The staff were amazing and couldnt do enough for you, the girls on reception were brilliant, so helpful and kind and really went out of their way to help. The cooked breakfast was brilliant, and the lady who cooked it and the staff were so nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel

Cleanliness, mug in room dirty, bedding marked. Bed location in room under window and curtains do not block out the light, noisy guests disturbed sleep in early hours of the morning, did not wake in morning feeling refreshed. Football fans walking to the stadium using the car park as a toilet!

Parking is limited and payment is via an app which didn't work for me but luckily the receptionist was able to do it for me. Noise from the bar can be an issue if you want peace and quiet.

Everything about my stay at the Park Hotel was lovely. The staff are very kind,never giving me recommendations for things to do in the area. The room was clean, well maintained, and very comfortable. The air conditioning was wonderful as an American transitioning to Britain's typical lack of A/C. And the location was perfect, right across from St Stephen's and the bus station, easy walking distance to everything!

On match days the wifi can be a bit spotty, as they play the matches for the public at the bar & grill (which is tons of fun to go to). Even then, I don't have a

Excellent location, staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was superb with plenty of choice from hot full English cooked fresh to yoghurt fresh fruit different breads etc. Our room was exactly as described, comfortable bed and clean.

The bed quilt was too thick and heavy for a summer month, but we did have the air conditioning.

We arrived Saturday, the bar is closed on a Friday, Saturday and Sunday, unless it’s a match day. Although the chalk board said bar open at 5pm, so we had to go to the centre to have a drink.

Good value for money and top location with parking spaces.

No hot water in shower and full English breakfast was poor due to the obvious choice of low quality food items.

The room I was given wasn’t the room I saw online. I got there the receptionist was on call for nearly 15mins and she was the only one there. I waited for a long time before i was attended to. There’s was no bathing soap, no tissue, no hand wash. I called the reception and I was asked to come down and take them. The towels are quite old.

Not far from the station and handy for walking to the stadium, and the area was quiet. Decent breakfast, nice comfortable apartment and really nice friendly staff who all muck in together to keep the place going.

the property - rooms especially need a-lot of attention , although the property was very clean , it could be a lovely hotel although i'm aware that the place reflects the price , also we weren't informed that we wouldn't be able to use the bar/ grill due to a private function until we arrived

I visit Hull on quite a regular basis. I had never noticed the Park Hotel & Apartments. It was £50 cheaper than the other hotel i usually stay at and it was a great find for me. The staff,the room, the location and the breakfast. Everything was amazing. From now on this is the hotel i will be attempting to book first.

I honestly couldn't fault this hotel.

Hotel staff parking across 2 disabled bays, even when I mentioned it on reception was told it was laundry delivery people. Then sent me message 3hrs later asking me to move my car because I'd taken up 2 spaces had to ask another guest to move car has I,d had drink by then.

I was pleasantly surprised! This hotel is close to the railway station (and that to be honest interested me the most). The staff was welcoming and friendly and the room itself was clean and spacious. As there was another heatwave coming, we really appreciated the AC. Hot & cold breakfast with lots of options (gluten free and vegan too). And all that for an excellent price.

It looks a little bit dated, but they are doing everything they can to modernise.

Great value for money, our room was huge with two double beds a sofa and a spa bath. Rooms were clean and the aircon was a welcome extra. Nice location in a quieter area of the city but not too far out

The only thing I can criticise is that you have to pay for parking

NOTHING Absolutely nothing. It was dirty. Mugs dirty. Toilet seat broken. Top of wardrobes think with dust. Furniture chipped. Listing states wood floors, but carpets. Mattress so thin. Pillows awful. Tv must be 20 years old. Window mouldy. Doesn’t stay open unless you wedge it up against the mattress.

Lovely positioned hotel as there was a supermarket, restaurants and shops literally over the road. The room was one of the largest we have ever stayed in, it was clean and reasonably quiet despite the road outside. The staff were polite, friendly and helpful and really tried to accommodate our children. Thankyou especially to the server and chef when we arrived who offered to make our children some dinner when they saw how tired they were. It really was appreciated.

Parking was alright just the online payment was a bit tricky to navigate and the shower needs a bit of fine tuning as it was a bit tricky to get the temperature down but we managed okay.

I was happy with the price before finding out breakfast came included. Woot! The staff were great and the room clean and comfortable.

Having lived in Hull for many years, when I got there I realised my mistake. I was out for tea down Princes Ave but it really isn't safe for a woman to walk back to the hotel on her own in the dark, or anywhere around the hotel. I parked down the side of the hotel, outside The Clarendon. Which is also somewhere that isn't too safe and I wasn't thrilled about leaving my car there either. I wanted to try the hotel because if it had been good, it is a very useful location. I come to Hull regularly so I'm likely to stay over several times a year, at least. However, Hull has plenty of better hotels for the price so I won't be staying again.

This hotel is an absolute gem. Perfectly located close to the station (just a 10 minute walk through an amazing shopping centre and a park). Quite, modern (in a very impressive building), clean, spacious and friendly staff. The breakfast was also delicious and served until 11am at the weekend. For the quality and the good price you can't do better!

Breakfast was well laid out and staff attentive. Receptionist very helpful and friendly. Very clean room and bathroom. No exterior noise at all, slept really well. Opposite large shopping centre and walking distance to trains and buses, which is why I chose it.

When I arrived I was told by Reception staff that they were very busy and might not be able to change my towels. I thought this very odd as I have paid for a service. Then Saturday night my room was not made up cups not cleaned or new towels or bed made. I did make a complaint that night. Next morning a member of staff asked if everything was ok and I explained. The lady said they had no cleaners and were very busy. I said to her that I paid for a service and expect it. I really dont want to hear that they had no staff. I just found it very unprofessional, I felt sorry for the woman but its up to management to see to these areas and not tell the client of their short falls.

I had breakfast included. I went downstairs for breakfast but I couldn't find any member of staff to guide me. I called a phone numbers, nobody picked up. I left to eat in town. I have been contacted later and been told they had to go urgently to another hotel... I didn't have breakfast next day either. I went straight to town. The room was very lovely and clean, but very hot. The heating was still on. I turned it on but for some reason after a while would start working again.... I slept with AC on... Otherwise, no problem and would probably stay there again.

The space was fantastic for a family. We all had our own rooms, there were enough bathroom facilities, there was space to relax, space to dine and a kitchen with everything we needed. The whole place was modern, clean, tidy and convenient. We will definitely visit again next time we need to stay in Hull.

The car park was full when we arrived so we parked elsewhere.

Breakfast was good. The fried breakfast was cooked to order, and there was a choice of fruit, cereals, juice, croissants, toast, yoghurt etc. My room was a good size, well furnished and in a quiet part of the hotel where I did not hear the passing traffic. The en-suite was fine too, so all-in-all my room was very good. The hotel is about a seven-minute walk through St. Stephens shopping centre into the city centre, and about ten minutes from Victoria Square. The staff were very helpful and welcoming, and while I did not encounter any problems during my stay, were on hand to deal with any queries.

I always find it irritating when you have to pay for parking even if you are staying at the hotel - effectively that added £8.20 a day to my room price.

The bed was not fixed and kept sliding sideways. Also little dampness where the fireplace was.

When we arrived the reception was closed and we were redirected to the bar, the person who checked us in was efficient and friendly but was stressed out about how many guests were booked in and said that if we wanted a full English we would have to come down early as they are likely to run out. Not what I wanted to hear and as a result I didn't bother to come down but my husband said the restaurant was empty.

The actual building is a little creepy and institution like, I didn't stand on the bathmat as it looked filthy.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The staff allowed us in slightly early for breakfast as we had an early start, it was amazing and cooked fresh to order. The room had aircon which was greatly appreciated.

Enjoy stay here only things I like to add would be little bit more detail to room cleaning as found ripped up wage slip in room and someone contact lense on floor. Window was great for fresh air but unsuitable for children that room is cause of window. Breakfast good but bread box should have tongues so no one is touching bread when getting it out of box. No soya milk I had to supply my own as only had oat milk. Would of been nice to have as much as you want as breakfast as most hotels been as gave you that option.

I loved how close it was to the town and train station

The front main door to reception was out of use therefore had to go out the back way where the car park,although not a massive issue when dark it was airey,one of the nights I was outside with my friend while having a vape a very odd strange man was staring at us in the car park and started to come towards up,who was not staying at the hotel
