The staff is friendly and very helpful. The room is a bit small but clean and comfortable, especially beds. Conveniently located near shops, take away and restaurants. Being able to watch Rugby games every night on Sky Sports was a bonus.

The room and parking space are a bit small. But it wasn’t busy so we used two parking spaces.

The rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable and it was worth the amount. The ceiling in my room caved in but we were provided free extra rooms, thank you for accommodating

Location within walking distance of university. Off street parking. Good water pressure with plenty of hot water. Fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and two plate stove top.

We were in room 8. Low ceiling above toilet…tall people will definitely bump head. Mattress too soft on both double and single bed in this room to our liking, and the single bed moved if you turned over in bed. Traffic on busy Riccarton Rd can be heard at night.

Close to shops

We enjoyed our time. room was clean and spacious. suited our needs.

Parking was bad and stressful. Car spaces where small and very tight and constantly worried someone would hit your car.

Good location and the room was clean and comfortable. It was good value for the money.

The microwave is located directly above the sink and when you wash the dishes you can easily hit your head on the cupboard that holds it.

The room design for 3 with all the necessities for short stay is brilliant

nice location

The Location to events we were attending The bed was very comfortable An excellent hot shower The room was warm which was appreciated as the temperature outside cool

The location was great. 10 mins walk to all takeaways and the supermarket and 10 mins drive to the center. It was quiet and clean. The staff was very friendly.

The shower pressure was a shocker. It was hard to wash the hair.

We bought 2 bedroom apartment, the door handles were broken, the heaters were not working, the toilet papers were wet in the boring because the bathroom walls and ceiling got wet through out night and pours were over the bathroom which mad bathroom and all wet.

Was visiting for a sporting event. Close enough to Christchurch for a quick look around and all the other local attractions. Close to great food places, too.

The locaton was perfect. Bus stop directly out side. Buses to Ricciton and the city.

It was all god

Cosy room, comfy bed. Great location with the bus stop right out the front. Turn left on to Riccarton Road at the entrance to the motel and a 10 minute stroll has you at Westfield. Turn right and a similar stroll has you at woolies and the plethora of Chinese & other restaurants opposite.

Nothing to see here!

Location

Quality of the shower was below average for a 3 bedroom apartment. The shower head was leaking. One of the beds was a splittable, but was not joined and the legs were missing. There were no sharp knives.

Great location and friendly staff

Clean and quiet like always

No spa bath rooms left haha

Good location close to Riccarton Mall and good value for what we paid. Had sky and bed was Comfortable.

Well, the shower was a dribble, really, not up to the job.

Good location

Low roof

I had a wonderful experience staying here. The room was immaculately clean and very spacious. What impressed me the most was how well-equipped the place was—the kitchen had everything I needed, from high-quality cookware to a great selection of teas.

Good Staff

The lodge located at the easy access route where we could easily grab some foods or groceries as required throughout our stay. The staff is friendly.

The packaging of shampoo is hard to open if could change to shampoo in tube or container that would be user friendly for everyone including kids. Would be handy if have a scissor in the kitchenette.

Location Comfortable bed

Only able to stay 1 night

The staff were exceptionally welcoming, helpful, lovely and eager to assist.

Owners and staff very friendly. Close to buss stop

Microwave over sink not helpful for tall people. Also small salt and pepper would be a great addition.

Great location for what we needed the Motel for.

Late afternoon, we arrived, checked in, and went to our room to find someone already there. The motel manager said no no no there cant be. BUT there was. So after a small heated discussion we finally got our room because we couldn't be moved. It had been cleaned but the people were still there.... ODD! No fresh kitchen towels, used utensils/crockery put away wet. The couch was falling to bits with non existent cushions and no other seating apart from the table. No TVs in rooms like the photos show. The shower is poorly with low pressure. Light bulbs blown. Noisy fan extraction with bathroom light is on. Extremely tight parking, we had a bottom unit and often came back to the motel and had to park in the laundry bags areas. So over priced for what it is.

Location Friendly Host

Low ceiling in toilet

Great location for shopping, restaurants, groceries. Walking distance. Wonderful staff and facilities.

Great service very helpful. Quiet though on busy road. Clean and very well presented room. Good hot shower. Easy to catch bus to Hornby or Riccarton.

We always stay here when we visit Christchurch, it never disappoints.

Bathroom needs updating however the shower is great!

热情的老板，周到的服务！

Lovely owners, good location.

Toliet being in the bathroom with five people and only one mirror in the apartment. Shower pressure not very strong so washing hair was a bit of mission for the females.

Great hotel for family of 3. Basic but clean and well stocked with all we needed.

Good location. Accommodating for family of 4

Bit run down

It was extremely clean. I could tell that the owners put a lot of effort into maintaining the hygiene

Not far from airport; convenient. Could walk to large food and grocery options. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff.

TV options very limited.

Very friendly and helpful.Everything was clean. It was quiet.

I hit my head on the wall cabinette.

Good location Lovely reception staff

Tired, older style motel Beds were uncomfortable Drainage was an issue

Had a large bathroom with rubber anti slip mat for the walk in shower with a seat for less mobile people. We certainly appreciated this easy access. Comfortable bed.

Studio area was a bit short of access room as one of us is mobile with the help of a walker. No bench or table for guest suitcase again a problem for less mobile people. Shower had a very restricted water supply which increased time to have a good wash. People with restricted arm movement need a good wash quickly otherwise they run out of energy holding their arms up. Bathroom mirror very poorly illuminated making shaving or putting on makeup quite difficult. Didn’t appear to have an exhaust fan in bathroom.

Clean room and very comfortable bed. Good selection on SKY TV

Room not as dark as I would like due to lights around the property

Friendly staff

Wifi only worked of front door was open.

Upstairs location

Room was nice and spacious, great customer service and easy check in and out.

Very friendly helpful staff. Very happy with the stay.
