L'emplacement au top, commerces, plage et restaurants à proximité , endroit calme avec une belle vue. Les chambres sont propres et bien équipés. Les piscines sont belles et agréables.

Juste une cafetière dans l appartement serait un plus.

Unfortunately we asked 3 times to have some English channels added on the TV in the apartment and it never happened, only had the BBC news (which isn’t very joyful whilst on holiday!)

Totalmente preparado para extranjeros que no turistas ... todo en inglés prioritario. Horarios de comida para ellos lo que normalmentedesayunan ellos y la calidad que a ellos les sirve, espectáculos para ellos todo completamente en inglés tanto el espectáculo como la dirección por ejemplo los grupos de música que hubo varios es destinada al estilo de música de ellos. En general la calidad con el precio que no fue pequeño y que luego ya en la isla puedes conocer otros hoteles hablando con mas turistas al final tambien es para ellos (caro y malo). La habitacion grande con una reforma que no esta mal sobre todo la nevera y el clima pero los colchones .... hundidos y estrechos. Una pena que en las características de los hoteles una no sea poner 95% para "europeos"

Fine faciliteter, med 24 timers reception, flere poolområder, stort barområde og generelt bare godt med plads. Maden i buffeten (morgen og aften) var ok. Ikke fantastisk, men fint nok.

Rengøringen af vores værelse var ikke god. Sengen blev redt og håndklæderne blev foldet pænt sammen, men pletter på spejle og håndvask og smuds på gulvet blev ikke fjernet i de 6 dage, vi var der. Der var en dag, hvor vi kom hjem til jord på gulvet på badeværelset, som var kommet mens vi havde været væk - så det må have været rengøring eller maintenance. Men det jord blev ikke fjernet af rengøringen nogen af de følgende dage. Oplevelsen i baren var også mærkelig. Kvaliteten var meget varierende, og alle de gange vi købte drinks, lavede bartenderen for meget i shakeren eller blenderen - men i stedet for at hælde ekstra op / hælde i et større glas, hældte de det direkte i vasken - det var altså mængder svarende til hele drinks, der bare blev hældt ud, i stedet for at komme kunden til gode...og så fik jeg en margarita, som smagte helt forkert - det var som om det bare var en ordentlig omgang tequila og is blendet sammen. Her var en bartender heldigvis sød at bytte den til en anden gratis. Derudover var sengene virkelig ikke komfortable. Vi er unge og kan heldigvis sove på de meste, men madrasserne var meget tynde og havde næsten ingen fjedring.

Kedves volt a személyzet. Szuper a busz, hogy elvitt a partig. A medencénél mindig volt szabad hely.

Az ágyak eléggé ki voltak feküdve, több nap után már nem volt kényelmes. A kondi rész régebbi eszközökkel van felszerelve, de jól használható.

Beds, cleanness, beach towels could be changed only 3 times a week but, only until 3:00 PM - this is something very inconvenient. Also, this is the first hotel in my life where you have to pay to use the locker in your room. Also, one of our towels were not found in the laundry after washing it.

I was actually pleasantly surprised with the hotel. The choice of pools (main pool, breezers club and adult only) is a real nice choice and ensured that their was always enough space for all guests. The pools and all areas of the hotel were clean and well presented. The food was okay, very typical buffet all inclusive vibes. It was not bad but wouldn't write home about it. The room was comfortable, and the balcony was a good size. I don't really have any complaints. The location was good too with the main hub an easy walk away. Entertainment was good, and just the feeling around the hotel was an improvement to other hotels I have been to at similar price points. All in all I would say this is a GOOD hotel. Not great, not luxury, but very adequate and good at what it does.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed every part of our holiday. It was almost perfect from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made us feel at home throughout our stay. We chose the all-inclusive package, and it was excellent, with plenty of good food and drinks available throughout the day. One thing we really appreciated was that the hotel has three different pool areas. This meant there was plenty of space for everyone, and there was never any need to rush out early to reserve a sunbed. It made for a much more relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. The only small area for improvement would be the main breakfast buffet. It seemed to be aimed mostly at UK families, so we would have appreciated a little more variety to cater to different tastes. That said, we often chose to have breakfast at the pool bar instead, and the food there was fantastic. The chicken baguette deserves a special mention—it was honestly the best we've ever had! The activities offered by the hotel were also great and kept both adults and children entertained. Overall, we had an amazing experience and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. We would definitely love to come back!

Location of hotel really suited us. We like walking and there was a nature reserve on one side and large lake on the other. Also a short bus trip away from Alcudia old town. Hotel had a good atmosphere with a mix of ages and nationalities. Our room was a very decent size with a good balcony. It included a fridge and a kettle. We found the cost of drinks to be very reasonable. This was all we needed to purchase as we were half-board which we thought was reasonably priced. Rooms were cleaned daily so always kept very clean. Can't comment too much on noise level as our room overlooked the nature reserve and not the entertainment area but we certainly had no issues with noise. All the staff we dealt with were extremely friendly and provided a very good service. This included reception staff, dining room and bar staff, as well as the cleaning staff. It was very much appreciated that we were able to have a cold buffet after a late evening arrival and also an early breakfast ahead of an early morning pick-up.

Really bad review and I know not a lot you can do about it. But no one is really saying how bad the mosquitos are. Lovely hotel location pools beach etc but not the best holiday when all the family eaten alive by the pesky things. Family of 5 and over a hundred bites and only day 2 no joke. Completely spoilt our holiday. I wouldn't return just for that alone shame but no one wants that. One of the party has 5 bites on face.

Myself and partner came to this hotel at the start of the month and was greeted very warmly at the reception and given all the relevant information needed, all the staff were so kind during our stay. The hotel is amazing and great value, the rooms and always clean, the view is great, the shower is amazing, I would highly recommend this hotel if you're a young couple looking to get away as it is great value. We only booked the bed and breakfast as we like to venture out and explore. The breakfast was good and had options of a fry up, fruits, toast or pastries. Then if you're like us and want to venture out, there's so many restaurants about a 10 minute walk away from the hotel, all on the same way to the beach (which by the way, the beach is also amazing, would highly recommend!!) There are multiple pools for everyone to enjoy, the main one is for the families, they have activities on throughout the day to keep the kids entertained. There's another across the road, it's 3 pools of different depths and then finally you have the adults pool (my favourite) this one is located right opposite the main entrance of the hotel and you'll get to see a little duck coming around that pool too! It's very friendly. There's a small shop inside the hotel too, it has everything you'll need, but if not, there's more shops a 10 minute walk away. Bar service is great, with many drink options. Also great entertainment on in the evening from around 8pm and bingo at 9pm!!!! I'd highly recommend this hotel, I'm hoping to go back next year!!

We hated it. The food was dreadful no choice at all had a leak in the apartment. Was in the adults pool all week walked past the lifeguard and his whole package was out. Didn’t feel welcome at all to the place. Had clothes stolen from the bedroom. All in all our worst holiday.

Perfect location for us. Short taxi ride in to Alcudia. Beautiful hotel. Three pools at the hotel as well as a salt water pool and an adults only pool just a short walk away. The rooms were fantastic and clean. Food was great. A really good variety. Entertainment was great. Just a brilliant atmosphere. Staff were also very friendly and helpful. We shall return.

Fantastic Hotel. Second year for us and returning in September. All the Staff from reception, Bar, waiting, entertainment and cleaners so friendly and welcoming. Very clean rooms. We stay B&B and the breakfast choices are good. Love the three choices of pools, we use the adults only one as we go child free. Great entertainment every night including Bingo with a great cash prize!!😊 Love this hotel and in a great area, close to the beach, shops and restaurants!!

La comida es de calidad pésima para el precio que tiene, todo muy industrial e insulso. En el desayuno no hay mucha variedad y no es nada apetecible.

Lovely clean hotel, friendly staff. Has 3 pool areas one being adults only. Plenty of sun beds. Rooms lovely with modern bathroom and air conditioning. Food was lovely plenty of choice at every meal. We went all inclusive and would again but felt like guests paying for drinks got priority. Overall a great holiday and hotel. Would highly recommend. Courtesy Bus into center. Friendly and helpful driver. Entertainment was excellent and Bingo was great with good cash prizes, everyone seemed to have a good time. Washing machine on site which is 4 euro includes washing liquid and it did good job. We will be back to visit again.

just got back yesterday lovely family hotel got there late evening warm welcome by man on reception told us to go straight into dinner so we didn;t miss it rooms all clean and comfy ,we emailed hotel before hand ask for room near lift and pool view and was given one as we both can;t walk far meals breakfast lunch evening snack bar are all excellent plenty of choice entertaintment evening was good and day time activities we didn't join in but plenty to do all staff was friendly and helpful from cleaners upwards and maintance everyone hotel was clean and well kept special mention to Daniellea in restaurant and Raquel in the adult pool bar she was lovely and friendly { bar staff {men } could smile a bit more and they kept you waiting to be serve only complaint } not a bad word to write about the hotel we will return perhaps see you nextyear

Third time at this hotel (first time coming All inclusive) and booking for the fourth time when we get home. Last night tonight and we are gutted to be leaving. Once again no complaints, staff have been especially on the ball this year. Fabians entertainment in the evening is always a laugh and the waiters/waitresses have been exceptional this year especially Rafa and we think her name was Ciara? Juanjo on reception was incredibly helpful and patient with helping our big party check in, and the cleaners are all so lovely an polite. This is the main hotel I ever recommend to anyone who is looking to travel abroad from the UK. Food is good, location is great, but it's the staff that really make the hotel.

Fabulous hotel for young and old, six pools of varying depths to chose from even an adults only one. Food is excellent, lots of variety and freshly made with theme nights ie Italian,Chinese and so on. Entertainment all day and evening the team work amazingly hard and get to know people really well, the standard of singers and entertainers is excellent and the waiting staff are always on hand when needed. Rooms are spacious with a fridge, kettle and mugs. Air conditioning is great and room safes are available to rent. There is a supermarket on site and the prices are reasonable. It’s a ten minute walk to the beach and shops or there is a free shuttle bus provided by the hotel, there’s also a road train at a cost of a few euros, you can also hire bikes from the hotel. Everyone mentions the mosquitoes and yes they are prevalent but the hotel has plug ins in all the rooms and zapper around the bars i was lucky to not get bitten but my family weren’t so take anti bug sprays and wristbands it’s probably as it is beside a large body of still water. We loved it here and are definitely going back later in the year.

I'll start with the positives of this hotel. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The entertainment was upbeat and inclusive and the hotel appeared to be clean and tidy. The pools were also very good. I'm afraid thats where the positives end. The all inclusive is a joke for drinks. I've never been to a hotel where you can't get bottled water if you're all inclusive unless you pay for it. You get a bottle in your room when you check in but they don't give you any more after the first day. You also get much worse quality of drinks compared to people who are paying for them at the time. For example, if you're paying for a pina colada, you get a lovely cocktail glass where the cocktail is made fresh with fruit etc. Whereas, if you're wearing an all-inclusive bracelet you get a rubbish small glass and it comes from a pre-made cocktail machine which tastes terrible. This is just one example of the awful drinks on offer if you're all-inclusive. It feels like they have your money so they're not interested. I'm afraid the food is also awful. We even saw people ordering in uber eats Burger King whilst we were there. I would suggest this hotel is 3* maximum but I guess the price probably reflects this. We had a nice time whilst we were there but its definitely not somewhere we will visit again.

Część basenów otwarta tylko do 18. (Główny basen otwarty do 20.30, za co plus). Jacuzzi w środku (kryte) było płatne 10 EUR/ 1 godzinę. Paddle też płatny, co jest średnie, że w takim hotelu, który reklamuje się jako 4*, musisz za wszystko dodatkowo płacić, a fajne baseny zamykane już o 18, czyli w momencie, gdy przychodzisz z plaży i byś się chciał pokąpać w hotelu. Brak krytych basenów na minus, bo w chłodniejsze dni na basenach odkrytych jest zimno. W łazience mega smród z rur, codziennie mega cofa z rur i śmierdzi przez to w całym pokoju. AC jest albo bardzo chłodne albo nie robi nic. Smród jest też na zewnątrz, bo obok jest jakaś rzeka smródka, przez co czuć szambem w całej okolicy. Śniadanie poniżej wszelkich oczekiwań. Małe zmiany w ciągu 7 dniowego pobytu. Praktycznie nie ma lokalnych dań na śniadanie, tylko głównie dania pod turystów anglików i niemców, a więc frytki na śniadanie oraz fasolka w pomidorach CODZIENNIE. Ileż można. Jakość produktów też poniżej oczekiwań - szynki i mięsa to niska jakość. Talerze, kubki, sztućce zdarzają się brudne, trzeba się przyglądać dokładnie. W pokojach mała szczelność dźwiękowa, słychać wszystko co dzieje się w pokojach obok i nad. W łazience pleśń na silikonach. My naprawdę nie jesteśmy wybrednymi klientami, śpimy często w budżetowych hotelach, ale tutaj naprawdę cena nie jest współmierna do jakości.

Very clean , modern and everything works , even English TV channels. The restaurant food is really good and always entertainment on in the evenings around the bar/outside pool area . Staff are most helpful.

Il y a une piscine pour adulte et les enfants viennent avec leurs ballons et pistolets à eau... Je pense qu'il y a assez de bassins dans le complexe pour laisser un endroit tranquille pour les adultes qui le souhaitent et veulent nager...

Mooi hotel en zeer schone kamers. Rest van hotel is erg netjes en schoon. Ontbijt en diner ook uitstekend. Zeker een aanrader.

Hôtel sympa, 3 belles piscines dont 1 pour adulte (on peut y faire du topless), 1 d'eau salée répartie en 3 piscines rondes et 1 dernière d'eau "normale" répartie en 3 autres piscines rondes, en fait on pourrait dire qu'il y a 7 piscines dans 3 zones, il y a même un mini-golf et des cours de padel en salle. Côté cuisine, déjeuner répétitif. Excellente situation pour toutes les belles plages, à 40 minutes de Palma pour les fêtes en boîte de nuit et 45 minutes de Magaluf. Situé à Alcudia, il y a aussi le Port qui est bien animé dont quelques discothèques. Franchement, nous sommes très satisfaits. Personnel serviable et professionnel.

Chambre un peu petite, mais elle est agréable avec sa terrasse. Piscine non chauffée. (Mi mai, c'était trop froid, même avec des 25 à 28° dehors).

Camerele sunt foarte mari, dotate cu chicinetă, frigider și terase mari. Curățenia este exemplară, iar micul dejun este foarte bun, variat și consistent. Locuri de parcare se găsesc pe stradă sau în curtea hotelului, în funcție de noroc. Există și un serviciu gratuit de transport către plajă.

En lisant les commentaires sur les hôtel aux alentours je pensais qu’à l’office le personnel ne ferait même pas l’effort de parler anglais et que je devais faire le nécessaire pour comprendre et être compris. J’ai étais complètement agréablement surpris de voir qu’au final le personnel pouvais même faire l’effort de parler en français ainsi que devais voir l’amabilité de celui ci, ce qui a rendu mon séjour bien meilleur.

Quand on a seulement le déjeuner inclus, le prix du repas du soir d’une qualité se rapprochant d’une cantine m’a semblé relativement chère (40€ pour 2 sans compter les boissons)

Miły pomocny personel, duży pokój z dużym tarasem, fajny widok na wode. Duży wybór jedzenia. To był bardzo dobry wybór.

Nie mam zastrzeżeń

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans l’ensemble. L’hôtel est bien situé, l’ambiance est agréable et les extérieurs sont sympathiques. Le personnel de l’accueil était accueillant. Nous avons aussi apprécié le petit plus très pratique : la possibilité d’avoir un petit-déjeuner même lorsque l’on part très tôt pour une excursion ou un départ matinal, c’est vraiment appréciable. Les quantités au self étaient généreuses et la chambre restait confortable.

Quelques points sont à améliorer. À notre arrivée, il y avait des cheveux sur la paroi de douche de la chambre. Nous avons aussi constaté des différences entre les prix affichés sur la carte des boissons et ceux réellement facturés (exemple : mojito affiché à 5,90 € mais payé 7,90 €). Dommage également que l’eau ne soit pas incluse hors formule tout compris. Concernant le self, malgré des quantités correctes, nous avons trouvé la qualité des repas assez moyenne. Enfin, nous avons été déçus par l’attitude d’une serveuse qui s’est moquée de nous après nous avoir conseillé un rosé que nous n’avons pas apprécié.

Un grand choix au buffet du petit déjeuner et la qualité était là. L’emplacement de l’hôtel était top.

EIX Lagotel Holiday Resort is... EASILY the BEST hotel / resort value on the island and definitely the best value on the north side Playa Muro/Alcudia araa.. The Hotel reception and cleaning staff are super friendly, helpful, caring and the Staff will help to ensure you have a nice stay.. They will exceed your expectations. The EIX Lagotel Resort hotel rooms are very clean with HOT showers and comfortable beds. Room size is nice, and ample storage, for your belongings. Room has a mini fridge, TV, kettle, and plenty of closet space for hanging beach clothes and more importantly your cycling kit. Rooms have a balcony for bike related storage, drying / hanging cycling kit, and or catching sunshine.. Breakfast is good if not better., a big variety of items, breads, meats, cheese, cereals, fresh fruits, made to order omelettes, and pancakes alternating days, a big buffet selection of food, and endless access to juice, coffee, lattes, etc. The EIX Lagotel Resort location is perfect to start all your cycling rides. 2 minutes to the MA-12 to head to West to Alcudia or Pollenca / Cap Formentor or East to Can Picafort.. and 1 minute to the MA-3433 to head South toward Sa Pobla.. There is a non hotel related performance bike rental facility 200 meters away, The EIX Lagotel is NOT directly on the MA - 12, main Street, which is nice, and it's only a quick 5 minute walk to everything in Playa Muro and the beach. EIX Resort is actually a hidden secret among Cycling influencers, Bike brand owners, cycling Pro’s, and other cycling Industry persons… You never know who you might see at breakfast or in the lobby, or at the pool, Cycling industry personalities and insiders, you have seen on social media, tv, websites, or YouTube. My original 7 day stay at EIX Lagotel, transitioned into 4+ weeks… Book directly on the EIX Lagotel Resort hotel website for the best deal.. thats what I did.

Do alojamento, da simpatia e disponibilidade dos funcionários, da comida e da localização...

Das funcionárias entrarem no quarto várias vezes sem bater e da limpeza, mais concretamente arrumação da cama. Do barulho, mas agradeço muito por me terem dado um outro quarto onde se notava menos.

We Arrived early morning and was happy to be told our room was ready before check in which was a huge bonus. Our room was clean and spacious, lovely walk in shower, although the balconies weren’t private at all you could be seen from both sides of the rooms next to you. Food was the usual all inclusive menu which could have had a bit more choice but you won’t starve, the snack bar is table service outside and cooked to order. Food was ok here too. Never short of drink choices and didn’t mind paying extra for the freshly made slush cocktails at the adult pool. Never had a problem getting sunbeds and liked that they didn’t open the pools till 10am which meant we could have a lie in and not have to worry about rushing down to get a good spot at 6am like most hotels we have previously stayed in. The area around the hotel is limited with the choice of bars and restaurants but the ones that are there are all in walking distance or you can use the free shuttle bus from the hotel. Alcudia strip/port is only a 5 min taxi ride away for more choice of night life if that’s what you want. Staff were all friendly and pleasant, would return if visiting this area again, although the mosquitos had a field day with us even though we used spray.

A beautiful clean hotel situated by a lake and overlooking a nature reserve . Wonderful staff from the management to the people behind the scenes that keep the place running smoothly. Great pools and marvellous entertainment . Outstanding food and great service . Would highly recommend recommend

Right… where do I start with this one then. First things first, if you’re an early riser who enjoys sitting by the pool with a coffee before the world wakes up… absolutely not After TWO DAYS of rain, the first sunny morning finally arrives and the pools still don’t open until 10am. TEN. There’s literally nothing else to do either, no pool bar open, no drinks, no atmosphere, just you and a slightly aggressive breakfast buffet trying to survive until the lifeguard clocks in. And if your room overlooks the swamp/lake situation at the back… congratulations because the bin men will personally wake you up before 8am every morning with what sounds like an industrial demolition project. Location wise… when I say there’s nothing around, I mean NOTHING. You’ve got: A hospital over the road A couple of shops selling fake handbags “Beer helped me do it” t-shirts …and vibes thinner than the ham at breakfast. There is however a little yellow train that goes around the resort for AN HOUR apparently. Lovely little activity if you’ve ever wanted to slowly tour absolutely nothing in extreme detail. Can’t lie though, by day 3 I was considering getting on it just for emotional support. The evenings… oh dear At one point before the mini disco started it genuinely resembled God’s waiting room. Groups sat silently playing cards and dominoes while nursing sangria, I may have accidentally offended a few OAPs who’ve apparently been coming here for the last 20 years too, They looked at me like I’d personally insulted their family bloodline when I basically told them I thought the hotel was not my thing.. Sorry Brenda, but if the highlight of the resort is the little yellow train and bingo at 8pm, I’m struggling Now I WILL give credit where it’s due because the bar staff were absolutely lovely, Especially Chiara, who by the end of the holiday we genuinely wanted to adopt into the sten weekend. Poor girl deserved a medal trying to accommodate TWENTY men and women on a sten do in the middle of absolutely nowhere, Honestly without her the resort would’ve had the atmosphere of a GP waiting room. Now onto the food situation… There’s no proper grab-and-go snack bar during the day, So if you fancy a little bit of grub by the pool after a few cocktails, absolutely forget it.. You MUST stay in the outside dining area to eat them. And they are STRICT on this too. No sneaking nuggets out wrapped in napkins. No bikini-pocket nuggets. No poolside nug smuggling operation. Honestly security around those chicken nuggets was tighter than airport customs AND while trying to protect your nuggets from hotel security, you’ve also got to defend them from the army of sparrows loitering around the outside dining area waiting to strike. Honestly one looked me dead in the eye like “you gonna finish that?” Back OFF my nuggets, I’ve waited all day for these Now to be fair… one genuinely positive thing about Playa de Muro is the beach itself because it IS beautiful, White sand, crystal clear water and a really peaceful vibe. I can absolutely see why families and couples who want a quiet relaxing break would love it here. Unfortunately… a 20-person sten weekend group from South Wales was probably not the target audience Food overall? Standard all inclusive survival meals. You won’t starve. You also probably won’t emotionally connect with it either. HOWEVER… the chicken nuggets deserve a Michelin star. I would genuinely fly back for the nuggets alone. Outstanding! Drinks were actually decent to be fair, plenty of choice and strong enough to help you forget there’s absolutely sod all around the hotel. Rooms were alright too. Clean enough, decent size, lovely walk-in shower and constant hot water which honestly in an all inclusive is half the battle won. Now let’s discuss check-in because I’m STILL not over it. Everyone else got their rooms straight away. EVERYONE. Me? The actual travel agent? Four hour wait. FOUR. Nothing humbles you faster than standing in a hotel lobby in airport clothes watching everyone else get their wristbands and room keys while you slowly lose the will to live Now credit where it’s due… the adults-only pool area is actually lovely, Little pool beds, a cold bubble tub, peaceful vibes… genuinely the nicest part of the hotel. Mostly because you can sit there and momentarily forget you’re in the middle of nowhere Sadly our sten group realised by DAY THREE… which was also our FINAL NIGHT… that twenty people in Playa de Muro was basically a social experiment gone wrong So €680 later we headed into Magaluf just to remember what music, bars and human civilisation feels like AND finally… if you’re leaving on one of the MANY early Palma flights home… GOOD LUCK No early breakfast. No little takeaway box. Not even so much as a sympathy coffee available before you leave Nothing quite prepares you for dragging your suitcase through reception at stupid o’clock in the morning running purely on resentment and one warm bottle of water from the room. I am officially a disgruntled travel agent at this point… GET ME OUT OF HERE

Excellent location , 1 - 1.5 hrs transfer from Palma airport . I've been to northern Mallorca many times for cycling holidays , this area is renowned for cycling , this is my first time in the Eix Lagotel and I've already booked for next year for the Mallorca 312 . I found the hotel very modern , very clean with very helpful staff . Everyone has different tastes but I didn't find the food to my taste , not enough variety . I loved the hotel beds , pillows and the shower was excellent . The proof is I've booked for next year already .

Staff are very helpful and nice, especially to Juanjon. I would highly recommend this Hotel.

One thing to be improve is, a complimentary Coffee & tea in the room. Everything was Brilliant.
