Good location, one station from Wembley Stadium. Friendly staff.
Poor quality room, claustrophobic bathroom with one small sink plus a toilet and shower. Windows difficult to open or close. Curtains were falling apart. Old carpet everywhere in the room and on the stairs as well. Very old furniture also, in bad condition, chair and table, bed. We stayed for almost a week, we thought we'd save some money and time being so close to the stadium but for the price we paid we could've gotten ourselves a better room. Also the neighbourhood didn't feel safe at all. Zero peace and quit, constant noise from cars outside since the hotel is situated at a roundabout but also from fellow tourists. Very thin walls.
property was close to shops and to the underground and nice hotel staff was friendly and helpful and it was a nice place to stay
the property itself was clean and tidy the only down side was the toilet was so close to the toilet roll holder it was bit of a squeeze but that was all the roads was very busy to cross
I did not like anything at the hotel or location
Room unclean Insuffient facilities Floor borads noise Room not able to lock from inside for security very disapointed and had to leave the hotel the next day and nat stay the length of my booking period.
Good for the price
The toilet was small
It was close to every thing you needed And a short walk to the station
Noise from outside traffic No bath Filling kettle up with a cup Washing your face
The best word to sum up the hotel is tired.
Smelt of words. Windows didnt open. Dirty carpets and bathroom
More tea coffee and milk as not enough for 3 of us. Clean carpets. Not smelling of weed. Windows didnt open very well. Loose tiles in bathroom. Bathroom not clean
The location was very good.
The room had a big mark on the ceiling - looked like there had been a leak. The smell in the room was so strong (musty and damp) we had to keep the windows open all night. The bathroom wasn’t clean.
Close proximity to Wembley Stadium - very simple to go north on Jubilee Line post big event.
Breakfast would have been nice. Sofa in the room fell apart when I sat on it, as in the arm rest just fell off.
La proximité des moyens de transport
La propreté, la femme de ménage n as pas passé du tout ,pas de petits déjeuner, la literie de mauvaise qualité
Good
Great location, lovely staff, was exactly what we needed for our weekend in London
Ingenting
Dårlig tilstand forhold til jeg har betalt
Free parking Close to wembley stadium for concert, one tube stop away Beds comfy Towels fresh and clean Staff very friendly
Room was very tired looking, needs repaint. Remote control for tv was very dirty.
The location was great one stop down from.Wembley on the tube so wasnt waiting or taking a long time to get back after a concert Plus when we checked out it was quick back up to the tube station to travel to what we wanted to do
The bed, it was so uncomfotable (new mattrass required) you vould feel all the springs it as you laid trying to.sleep You darent move as it was so noisey trying not to wake my son and vica versa that we spent most of the night awake. Room 108
Do not trust the photos on booking.com. Incredibly misleading. The room we stayed in was incredibly dirty and rundown. As seen on photos. The reception area is the only part that seems to have money put into it. The room had mould on the window and dirty carpet. Room was so dusty and musky it set off my asthma. We did not want to shower or take our shoes off. Car park has a huge pot hole in and uneven ground and a broken crumbling wall with debris on the floor. The only positive is that the staff were friendly, free parking and the room was cool despite the heat. (No fans or air con though) This hotel is in desperate need of some time, effort and money.
Friendly staff, free parking and nice reception area Good location to Wembley and underground
The photos on booking.com of the rooms are misleading and nothing like reality. Rooms are disgusting, really run down, broken tiles and needs immediate attention. Dirty carpet, mouldy windows and shower and needs a total refurb. Didnt want to shower or take our shoes off.
The staff were friendly.
Unfortunately, we were really disappointed with our stay. The room was not clean to an acceptable standard and definitely not what we expected for the price. It was also extremely hot, so we had to leave the windows open all night, which meant a lot of noise from outside and very little sleep. The staff were friendly enough, but the condition of the room really let the hotel down. Overall, not worth the money and we wouldn’t stay again.
Location , comfy clean
Bit wear and tear but had good night slerp
Close to tube station but that’s it
Rooms are NOT as pictured at all! Rooms were small, smelly and dirty. Cushion even had stain on it. Window wouldn’t shut and constant noise and beeping from the roundabout outside. We didn’t even feel we wanted to sleep in the beds so within the hour we had found and alternative hotel and left. Wish I’d taken more pictures to show how poorly the advertised pictures reflect the reality of the rooms
Easy links to Wembley stadium
Quite noisy next to main road

The only positive things I can say about this hotel are the location and the one member of staff who checked us in. She was polite, friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the room was filthy and absolutely unacceptable. There were curly hairs in the shower and on the toilet, and the sink and shower plugs were caked in grime. The carpets were dirty and ripped, and although the bedding appeared fresh, we still felt uncomfortable enough to put towels down before sleeping. The fridge was also rusted and mouldy. We didn’t use any of the facilities because of the poor level of cleanliness. There was no air conditioning, and the windows only opened a tiny amount. We were provided with a dirty desk fan, which was completely inadequate during a heatwave. What concerned me most, however, was the situation outside the hotel. There were a number of men hanging around, and when my daughter and her friend returned from a concert, they were asked what room they were staying in. They then tried to follow them upstairs. This was extremely concerning and made us feel very unsafe. I would expect hotel staff to take something like this very seriously. Overall, this was a very unpleasant and uncomfortable stay. The cleanliness, condition of the room and security concerns were completely unacceptable. I would never stay here again.
Location is great near tube
No A/C. Noisy by busy roundabout. Small ensuite
Nothing
Everything ,absolutely disgusting mattresses stained with urine/blood whatever it was ,tv didnt work ,bed sheets had dried chewing gum hairs everythere you look carpets are like an ol pub carpet stinks and stained ,all furniture falling apart really an absolute let down we paid 380quid for one night thinking it would be nice even the lettering is hanging off front of building and had the cheek to charge me 380qyid ,very money greedy people they dont care about anyone just the money nothing has been spent on this place in a long time ,what a joke it is im fuming
The receptionist was very helpful. There was an issue with the first room but she changed it right away. The room was clean and big enough. There is also a lift up. Good value for a one night stay. Has coffee etc and a fridge. No meals but go down to JJ Spoons just before the tube station cheap breakfast from 8am. If there is an issue tell the receptionist who is helpful.
The hotel is on a roundabout so expect some noise until later on. It is a simple hotel with low pricing so there will be some trade off.
The only good thing was clean bedlinen and towels.
All the rest was awful. Pictures really need updating, because they are very far away from the reality!!! The toilet was tilted and supported by a wooden block to stop it from falling of the wall, the bed was stained and you could feel the springs. Carpet and walls need a good wash. The only armchair probably has seen it all... The worst thing was the heat!!! Tiny windows that hardly open can't cool off the room and two fans (one sounds like landing helicopter) do not help at all! Most dissapointing thing was that in the photos rooms look quite nice, but reallity is shocking!
The bed was very comfortable and a good sized room. For the money it was fine.
The room was unbearably hot. I know it is a hot summer but we had to sleep under wet towels.
As a solo traveller wanting to meet with friends and explore London, this was an ideal hotel for that purpose, with Kingsbury underground station (Jubilee Line) a very short walk away (visible and less than 5 minutes away). The hotel was excellent value for money. The staff were cheerful, friendly and responsive to any problems or requests. My room had a very tidy and clean bathroom, a double bed, a sofa and a desk. The television had a slight problem with it on arrival and it was replaced within a day! For me, and my week in London, this was a perfect base. The hotel does not offer breakfasts but it is surrounded by a wide range of eateries on Kingsbury High Road. I found the whole experience a good one and I hope to return for a stay later in the year.
There was a wi-fi issue during the week and had I been, say, a business traveller, this could have been problematic. It did not really affect me. To be fair to the hotel, attempts were made on several occasions to rectify the wi-fi issues and my advice to travellers needing to rely on a strong wi-fi connection would be check with the hotel in advance. The only other point to make is that the excellent location is also a double-edged sword, as the hotel is located just off a major roundabout, so be prepared for traffic noise (especially emergency vehicles with alarms blaring). I am a deep sleeper so, once again, this did not really affect me as I soon got used to it, but if you are a light sleeper please go prepared for this. Personally, the location was a win for me but I think this is worth pointing out for those who would prefer a quieter experience.
Worst room I’ve ever stayed in
Carpet needs changing
Central location near station
Noise on the roundabout
Beliggende
Mangler aircondition
Close to the Underground and free parking with a Wetherspoons close by
Room and shower were not very clean and the bed was not comfy at all. The room looked out onto a very busy roundabout that had alot of noise all evening / night. The Toilet seat was alot smaller than the toilet which was fun !
Location was good for us to visit Wembley. Provided 3 fans in the room due to hot weather which was appreciated. Complimentary soaps etc.
Bedroom not clean at all, dust everywhere and thick dust in the carpets. Very minimal facilities. Bedroom is in desperate need of decorating and some TLC.
Ideal location to commute to Wembley Park
Dirty, outdated rooms. Stains on the bed sheets, shower was missing its door as well the sofa bed being broken and two pieces.
Excellent location for Wembley station and staff were pleasant
Room was very run down and not clean, mouldy shower curtain and soapscum bathroom, absolutely not work the £300 paid for the room
Free Parking Clean fresh bed
Small en suite
Close to Wembley station
Generally unclean fans full of dust pictures full of dust shower dirty
Location
Very scruffy room the fridge was all rusty on the bottom, the carpet also looked dirty and shabby, the furniture was very old and worn. Definately would not recommend this place. Our room looked nothing like the photo on the website, very misleading and disappointed considering the price being very high.
Dirty sheets worse than a hostel for the money they expect the cleanliness was awful and stunk of smoke everywhere we walked in there and walked straight back out and left was disgusting
I reauasted room on upper stairs but when i reach there i got room on first floor when i requasted room for upper stairs then i got family room with no fan or air condition and lots of beds there was no place to put my stuff

Good size room with comfortable beds, the bedding and towels were fresh and clean. The location is a short walk to the tube with plenty of places to eat and drink on the doorstep. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was good value for money.
The shower and toilet in our room was dated and could do with being refurbished.
Absolutely disgusting and unsafe - I had to take my family and find a new hotel at an extra cost ... booking.com are taking a long time to resolve and I have yet to receive my refund.
Unclean and unsafe - AVOID - There is not enough room for me to upload all the photos however I will be repeatedly pursuing a refund in full!!! Shocking
the property was in a good location as we were going to wembley for a concert so was easy to get to and back at night
room was a bit outdated and windows definitely needed a bit of a clean but that was all
Didn't even get to stay as the owner supposedly overbooked the property
Didn't even get to stay as the owner supposedly overbooked the property
Helpful staff, fantastic location for wembley, easy to check in and out and the car park was good as we drove
Needs some updates but we just needed somewhere as a base for a gig so for us it was perfect.
Close to everything Very helpful And a excellent place to stay if you want to go to Wembley Is one stop away
Talking outside in the back garden Traffic noise horrendous at times even with windows closed
Absolutely nothing everyone was dusty and dirty
Floor dirty matters uncomfortable
Local to tube station buses and London
No aircon fan not good was at the front of hotel very noisy by a busy roundabout. Abit overpriced for what it was
Nice entrance way easy to check in. Room has a fridge in which was great for keeping drinks cold. Good supply of wash stuff in the bathroom. Was a great location close to the tube making it easy to get to and from Wembley for a concert.
Very hot, may need to consider air con or better fans for such a big room. The furniture is a bit rough now and could do with being replaced. Towels were very small.
The location, it was clean and housekeeping especially meera was exceptional, approachable and understanding to my situation. Having many windows and fan, was good in this weather.
The facilities such as Wi-Fi, was poor, the tv signal was poor, only bbc 1 and bbc 2 worked well, the booking said closet is available, but blocked by an extra bed. After sleeping, my back pain would be severe. The toilet seat was not fitted well, the flush was flimsy too.
Good location
No air con very stuffy, blocked shower and not very clean
Property was ok for our location to Wembley stadium and ok for a one night stay
Could do with updating
Great location for a concert at Wembley. Super easy check in & out. Staff were welcoming and gave us all the info we needed. The room was slightly on the small side for 3 people but it was only for one night.
It was unbearable hot in the room, even with 2 fans
The room was clean and comfortable. However, it didn't look as perfect as it appeared in the photos. The kitchen and dining area were also clean, but they were a bit older than expected. Overall, it was a decent stay for the price.

It's locality as close Wembley.and the tube. Reasonable price, large room.staff were friendly
Next to a roundabout, fairly basic. Lift needed to be emptied of sheets. Proper switch on the lift.
Location ok if you are going to a concert in Wembley only because it is one stop north and majority are going south to central London.
This property was filthy mould in the room around the windows and bathroom. Shower dirty plug hole and mouldy. The taps on the sink and plug hole dirty and mouldy. The bed was damaged. Not very clean at all. Especially paying £270 for x1 night. When I asked for an iron in reception the receptionist had a quick look and just said no don’t have one. Didn’t say I will see if I can get one and bring up to the room in a while. Just point blank no.
Great location
Nothing
Good
Room is nice
Central, parking included and spacious room
Really hot, no air conditioning and windows cant be fully open. One fan for two people that sleep in diferent beds its not enough to give confort.
Apart from the fact it was quiet, nothing.
The property was in a very unhygienic state. There were spider webs all over the ceilings, white marks all over the sides of the shower that are unidentifiable. The overall stay was mediocre at the very least. The curtains had rips in them and were filthy at the bottom, the walls had random black marks all over them and the furniture looked worn down which is nothing like the photos shown on the advertisement of the property on booking.com. The throw on the beds had rips in them and seemed like the noticed but didn’t care. The overall smell of the place wasn’t pleasant either. Our private bathroom in our room had an awful scent and was hard to even stand in there for a couple of seconds. The windows had broken pieces on them and it looked as if we were to move them slightly they would break.
Convenient location with parking.
Bathroom was poor Decoration was poor
There was nothing I liked.
It was dirty Room had no air con. It was a heatwave in London and there was a fan in room blowing hot air Cold water taps ran hot Not sure if door locked properly so pushed a chair against door No phone in room to contact reception Tv only allowed radio channels
Good price and location was good for where we wanted to be
Air con didn't work but fans were given so manageable.
Nothing, very run down, the room was not clean at all, pubic hairs in the bathroom, strands of hair on the bed, dust in the room, bathroom door cracked, draws where coffee naming was were broken, tv is do small. Not great for the money paid.

Nothing.
The property is dirty, unsanitary, mouldy, the door lock did not work, shower screen had boggies on it, some other bodily fluids visible on skirting boards. Staff or owners were unwilling to provide a refund despite checking out after about an hour.
In need of a refurbish
It was unbelievably hot. No air con. Windows didn’t open. I had to sleep with a wet towel to keep me cool. Awful. Did not sleep at all. Would never go back. The location I felt so unsafe.
Great location, near a tube station and set in a great area with shops, bus roots, pubs etc
Furniture could do with some updating, new carpets etc. Air conditioning is definitely needed as its way too hot in there during a heatwave. Fans just didnt do the job. Very uncomfortable sleep due to this.
The location for a Wembley gig was great ! Rooms were clean and comfortable. Felt very safe and the staff were lovely .
Because Harry styles was playing I paid £270 pounds for the night instead for the usual £40. However , I would happily pay the £40 pound to stay when visiting London .
The staff
It was not clean the toilet smell like urine the shower looked like it needed a good clean and it was far too hot. They need to sort something out for hot weather like some sort of Aircon as it was unbearable and we didn’t sleep at all we were up at six and out of there by 7:30 as we could not no longer bear being there even the carpets needed a good hover and clean the sides everything stuck to mould on the curtain just all in all a really poor room
The staff were friendly and helpful. The actual accommodation was clean but tired.
The iron had a frayed cord..
Price location and convenience
Nothing
Easy to get to, parking on site and we have booked again
We stayed at the height of the recent heatwave, no air con so had to have windows open which in turn meant it was noisy from traffic - this isn’t a criticism just how it was at the time
rooms very dated, very small bathroom with none working extractor fan, faulty light switch, not all Windows would open and room very hot room.
Everything was perfect.thank you very much
Nothing
Cental location for our needs. The staff were very helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. 24 hour reception /security made me feel safe
Luggage room when we arrived before our room was ready was a random unlocked room wasn't secure or monitored
Nothing. I would not go there again. Very bad experience
Not a hotel. Cleaned is bad. Furniture bad mattress. The price was so high multiples by 3. Just because there was an event
Good bits? My door had a proper lock, I got a parking space and check-in was quick. Bad bits? Everything else! Everything about the place felt uneasy from the moment I pulled into the car park. The smell of weed the moment you walked in (I had to put a towel along the bottom of the door so I couldn't smell it from the corridor), the paper thin walls, the faulty windows, the springy bed and the pink mouldy shower curtain...how anyone could even contemplate stepping foot in that shower I'll never know. 🤮 Unfortunately, this was the only option locally for a hotel room near where I needed to work last minute because of Harry Styles playing at Wembley and all local hotels being booked up apart from the £350+ ones. I've stayed in hotels all over the world and this is the first one I've ever felt the need to put a chair under the door handle just in case. 😪
I immediately left upon arrival this place is filthy stained towels, carpet, chairs with brown and white stains looked like bodily fluid.
Horrendous filth pit
That my door had a proper lock, I got a parking space and check-in was quick.

The hotel looked tired, there was no dining area and the bathroom was small , especially for a family room.8
Nothing
Everything
The bed was clean and comfortable, the parking was convenient and the location was very good. As we were going to Wembley Stadium and the tube was just down the road and Wembley just one stop.
The Room was dirty and tired, stains on the chairs and sofa. The bathroom was full of limescale and tiny. It was hot, even with the windows open. We thought there was continental breakfast but there was not, this was not a 3 star hotel.
All I needed, where I needed to be, for a reasonable price. Nothing was wrong. The staff were friendly and accommodating.
I'd say the decor, but then I'd rather pay a reasonable price than have a room look nice. It was fine anyway
The is no way this should have a 3plus star rating. Firstly the outside of the hotels is full of rubbish, crisp packets and cigarettes stubs everywhere. The room was awful, bed Matress stained. Bathroom was awful, the taps and sink looked like it has never been de scaled. The photos show it has a place to eat breakfast but signs saying we do not do food. Given a paper slip when entered statin no children and no food served. Wh6 would a hotel not allow children, very strange. Vacuum and linen bags left in corridor for entire visit, would not recommend at all.
Good location, close to tube and other travel points. Very close to Wembley!
Did not adequately reflect the photos, the mattress was stained and bathroom was very dirty. Sadly, the exterior wasn’t any better, lots of litter and cigarette butts. I understand we weren’t getting 5* as it was a 3* hotel, however basic cleanliness was expected. I submitted a complaint with booking.com and was offered £40.50 credit on a £270 stay, with no request for any evidence or further detail. Incredibly disappointing all round service and cleanliness wise! Hoping that although my experience was poor, this will save others the same!
Politeness of staff and cleanliness of room
It's an older hotel, family run and I think they're doing their best with an old building. The windows are a bit shambolic. I stayed a couple of times and had a very comfortable bed in one room whilst another was softer than my liking. It was very good value.
One room I stayed in was a bit hot whilst another was quite comfortable. Mattresses were not all the same.
Location
The bad is uncomfortable, No heating, No kettle for making tea, No body wash soap. Carpet dirty and old. Overall very disappointing
Location
The mattress was disgusting
For us the location is great, its clean, rooms are clean and fresh, been staying here once a year for about 14 years now, not much has changed. But good to see they have had their carpets cleaned in the room.
Shame there is no longer an option for breakfast. But with spoons just up the road its not too bad.
It was a very cheap room, so this is certainly a case of getting exactly what you pay for. Three of us stayed here for a lads' weekend to watch the cricket at Lord's. While the low price point meant our expectations weren't sky-high, the hotel still falls short on basic comfort and cleanliness. The Pros - Excellent Location: The hotel is very close to the tube station, offering easy access to the city, Wembley, Lord's, and the general sights. - Great Local Amenities: Everything we could need for a few days away was right on the doorstep, including a Wetherspoons, a couple of bars, a Tesco Express, and an Aldi. - Free Car Parking: A massive bonus for a London stay, especially when keeping costs down. The Cons - Poor Room Condition: The rooms were dirty, full of broken furniture, and there was noticeable mould on the windows. - Subpar Facilities: Although tea and coffee facilities were provided, there was no kettle in the room to actually use them. - Terrible Beds: The beds were rubbish; quite frankly, you wouldn't want to sleep on them sober. - Noise Disturbance: The guests in the adjacent room were incredibly loud until about 4:00 am. It felt a bit dodgy, so we didn't feel comfortable challenging them. The Verdict Do not get me wrong, it was perfect for a cheap, rough-and-ready night away with the lads. However, would I bring my wife or family here? Not a chance.
I wouldn’t recommend, overpriced and uncomfortable! We stayed last night and didn’t enjoy my experience. The room - Unclean, everything covered in dust, bathroom had spores of mould in the shower, the mattresses were shocking and having to move the furniture to get the sofa bed out. So the sofa bed took up all of the spare space in the bedroom, so it was difficult to move around without tripping over something! When moving the sofa bed, it was very clear how often it has been cleaned underneath or i general as it was covered in dust and noticed a previous costumers dirty make up brush. Whilst in the room there was limited space in the room, so we requested a family room. However the room was not suitable for more than 2 people let alone 3 as the sofa bed was too big for the room, which left me to move furniture in order to use the sofa bed. The bed itself was super uncomfortable and not stable at all. The size of the king bed was incredible, however the mattress was super uncomfortable as springs would stick into your back. The bathroom was super small and was unable to use the shower cubicle, as there no space to move. Upon leaving there was no one at reception to check out, which resulted in 6 people waiting for approximately 5 minutes. The car park was small and couldn’t handle the hotel at full capacity, I was very lucky to get a space if not I would’ve had to arrange another parking situation. Although the location was super helpful.
The staff and the bed was comfy. Proximity to amenities and the tube. Helpful when had an issue. Dealt with effectively
Dated decor but price was good and have no real complay

Free parking on-site and a 24-hour front desk, plus nearby pubs, restaurants, and Roe Green Park within walking distance.
