We had a long stay for a medical reason , front staff and house keeping and restaurant staff is really helpful especially Mr Parmeet (reception )and Ms Kavita (restaurant - GSA ), very helpful.

It has great staff and service. But the rooms are quite old and food options are limited in the breakfast, you need to talk to the server for more. But the food is pretty good and overall I would recommend to stay here. The staff at the entry at times is not helpful with the luggage and doors. Despite these minor discomforts I would still say that it was a beautiful stay for me. I would like to highlight Ankit Yadav as well since he was the first person to ask for the feedback and hear it very patiently. People like him create a superb experience for travelers.

Breakast, Staff behaviour.

Considering your hotel’s reputation and the premium price charged for the room, I expected a high standard of service and facilities. Unfortunately, my experience was completely contrary to those expectations. To be frank, the overall quality of the property did not even match the standards of a typical 3-star hotel, let alone justify the amount I paid. The only aspect of my stay that reflected the quality I was expecting was the breakfast. Apart from that, the entire experience was disappointing. The room itself was extremely small and felt cramped, making it uncomfortable to spend time in. It lacked even basic amenities that are commonly provided by hotels in this price range, such as room slippers and a bathtub. What was even more unacceptable was the poor maintenance of the room. The television was not working, and the air conditioner was also non-functional at the time of check-in. It only started working after your service staff came to repair it. Guests paying premium rates should never be expected to check into a room with such obvious maintenance issues. Overall, I feel that the experience I received was nowhere close to the standards your hotel claims to offer or the price it charges. I sincerely regret choosing your property, as it failed to deliver the comfort, quality, and service that were promised. I hope this complaint is taken seriously and that appropriate corrective measures are implemented to ensure future guests do not have to go through a similar experience.

The breakfast options were many and varied, but fir me the fact I found a restaurant in India that did not over cook my Sunnyside up eggs was great, a taste of home. The wait staff was there at every step and senior captain Umesh and Chef Kajal made a long trip have a little bit of home.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The service was excellent, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. A special thanks to Ishika and Komal at the front desk for their outstanding hospitality. They were polite, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. Pathetic service

Pathetic check in experience

It’s supposed to be a radisson. But the rooms were tiny even though and the toiletries were almost nil. Had to call for the basic amenities. Breakfast was horrible. Not just the food but the service aswell. Just one poor lady trying to do everything. The bed and air conditioning was alright. Otherwise, it’s not a radisson. No way it is. Never retuning to this property. Please avoid if possible. There are better options around.

Experience here was good, staff was calm, gentle, and helping. Ready to take in feedback and always ready to help. Ankit yadav has helped me during the breakfast being polite and asking if I need anything.

Good food and good rooms but their in-room dining menu can add some more cuisines. - Suraj was particularly helpful.
