La chambre et l'hôtel étaient propres, le lieu est agréable et bien décoré, les cocktails sont bons.

Très déçue de la restauration, un buffet de basse qualité en comparaison avec d'autres hôtels 4 étoiles, des produits basiques et peu attrayants, une odeur désagréable dans la salle de restaurant qui n'était pas toujours parfaitement propre, dommage car étant en formule All inclusive (pension complète), cela a complètement gâché mon séjour. Il n'y a pas de chaussons dans la chambre, ni bouilloire pour faire du thé ou du café, l'ensemble est réservé aux clients des suites, une déception de plus pour le prix payé, la moitié du personnel est poli et souriant, l'autre moitié est désagréable et fait la tête. J'ai voyagé 4 fois à Majorque, toujours dans des hôtels 4 étoiles et adults only donc je peux me permettre de dire que le rapport qualité-prix de cet hôtel est médiocre.

El hotel supero con creces mis expectativas. Somos de la isla y era un regalo para mi pareja y reservé la habitación suit con jacuzzi y TODO INCLUIDO y valió mas que la pena. Nuestra experiencia a sido de 10, desde el momento en el que entramos en la recepción con Juan, que nos atendió súper bien a todo el personal sobre todo del restaurante... Soy Celíaca y desde el momento cero que avisé al metre del restaurante todo el personal estuvo pendiente de mi y de que no me faltara de nada... Me hicieron sentir super bien y segura de que todo lo que comía era apto para mi, además de super atentos son súper agradables, siempre atendiéndote con una sonrisa. Como digo nuestra experiencia ha sido increíblemente buena y volveremos sin duda. Muchas gracias a todos por hacernos pasar un fin de semana perfecto!

We had a wonderful stay and were especially impressed by the exceptional service and attention to detail throughout our stay. The cleaning team did a fantastic job. Our room was cleaned thoroughly every day, with fresh towels provided daily, which made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. Thanks to Gali for room service. The reception team was also outstanding. The receptionists were incredibly helpful, patient, and kind, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. It was particularly impressive that they spoke multiple languages, making communication easy and making us feel very welcome. We also really enjoyed interacting with the restaurant staff. Everyone was very friendly and greeted us warmly every time we came in. A special mention goes to Ioana and mister Gabi, who were truly great professionals. They were extremely involved, attentive, and considerate, always making sure guests were comfortable and well taken care of. It was genuinely a pleasure interacting with them and they contributed a lot to making our experience memorable. The food at the restaurant was another highlight of our stay. The quality was top notch, with a great variety of options and different specialties every night

CUVETTE DES TOILETTES JAUNE !!!!!!!!!! Fourmis dans la chambre à notre arrivé, demande pris en compte mais restait des fourmis mortes après le ménage. Drap non changé. Serviette tachée et usée. À 9h du matin les touristes anglais ont déjà réservé leurs transats alors que c’est interdit et bien indiqué. Le maître nageur ne fait rien. Petit rafraîchissement à prévoir.

It’s so clean and the stuff were friendly, and the breakfast was delicious too

The hotel is exceptionally clean and the cleaning stuff is amazing. The food is great but not excellent, there are some weird mix-ups. During our Italian dinner night, there were mostly French cheeses. I didn't mind, but my woman hated it. The location is very quiet and nice. There are enough sunbeds and towels in the pool area. Receptionists speak good enough English, some are very nice and helpful, while others are just meh.

The rooms are a bit small and outdated. The safe is not included in the price and it has a physical key instead of a combination lock, come on, we are in the 21st century. Most of the staff do not speak English and they are not helpful. Especially the dining stuff and cooks. Everyone is so quiet and there is no music in the hotel, which is very weird. Just the background music, you don't have to blast it. The atmosphere is almost like a hospital/pharmacy. It is not a chill seaside hotel.

Nous avons apprécié la variété des mets proposés aux repas et également l'animation en journée et en soirée.

Chambre pas belle et trop petite au vu du prix payé. Difficile de prendre une douche sans inonder la sdb et de se laver sans se tromper la tête. Coffre fort pas très accessible car dans un placard qui n'était pas accessible du fait qu'il y avait une table de chevet entre le lit et la porte du placard qui rendait difficile l'accès. Les plats étaient servis tiède, voir froid. La chose qui nous a le plus dérangé c'est qu'il y avait beaucoup trop de fumeurs et ils avaient le droit de fumer partout autour de la seule piscine dont disposait l'hôtel, hormis celle du spa. Les spectacles du soir se passaient dehors où de nouveau les gens pouvaient fumer partout, ce qui nous a fortement dérangé pendant tout notre séjour. En effet, il y avait beaucoup de fumeurs dans cet hôtel et l'odeur du tabac était omniprésent autour de la piscine et là où se tenaient les soirées spectacles. Nous n'avons jamais rencontré ce problème dans les hôtels que nous avons fréquentés par le passé où il y avait toujours une zone dédiée aux fumeurs. Pour conclure, nous ne recommanderions pas cet hôtel à des non fumeurs. Nous avons été déçus également par le spa. Pas de personnel disponible au spa, obligés de réserver auprès de la réception à l'avance pour utiliser le hammam qui n'était pas allumé et qu'une fois mis en marche il fallait attendre 45 minutes avant qu'il chauffe et même là il ne fonctionnait pas bien. Pas de jets d'eau dans la piscine non plus. Très peu de prestations proposées. Enfin, le quartier est très calme et manque d'animation et de bars. Il fallait prendre un bus pour se rendre à Alcudia pour trouver des bars et magasins, etc. S'il n'y avait pas eu les spectacles à l'hôtel le soir ça aurait été un séjour très ennuyeux.

Wir hatten einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt und können das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ein ganz großes Lob möchten wir vor allem dem gesamten Personal aussprechen! Von der Rezeption über das Restaurant und die Bar bis hin zu den Reinigungskräften waren wirklich alle außergewöhnlich freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Man wurde immer mit einem Lächeln begrüßt und hatte das Gefühl, dass sich das Personal wirklich Mühe gibt, den Gästen einen schönen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Auf jeden Wunsch wurde eingegangen und bei Fragen oder Problemen wurde sofort geholfen. So ein tolles und zuvorkommendes Personal erlebt man wirklich nicht überall – dafür ein riesiges Dankeschön! ❤️ Unser Zimmer war schön und groß genug und wurde jeden Tag sehr gründlich gereinigt. Wir hatten anfangs Ameisen im Zimmer, aber nachdem wir Bescheid gegeben hatten, wurde sich sofort darum gekümmert. Ein großes Highlight war definitiv das Essen! Frühstück, Mittag- und Abendessen waren wirklich unglaublich lecker und sehr gut zubereitet. Es gab eine tolle Auswahl und auch einen eigenen vegetarischen Bereich. Auch die Cocktails waren sehr lecker. 🍹 Die Lage hat uns ebenfalls gut gefallen. Man kann in der Umgebung schön spazieren gehen, mehrere Supermärkte befinden sich in der Nähe und zum Strand braucht man zu Fuß ungefähr 5–10 Minuten. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen und können das Hotel von Herzen weiterempfehlen! ❤️

Eigentlich gibt es wirklich kaum etwas zu bemängeln. Zwei kleine Kritikpunkte hätten wir dennoch: Der Pool war leider teilweise sehr dreckig. Außerdem wurden viele Liegen bereits früh morgens mit Handtüchern reserviert, obwohl teilweise stundenlang niemand dort war. Hier wäre eine bessere Kontrolle durch das Hotel wünschenswert. Auch die Dusche im Zimmer ist etwas unpraktisch gestaltet, da beim Duschen sehr viel Wasser nach draußen läuft und der Badezimmerboden dadurch schnell nass wird.

Se proprio devo trovare un "aspetto negativo" è la superficialità dei camerieri del ristorante. Focalizzati soprattutto a sparecchiare nel più breve tempo possibile. Anche la pulizia di tavoli e sedute, seppur accettabile, è sempre stata piuttosto superficiale. A tal proposito, consiglio tavoli assegnati, ricambio delle tovaglie (meglio in tessuto; ma quelle presenti in plastica è bene cambiarle e pulirle quando un tavolo si alza) e una pulizia più attenta delle sedute.

Nous avons apprécié cet hotel, l'emplacement, la disponibilité du personnel, les services, le restaurant parfait un grand choix au petit déjeuner et le dîner c'était parfait . Le restaurant est bien agencé de façon a ce que lon se sente comme dans un restaurant. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés.

Cheiro a esgoto no quarto, formigas por todo o lado, animadores de piscina que estavam mais desanimados que eu, apenas 2 para um hotel deste tamanho não faz sentido e cada atividade tinha no mínimo 2 horas… o Wi-Fi do hotel é o mesmo que no subterrâneo de um shopping, está sempre a cair. Para o preço que foi no mínimo uma smart tv no quarto mesmo que fosse pequena e barata. A distancia até à praia é muito grande e passas por um lago que tem o cheiro de uma morgue, só para avisar caso alguém ache perto na internet.

Prekrasan hotel sa prekrasnim osobljen i izvrsnom hranom. Od usluge, pa do bazena, sve je bilo prekrasno, ostali smo bez rijeci. Svaki dan dolazi spremacica da ocisti sve i svaki dan imaju razlicite aktivnosti, od igranja nogometa, tenisa, odbojke i svega ostalog. Navecer su razni događaji i pjevači, jednostavno smo bili odusevljeni. Pića koliko hoces, koktela svih vrsta, necete pogrijesiti s ovim hotelom.

Bardzo dobre, bogate posiłki. Wykupiona mielismy opcje sniadania + kolacje. Kolacje byly tematyczne codziennie inna kuchnia plus czesc ktora sie powtarzała jak pizza, makarony. Śniadania bogate (duzo wędlin, serów do wyboru, jajka w różnej postaci, warzywa, owoce i ciasteczka oraz placki na slodko).

Everything was clean, the buffet was nice and the hotel wasn’t too far from the beach.

Hated that if you would want to lay on a sun bed by the pool, you’d have to wake up early and put a towel down on a sun bed to “reserve it”. Even though there is a sign that says that if you put a towel on a sun bed and are not still not there after an hour then the staff would remove it, but the staff doesn’t care. So we never stayed at the pool unfortunately. I’m not participating to the sun bed war

El buffet de la comida y de la cena bastante regular, no había mucha variedad y casi todos los días lo mismo. El hecho de que el todo incluido acabe a las 00 de la noche no me gustó mucho y no había opciones para picar entre horas, por la mañana no había nada y por la tarde había snack de 15 a 18 pero es comida como perritos calientes o hamburguesas pero no había cosas como patatas chips, aceitunas o cosas así. En general no está mal pero por ese precio hay hoteles mejores

Everything was amazing. The location was great, only 10mins walk from the beach and a lounge with views to a nearby lake. The pool was great, staff were friendly and the food was really good, with a different cuisine every evening.

A lot of the plates/cutlery were not very clean and the variety of food for lunch was not as good as for dinner, but that was the only thing we didn't like. Otherwise, the hotel was exceptional.

Food was great (except coctails, those were awful), location was ok, room clean.

Sound isolation doesn't exist, you can hear everything from the room next to yours or outside from the hallway. I was waken multipe times by sound of people next room or people going trough hallway. Stuff was not interested, sometimes rude. Also, some ants were found in the room, but not many to worry about it.

Hotel muito bem cuidado e bonito. Quartos agradáveis e actualizados, cama e almofadas confortáveis. Staff muito simpático e pequeno almoço muito variado. Localização excelente, próximo da Praia de Muro, restaurantes e supermercados. Sendo Adults only o ambiente do hotel é calmo e permite relaxar. Houve espectáculo todas as noites junto à piscina.

Cadeiras da piscina ocupadas com toalhas de manhãcedo. O hotel devia ser rigoroso e impedir que isto aconteça. Grande parte das vezes as cadeiras ficam vazias durante horas ou o dia todo. O ginásio requer manutenção. As máquinas não funcionam ou funcionam mal por falta de manutenção ou por serem muito antigas. A porta da varanda não fechava. Apesar de não termos achado inseguro, sendo um quarto no 1 andar virado para a rua, é conveniente que a porta feche em segurança.

Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos en este hotel. El personal es muy amable, especialmente recepción y el cocinero del show cooking del desayuno. Habitación muy correcta, cama y almohadas cómodas. Fácil aparcamiento gratuito.

Es un hotel con grandes espacios salones y área de piscina. El personal muy amable.

La calidad de la comida es un poco floja. Para ser un hotel de solo adultos me pareció fuera de lugar gente hablando a gritos con el móvil y fumando fuera de las áreas autorizadas.

Tout était fabuleux ! Le buffet est incroyable, le personnel est gentil et souriant, l’hôtel est hyper clean, très calme. Aux prochains visiteurs : il y a un chat adorable gris et blanc qui est sur le parking de l’hôtel, il dort souvent sous les voitures. Je crois qu’il n’est à personne … on lui donnait des croquettes, de l’eau et des câlins. J’ai eu le cœur brisé en partant de le laisser … si d’autres voyageurs veulent prendre le relais …

Sehr netter Empfang. Wir haben ein Upgrate auf eine Suite bekommen, da kein Zimmer mit Doppelbett verfügbar war. Super Frühstück, mega Pool und tagsüber angenehme Animation, welche aber nicht aufdringlich ist, ein nettes Team. Abends ein gemütliches Unterhaltungsprogramm. Gute Cocktails an der Bar. Ruhige Lage und es gibt Parkplätze an der Straße oder vor und hinter dem Hotel.

Servicepersonal an der Bar war abends etwas überfordert sobald mehr los war, längere Wartezeit auf Bestellung.

El hotel en general está bien, buena comida, para relajarte, sin niños, sin jóvenes que van en régimen de todo incluido ha emborracharse y gritar

Cojimos este hotel porque mi mujer está enferma y no le puede dar el sol, por el spa, no pudo entrar en la piscina y jacuzzi de fria que estaba el agua y la sauna estaba apagada y tenías que esperar 20 minutos a que se calentase, en resumen que si coges este hotel por el spa, no lo recomiendo bajo ningún concepto.

Fui con mi mujer, para el spa, la piscina interior estaba congelada no nos pudimos meter, cojimos todo incluido y en el bar de donde el espectáculo parecía que tenías que rogar las consumiciónes había en carta helados al verme la pulsera me dijo helados no , eso a la tarde en el bar, le pedí a otro camarero una piña colada y me dice tendrás que esperar 20 minutos , al traérmelo me dice has tendido suerte , después de pagar 300 euros que vergüenza, el buffet era el mismo tanto la cena , como comida incluso habían cosas en el desayuno de lo mismo muy poca varíedad y muy básica, para el precio que tiene el hotel deja mucho que desear, a por cierto y pedí cama completa en vez de dar dos dobles y nos dieron una suite que la tenía de matrimonio, pero teníamos todo incluido y nos dijeron que no podíamos tomar ni las bebidas ni los cafés y snack que había en la suite eso era de coste a parte después de tener el todo incluido, me esperaba un super fin de semana con mi mujer que nos a costado mucho sacar ese dinero para irnos juntos dos días y a sido peor que en casa.

Very nice place to stay at with comfortable and clean room, kind and helpful staff, delicious and various food and drinks. You can enjoy different programs in the evening and there are many other activity possibilities too. The environment and atmosphere is very pleasant and it is close to the beach (a few minutes on foot) which is also a big advantage. It is also possible to park around the hotel.

La atención de todo el personal es excelente. Desde María en recepción, los camareros del buffet hasta Sonia como camarera de pisos, que hacen que la experiencia sea magnífica. El hotel es muy bonito, con ambiente relajante y la temática de las cena del buffet, todo un acierto.

No hay nada que me disgustara. Solo el primer día el aire acondicionado de la habitación no funciona pero en recepción lo arreglaron en un par de horas, gracias al equipo de mantenimiento. Fuimos a celebrar nuestro aniversario de boda y nos sorprendieron con un regalo en la habitación. Que más se puede pedir!

- Although the hotel is relatively large, it successfully maintains an intimate and welcoming atmosphere. - The restaurant staff, pool bar team, and housekeeping personnel were consistently courteous, attentive and professional. In comparison, the reception staff appeared somewhat more reserved in their interactions. - The standard of cleanliness exceeded expectations. The hotel was impeccably maintained throughout, with all areas consistently spotless. - The location is excellent, situated away from busy streets while remaining just a five-minute walk from the beach. - The quality and variety of food offered under the all-inclusive package were outstanding, with themed dinner evenings providing additional variety and interest. - The evening entertainment programe was enjoyable and well-organised, offering a good level of entertainment throughout our stay.

Overall, there was very little to fault about the hotel. While some of the furniture could benefit from refurbishment or replacement, these are relatively minor issues and did not detract from our overall positive impression or enjoyment of the stay.

Het hotel heeft een goede ligging met voldoende faciliteiten. Je loopt in 10 minuutjes naar een prachtig strand en het hotel ligt naast een natuurpark. Je krijgt een armbandje waarmee je je kamer kan opendoen en je drankjes mee kan bestellen bij één van de barren of het restaurant. Er zijn veel leuke zitplekken bij het zwembad of de tuin. Ook binnen een mooie bar met lounge. We waren te spreken over het restaurant. Veel keuze, goed eten en elke dag anders. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We hebben ervan genoten!

Hôtel très propre et calme. Les cours de gym sont très bien avec des animateurs compétents. Le spa est très agréable ouvert de 8h à 20h. Merci pour la chambre avec vue piscine.

Nous avions déjà séjourné l’année dernière dans cet hôtel et nous avons été déçus cette année par la nourriture tant au niveau qualité que choix. Il n’y a plus de buffet à thème. Je regrette que le hammam ne soit pas en fonction, déjà l’an passé.

Der Raum war schön sauber, der Badezimmer war modern mit schöne Duschkabine. Essen war ganz gut man könnte immer was für sich finden (wir hatten halb-Pension). Der Pool war groß genug und relativ lange offen. Fitnessstudio war OK es war möglich ein einfaches Training da zu machen. Blick auf kleine See hat ein wenig kompensiert, dass man das Meer nicht sehen konnte. Es gab paar Möglichkeiten für Freizeitaktivitäten wir Minigolf, dart, und mehrere Aktivitäten organisiert bei Animationsteam. Bett war gut bequem und groß. preise im Bar waren fair. Es war eine Möglichkeit nasse Sachen aufzuhängen auf dem Balkon was war sehr praktisch

Unsere Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert, der Schrank steht sehr nah am Bett was nicht ganz bequem war (schlechte Zugang). Keine entkoffeinierte Kaffee und kleine Auswahl an alkoholfreie Drinks (eigentlich nur 0% Beer, die "Koktails" waren einfach zwei gemischte Säfte). Ich fand es schade, dass Yoga und Pilates die jede morgen angeboten waren waren um 10.30 also direkt nach der Frühstück Zeit, ich hätte gerne teilgenommen aber vor der essen, mit vollem Bauch kann man weder Yoga noch Pilates gut machen. Sehr schwache Haartrockner um Raum (wenn man mehr Haare hat soll eigene mitbringen)

Tout était parfait , chambre, nourriture, personnel très agréable Il faut juste savoir qu’une grande partie de la clientèle sont des cyclistes mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé

La piscine extérieure n est pas chauffée du tout mais il y a une piscine intérieure dont on a pu profiter
