fanden, dass das Apartment mit Salz, Öl (Grundgewürze) hätte ausgestattet werden können für den Preis, der verlangt wurde.

La ubicacion,cerquisima a la parada de bus al aeropuerto,muy cerca a la playa,tenia shampoo y acondicionador,cambiaban las toallas cada dia,exelente. Tenia un balcon donde se podia colgar la ropa mojada. Una cocina pequeña,con todo lo necesario. La verdad no le encontre nada malo,el aire acondicionado exelente,llegabas de la calle y estaba super fresco,las camas comodas. El personal super agradable,la bienvenida,con una copa de cava,en la habitacion una botella de bienvenida y chocolates,y botella de agua. Tengo video de la habitacion pero no fotos

Struttura sulla strada con piccolo balconcino super caldo e chiassoso con vista strada trafficata..nella zona nuova del paese a mio parere orribile. Ristoranti e spiaggia vicini molto affollati per i miei gusti. Per la cifra pagata mi aspettavo molto molto di più. Lo sconsiglio vivamente

The hotel is in an excellent location, just a 3-minute walk from the beach. It is conveniently situated next to supermarkets, including Spar, and close to the Three Pines restaurant, which serves excellent food. The hotel is small, with very friendly and helpful staff. A nice extra is that you can rent beach towels for a €10 deposit. There is also an elevator. The rooms are well maintained, and the hotel is very clean, with staff constantly keeping everything tidy. The beach is sandy and has a beach bar, a restaurant, and public toilets. There is also plenty of shaded space, making it an excellent choice for families with children. Center of city is near (10 min walkin by the beach, beautfull street). Alcudia old town is 7 min away by car (park on free parking). Around hotel there is a alot of safe place to park, so no worries. Very nice, kind and helpfull staff.

Water heater (nobody needs a citruse jucier :)). More kitchen equipment (for basic cooking its enough).

Вайфай в комнате очень плохо ловил. Если в соседних апартаментах готовили еду и пользовались вытяжкой, то у нас в номере всегда был из запах (тк у нас работал кондиционер)

Vi hade en mycket trevlig vistelse. Personalen var fantastisk – snälla, hjälpsamma och väldigt trevliga. Ett extra tack till den lokala killen och den norska kvinnan i receptionen, ni har verkligen ett hjärta av guld. ❤️ Rummet hade bekväma sängar, balkong, kaffemaskin och kylskåp. Som en fin välkomstgest stod dessutom en flaska sangria på rummet när vi kom. Hotellet ligger i ett lugnt område med nära gångavstånd till stranden, vilket vi verkligen uppskattade. Takterrassen var toppen – en härlig plats att koppla av och njuta av omgivningen.

Det var rent och fräscht överlag, men badrummet hade kunnat vara lite bättre städat.

The shower didn't drain properly. We reported it and they fixed it. However, there was a smell from the shower drain that remained throughout.

Sijainti todella hyvä lähellä rantaa. Hotellista sai lainaan rantapyyhkeitä. Keittiössä löytyi perustarvikkeet ruuanlaittoon. Henkilökunta oli todella mukavaa ja ystävällistä.

Välillä huoneessa haisi viemärin haju. Seinät olivat ohuet ja viereisistä huoneista kuului puhe ja lapsien huuto ja itku.

Close to the beach, Lidl, restaurants, bus stop. Location is amazing! Have a beautiful rooftop with nice view The room have everything you need: big shower, furnished balcony, sea view, drying place for your swimming suit, kitchen, good mattresses, proper built in closet, enough space for me with all my dresses. The stuff is friendly and welcoming. You can rent beach towel for 10€ deposit, very nice. This the moment, when I can say, I'm definitely going to book it again and recommend to my friends. Because it's well balanced option and there're no problems or major issues.

The only minor detail: there's no kettle, and tea from coffeemaker is terrible. I would appreciate a guidance how to use hob, it was a bit tricky first time. And in our room only small ring worked.

Top! Erg vriendelijk personeel, fijne locatie, schoon en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt voor fijn verblijf. Late check out was ook geen probeelm.

El apartamento era pequeño pero cómodo. Estaba muy limpio, hacían limpieza diaria. Tenía todas las utilidades necesarias en el menaje de la cocina. Además estaba súper bien ubicado, cerca de supermercados y a 300 metros de la playa. Aparcamiento gratis delante justo. El personal muy amable.

Es un gusto personal, el colchón estaba un poco duro.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The lobby is very attractive and welcoming. The room was cosy and clean but a bit tired in places.

La posizione comoda per raggiungere la spiaggia e per muoversi in auto comodamente

Sentralt og helt ok fasiliteter dersom du ønsker å oppleve utendørslivet mesteparten av tiden. Et enkelt kjøkken som man kan lage en enkelt måltid eller oppbevare drikke kaldt. Det virker rent og personalet var hyggelig.

Litt lite bad og det luktet noen ganger litt kloakk, men det var mest på morgenen og gikk vekk i løpet av dagen.

Funkcjonalne pokoje z aneksem i lodówką. Duży plus za windę oraz taras na dachu

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, the room was very cozy, and the housekeeping was outstanding. The room was cleaned to a very high standard every day. We also really appreciated that the hotel provided us with a free beach umbrella, which was a nice surprise. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Apart from the WiFi, everything was excellent. If the hotel also offered breakfast, it would be close to perfect. We would happily stay here again.

The only major downside was the Wi-Fi. The hotel itself has a very fast internet connection (around 300 Mbps), but unfortunately there was almost no Wi-Fi signal inside our room, making it difficult to use the internet. This seems like an easy issue to solve by installing a few Wi-Fi repeaters or additional access points in the areas with weak coverage.

Czystość, odległość do plaży, restauracji i sklepów.

W dużym łóżku dwa materace zamiast jednego dużego. Jedno gniazdko nie działało w pokoju i musiałem dwa razy prosić o listwę zasilającą. Poza tym wszystko super.

Kedves személyzet, tiszta volt minden. A lokáció kiváló. Csendes utcában, de mindenhez közel (boltok, éttermek, tengerpart, buszok)

Amazing location right next to the beach, plus direct public transportation to the airport, Palma and Alcúdia in 1 minute walking distance. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the accommodation really comfortable and the balcony beautiful.

The small apartment was very well set out, perfect for a short stay. Only a few minutes walk from the beach. Staff very friendly and helpful. Close to bus stop for airport etc.

It is close to a busy road, which was a bit noisy.

Everything was great. The room was clean, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location was excellent. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

esternamente molto bella ma se andiamo a vedere nel dettaglio si potrebbe prestare maggiore attenzione ad alcuni dettagli. per il prezzo pagato mi aspettavo una camera in condizioni eccezionali invece si vede che ci sono macchine strane su i muri, porte graffiate, la cucinetta potrebbe essere rinnovata ecc… ottimo il servizio di docce e locker oer le valigie ma trovo comunque spropositato il costo di 30/50€ per posticipare il check out a maggior ragione se la camera non deve essere subito pronta al uso si potrebbe chiudere un occhio e lasciarla usare anche dopo il check out e farla pulire direttamente il giorno dopo

Excellent location, close to the beach and bus station. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Great terrace with a view.

The wifi was not good. Also the bathroom was a bit too small. The wardrobe was not renovated and the doors were hard to close. Also the bathroom door is sliding and did not completely close, which is not ideal. One of the days of our stay there was no hot water for shower.

Szuper szállás Port Alcúdiában – Kiváló szolgáltatás!Ez a szálláshely abszolút felülmúlta a várakozásainkat. Tapasztalataink szerint sok 4 csillagos hotel sokkal silányabb szobákat és szolgáltatást kínál, mint amit itt kaptunk. A személyzet hihetetlenül barátságos, segítőkész és kedves volt a tartózkodásunk teljes ideje alatt.Különösen nagyra értékeltük a figyelmes vendéglátást: érkezéskor welcome drinkkel (cava vagy narancslé) köszöntöttek minket, a szobánkba belépve pedig egy üveg hűtött víz és egy üveg sangria fogadott. A szobák tiszták, kényelmesek és igényesek voltak. Szívből ajánljuk ezt a helyet mindenkinek, aki Alcúdiába látogat!

La verdad es que fui hace dos años con mi mejor amiga y nos encanto por eso este año he vuelto pero con mi madre han sido muy amables, profesionales y resolutivos ya que mi madre tiene movilidad reducida

Beaucoup de manquant dans la chambre. Pas très propre. La plaque de cuisson ne fonctionne pas, le frigo est en fin de vie, un matin sans eau (merci: le soir c'était réparé. Ils n'en sont pas responsable). Salle de bain pas agréable (douche du haut, ne fonctionne pas)....
