Dinner in the evening was really very good
Breakfast was not the best toast was burnt 😔 and I felt that no great care went in to it would of try fruit and yogurt but I saw couple of bowls not looking the very clean so I didn't bother for the price definitely not worth it
Very clean
All good
Everything went smoothly, comfortable stay
Nothing
Location and cleanliness, plenty of parking

Service and room size was excellent
Nothing
Always a comfortable stay
Disappointed with the shower this time, shower tray backing up and smell coming from it
Great location very good value for money
Modern clean spacious
Location was poor. Room ok but needs a refresh and appalled at the dirty towels which I did point out to the receptionist however no recompense for something so fundamental to a comfortable stay unimpressed
Poor
Great location , decent food and good value
Rooms starting to look a bit tired
A great stay
Nothing to complain about really
Reasonable price, nice big room, clean, tidy and quiet, lots hot water, good shower and bath. Comfy bed.
No lift or help with heavy suitcase. No signs to help directions to hotel. End of a long track. Had to hope going right way.
The disabled room (which I was allocated) facilities were spacious, but the shower could have done with being hotter. Otherwise very good

Clean and lovely area
Liked it all
Location was nice in that I had a lovely view and the room was quiet. Breakfast was fine - a good selection of food and a nice full English. The room was also very spacious.
I didn’t like the fact my room was in a different building to the reception and restaurant. I had to wear a raincoat to go to breakfast which I am not used to.
Hotel was easy to find, plenty of parking and room was big
Despite a modern build, fittings and fixtures are very dated. I went to collect my car from a nearby venue and a member of staff was rude to my partner as she was waiting in a place they needed to do some maintenance work
Nice and clean
Breakfast was rubbish 🙄
Spacious rooms, clean and comfortable. Lovely dining room. Excellent breakfast. Pleasant staff.
Lack of lift. Needs clearer directions as the post code didn’t take us directly to the hotel, we ended up at the end of the road after already going into the golf club.
Ideal for a night whilst attending a do. Clean and comfortable
Bar area a bit small.
A small bar area inside would be nice instead of sitting in the reception area with your drinks .
Just the one comment above.
Lovely place and good brekkie
Hot room
Room was clean and comfortable
Due to private function restaurant and bar were closed. Info in booking .com daid this may happen and xmas but no mention of summer or that we should check. We could have ordered room service untill 8.45pm but the staffs non verbal reaction to this put us off.. We ended up using uber eats

Fab night stay away.Beautiful hotel and the staff where so helpful and friendly,Just what we needed.Thankyou for making our stay so welcoming and nice,The beds were so comfy aswell great nights sleep for us and the bath was a bonus aswell nice relaxing soak just what i needed. We will be back. Kieron,Rebecca & Imogen x
The room was spacious & the bed nice & big. The shower was a little old fashioned being over a bath. A walk-in shower would have been better. There were plenty of car-parking spaces & I could park so that I could see my car from the bedroom window.
There was loud music until 1am Sunday morning from a wedding but we were notified by the hotel when booking the room so they did everything they could. If it hadn't been so hot, wet could have shut the window ( or if the room had air conditioning ). Then around 8 am, children were kicking a football around just underneath our window so we could hear the ball bouncing around on the paving & their voices for over half an hour.
I love the peace, quiet and tranquility that the Lazaat offers. Staff are so warm, friendly and welcoming.
Very clean and comfortable
Great hotel with plenty of parking. We asked for a quite room and that's what we got. Clean, modern room and at a very good price.

The room were lovely and the bed were very comfortable. The location was isolated so you need transport
The rooms were lovely
Location
The room was lovely, the bed very comfortable and breakfast was very good. We enjoyed dinner at the hotel and the staff were very accommodating in meeting my gluten intolerance needs and my wife's menu choice.
The only issue was that the bathroom only had a shower, whereas my wife prefers a bath and, unfortunately, as it was a very warm night, we had to open the window, which meant we could hear the traffic noise from a nearby road. This did disturb our sleep somewhat.
Was there for a wedding and the drinks were flat and overpriced and even smelt funny. A lot of other people said this too.
The hotel was clean and very friendly! The hotel felt fresh and new!
The mattress didn’t fit the bed frame! Only bad thing about the hotel
Clean, quite and in a good location for local towns and cities
Nothing, everything was fine
Location, beautiful grounds for photos rooms large and spacious
Not a wide enough range of lager on draft
Pleasant location, spacious rooms.
Some of the events held at the hotel are a little too noisy. It would help if the function rooms kept their windows closed.
Quiet, spacious room
TV struggled to find a signal on anything other BBC and ITV
Clean and comfortable
Location was interesting
Near where I needed to be
Room size and room facilities
needed air con in the room and restaurant /bar area
Breakfast was really good, Hotel really good value for money. Staff working there all very friendly. A very good hotel.
Not overly keen on the quiet road down to the hotel from the main road at the top. Especially in winter dark nights.
Handy having Chinese restaurant on the place
Couldn’t turn down temperature in room
Clean and tidy
Food was average
Comfy bed. Tea and coffee facilities. Lovely shower. Spacious room.
No aircon. Industrial style fan provided but very noisy. No plug sockets next to the bed.
Room was a great size
The noise from the prom - rang reception for a finish time and no answer - rang twice
Room was clean & comfortable even though we were in an annex behind the main building. Staff were pleasant & helpful
Choice at breakfast was poor, no fresh fruit, yoghurt or pastries, which are standard in many hotels these days. Most unusually peanut butter was part of the breakfast buffet & due to nut allergies I thought this was reckless! The toasters kept blowing as they'd plugged all of them into the same wall socket. The cooked breakfast was standard. I made clear we were travelling with bicycles when I booked, yet we were allocated first floor rooms, so had to struggle up the stairs through two doors with our bikes & luggage. No secure bike parking provision on site.
Great location and price for the races
Location wise out of town
Big comfy bed. Very spacious room..
Only there 1 nighr
Had a fantastic 2 night stay. Excellent room. Very clean and everything in the room you need. Hotel is really good. Great parking. Nice and quiet. Staff where amazing. But the best bit, was the Sunday lunch. Fantastic price and best Sunday lunch I have had ( And I've had plenty) . Really happy with our stay and planning another visit soon. Definitely taking the family for a Sunday lunch soon.
The room tv could do with being a bit bigger. Because the room is long the tv looks tiny . Only a slight mone.
Food and accommodation
.
Breakfast was ok but my wife didn’t like the pouched eggs. Could have done with some pastries but otherwise reasonable selection
The rooms in the main building are worn and the bath had chip marks
Every part related to the hotel was superb
Lack of air con im the room
a great find and a great place to stay for Beverley Races. 10 minute drive to the racecourse
all was good
Badly managed
Badly managed
Room was good , clean and tidy. Staff friendley and helpful.
Quality of cooked Breakfast was poor , Other Items where okay .. Not the best. TV reception in the bedroom and in the bar area was poor ... often no signal. Hair dry was faulty.
Good size room with nice big bathroom and comfortable bed.
The water pressure was a bit low in the shower.
Overall the hotel was nice, however, our room (43) overlooked the dustbins, shipping containers and gas cylinders. The kitchen extractor fan was noise and on all night, and day. The bar staff emptied there buckets of beer bottles into the bins throughout the night, which made it impossible to sleep. Breakfast was good 👍
Empty bottle bins in the morning. Turn off extraction fan after last service.
It was a lovely venue for a wedding
The water was cold in the shower
hotel was clean, staff very polite and efficient, breakfast served was to high standard. couldn't find fault during my stay.
