Kiki Shiretoko Natural Resort

Room sizes were excellent - large and spacious with great views. The F&B spread was so various - the food was superb! The hotel shop was lovely - I loved their products for quality and variety. The staff was friendly. There was one staff from Nepal - I cannot recall his name - he was also very helpful.

Service is excellent. Food was delicious. Rooms were big and spacious and comfortable. All in an excellent resort and stay and experience.

Desde que llegas el personal te atiende con mucha amabilidad. La habitación era muy grande y estaba impecable. El onsen es enorme y estaba preparado para acoger bastantes personas a la vez. ¡Imprescindible ir! Además cuenta con sala de ping-pong y sala de juegos para niños. Por otro lado el buffet del desayuno y la cena son increíbles. Mucha variedad tanto occidental como oriental.

Recomendaría al hotel que instalaran más lavadoras y secadoras ya que solo cuentan con 3 de cada y se suelen formar colas de huéspedes que quiere hacer la colada.

The quality of this hotel is excellent. The hotel is clean, has multiple hot springs and sauna, offers free drink 24/7, and offers great buffet with various menus that change everyday.

There is no gym and massage service. You can't expect them.

部屋、設備、接客すべて高水準だと思う。 夕食、朝食のバイキングは正直あまり期待していなかったが、どのお料理も美味しかったし種類も豊富で満足した。アルコールまで含まれていて驚いた。 修学旅行生が来ていたが食事、入浴時間などあらかじめ知らせてもらえたので混雑を避ける事ができたし、修学旅行生と他のお客さんとの動線も出来るだけ重ならないように工夫してくれていたと思う。

המלון היה נהדר, אחד מהכי טובים שהיינו בו. הצוות היה אדיב ועזר בכל מה שאפשר. אכלנו ארוחת ערב מאוד טובה שם. החדרים היו מרווחים ונקיים. מאוד נהנינו מהשהייה!

気遣いはもちろんですが、スタッフの方がどの場面でも挨拶・笑顔を徹底していて気持ちよく過ごすことができました！ また、サウナを推してる訳もあってか脱衣所を出たところにポカリを置いてくれてるのはとても最高でした。 ウェルカムスペースでサッポロクラシックを提供しているのは驚きでした！

The staff were all amazing! The rooms were clean, spacious and well equipped. All the amenities were available in abundance.

The property feels a little dated and is in need of a proper facelift. The windows would benefit from a thorough clean. During our stay, the menu barely changed — it was virtually the same for breakfast and dinner every day.

צוות המלון גרוע מאוד, לא מקשיב ומתייחס לאורחים, כשהתעוררה בעיה ואמרנו עליה כשבועיים לפני, הם לא היו מסוגלים להבין את הבעיה והיחס שלהם היה גרוע ביותר. מזהירה לא להתקרב למלון הזה. בנוסף המחיר שלו לא מוצדק ביחס למה שהם נותנים. אני לקוחה של בוקינג שנים, ואף פעם לא נתקלתי בצוות אטום ולא מתחשב כמו במלון הזה. אפילו בוקינג הבינו את הבעיה וצוות המלון לא היה מוכן להקשיב.

We loved the kids room and the onsen faciliities, which were clean and relaxing. The buffet meals were a highlight. We could walk to Utoro and the area is beautiful! We loved the free drinks and little snacks in the lobby. The tatami mat room was lovely and comfortable. There is so much to see around Shiretoko, and this is a lovely home base.

It was the most expensive hotel of our trip, and the cost was too high. They have a big screen in the lobby area that plays a tourism video over and over.

Nos sorprendió mucho para bien el tamaño de la habitación, que era enorme. Aunque las vistas al mar no eran tan bonitas como pensábamos. El restaurante es de estilo bufet pero es impresionante el nivel y la variedad de comida y bebida. El personal del hotel es increiblemente atento y simpático, son muy eficaces y te ayudan en todo lo que necesitas.

El único aspecto negativo del hotel es que está en una colina, así que o vas en coche a todos lados o para subir y bajar al pueblo hay que hacer cuestas. Aunque si llegas a la estación de autobuses puedes llamar al hotel (el empleado de la estación nos ayudó en hablar por teléfono) y bajan en coche lanzadera a recogerte.

People with tattoo is not permitted in the facilities, I felt discriminated. The world evolves and apparently this hotel don't.

知床を観光する際にはぴったりのロケーションであること。 お部屋や温泉/サウナ、食事といった宿泊施設としての満足度はもちろん売店の品揃えにも満足です。 小さな子どもを連れた家族であれば水深の浅い温泉や離乳食、遊び場にも満足することができるでしょう。 食事会場には北海道産のものをはじめとした、和食から洋食まで選びきれないほど十分な品揃えから選ぶことができます。 1階にあるラウンジではワールドカップのパブリックビューイングを開催したり、宿泊者を楽しませるイベントも沢山あった。 旅で疲れた身体にラウンジや食事会場でのビールが染み渡りました。 知床の環境やヒグマとの共存を利用者にも理解してもらおうとクマ活と呼ばれるゴミ拾いを行なっていることも素晴らしいです。

私は不自由しなかったが、高齢の男性が大浴場でReFaやDysonのドライヤーの操作方法が分からず悩んでいた。 シンプルなドライヤーを配備してあげてもいいのではと思う。 ラウンジと売店の間で海外からの宿泊者に温泉はどうやって行けばいいかと尋ねられた。 英語でもう少し目立つ位置に看板を設置してあげると喜ばれるでしょう。

おしゃれなインテリアデザイン、大浴場には2種類のサウナ、食事のクオリティも高かった。スタッフが皆さん対応が丁寧で笑顔でとても癒されました。

Divano nella stanza quadrupla grandioso , letti comodi e spa piacevole..non fosse che non ho potuto usufruirne perché ero con mia figlia che a 15 anni ha ancora pudicizia non voleva togliere il costume e ci hanno cacciate . Stanze molto silenziose.

Il cibo pur se assolutamente vario rimane la stessa proposta ogni giorno e pure la mattina...e la qualità sinceramente mediocre. L'arredamento è medio. Rispetto al prezzo che ho pagato ( raddoppiato al check in perché avevano confermato solo due persone anche se la mia ricerca è sempre stata per 4 e nella conferma non era indicato il n di persone) non rispecchia standard europei, nei servizi nella qualità e nella elasticità rispetto a una clientela internazionale...

Das Hotel in Utoro mit Wellnessbereich bietet Halbpension an, was aufgrund der kaum vorhandenen Möglichkeiten im Ort sehr sinnvoll ist. Frühstück und Abendessen waren hatte eine breite Vielfalt, sodass für jeden etwas ist. Auch bei einem längeren Aufenthalt wird das Ausprobieren regionaler und westlicher Speisen nicht langweilig. Die Zeiten für Frühstück (06:45 - 9:00 Uhr) und Abendessen (18:30 - 21:00 Uhr) sind getaktet, hier hätten wir gern länger verweilen wollen. Beim Abendessen konnte man sich in dieser Zeit unlimitiert an allen Speisen und Getränken, inklusive alkoholischen Getränken bedienen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Natural Twin Room war groß, hell und hatte Meerblick. Mit dem Wäschewechsel wurden immer auch Wasserflaschen zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Fenster ließen sich öffnen. In der Lobby waren Getränke und kleine Snacks jederzeit kostenlos verfügbar.

Die Frühstückszeit ab 06:45 Uhr kann für Unternehmungen oder einen Abreisetag recht spät sein.

The Kiki Shiretoko Resort was, hands down, the most awesome hotel of the 6 I stayed at during my 2 weeks in Japan, late May-early June, 2026. The entire atmosphere is all about nature and relaxation (from the artwork to the decor to the color scheme of all the public areas), and ALL about the beauty of Eastern Hokkaido. The dinner and breakfast buffet was absolute heaven - delicious, beautifully prepared, SO much variety (and INCLUDED) with an entire dining room staff that shouts out greetings to every single guest as they enter. My room had an angled view of the sea, so I could sit on my couch and watch the sunset every night. Spacious, clean, simple room with comfy bed; helpful & respectful staff; and laundry facilities that were a life saver by that point in my trip! Most hotels are so bland and corporate in their greys and beiges that you just stay in your room because why bother? THIS hotel was so restful & beautiful, w seating areas of every vibe and configuration throughout the main floor (and a lovely giftshop that's actually relevant to the area), that I actually wanted to enjoy those spaces. The hill to get up to the resort is so steep it's pretty much unwalkable but just make your way to the bus station in town and have them call up to the hotel, which will send down a van to pick you up. The bus from Memanbetsu airport from the Abashiri Bus Co. Ltd. is great and easy to catch at the MMB airport (it's timed specifically for the 2 inbound and outbound flights, so no need to worry, like I did, about transportation to and from the resort. The bus is just outside the door at bus stop #4 and people in the airport or at the bus ticket machines will help you. There's a bus schedule you can Google; I think it changes slightly for each half of the year, so just check that. The bus will also pick you up at the hotel for your return trip; when I was there, it was at 09:38.) Worth whatever it takes to get you to this beautiful hotel.

There was not one thing anywhere about the Kiki Shiretoko Resort that I didn't LOVE.

the temperature is the room cannot adjust, very hot the free shuttle arrangement a Little confuse, one day I can get the shuutle from hotel beside regular hour, but the other day I cannot. I have reserve the pick up from the onsen bus Station to the hotel one day before, but they forget me.

Siamo stati due notti ma avrei voluto trascorrere qui almeno una settimana. La stanza è ampia e bellissima; l’onsen con diverse vasche e due saune (una vasca ed una sauna all’esterno) è davvero una coccola. Anche in questo hotel offrono una serie di amenities per qualsiasi necessità (elastici per capelli, spazzolini, spazzole ecc.). Il buffet per la colazione e la cena é talmente varia che si può cambiare ogni volta menù anche se si sta più di una notte. Posizione perfetta per le escursioni nel parco.

There is so much to love about this place. It looks oddly unappealing from this outside but the inside is absolutely beautiful. It’s on the pricey side but boy it was beautiful. The breakfast and dinner were amazing. The staff were amazing, kind and helpful. I love this resort! I would definitely come back again if we were in the area.

the room was lovely and ridiculously spacious with a beautiful view. everything was very clean and comfortable. a generous breakfast and dinner were included, with plenty of different options. the outdoor onsen was lovely as well. i can’t speak for a summer stay, as i came in january, but keep in mind this place is very remote and in winter, nothing around is open aside from a few corner shops. this, to me, was a surprising but pleasant experience - i truly felt i was in japan, not in a tourist town. however, i must say, i believe it is an entirely different matter in the summer.

i came in here in winter - very much not peak season, so i had trouble getting to the hotel. over the phone, i was told i needed to find my own way and no one could help me with which buses to take / getting a taxi. i ended up having to stay a night in the neighbouring town before making it up there, and wasn’t granted a refund for my night. this was less than ideal. however, once i got there, staff were lovely to me and i had a quiet, easy stay.
