Formidable séjour dans cet hôtel. Personnel sympathique et souriant. Belle chambre, très confortable avec une vue magnifique. Le buffet pour le petit déjeuner était varié et délicieux. Le onsen est grandiose et très propre Nous avons adoré le coté rétro de cette hôtel parfaitement entretenu

The buffet breakfast was amazing. It stands out even when compared to other onsen ryokan-style hotels of the same class. The room is spacious enough for a whole family or a small group of friends, in which case the value is quite good.

The facilities are a bit old.

The place is really nice! The hotel is a bit old but it has a special charm, a cool retro style. Very nice and a great location.

We stayed for 5 nights recently. The hotel is really lovely, the rooms are modern with tatami floors even for the western bedrooms which was a lovely touch. The ocean and mountain views were spectacular and made you not want to leave them each day (could imagine just sitting with a book and cup of tea or glass of wine for the whole 5 days!) days!) The Yukatas are of very good quality with little baskets as an extra way to feel relaxed on the journey to the onsen which is the best hotel one we have ever been to. The selection of baths is extensive and the facilities luxurious with the ladies’ bath having soft couches, pretty chairs and quality toiletries to use in a beautiful and comfortable setting. All making for a very memorable stay.

2 small things –   More clothes dryers would be helpful as they take twice as long as the washing machine and the queues were massive. Check in time on Booking.com says 15.00 to 18.00 which set us into an unnecessary panic when we were definitely going to be arriving after 18.00!!   When we got there and learnt it was actually check in until midnight!

La struttura è molto grande ma ben gestita. La camera (Eastern style) era molto spaziosa e dotata di tutti i comfort. Abbiamo apprezzato molto sia la parte dedicata all'onsen che il ristorante: cene memorabili con tantissima varietà e uno standard qualitativo davvero alto.

This hotel is a very large old hotel. When you walk into the lobby the smell of old carpet is very heavy. Breakfast has something for everyone but is catering hundreds of people at once. Price was very high for the quality

夕食も朝食も　どれから食べて良いのか悩む程の種類の多さに驚きました。とても美味しかったです。

Camere poco curate e non particolarmente pulite. Bagni maleodoranti e non puliti. Ristorante enorme con ampissima scelta di cibo ma di bassissima qualità, noi pur avendo pagato per mezza pensione ci siamo recati sempre a mangiare in ristoranti in città. Le aree comuni ove presente la moquette estremamente sporche. Si paga una tassa di soggiorno di Yen300 p/pax oltre a yen300 p/pax anche se non si usa la onsen

景色がとてもよかった。食事も豪華で、とても満足できた。

窓が鳥のふんでかなり汚れていた。鳥がぶつからないようにあえて掃除されていないのかもしれない。

2泊しました。 前回も宿泊した広い部屋で、PC用のモニターもあり便利でくつろぐことが出来ました。 夕食（マルスコイ）はオールインクルーズ（アルコール込）でメニューも豊富、わずかですが2日目は異なるメニューもありました。

季節的なことでしょうが、蛾の多さには驚きです。レンタ―カーにびっしり張り付いていました。

La taille des chambres.

L’hôtel nécessiterait un rafraîchissement et un remplacement du mobilier, notamment la qualité des matelas n’est vraiment pas bonne. Ce que j’ai détesté est l’attitude du personnel au moment du Check out (la seule femme qui parlait anglais) et particulièrement lorsqu’elle nous a présenté la facture. Nous avions demandé des explications et elle nous a répondu sur un ton agressif que c’était les frais du dîner. Sauf que la facture n’était cohérente ni avec les frais annoncés au téléphone, ni avec le nombre de personnes facturées. Nous insistons pour avoir des explications plus claires et elle a fini par nous imprimer une nouvelle note avec quasiment 10 000 yens en moins. Il y avait bel et bien une erreur sur la facture. Aucun mot d’excuse de sa part. Pour résumer, je ne recommanderais pas cet hôtel qui coûte très cher (plus de 120 000 yens) pour une qualité très très moyenne et un service médiocre.

地點: 此地點建議一定要開車! 因為從主幹道開上來 就一直都是陡坡!飯店旁邊什麼都沒有，就是吃喝都在飯店! 房間:我是住西館，感覺有偏舊，但是空間非常大，蠻乾淨的! 溫泉:溫泉裡面空間很大，室內可以泡的池有5.6個，室外有一個。 餐廳:早餐跟晚餐的地點不同，菜色都很豐盛! 游泳池: 游泳池在室內，偏小孩玩的設施! 我們兩個小孩跟另外兩個小孩 包場2小時...

溫泉: 室外池只有 一池 而且不大，雖然可以看到星空，但是太多人了... 可以吹頭髮的空間很小，當時太多人在等吹頭髮，我們只好回房間吹，但房間的吹風機 是按壓式的... 風速很小 吹很久!

Only one person in the reception. There are full of brochures but no one to talk to. No one to help in case we need any assistance with information about activities or with signing up for tours and other activities.

Wonderful family friendly hotel that lived up to expectations. A hotel with children in mind - we enjoyed the lovely child-depth pool (for any adults - it's not really a 'swimming' pool, more paddling), the kids enjoyed playing with the toys, the buffet was incredible with fantastic child-friendly options, and there was even a kid's book in the room. A really beautiful location.

ロケーションは最高でした。マルスコイも品数が豊富で特に海鮮は新鮮でした。飲み物も飲み放題で生ビールのソラチは 初めて飲みましたが爽やかで美味しかったです。

酒店在山上，坡度比较大，非自驾出行会稍有不便，但是酒店可以开车接送。房间面海，看日落非常棒。整体设施还不错，有桑拿和各种温泉池，自助洗衣机很多。早晚餐的自助非常丰盛。

早餐很好，選項多。 商店貨物多，可埋到北海道的特產，價格公道。 由住宿房間望出，景色美麗。 泡湯有多個池可選擇，有SPA 可做基本的水療，露天池尚可。

식당에 사람이 좀 많아서 매우 정신없었습니다. 호텔이라기 보다 유스호스텔 느낌이었습니다. 우리 방은 생수도 주지 않았습니다.

מלון מצויין. לובי מפואר. ארוחת ערב מצויינת. לא לפספס!! ארוחת בוקר יפנית מסורתית ברובה, לצד בר סלטים וממש מעט אוכל מערבי. האונסן הכי טוב שיש!!! בסך הכל מאד נהנינו מהמלון.

המיטה טיפה קשה מידי. מעט מידי אוכל מערבי בארוחת הבוקר.

מלון ברמה גבוהה מאוד. החדר ענק ומאובזר עם נוף יפה לים. באונסן יש כמה בריכות חמות, שני ג'קוזי ובריכה אחת חיצונית עם נוף לים. ארוחת הבוקר עשירה וטעימה עם מבחר גדול. המלון יקר אבל נותן תמורה מלאה למחיר.

Amazing views from our room in the West Wing. Nice spacious room for our family of four. Great breakfast buffet, didn’t try dinner on site. Great onsen experience, very attentive staff. Happy with the location, we had a great time in Utoro!

新装修的環境設備很舒服，所在位置的view極佳。早晚餐充滿知床飲食特色，溫泉設備多樣。早出晚回都提供接送，真的很棒，否則每天都靠雙腳，真的沒辦法。櫃檯接待的服務態度很好，尤其華語人員很積極協助，很放心在此住了4晚。

房務清潔人員有些疏忽，廁所垃圾桶會漏掉到，舖床也有些隨便。其次飯店用於浴室的踩腳毛巾是一般薄毛巾，而不厚的。很像汱舊的洗臉擦手的毛巾，鋪在光滑的木地板上安全性堪慮，尤其對於年長客人而言，這一點就輸給價格低一點的飯店。

Great view especialy sunset and also from the onsen, breakfast was super and very friendly.

The futon beds where not conformable I recommend taking a room with beds.in this place. It's a great hotel.

Poor food quality. There are lots of similar dishes in the dinner, but none of them are really tasty. In the breakfast, the raw egg is not fresh at all, the egg yolk is in light yellow and the egg white is also in light yellow and the egg is just tasteless. The Hokkaido milk tastes watered down, the grape juice also tastes watered down. It definitely doesn't worth $370+ per night for 3.

The hotel offers a highly reliable shuttle service between the property and the Utoro Onsen Bus Terminal/Tourist Information Centre, making transportation very convenient. The reception staff were friendly, welcoming, and exceptionally helpful throughout our stay. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the onsen facilities were excellent, featuring multiple jacuzzi-style pools for relaxation. Both breakfast and dinner were outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options. The complimentary free-flow beverages, including sake, were a wonderful added touch that enhanced the dining experience. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Es war rundherum großartig: Geräumige Zimmer, hervorragendes Essen (Frühstück und Dinner jeweils in Buffetform) - alles frisch und teilweise (Sushi, Tempura und Ramen) individuell zubereitet. Ganz besonders schöner Touch: Es gab auch eine Ecke mit indigener Ainuküche sowie immer ein Hirschgericht. Auch für Menschen, die nicht so gern die hervorragende japanische Küche mögen, gab es genug westliches Essen, um klarzukommen. Zum Dinner gab es sogar, was wir vorher gar nicht wussten, alle Drinks (inkl. Alkohol) inklusive. Sehr höfliches, aufmerksames und engagiertes Personal. Sehr großer Shop im Erdgeschoss, nicht nur mit Souvenirs, sondern auch mit praktischen Dingen.

Eigentlich nur Luxusprobleme. Die Essenszeiten könnten etwas länger sein (Frühstück nur 7.00-9.00). Check-in ging nur pünktlichst ab 15 Uhr, obwohl die Zimmer leer waren. Bei 6 Nächten hätten wir etwas Flexibilität und Entgegenkommen erwartet. Im Zimmer gab es nur grünen Tee, keinen Kaffee. Auch das Onsen hat nur sehr begrenzt auf (von 15.00 bis 9.30 morgens). Wenn man also tagsüber bei schlechtem Wetter nicht rauskann, wäre es schön, das Onsen nutzen zu können. Hat uns nicht gestört: Zimmer werden nicht täglich gereinigt. Man bekommt aber täglich neue Handtücher und neuen Tee.

Loved the onsen—the experience is a highlight. The view from the room is simply incredible, and it made relaxing for three nights feel effortless. Overall, it’s a wonderfully lovely place to stay: comfortable, peaceful, and perfect for a proper rest with breathtaking scenery.

We enjoyed the overall stay, but the buffet dinner could be improved. The selection was plentiful, but it leaned more toward quantity than quality, and the way dishes were presented reduced the overall dining experience. Regarding the onsen, we noticed a chlorine-like smell in the pools. It may be coming from one or more specific areas, but the odour was prominent enough that we would recommend reviewing water treatment and ensuring consistent water quality across all pools.

The hotel was nice, and our room was big and clean. We were a little worried knowing from the other reviews it is an old, outdated building, but is was ok! If you want to explore Shiretoko National Park, this is a very good location, and if you are a fan of onsen baths, this is the perfect place to stay. There are plenty of activities to enjoy between hikes or when the weather isn't suitable for being outdoors. The souvenir shop has a lot of goodies and great things to choose from, and it is a great place to find a gift for someone. The beds and pillows are hard (common in Japan) but, surprisingly, we slept very well. The duvet is very warm and cosy.

The whole complex is old and outdated. It has a dusty smell, but fortunately not in the room we stayed in. The first-floor carpets were once beautiful, but are now stained and covered in dust, despite daily vacuuming by the housekeepers. There was dust on the lights and ventilation in the room, as well as in hidden areas. There was even a spider's web between the ceiling and the wall that separated the sleeping area from the bathroom. Even though it's a 4 star hotel, they don't provide all the amenities (toiletries), so make sure you bring your own (make-up remover, lotion, etc.).

Le coucher de soleil de la chambre est magnifique, la chambre est grande et spacieuse. Le buffet du soir est TOP, gigantesque, en terme de choix et de qualité. Le petit déjeuner est également gigantesque, beaucoup de choix et de très bonne qualité. Le onsen est splendide et très grand.

C'est un hôtel très grand, ce n'est pas un ryokan mais cela on le savait en réservant. Le buffet du soir est assez cher mais le rapport/qualité est bien.

The Onsen was beautiful

You only can visit the onsen till 09.30. And then from 15.00. So wenn you want to go into the Onsen around noon it just isn’t possible. Actually from 12.00 till 15.00 everything is closed. There isn’t even staff who can speak english. Then the Meals: The buffet:Only a few dishes were displayed in English. It was even worse for the breakfast. And….. lots of food of the buffet wasn’t even warm!!! For me… these things are an absolute no go.. !
