Breakfast choices were very good. The full English was cooked nicely and good quality. A great location for walking into the village and surrounding area. Nice to be able to park on-site.

The "welcome reception" we received was cool, as check-in apparently closed at 5pm. We were late and it was assumed we were not coming even though we had checked in online as requested and paid in full. Unfortunately we were unavoidable detained and had no mobile signal. Not the best start to an arrival after a tiring day. The breakfast kipper was over grilled resulting in it being too charred and making it taste bitter. Would not order again.

Place is clean and comfortable. Food is good. The owners are nice and accommodating. Location is perfect.

Well presented and clean. Spacious room with a large bathroom. A fresh bottle of milk in the fridge was a refreshing change to long life tubes. Breakfast was good. Your choice of hot and cold available. Parking available was a bonus. 2 minute walk to the main street with cafes and restaurants.

The whole building is absolutely beautiful, everywhere is decorated beautifully with no expense spared on anything, the rooms are gorgeous, it’s just amazing, it is spotlessly clean, the bed was so comfy, the room was gorgeous, the breakfast was absolutely beautiful, all fresh good produce, the hosts were so welcoming and helpful and just lovely, the location is amazing, with free parking too, it’s literally one street from the Main Street, the value for money was outstanding,, thank you for a wonderful stay, we will definitely be back.

From the day I booked to arrival. The hotel sent me emails and information. On the day of arrival Steve rang to check everything was ok. Id booked 2 single rooms and these were so good. Ive stayed in single rooms before and they were tiny. The hotel had a lovely lounge. Breakfast was great. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again

The location was excellent - really central and the parking was good and very helpful.

This property was fantastic and the best breakfast around, you won’t be disappointed.

Only 1 issue for me, no blackout blinds or curtains so the street lights shine through and as soon as the sun is up, the light is coming through the blinds.

Accommodating, experienced on site owners/operators of a beautiful, spotless property. Very experienced owners and the location is on a side street and a reasonable walk from the train station. Greatly appreciate of Steve helping me to receive documents at my next stop. So helpful! I gave similar review on Trip Advisor. Beautiful property and renovation and is spotless.

Great place to stay - will be back! The service from initial contact to check out was great! Breakfast was included in our stay and there was a great choice and nothing was a bother! 100% recommend!

A clean, comfortable and charming room, in a location close to the station. I was a bit nervous as my English isn’t very good, but the staff were very kind and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious, and there was a good variety of options.

If I had to mention one thing, it would be that luggage storage on the day of check-out was only available until 14:00, but I suppose that’s unavoidable. The tourist information centre also offers luggage storage, but they’re only open until 16:30.

Fabulous location with a quick walk to Windermere and short 5 min drive to the lake at Bowness on Windermere. Excellent quiet room, Comfy bed, clean and modern. Breakfast was a wonderful selection and Hayley was very accomodating. We will be choosing to stay again next time we are in the lakes.

Asked for a takeaway bacon sandwich on the 2nd morning, as we were heading out for Parkrun. It was foil wrapped ready to go at 8am on the dot, as requested. Very friendly staff, and an immaculately presented room. Perfect location, and the 10% discount at the local bistro for guests was a lovely surprise.

Recently enjoyed a wonderful 3 night stay at Jerichos. Steve and Hayley were welcoming and friendly. Brilliant service throughout, especially at breakfast where there was also a great choice of breakfast items. Spacious room with wonderful decoration, very comfy beds and great facilities, couldn't have asked for more! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Convenient location near central Windermere. Free parking onsite. Beautiful old building which has been tastefully decorated and with a quality finish. Rooms have everything you require ( including 2 fans…a must at the moment! ) and lots of other thoughtful touches. Great breakfast with lots of options. Owners very friendly and helpful.

We only stayed the one night but great location great hotel pubs and restaurants all close by. Couldn't fault the hotel or the owners really good communication aswell will stay again thanks. Oh and the breakfast was lovely.

We had to go up 4 flights of stairs - no Lifts. We are in our 70’s; so a bit annoying. Younger guests were on lower floors!!! Room was nice but very small. Nowhere to put your large luggage.

The weather was really warm, so air conditioning would’ve been good. At night the window was open so we could hear the noise from a nearby warehouse.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jerichos, and would highly recommend. Hayley & Steve were you excellent hosts, and made everything perfect for celebrating my birthday. The breakfast included was amazing, fresh ingredients and catered for gluten free. The room was airy and had a fan, this was appreciated especially at night. Its also located close to the station, so if travelling via train it’s a short walk and if you have a car then there is plenty of parking. In addition close to local amenities and restaurants.

Good location. Beautifully decorated, clean and so welcoming. Guest lounge was so inviting. Breakfast - so many options, caters for all. Delicious breakfast and the best poached eggs! We booked a cosy room - lovely and a good nights sleep. We loved that after a day of rambling, you could grab a couple of wine glasses from the guest lounge and relax in your own surroundings - Hayley and Steve really have thought of everything!

Friendly hosts who made us feel welcome during our stay. The high quality decor, furnishings and look of the place made it feel like a luxury break.

The only negative I can think of is a minor one and is a fact of life - the early morning bin lorry woke us up on the Monday morning of our stay, but that happens at every hotel at some point.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Jericho’s. Everything was immaculate, and the rooms were beautiful, clean, cosy, and full of character, with lovely high ceilings. Every detail had clearly been thoughtfully considered, including fresh milk in the fridge for a proper cup of tea, which was such a nice touch. Breakfast was delicious, and our hosts, Hayley and Steve, were incredibly welcoming and helpful from our very first contact. Their warmth and attention to detail made us feel at home throughout our stay. We would definitely return to Jericho’s and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Lake District. A truly memorable stay. ❤️

Staff very obliging very clean with everything you needed and very convenient location for Windermere centre.

Only thing was the Venetian blinds as they let a lot of light in, maybe add curtains as well or replace blinds for black out.

Room was lovely and clean, including the en suite shower. Location was very convenient and parking on site helpful. We were able to do a self check in which was useful as we couldn't give a clear indication of our arrival time. Breakfast was fresh and beautifully cooked.
