Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Apartman je čist i udoban. Bazen uvijek čist. Mnogo sadržaja u blizini 5 minuta hoda, restorani, trgovine, ljekarna, plaža vrlo blizu. Osoblje je ljubazno i voljno pomoći, dobili smo i preporuku za nekoliko dobrih restorana u blizini. Autobusna stanica također blizu, povezana sa starim gradom i aerodromom. PERFECTO

Avea puține spații de pus lucruri in bucătărie, deși loc ar fi fost. De asemenea din 2 televizoare, nici unul nu se putea conecta la internet, desi cel puțin unul din ele era smart TV. Geamul de la baie nu avea plasa de insecte.

Unser Aufenthalt im Apartment in Alcúdia war insgesamt in Ordnung, allerdings gab es einige Punkte, die uns enttäuscht haben. Besonders die Hygiene entsprach leider nicht unseren Erwartungen. Das Apartment wirkte bei unserer Ankunft nicht wirklich sauber, insbesondere das Badezimmer und die Dusche hätten gründlicher gereinigt werden können. Zusätzlich wurden die Badetücher nur alle drei Tage gewechselt, was wir für ein Apartment dieser Kategorie etwas zu selten fanden. Auch die Dusche war nicht besonders sauber und während des Duschens ist Wasser nach aussen ausgetreten, wodurch das Badezimmer schnell nass wurde. Ausserdem finden wir, dass das Apartment definitiv zu klein für vier Personen ist. Für maximal zwei Personen wäre die Grösse unserer Meinung nach angemessen, für vier Personen war es jedoch sehr eng und wenig komfortabel. Die Lage war zwar gut, jedoch besteht unserer Meinung nach insbesondere bei der Sauberkeit, Instandhaltung und der angegebenen Kapazität noch deutlicher Verbesserungsbedarf. Für den Preis, den wir bezahlt haben, hätten wir definitiv eine deutlich bessere Unterkunft erwartet und sind der Meinung, dass man in Alcúdia für denselben Preis wesentlich bessere Unterkünfte finden kann.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026We loved our stay here. The apartment, the pool area, and the whole complex was very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartments are only a 5 minute walk from the beach and they are also close to supermarkets and restaurants.
The utensils for cooking were fairly limited which wasn't a massive deal for us as we didn't cook dinner but might be worth considering if you are cooking your own dinners.

Pokoje duże ( sypialnia z salonem i aneksem kuchennym ) z ogromnym balkonem na którym też były leżaki. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja : blisko plaży , lidla, i niedaleko portu. Nieskazitelna czystość - tu należą się wyrazy uznania dla serwisu sprzątającego.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Basen w porządku, często jest pusty można miło spędzić czas. Dostępne materace i piłki do użytku własnego. Bardzo kameralne miejsce, wciągu dnia super, spokój,cisza. Blisko do plaży i na przystanek autobusowy. Sklep tak naprawdę pod hotelem. Bardzo fajne przejście z hotelu do baru i restauracji z bardzo dobrą pizzą.
Drobne usterki w pokoju np. -problematycznie zamykające się drzwi -niewygodne łóżka - kanapa :(, jeden pilot do dwóch klimatyzacji, brak sygnału w TV. W niektóre dni głośna dyskoteka w pobliżu(było słychać dudnienie do wczesnych godzin porannych)

Había bastantes hormigas y además encontramos alguna pulga. Era una habitación de dos camas, y uno de los colchones te hundías muchísimo mientras el otro estaba bien.

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026Nos ha gustado mucho el apartamento. Estaba muy limpio y la cocina estaba bien equipada. Había todo lo necesario para cocinar. El personal ha sido muy amable. Hemos viajado con un niño pequeño y nos han preparado una cuna para él, lo que ha sido muy cómodo para nosotros. También nos ha gustado mucho que el alojamiento era muy tranquilo por la noche y hemos podido descansar muy bien. La ubicación también es muy buena. Hemos tardado solo unos siete minutos en llegar a la playa. La playa cerca del apartamento es muy bonita y está muy limpia. No hemos usado la piscina, pero había bastante gente y parecía un lugar agradable para pasar el tiempo.
En el baño hacía bastante calor y no había buena ventilación. Había una ventana pequeña, pero no había extractor. A pesar de eso, el baño y la ducha estaban muy limpios. La nevera era un poco pequeña, pero para nosotros ha sido suficiente porque solo hemos estado unos días. También nos ha faltado una espátula de cocina.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026Kort vei til stranden som er helt fantastisk. Finkornet sand og langgrunt. Solstoler til litt over 9 euro. Liten dagligvare butikk (spar) rett ved siden av leiligheten. Fint å handle ferske rundstykker, baguetter og pålegg, i tillegg til kald drikke og snacks. Fin rusletur til området med mange restauranter, og til uteliv for de som ønsker det. Fin veranda å sitte på når frokosten skulle inntas, og om kvelden for avslapping. Rent og fint lite basseng på området. Husk å få minst to nøkkelkort sånn at ett kan stå i beholder på rommet for å holde i gang aircondition mens man er ute av leiligheten.
Lytt mellom leiligheter. Ble vekket klokken 05 av naboer som brukte stoler eller drog på koffert. Dører som ble slått igjen. Noe bråk fra utested og fra trafikken, men langt fra ille. Mye mer støy i andre områder med flere restauranter og hoteller.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026We booked two apartments for eight nights, but after only three nights we had no choice but to leave because of a persistent sewage smell that made it impossible to sleep, resulting in the loss of the remaining five prepaid nights. In the evening of our check-in day we found a notice on the floor inside our apartment informing us that the local authorities would be carrying out cockroach treatment in the sewer system between midnight and 5:00 a.m. The notice instructed guests to keep all windows closed and cover the drains, and explained that minor inconvenience could be expected for one or two days. Because of this information, we genuinely believed the unpleasant sewage smell was temporary, so we waited patiently instead of reporting it immediately. One day, after the housekeeping staff had cleaned the apartment, my parents noticed a strong smell of vinegar coming from the bathroom drain. We had not requested any special cleaning or reported the sewage smell at that point. Unfortunately, the vinegar treatment was not effective. The sewage odor became stronger during the nights. Early evening of the third day, I reported the problem at reception and our decision to leave. Although we explained that the sewage smell had become unbearable and that we would have to leave the following morning, nobody came to inspect the apartments while we were still there. The inspection referred to later by the host took place only after we had already checked out. What disappointed us even more was the way the situation was handled afterwards. Instead of acknowledging our experience, our credibility was call into question. Based on later statement that the apartment was rented again only a few hours after we left. If that is true, then no actual financial loss was caused by our early departure. Despite the remaining five prepaid nights, they refused to refund or compensate us for even a single night.

The patio of unit 10 was beside the children pool slide at the accompanying pool. Made it awkward to sit on the patio. You had to pay $3 EU to rent beach/pool towels. When an accommodation has a pool, the towels should be included with the price.

Lo único que no me gustó es que el aire no funcionaba. Al hacer el check in ya tuvimos que llamar al chico de mantenimiento, y al llegar a la noche a la habitación el aparato no se encendía. Tuvimos que pasar la noche sin aire, conseguimos dormir. Pero esos detalles en plena ola de calor se tienen que revisar.

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026El hotel está muy bien ubicado a dos cuadras de la playa. Tanto si quieres unos días tranquilos o mucha marcha el hotel está a pocos metros de restaurantes y centros nocturnos, aunque la tranquilidad dentro del hotel se siente. Lo recomiendo y repetiría!
Una recomendación sería que pusieran un par de máquinas expendedoras de agua, bebidas refrescantes y snacks.

Кровати замечательные и шикорие, идеальная жестокость. Все приборы и техника в наличии. Wi fi работал отлично на всей территории отеля. Бассейн с лежаками и приятной водой. Полотенца для бассейна 3 евро + 5 залог. Один из кондиционеров начал капать и сотрудник пришел в тот же день и починил его. Уборка была качественной, а люди работающие здесь очень милыми и дружелюбными. Чудесный отдых за приемлемую цену. Спасибо за высокий уровень!

Leider klemmte die Badtür ziemlich, sodass man mit Kraft die Tür öffnen musste. Außerdem war kein Wäscheständer vorhanden, sondern nur eine kleine Wandbefestigung. Hier könnte es mehr davon geben.

Reviewed Jun 19, 2026Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und entspricht den gezeigten Fotos. Innerhalb weniger Gehminuten ist man am (sehr flachen) Sandstrand, außerdem gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Wir hatten ein Apartment mit großem Balkon gebucht, im Laufe unseres Aufenthalts hat hier jedes Apartment einen Sonnenschirm auf dem Balkon erhalten, was auf jeden Fall eine sinnvolle Ergänzung ist, um auch mittags die Liegen und den Tisch zu nutzen.
Entgegen der Ausstattungsmerkmale ist kein eigener Parkplatz vorhanden. Wir hatten allerdings nie Probleme, in der angrenzenden Straße eine Lücke zu finden.

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026Amazing stay! We stayed for one week and it was perfect for us, with a baby. They provided everything needed, the place was big enough and close to everything. The beach in Alcudia is beautiful! Will recommend this stay to all friends

Reviewed Jun 16, 2026Lokalizacja apartamentu na duży plus. Blisko sklep z lokalnymi produktami, Lidl. W okolicy znajdują się restauracje oraz przystanek autobusowy. Personel bardzo pomocy i życzliwy. Apartament czysty, jasny z prywatnym tarasem na plus. Polecam :)

Reviewed Jun 14, 2026The apartments and site were spotlessly clean. The pool area was also nice with plenty of sunbeds available at all times. The bed was very comfortable and the air con worked well. The location was perfect an an easy walk up into the old town or port.
The apartment was a little smaller than expected and the kitchen equipment could have been better.

Reviewed May 29, 2026Perfekt gepflegte Zimmer mit sehr freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal. Samt spanischer Lerneinheit :) Gracias! Jeden Tag sieht man, wie sehr sich um die Anlage und den Pool gekümmert wird. Schöner Balkon (es gibt auch ein paar Optionen mit Terrasse). Ausstattung der Küche ist perfekt (3 Töpfe, 2 Pfannen, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, alles an Besteck, Sieb, Schüsseln, Teller, Kühlschrank mit Eisfach) sogar mit Spülmittel und Schwämmen für den Abwasch. Parken ist genau vor dem Komplex kostenlos möglich. Strand wunderschön und in 5 Minuten erreicht. Ruhige und angenehme Gegend. Der Komplex ist abends auch abgeschlossen, sodass man nur mit Schlüsselkarte reinkommt. Ich habe mich sehr sicher gefühlt. Top. Würde ich auf jeden Fall wieder buchen!

Reviewed May 19, 2026Really close to the beach. Literally a 5 minute walk. Lidl nearby (2 mins walk) Bus stop to Palma few 100m away - take the 302 to Palma for the day €18 return. Worth it. Flat was great. Comfiest mattress I’ve slept in abroad in decades! Kitchen clean and well equipped. Pool was immaculate and plenty of sun beds. Quiet neighbourhood. Safe in flat. Great WiFi. Definitely recommend.
Would have been good to have a chopping board ( minor comment). All else was great.
