英語が堪能では無いので、部分的に海が見えると言う表現。コレには騙されたかな。 部屋からの眺望は最悪でした。 2度目はないですね。

Frühstück und Abendessen waren fantastisch. Das Angeblt rund um die Lobby war auch super.

Der Ort Utoro wirkt abgesehen vom Hotel sehr verwahrlost. Aber dafür blieb man umso lieber im Hotel.

Emplacement. Chambres confortables. Qualité de la nourriture.

Décoration (mur en pierre, rocking-chair en bois) assez kitch. Personnel ne parle pas un mot d’anglais.

There are endless food and entertainment options, also there is lounge with free drinks in the afternoon and complimentary spacious parking included.

Dinner is super crowded and I would not rate is as 5 star given the region and all what Hokkaido has to offer. It is a big resort with loud families and crowd all over the place. Also the onsen is being closed early and opens late, if you arrive around dinner, there is minimum possibility of using it.

大廳的lounge很棒，但深夜就沒有酒了。戶外看海的足湯很棒。臨馬路的Cafe空間也很漂亮，Check in可去換一球冰淇淋。早晚餐採用Buffet模式，有多樣菜色是現點現作，美味程度及擺盤都令人印象深刻。戶外溫泉池有點小，室內池比較大，烤箱也很漂亮，展望都很好，尤其是黃昏的的時候，如果是冬天可邊泡湯邊觀賞流冰，早上10:00-11:00開放著裝入內拍照。雖貴但值得。

時間不夠用，捨不得走。

酒店就在海边，距离巴士中心比较近，去哪里都很方便，风景一流。整体设施很新，各方面都非常优秀。酒店里几乎所有工作人员都能用流利的英语沟通，有问必答，服务质量很高。

ארוחת הערב היתה מדהימה! הכי טובה שאכלנו בהוקאידו. החדר היה נעים, מרווח ונקי, הנוף לים מקסים, הצוות שירותי ביותר.

בארוחת הבוקר חסר אוכל שמותאם לטעם המערבי

なんといっても食事は良いです。

Alles was heerlijk, comfortabel en mooi ingericht. De dranken waren inbegrepen en ook nog lekker en uitgebreid.

A great experience in a beautifull part of Japan, the experience is way better than the usual three star experience in my opinion.

There was some minor noise leakage from either the corridor or the room nextdoor but it was too minor to be much of a nuisance.

This hotel was a marvelous surprise. I was afraid it will be too big, commercial and impersonal but it was so great and authentic. It’s absolutely beautiful, excellent food with a large variety, breathtaking views, very comfortable. We had a fantastic time.

とても気の行き届いたスタッフや清掃が行き届いたフロアーがとても非日常感を味わえ快適な宿泊させて頂きました。

この度3連泊したのですが、1日と2日のディナーは変化が有ってとても良かったのですが3日になると初日のディナーだったので、最低3日のローテーション位有ればとおもいました。その分朝食のビュッフェはとても良いと感じました。

サービスの質が低下しており男性スタッフの対応がマニュアル棒読みで感じが悪かった。 夕食の刺身や寿司に制限があってしらけた。 とても好きな宿でリピートする事4回目でしたが、もう行きません。 今回は滞在を一週間短縮、払い戻し無し。 大いに期待外れでした

Geräumiges Zimmer mit Meerblick, gut geeignet zum Entspannen auch bei stürmischem Wetter. Sehr schöne Onsen Facilities, gemütliche Lounge mit kostenlosen Getränken, abends auch alkoholisches Angebot. Frühstück und Abendessen in großem, aber sehr angenehm gestalteten Restaurant, außerordentlich vielfältiges Angebot an frisch zubereiteten Speisen von hoher Qualität, kaum Wartezeiten. Zugewandtes, sehr freundliches Personal.

Wenig Kapazitäten für Behandlungen im Spa.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Amazing catering at dinner and breakfast. The lounge with drinks and snacks included was a welcome bonus too. We didn't use the nearby onsen nor the baths but they seemed very popular with other guests.

We're travelling with our teenager and as she isn't as much into nature and local cuisine as we were, she struggled a bit. She ate maybe half a plate of food out of the tlrather expensive priced per head buffet, most of which was bread and butter! It would have been great to be able to pre-arrange simple food, eg regular steak or grilled chicken rather than the slivers that were part of the buffet. The snacks in the lounge were also definitely geared more towards adults than kids/teens. But it is a hotel for grown ups I think, more than for families so I don't want to overstate this either because we parents thoroughly enjoyed it! The hotel does have a games area which was welcome.

Inflexibility of staff in turning off lights in lobby at 10 pm and in charging for extra key (plastic magnetic). The fitness room is not well equipped.

Breakfast and dinner were excellent I stayed several times already before in this hotel and had a room on a higher floor. This time I could not get this. Hope it is possible to get a room with ocean view on a higher floor again in the future.

The check-out paying the Onsen fee should be streamlined and/or made more efficient. Also: why not pay this fee on check-in. This is unclear to me.

the foot bath area is right by the harbour, and the boats' diesel burning smell is quite bad sometimes.

お部屋は広く清潔で快適に過ごせました。ビュッフェスタイルの夕食朝食も一品一品が丁寧でおいしく大変満足しました。ラウンジは広くサービスも充実しており快適に過ごせました。 スイートと銘打ったお部屋に泊まりましたが、専用チェックインカウンターがあるわけでもなく、客室まで荷物を運んでいただけるわけでもなく、またスイート限定のレストランがあるのに事前のご案内もなく予約できず、サービス面でスイート宿泊を感じるこはなく、奮発して高いお部屋に泊まらなくてもよかったな…という気持ちになったところが残念でした。

オールインクルーシブのホテルは何度か利用したが、朝食にスパークリングワインをはじめ、アルコールなかったのが残念。しかし、相対的にクオリティは高かった。また、利用したい。

A truly wonderfull hotel with a variety of facilities. The location for shiretoko reserve is great. The stuff is exellent though almost no English speakers.the rooms are big and comfy.

The price is high for Japan. The elevators doors are relatively narrow. No one to help you with carring the luggege. The Onsen can be more attractive for this hotel.

Amazing location. Meals are buffet style, a lot to choose from. We had a room with a balcony which was lovely to be able to open up for fresh air. Onsen was great.

It was expensive but perhaps equal to what we were given. I am not a great lover of buffets and there was second day repetition, however if you do enjoy them there was a very good array of choice.

Outstanding service ❤️, great drinks at lobby. Fruits and vegetables were fresh and tasty. Great ocean views.

Not much of vegetarian options (actually non), room stated to be 50sm, but I believe was smaller.

Un peu ambiance club med! Avec un lounge sympa pour les apéros L’hotel est sur le port, pas tres loin de l’entrée du parc national La petite ville n’a aucun intérêt

Si jamais vous prenez une chambre dans l’annexe, la vue est catastrophique : les arrieres des bâtiments ! Et refus de nous changer de chambre

Sehr schönes Hotel, schöne Zimmer alle mit Meersicht, schönes Onsen. Sehr gutes Essen. Es wird an 10 Kochstationen direkt frisch gekocht. Alles, inkl. Wein und Bar ist im Preis inbegriffen.

Die Zimmer werden nicht jeden Tag gereinigt, nur auf Verlangen.

7月にお世話になりました。 北海道各地が36-38℃を記録する猛暑でした。 オールインクルーシブのラウンジがドリンクだけではなく落ち着いた雰囲気でインテリアも素晴らしかった。部屋は清潔感がありオホーツク海も眺めれた。 楽しみにしていたサウナは期待以上だった。外気浴は階段を登る必要があり、オホーツク海と知床の自然が一体となった景色に癒された。

オールインクルーシブのホテルに初めて宿泊しました。 ラウンジでも食事の際も自由にたくさんの飲み物やおつまみなどが選べてとても快適でした。お部屋も清潔で過ごしやすかったです。

Perfect location ,nice view from room okhotsk view ,good facility ,lounge open hrs with all drinks and snacks , very relaxing atmosphere ,helpful staff ,onsen is great with rooftop place for relaxing.dinner price maybe high but delicious lots of menu also venison and abalone here .

Great location ,staff is very good and helpful.We got different room for 3 nights .hotel help us move all luggages to new room every day ,lounge is very unbelievable alc ,wine, drink and snacks all the open time.onsen is really good .We want to stay in the hotel all the time .

The good: Food is very nice and varied The lounge offers tasty snacks and a wide variety of drinks The bad: I write this at 5am because the beds are awful, they are like concrete and I can’t sleep The location is close to nature but the hotel is situated within a commercial looking port The level of staff service is way less than you receive in Sapporo or Tokyo. Arrange your day trips before you arrive, there is not much help from the staff once you are here.

オールインクルーシブでしたが、今までにないレベル。お酒も種類豊富なうえ、時間によっておつまみも変わっていた。外の足湯をしながら、飲み放題のお酒とつまみのチロルチョコ。ビュッフェも種類よりも、目の前で調理してくれて質重視。とても満足度の高いホテルでした。

The hotel was quite environmental friendly. Food was tasty even though not much choice.

The room was not that clean, there was stain of coffee on the kettle. Not many choice for breakfast and dinner.

Luxurious hotel with excellent facilities and great food.

One of the sushi counter staff was very rude to my young child and myself when we tried to place our order for sushi during the dinner buffet at the hotel. He interrupted our attempts to explain what we wanted with hand gestures and raised his voice to say stop before abruptly serving us with a selection of sushi which did not match what we asked for. He essentially did not wish to engage and had elected to raise his voice to move us along though there was no queue behind us save for one man. While the place was beautiful and we had no issues otherwise in the hotel or anywhere else we visited in Japan, the incident has unfortunately marred what would have otherwise been another great trip to Japan where we have known nothing but warm communications with locals (assisted by hand gestures and google translate) notwithstanding the language barrier which can exist where they do not speak English. The manager was informed but had merely nodded while distractedly speaking to someone else on his headset and did not say anything in response though the lady who assited in translating did apologise briefly. Basically, the service standards did not match the high quality of the furnishings and facilities of the hotel. The hotel was in short, a disappointment.

部屋も広く、温泉や足湯は素晴らしく、ラウンジサービスでは夜はアルコール、朝はパンが無料で頂けて最高のホテルでした。 サービス、満足度から金額以上の価値があると感じました。

The best public onsen we had

Hotel is excellent in all areas like food, Onsen, foot bath, afternoon tea, size of room……… Not much to do and see outside unless drive or tour. Different shape of rocks can be seen from room.

住宿品質、溫泉景觀很棒，但下大雪時抵達，並沒有得到合適的停車指引（可能是語言不通）。早餐品項蛋奶素選項不是很多，雖然有在預訂時說明為蛋奶素，但卻沒有幫助，沒有什麼蔬菜、煎蛋或起司等常見選項。建議蛋奶素或素食可不訂餐。有24小時loung提供免費點心、飲料選項多。

Amazing resort. Perfection is behind Kitakobushi service and venue!

Everything. The ambiance is good. Love the Lounge with the piano music, spaciousness and free drinks and snacks. The staff are so considerate and helpful. Knowing I have a problem with walking, a table for lunch and dinner was specially reserved for me. I was also given a trolley to use. The hotel is just beautiful and a great place to stay for a relaxing holiday.

It's a resort, so it has everything to accommodate you. Free snacks on the lounge, an attached ice cream store that gives a free scoop a day, etc.
