Reviewed Aug 22, 2026とにかく温泉が最高！フィンランド式のサウナも露天風呂に設置されており、夕日を見ながらサウナに入るという、今までしたことのない体験ができました。
館内が非常に広いため、移動が少し大変だったことと、部屋が少しなぞの匂いがあったことが、強いて言えば改善して欲しい点です。

Its a huge building from the outside and has bit of a 70 tourist hotel. The brekfast is quite japanese with a few more european options.

Reviewed Jun 11, 2026-our room was fantastic (big, well laid out, good amenities) -the view was stunning (forest, mountains and ocean) -the onsen was fantastic -the location was a very short drive into town -the beds were very comfortable -the room was well cleaned
-in 4 days our room was never serviced. Fresh towels were dropped off every day but we had the same dirty glasses and mugs, and one roll of toilet paper for 4 days -the cold water in the shower drops out roughly every minute so you get scalded by hot water -the lobby staff weren’t friendly and often not there throughout the day -all of the facilities are unavailable until 3pm every day -the male sauna had been out of order for months -there isn’t any option for food inside the hotel except the expensive buffet and an onigiri vending machine that broke -sound proofing isn’t very good so it sounded like the people next door were in the room talking -there was often a bad smell in the hallways, like trash, but thankfully it didn’t make it into the room

Reviewed Jun 11, 2026A great base for exploring the Shiretoko National Park east side. The half board option worked well for us and the food was great. The large room and onsen were very much appreciated.
Having to ride up the significant hill to get there was a challenge at the end of each day but it did give us great views.

This is huge, sterile place that caters to tour groups. Worthless WiFi Tiny bathroom that makes taking shower difficult. Unfriendly check in and check out on machine. Immense buffet with largely mediocre food. Though they do have good ice cream.

Reviewed Oct 15, 2025The reception staff was friendly and helpful. The room is large with space for 2 couches even. Wifi is quick and stable. The public onsen is large and nice, especially the outdoor section. The parking area is huge.
The coffee machine at the lobby is only available from 3pm to 8pm. Why? Whose idea is this? There is no coffee provided in the room and there are no cafes within walking distance. The coffee from the machine is pretty decent too so it's a shame someone decided it is criminal to have caffeine in the morning. The location is somewhat isolated so a car is needed to go anywhere in town.

これはホテルのことではなくて斜里町全体の事ですが、夕食するのにレストランが少なく、しかも早く閉まってしまうので、夕食は残念ながらご当地の美味しいものを食べられずコンビニで済ませていました。

Reviewed Aug 11, 2025I had a great stay at this onsen hotel. The room was very spacious and comfortable, though I had to book a two-person room since there was no solo option. The highlight was definitely the stunning view from the room!!!. The outdoor onsen was also good, relaxing and beautifully set.
The big "didn't like" was definitely the overpriced dinner buffet - great variety but of poor quality, in my opinion. Nothing outstanding, more of a canteen feeling than a hotel restaurant. Regreted not going to a restaurant in town, but it was raining cats and dogs.

Reviewed Jul 26, 2025遅い時間の到着でしたがバスターミナルへ迎えに来てもらえました。お風呂も広くて外にバレルサウナもありました。２泊したので温泉を満喫しました。広間を開放してくれてて、夕陽がキレイに見れました。朝食のあっぱ飯が美味しかったです。
朝食の際、ご飯などと惣菜などの並べ方が効率が悪くて列が長くなってました。朝は混むのでスムーズに取れるようなにもう少し工夫が欲しいです。ホテルの立地がバスターミナルから結構な坂町を登るので、観光の途中でホテルに戻るのが大変でした。無料の送迎を昼間も運行して欲しいです。２泊するのがおすすめなので、連泊の割引があると嬉しいですね。

Bedding looked clean but I did not like the fact that there was no full cover on the duvet, just a thin sheet.
