The location, cleanliness and staff

Our family had a lovely wonderful stay throughout our 17 days in the city at this 2BR serviced apartment It felt like a home away from home thanks to all the staffs who made this possible- though one should not expect this establishment to be that of a grandiose 5-star hotel. Special mentions to the breakfast team, the staffs are brilliant and so friendly. Breakfast spread were right up our alley with with a variety of local foods and dishes prepared by the cook daily, on top of a line of up basic international standard buffet items. Hotel rooms and common areas are kept very clean, though dated, furniture we had in our apartment was of acceptable standards. We hope to see every one again next year 谢谢所有工作人员，尤其是早餐团队！

早餐比较家常。地理位置极佳，楼下有公交车站，距离地铁1号线小白楼站约700米。就在五大道景区边上，在房间可以俯瞰五大道景区或是泰安道，新华路上有一家渔家院海鲜超级划算，洛阳道上的福慧轩有传统天津菜，小白楼的起士林是比较正宗的俄式餐厅。

酒店里有一部分租给了月子中心，感觉酒店不足够纯粹。

On October 22, 2025, the second day of our stay, upon returning in the evening, we found water on the floor, on the bed and our clothes wet. We immediately notified the staff, but they said there was no problem. We were forced to change room, so we had to pack all our belongings into our bags, and the process lasted until 11.30 pm. Faced with this major inconvenience, we asked to speak to the manager, but after several days, no one contacted us. At the reception we were told that they could not provide any compensation because, according to them, they had not identified the source of the problem. This is an unacceptable response. We found a puddle of water on the floor in our room, along with wet duvets, mattresses, pillows, and clothing. If you can't find the reason, it's not our problem. It is your responsibility and duty to ensure guests are comfortable and safe. We expect you to at least apologize personally for the inconvenience, we're not asking for compensation, but to be treated fairly. We are regular customers for work reasons.

Location is ok but property is old and room ‘s toilets need to renovate especially bath tub .

Very convenient and friendly stay . Assisted for early check-in without any hassle . Environment is quiet . Highly recommended .

While our stay got off to a rocky start, the staff were very helpful in sorting out some broken appliances. The room was very clean and comfortable. The halls had a lot of visible dust at the carpet edges but otherwise common spaces were also clean.

everything from the building to the furnishing is extremely dated and looked like they need a major reno. the walls are peeling, kickboards are cracked, tiles in the bathroom are loose and worst of all, the whole hotel corridor reeked of the smell of cigarettes!

Everything is good except breakfast choices can be improved. Reception staff are all very friendly and capable. Felt safe and the apartment was very spacious and enough equipment in the kitchen.

I asked for gluten free options for breakfast and soya milk - in China this should not be an issue. However I was told that only 1 day a week there is soya milk.

very aged, very worn carpets in the hallways, and while the room itself was comfortable it was very very aged. The bed was very hard.

Very comfortable well located clean accommodation. Easy and quick check in, secured and conveniently located with many trendy and interesting restaurants nearby. Will certainly return.

The apartment was nice & clean, staff were friendly & helpful. Overall was good and we were happy with stay.

The building is in a central location in downtown Tianjin. The view on level 31 was spectacular. There was enough space for everyone. The staff were polite and courteous although their English is limited. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment but it’s more of a one bedroom plus a study. A rollaway bed was added upon our request and it was such a letdown. The bed was very hard and with very thin cushioning. Moreover, it wasn’t long enough for an adult. Choices at breakfast wasn’t great and it finishes at 9:30am, fairly early for people on holidays. Overall we had a pleasant stay and would consider staying again.

There area is really nice, behind the hotel there is many good restaurants and bars, there is also the old neighborhood of tianjin really nice architecture, moreover it only needs around 20 mints to the airport.

ホテルのフロントは、愛想がよく、日本語も話せるので、チェックインもスムーズです。部屋は、１ＬＤＫの部屋を予約しましたが、とても快適でした！ＬＤＫは、広く、料理をする人ならとても使いやすいキッチンがあるので、おすすめです。朝御飯は、和中があり、中華料理が苦手な人も問題ないと思います。ただ、食事に関しては、おなか一杯になるいう程度で、特筆することはありませんが。 ホテルの近くには、バス停もあり、移動には不自由しません。バスを使えば繁華街のビンジャンダオにも5分程度で行くことができます。 ホテルの中にも日本料理店がありますが、10分ほど歩くと焼肉屋や居酒屋などが数件あります。 部屋も環境も快適で、おすすめのホテルです。

출장으로 성인 2명이상 숙소를 이용해야한다면 무조건 추천합니다. 유일한 단점은 숙소위치가 역에서 약2블럭 500미터 이상 떨어져 있어서 성인걸음으로 15분정도 걸린다는게 유일한 단점입니다. 그외 조식, 청결, 서비스 모두 만족했습니다.

酒店总体感觉只能用一般来形容，没什么值得惊喜的！当然，前台，客房和餐厅工作人员的态度和服务还不错！最大的问题是我们一共四个成人入住，酒店只提供三份早餐，不清楚是网站的原因，还是酒店本身的问题。

We arrived hotel at 10:20 PM after long international trip. There were no any restaurant opening or room service in hotel. The next morning when we go to for breakfast we were told only including one breakfast and need to pay additional RMB 80. But When I booked the one bedroom room it showed up to 3 guests and including free internet and breakfast. By the way the room is large enough and clean. Water pressure for shower is good.

The hotel is centrally located and subway station is just nearby. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful and they all demonstrate good abilities to interact with guests. The club and restaurant staff is particularly warm to provide updated travel information and make a set of Chinese dumplings delivering to our room after their cooking lessons organized for hotel guests. If you want not just good facilities but also friendly services for your stay, this hotel is the right choice in Tianjin.

Awesome room, kitchen, laundry, living space. Close to banks, food. Easy to get to various areas of Tianjin. Helpful staff, some did not speak English. My girlfriend hurt her hand and when we got back to the room the staff had written a note of concern and provided some bandages, gauze and tape. Very nice touch. Quiet living for sleeping, nice view of the city. Great for business professionals who need to stay a period of time in the city.

great location, price,and quality

If you don't need (or want to pay for) a fancy entrance and lobby, this is the place for you. Spacious apartments, perfectly appointed for the business traveler, spectacular views. Breakfast is rather modest but you do have your own full kitchen.

Over the years of travelling, Somerset has always been one of my top choices to stay-in during vacations. However, with comparison of my last stay-in with the recent ones, it seemed that the serviced residence has reduced its quality standard by a bit. No doubt, the serviced residence is still good in terms of cleanliness of room, service quality. However, the hotel amenities lacks maintenance and the bed is hard as any wooden plank can be. Location wise, the serviced residence is located in between the CBD area and as well as some upscale malls. A bus-stop is located directly in front of the serviced residence, so there shouldn't be any problem of travelling.

Hotel room was too hot, I tried to cool it off with AC but it did not work; even leaving the window open did not cool it sufficiently. Service in Club Lounge excellent, staff very helpful and meeting room was very good.
