Unfortunately there was a party in the hotel bar. Rather loud music went on quite late.

Het was erg stoffig en oppervlakkig schoon. Daarnaast was het etablissement onverwachts gesloten wegens vakantie. Dat betekende ook geen ontbijt faciliteiten.

The location was very good in terms of proximity to the station, and a short walk into the middle of Surbiton. Oh, and the shower was hot and powerful. That was about it in terms of the positives.

I had highlighted that I had an event at 3pm - they told me check in was at 3pm but they would do what they could to check me in earlier, and if not, they've give me a place to get changed and leave my bags. When I buzzed the door at 2pm. I was told "no check-in before 3. No, we don't have anywhere for you to get changed. Come back at 3" I had to make other arrangements to get ready for my event. When I did get into my room, I was greeted with a half eaten cheese sandwich on the desk and an open, half drank bottle of water on the bedside table. When I grabbed a cleaned to tell them, she just shrugged and took the items from me. No explanation. The bath was grubby and needed a really good clean. The bed was not comfy. The pillows smelled like they needed a good wash. Generally, a really poor experience. I have stayed here before and never had a problem. But it seems like the quality has fallen off a cliff since last year.

The noise from the “bar”, it was more like a nightclub not a bar, music so loud until 1am with our room above wasn’t what we expected. Overpriced for what it was.

The staff were nice. Fundamentally the room was nicely decorated.

A few things were broken in the room - fridge, wall plugs, blinds etc. and the property seems a tad neglected.

Very central in Surbiton, excellent out of London location as the train station is across the road

When we arrived, we were told there were no bar or restaurant facilities and when I asked for two extra pillows I was told non were available. Odd that in the morning o asked a different member of staff who sorted it out with in minutes.

Second time staying here. Friendly staff, clean rooms. Located next to train station, with easy access to London via Waterloo station.

Unfortunately I would of rated this hotel better, but we had someone come into our room and steal £30 on our desk. The reception staff were so uninterested nor did they want to give us any compensation on the matter, and lied that no housekeeping had been in our room.Another thing that's not great at this hotel was the thin walls you can hear every door slams in the middle of the night. So sleep wasn't great. Its a shame because the 70s bar and the cocktails we had were great. And the bar staff were friendly too.

I've stayed here a number of times and there always seems to be an issue. Whether that's a tv remote that doesn't work or the smell of old smoke in the rooms. But on 2 occasions, there is loud banging noises from people who are moving steel alcohol barrels on the ground floor, which you just cannot sleep through. Yesterday this began at 05:45 till almost 06:45. This is ridiculous and needs to be addressed.

When checking in my wife released she had made a genuine mix up with the date of her reservation. The girl on the desk was rude and unhelpful. I would avoid if you actually like good customer service. It was our mistake but the attitude from the staff member was not good at all.

We lived in the area before, and are familiar with the hotel and its family history. Up visiting friends for a Saturday night, the hotel suited all our needs.

Great rooms, quite spacious which is always nice. Super clean and great location right in front of the station. Staff is very friendly and welcoming it really does make the difference

Blocked bath waste, no cold water basin tap, no logically positioned electric sockets for boiling kettle or hairdryer, carpet unfixed to ensuite bathroom, wardrobe door couldnt open or close properly as curtains in the way, tv no hd as signal poor, windows falling apart on the outside, tiny fridge, no parking outside.

My bathroom sink did not drain away and the bath didn't empty either. No one around to ask .

We arrived at 11pm having sent a quick message to the front desk earlier in the day to let them know of our late arrival. Prompt entry and the lady on the front desk was very helpful. We had room 301 on the third floor. I assume it was an accessible room as we had a huge wet room. Room was large and very modern, even had a terrace! Large TV, air con! Extra pillows, Lavazza coffee machine, kettle, iron, mini fridge, toiletries. We stayed on a Monday night so the bar below was not open but we did not hear a peep from anyone all night. Comfortable enough bed and black out curtains so we good a good night's sleep. Location is amazing for Surbiton station, 1 minute walk! We were at Wimbledon for the day so one stop and a short train ride away. Plenty of shops and restaurants close by. Wetherspoons next door for cheap breakfast! I would recommend and stay again if in the area.

Super location in downtown Surbiton. AC was quiet and worked well.

They don’t do breakfast and the parking was limited so I had to park on the road which meant I had to be gone by 08:00 the next morning

Very good facilities in the room including coffee machine, tea and voffee, toiletries and iron and hairdryer. Spacious too. Just a little dark in the bathroom.

I had my wedding at Glenmore House and staying at this hotel was important given the 5 minute walk to the venue. Your staff were so incredibly helpful and gave me a tour of the hotel in advance. Syria was also so helpful on the phone the day before. The rooms with balconies are just fabulous and we also loved the nightclub.

The hotel is well located. The room is very nice, large and comfortable. The staff are very friendly.

Me and my husband stayed here for 1 night to attend a concert in Surbiton. What a great find this boutique hotel was, perfect location with train station, local bars and shops all within walking distance! The Bosco bar in the hotel served the best pornstar martinis I’ve ever tasted and the setting in there was very cute! The rooms were of a standard size, clean and modern, ideal for what we needed, the only negative would be the air con system was a little noisy. Overall we had a very pleasant stay and absolutely would return!

Hotel Bosco is definitely worth recommending. Not only because it offers good value for money, but also because of the excellent service and its convenient location for exploring London by public transport. Breakfast isn’t provided, but that’s not a problem as there are plenty of options in the immediate vicinity. That’s also one of the reasons why I pop in there several times a year.

Hotel was in a great location, the train station and parking were only a 2 minute walk away. Lots of shops and Restaurants nearby. The room was a good size, bed was really comfortable. Cleanliness was perfect! We were on the 2nd floor over a weekend and didn't hear any guests around us, we could hear a bit of music from the bar/restaurant below but definitely not enough to keep us awake. We would definitely stay again

Tap on the sink took a bit of working out, never seen one like that before. The shower head could do with a descale as some of the holes weren't working or were squirting water at random angles and the bath drain was a little slow draining but nothing was 'bad' enough for us not to book again

The location was excellent. The room was very comfortable with good refreshments. Breakfast was off site but 10% and recommendation for Pickled Pantry opp hotel could not be better. The whole stay was a great success.

Very loud noise. My bride could not sleep, was terrible. They have a night club until 2am. The staff are absolutely useless, knowing the issue.

TV didn’t work. And never did get fixed during our stay. The room on the third floor was super hot all the time, although after 20 minutes of AC it did get cooler and AC worked well. The bathroom floor was dirty when arrived tot he room first time.

I didnt eat at the hotel this time. The location was perfect for me as it was close to my family and the station. I have no complaints wot so ever. Highly recommended.

There systems went down and they rebooked my room . They didn’t send me a message and I had to find myself a new hotel at 10:00 pm . I am waiting for them to pay my deposit back . For my inconvenience they offered me a beer .

The location was perfect for us and the rooms were comfortable and large.

The view out the window wasn’t pretty but it was great that they opened.

Das Zimmer war in Ordnung, aber ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen.

Die Unterkunft ist schon ziemlich weit ab vom Schuss und mit ÖPNV nur mäßig zu erreichen. Die Rezeption ist nur auf Anforderung besetzt, das Frühstück wurde abgesagt. Der Nachtclub direkt neben an ist auch bei geschlossenem Fenster so klar zu hören als würde man sein Ohr auf die Musikbox legen.

Besonders gut gefallen hat mir, dass das Zimmer sehr sauber und ordentlich war. Außerdem gab es im Zimmer die Möglichkeit, Kaffee, Tee oder heiße Schokolade zuzubereiten. Das Bad wirkte sehr modern und der Empfang war ebenfalls sehr freundlich. Auch die Lage des Hotels ist sehr praktisch, da es nahe an der Zugstation liegt.

Leider befindet sich direkt unter dem Hotel eine Diskothek mit Cocktailbar. Dadurch war es nachts sehr laut und es war fast unmöglich zu schlafen. An zwei Nächten konnten wir deshalb kaum schlafen. Am Sonntag und Montag, als die Diskothek geschlossen war, konnten wir dagegen sehr gut schlafen.

The club was so loud, I could not sleep for a big part of the night. Luckily we only stayed there for one night.

Stayed 13–16 February. The first room was dusty with stained carpets and had blood stains on the sheets — completely unacceptable for a four-star hotel. We were moved to a smaller room with no price adjustment, and were told to handle this ourselves by phone. Emails requesting a refund went unanswered. Very poor hygiene and customer service.

Main issue: hotel is attached to cocktail bar which blasts out very loud music until 1am. Very poor soundproofing so it's like being in the toilet of a club. Only stay here if you plan on coming back to your room after 1am. On arrival front door locked, no one on front desk to buzz us in for 10 mins, very confusing. Both blinds in bedroom broken shut so very little light in room.

Hotel Bosco is in a prime location, within 2 min walk to Surbiton Train Station and local bar, restaurants and amenities. I stay at the Bosco for 3 nights every 1/2 months for work commitments. I've always found it friendly. The rooms are modern and beautifully decorated and the bathrooms have the added bonus of a bath as well as a lovely shower. I will certainly be stopping here again.

Ideal location for taking a fast train from Surbiton into central London. Plenty of local places to eat breakfast.

Well run, no fuss hotel with good rooms. Ideally located near Surbiton train station which has fast trains into Waterloo. Plenty of nice places to eat in Surbiton.

I can’t really say much but the location was Perfect

We were quite disappointed with our stay. We paid extra for a balcony, however there was no outside light, which made it impractical to use at night. The toilet lock was broken, and there was also a ceiling light hanging loose that we had to fix ourselves. For the price paid, we expected much better maintenance and attention to detail.

The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is so close to the train station and good cafes and pubs.

Our first impression of the staff was not good. They didn't allow us to check in one hour in advance after our long trip. They requested a 20 pounds, but theough booking website, they claimed that our request to early checkin was accepted. We ended up waiting for an hour to the regular checkin time.

Stayed one night for business and found that when I returned to the hotel at night, there was no hot water. When I got up the next morning, still no hot water. The same was true for my colleagues in other rooms. There had been no communication about this, and there was no-one to speak to at reception. I emailed subsequently, but have received no reply. Poor.

Unfortunately very noisy extremely dodgy men in next room shouting and arguing very aggressively literally all through the night. Different men coming and going so I didn’t sleep at all through the night and felt very anxious. Tried to call the number for night time help but no answer.

Very convenient for the station. Comfy bed and clean room.

Hotel Bosch has a great location in Surbiton (SW Londin) with great train connection and wonderful cafes and restaurants. The issue is that they have a music bar and music is very loud until 1am. We paid extra for a “quiet room” but even on the second d floor was impossible to sleep until 1am. Also the carpets in the room are very old and stained.

Stayed for my 60th birthday weekend with friends and went into central London 2 days running. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, and conveniently almost opposite the station. The fact that the hotel does not do breakfast didn’t matter as there is a Wetherspoons next door and a fantastic cafe opposite. We all enjoyed our stay

The music from the bar was very loud and went on until quite late and we had a loud guest next door to us on the phone from 4/5am.
