311 Motel Riccarton

Spacious unit, 2 bathrooms. Bath very good size.

No spare blankets in unit, needed to ask as unit cold overnight. Heatpump in living area but when bedroom doors closed at night no benefit from it.

Clean and friendly staff.

311 has friendly and super helpful staff. The accommodation was ample for my needs. There was a kitchenette in the room and plenty of space. The off-street parking is excellent and the location is convenient. I enjoyed my stay here.

Noisy road

These rooms were very roomy and nicely presented

Was clean and tidy and suffice

Slight mouldy smell

位置很适合自驾，非常干净。

停车方便，干净卫生。

Great, easy to find location.

There was a slightly stale smell to one of the rooms. Probably just needed to be aired out, but given the weather at the time, that probably wasn’t an option.

Lovely modern & tidy room

Good location very clean and tidy staff very nice

This was a very good motel warm and comfortable close to supermarket handy to bus stops. Would stay here again.Sraff really pleasant.

Good size, great price point and clean.

Would be great if they offer a continental breakfast

Clean,comfy, slept well.

Prefer a shower with doors not a shower curtain

Very approachable and accommodating host. The location was perfect, the unit lovely and warm and a very comfy bed. NO traffic noise from Riccarton Rd at all.

Nothing really.

Staff we’re great upgraded us to a bigger room which was great as it was back off the road so very quiet

Room could do with a deep clean as couch was a bit grubby the room was clean but just bit more eye for detail needed

Motel clean, modern, staff are always friendly and helpful. Location great, restaurants and takeaway within walking distance. Affordability for most budgets. An enjoyable stay - thank you! 😊

Cleanliness

A little expencive

The lady on reception was lovely and friendly. The rooms were generous and clean.

The price was very high for the facilities. There was noise from neighbours throughout the night.

Absolutely pristine, everything u need

All good

Clean, tidy, great location with great off street parking

Clean room handy location. Did exactly what was needed at a good rate.

good clean basic motel in convenient location

Extremely clean and the most comfy bed...lovely quiet room will stay again

location , friendly staff, clean

heat pump blew cold air regardless of setting. on arrival windows were open and room was freezing. Noadditional blankets anywhere in room. Electric blanket only worked on the first setting - saying that bought its light on but didnt produce much if any heat. TV remote struggled to work and the volume of TV stay very quiet regardless of how much volume was increased.

Nice comfy beds centeral location close to Mall

Close to all shopping, transport and all venues.Lady in reception very welcoming and friendly.Helped me out with a small problem I had.

The unit was nice and clean which I am quite fastidious about. But after saying that the bed side units need to be cleaned behind. There is evidence of previous peoples, hair bands etc. All units upstairs.

J’ai séjourné 13 nuits au motel, je le recommande. C’est très tranquille, pas de nuisance avec la route. Propre et personnel agréable. La literie est très confortable.

Great value and location. Bus stop right out front and walking distance to supermarket etc. Very clean and tidy, excellent cleanliness in the bathroom. Super friendly staff. Nice and quiet at night even though it's off the road. Well definitely come and stay again when next in Christchurch.

Bed was a bit still, but we'll within reason of price per night.

Very clean

Na

The property clean and tidy, the staff were great

It was advertised as a studio with 1 bedroom, I thought that was a little misleading

Friendly helpful team, room cleanliness and comfort

Easy to access and great for a night.

I highly recommend this place, great value for money, clean friendly, and very accommodating. Cant hear the busy road noise. Will definitely be returning when we are needing to stay in central Christchurch in the future.

I cant think of anything i didn’t like. Maybe just how quick the stay went.

Clean and tidy warm

Had everything we needed.

Staff and room was clean, spacious with all the things that you will need. I would recommend everyone who are traveling to christchurch if you want to enjoy your stay. All the shops, parks are nearby. Thank you so much for making our stay wonderful.
