Beautifully presented excellent value for the money, our suite was enormous, hand made bed extremely comfortable, Air bath, television in the bathroom. Large shower, mini bar in the wardrobe area, breakfast brought to your room, every morning at the time chosen by ourselves,. This was an extremely beautiful place to stay, Vicky our host was very friendly, and professional, the hospitality was second to none, we will be back, I would highly recommend Windermere Suites.. Thankyou

The room was below our expectations. There was a lot of noise from passing cars, which made it difficult to sleep. The room was not cleaned daily. When we requested cleaning, the staff refused, claiming that the cleaning time had already ended, and instead asked us to leave early. The reception service was poor and unwelcoming. The staff member Vicky was particularly unhelpful and treated us poorly. There was a disturbing and uncomfortable dog walking around between the rooms. Overall, this staff (Vicky) were not cooperative and did not make any effort to resolve our concerns. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing and did not meet our expectations.

The welcome, the room and the breakfast… all excellent. Perfect location and exceptionally clean. Great attention to detail with all the facilities for a very comfortable stay. Thank you.

Our experience was very disappointing. The host, Vicky, was rude and unprofessional. We were not informed about the dog, and we have an allergy. The room was also not properly cleaned during our stay, despite expecting daily cleaning. She repeatedly knocked loudly, including after 9 p.m. and during breakfast delivery, disturbing our rest and privacy. This was our second visit. Our first stay was wonderful, but this time was completely the opposite. I do not recommend it at all.

Host was very helpful & friendly, great location & lovely hotel, they went above and beyond bringing breakfast to your room every morning which was lovely, very good choice of breakfast items,, bed was large & comfy, we are definitely going back again, and would definitely recommend this hotel

This was a great break made perfect by the wonderful accommodation and Hostess at the Windermere Suites. Truly lovely place couldn't fault it. Defo stay again. PS breakfast was an absolute winner.

The rooms were beautifully done up. Larger than most places. The breakfast was excellent and wide choice. Position was a few minutes from town centre and a short walk to Bowness.

A bit out of town but walkable. The room decor and furnishings weren’t really our taste. Didn’t like the air freshener fragrance at all.

The Place and the town was amazing. The owner Vicky is an absolute gem and made us feel very welcome from the moment we entered the property. She is very down to earth and enjoys a good blether. Nothing was a bother for Vicky or her staff. Breakfast was superb. Vicky herself is a wealth of information about the area and recommended loads of things for us to do and see. Must give her wee dog Jet a shout out too.

The room was very spacious, with a lovely high ceiling and very well decorated. All the little touches were thought of, such as hairdryer, plenty of plug sockets, lovely dressing table and even a charging station by the bed. There was a separate walk in cupboard that contained clothes rail, mini bar, tea and coffee making facilities and even an iron and ironing board. Bathroom was huge with a walk in shower and spa bath big enough for two. The Suite felt very luxurious and having an amazing delicious breakfast delivered to the room every morning was a real treat. The location was very convenient with some shops and restaurants literally a few minutes walk or the town and lake about a 15 minute walk the other way. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and would definitely stay again.

Everything!. Gorgeous room. Delicious breakfast. Ideal location. Literally everything we needed and more!. Loved the Dyson fan in the room life saver in hot weather. The jacuzzi bath was amazing for a soak after a long walk.

The location was great and the host Vicky was a lovely lady who always greeted us with a lovely smile. Having a delicious breakfast in the comfort of your own room was definitely a highlight!

Vicky was amazing, so friendly and helpful, it was almost as of we knew each other for ages. She offered information on bars and restaurants in the area too. Lovely room Very clean and spacious

We loved everything about Windermere Suites from the spaciousness of the Suites with plenty of room to relax. Our room (Bowness Suite) had a separate dressing room and a spacious bathroom with a separate shower and a magnificent air spa bath - it is total luxury after a day out walking in the Lakes and visiting places to come back to that. There was also a lovely patio garden to our suite which allowed for an outdoor area which is so nice to have. A special mention must go to the Breakfast which is delivered via a hatch to your Suite is the Breakfast of Kings - it is just delicious with Huge portions and a substantial meal that left us no room to have lunch compromising Fresh Juice, a granola starter with yogurt and berries which was a meal in itself, toast and the Main (several choices including a Full English, Eggs Benedict and Salmon Bagels - veggie options for each of these exist too) and coffee/tea. Because of having the breakfast delivered to your Suite/room, it was very private and relaxed which you don't have if you have to go to a shared dining room which was a Bonus. Last but not least, Vicky (who is the Owner) together with her lovely dog Jet is a force of nature - she is the best host! Vicky is super organised, so approachable and friendly - nothing is too much for her and she has very high standards and wants her guests to have the best experience and to make the most of their time in the Lake District. Vicky made so many useful suggestions to us for trips, tours, restaurants and much more. We loved everything about our stay in this special place.

The hotel is a real gem and that's all thanks to Vicky and co. We'd booked for the weekend for my girlfriends birthday and Vicky and Jet made us feel so welcome! The breakfast was absolutely brilliant, delivered to your room still hot! Couldn't find fault at all with the stay! Definitely be our go to place from now on when we are in the lakes again.

We couldn't stay for a few more nights and back to reality now!

We stayed in the Consiton Suite at Windermere Suites and from the moment we arrived it was just beautiful. The owner was absolutely lovely and her dog Jet just adorable and so friendly. The Suite was amazing, the fact you have your own lounge area and outdoor area is fantastic and the walk in wardrobe and amazing spa bath was lovely. You get an amazing breakfast brought to your room each day which worked so well and was such a treat. Totally luxury, we really couldn't have asked for anything nicer.

We loved the quirky yet modern nature the attention to detail was outstanding. The property was superbly located a 2 minute walk into Windermere town centre and 20 mins from Bowness so best of both worlds. The room was spacious yet warm, cosy and homely the facilities including hot tub bath heated floor and gorgeous bed made our experience even more special. Breakfast was scrumptious and delivered directly to our room which was so personal. Our host Vicky was an absolute delight she was so kind, smiley and engaging when we arrived and her gorgeous dog was such a character we fell in love with the place and can’t wait to stay again.

Great room, very big and comfortable bed. big bath and underfloor heating was a bonus. Vix was a really good host, lots of tips for things to do and restaurants etc.

From the moment we arrived, it was clear we’d landed somewhere truly special. Vicky welcomed us with such warmth and genuine care that we instantly felt at ease. She couldn’t do enough for us throughout our stay, and her attentiveness really elevated the whole experience. The suite itself was stunning. Tastefully decorated with high‑quality furnishings and thoughtful touches everywhere, it felt luxurious without ever being over the top. Every detail had clearly been considered, creating a space that was both elegant and incredibly comfortable. One of the highlights was the breakfast delivered straight to our room. The quality was outstanding—delicious, beautifully presented, and the perfect way to start each day in such a relaxing setting. Overall, our stay at the Windermere Suites was absolutely amazing. We genuinely couldn’t recommend it highly enough. What started as an unexpected change of plans turned into one of the best getaways we’ve ever had. We’ll definitely be returning.

The suite was perfect! Especially the size of the room and the comfortable huge bed. The bathroom was great with the spa/air bath which was like a hot tub. The highlight was being able to order a delicious, generous breakfast and have it delivered through the hatch/dumb waiter, never experienced this before- it was awesome. We will definitely be back. Location was great too, short walk up to Windermere or walk down to Bowness.

Shower was poor.. Struggled to park, need to cut back the bushes in the back car park. Pretty expensive but that’s ok given the fabulous location.

金庫が壊れていた。 影響はなかったが、開けた窓が完全に閉まらなくなった。 浴室のイルミネーションは凝っているが、過剰感があった。 思った以上に駅から遠く、駅へは上り坂なのでラゲージが重たく感じた。

The suites are lovely, It offered all that we needed with a comfortable bed. WIFI would benefit from an upgrade but would not put us off from going back. Breakfast and the service was very good, fresh, well presented and hot. The staff and owner all really lovely people and happy to help with anything required. The environment is quiet and relaxing

We stayed for 3 nights here in the Coniston suite it was very clean and spacious with a small lounge area for watching TV and a table and chairs to eat at. A very good breakfast was brought to our room each morning. It’s a few minutes walk into Windermere. Would happily return.

We were 3 nights, the jacuzzi was very nice, the breakfast was very delicious and served on time in the room. The room was clean and tidy. The staff were lovely, hones, and very kind.

We like too much jacuzzi, because in the evening it is possible to relax and rest in the hot bubble water and in the morning time we are fresh. The food was very delicious, fresh, and healthy VIcky was so amasing, talkative, kind and we possible to rely for her for everything.

Our stay at Windermere suite hosted by Vicky was amazing from the moment we arrived to our time to check out the room was above expectations, the very big spa bath being the highlight. Breakfast was served in the room lots of choice and very plentiful and tasty. Vicky our host couldn't been more perfect very welcoming and friendly.

Amazing suites in a great location

Everything was great, delicious breakfast delivered to your room through a hatch, so you don’t have to physically open your door. Beautiful large room,comfortable bed.The bathroom had a large walk in shower and an amazing whirlpool bath with overhead mood lighting and a television too.

We liked everything,no complaints whatsoever.

The service and the room was amazing. Vicky looked after us like her own, breakfast delivered to our room was the bonus felt like we was in another country. Everything was close-by and perfect drives to and from the lakes. Highly recommended and will be coming back again - A.MIAH
