Very clean, tidy and neat. Everything was perfect. Better than a 5 star hotel I guess. You have laundry room to use and laundry powder as well. Extra amenities if you need. No need to look for staff. I am very happy and so do my kids. Highly recommended. I would never book any other place if there is Bella Vista again. Thank you.

Noisy heat pump. Shower curtain and not a solid door (my preference).

It was a lovely room , very clean and tidy and the location was great so close to everything within walking distance. Would highly recommended this accommodation and would stay again . Value for money .

I indicated that there was to be two (2) people staying in one of your hotel rooms. I was given a room with only a double bed. I was with my 17 year daughter. Very awkward. I rang about the concern, where the receptionist rudely hung up on me. I then moved the double bed aside so the double mattress from my van could fit in the room also. I used my own blankets and pillows. I was more disappointed than angry. I have stayed at your Hotel before and it was absolutely lovely.

The location is awesome. You can see all of Wanaka without a car. So clean & new. I am a solo traveller & I felt so safe & secure.

The location is amazing, you can cut through a side street and be at the lake in a couple minutes. I never interacted with the staff but I was able to check in late/ out early no problem.

The decor is dated but everything felt clean. The shower stall was a bit small, I think.

I loved staying here. The location is right in town and absolutely perfect. The room was nice and snug. It had a heatpump and an electric blanket on the bed. I couldn’t fault it :) Lovely accommodation for the price

The accommodation is clean and close to the lake side (just 2 minutes walking. There are supermarket and many restaurants nearby. The parking space is just outside our room.

Location is perfect for our needs ie shopping and meeting up with family members living in Wanaka. Easy to find places to dine, have coffee and or a wine.

No ledge or bench in the bathroom to put clothing and a toilet bag on. A window ledge and 1 hook is not enough especially with the flatfloor shower where the water is not contained. Insufficient room to hang two towels to dry on the heated towel rail.

Pretty well everything! I didn't expect a spa bath...!

Chocolate covered marshmallows left as 'gifts'! Yuck!

We stayed at this motel in a SUPERIOR KING STUDIO, which is very comfortable, large, pleasant, with a very wide bed and a very good shower. It has all the comforts for both winter and summer. Its location is excellent, very close to the lake, restaurants, bars, and a supermarket. The service is friendly and efficient.

The room we stayed in is accessible by stairs, and we had to carry our luggage.

Beautiful views from our room. Clean and comfortable. Great value for money.

Room was clean and comnfortable, the bed was OK but no rooms on the bottom floor had a straight shower, all were a shower over the bath, for some with disablilites, the stairs upstairs and the bath were an issue. In saying that it was only one night.

Tiny room and very noisy at night - running water from above all night down the drain pipes (maybe a tap left on or a leak?), can hear what seems like every movement from floor above. Awkward to get into our room as cars park infront + no pathway, you walk around past other rooms then under a staircase to the entry.

The oven tray had not been cleaned although we didn't end up using it. The room was very dark and dingy. Trees covered the window which unfortunately let no light into the room. Think this was just our room though. Also there was not a lot of space for three or four people to hang out without using the bedroom.

Location was terrific, walk to restaurants and the lake shore. Great way to breakup the drive from Franz Josef to Queenstown

Ein unkomplizierter Aufenthalt in einem kleinen, aber gut ausgestatteten DZ, das zentral gelegen war.

Für den Preis hat das Motel wenig Atmosphäre und DZ ist recht klein.

Central location which was great. You can walk around everywhere without the hassle of driving. Can't wait to come back.
