We stay here for our anniversary & parent’s birthday. We got a cake and dessert from hotel for celebrating. Everything here was excellent especially all staff here were very friendly and nice. The interior of the hotel looks like visiting an art gallery. Breakfast here also excellent. We all love it and definitely will come back when next visit.

That the red wine and the white wine is served with the same temperature . Explanation was that there is only one wine refrigerator .

Very luxurious and beautiful hotel. We celebrated a birthday and anniversary and our room was very nicely decorated with some small gifts. In the evening the restaurant had also been informed and had prepared a nice surprise.

it was pretty ok. there are lots of thing you can do in the hotel and the mattress is really comfy. they do care about you while you are staying.

This hotel is like art museum. You’ll be happy with full of masterpieces. Breakfast has Goubli, the best steamed bun in the world! One thing I was impressed; I was working w/o mousepad. They put RCT mousepad next day. Appreciated the hospitality. I’ll definitely stay again next time.

It's convenient and easy to move around from my room to the executive lounge. The buffet breakfast is as good as it gets.

I was lucky enough to spend two nights in this hotel and I won't soon forget my stay. Everything was perfect down to the smallest detail. The building is impressive, and the blend of European and Chinese design is very successful. The historic district is a must-see. You'll never tire of it. Thanks to everyone and special to Jeffi.

Everything was top tier, nice staff fantastic dining and room service. Pool, steam and sauna rooms were all well maintained.

Classic hotel with beautiful stairway and entrance. The room had an extra large king size bed that can fit four of us! Breakfast buffet is plentiful, with both Chinese and Western offerings. It's nice to walk around the neighborhood with many historical buildings.

Went for a quick dimsum at the Tian Tai Xuan cantonese restaurant: great staff and sublime services, especially Mia. Thanks a lot for the yum cha experience. Hope to have the same extraordinary experience, this evening, at dinner buffet at the Zest, with our Amex Platinum's FHR program $100 food credit.

The Ritz Carlton Tianjin is a palace-like hotel. From the moment you enter its gates, you can feel the luxury, the eyes never stop admiring the works of art, the amazing decoration in every corner and on every floor. The suite is like a decorated apartment and the feeling of home is strong. The employees throughout the hotel are so helpful and do a great job for every guest. The manager of rooms Mr. Gordon is especially charming, he helped us so much in some matters even related to the airline and future flight, for every request and question we had an address, moreover Mr. Gordon gave us a gift, the book about this amazing city Tianjin We fell in love with this place and had so much fun. The club lounge is beautifully designed, it is a wonderful experience for meals to work areas, afternoon tea, many types of drinks and specialty cocktails. The buffet-style breakfast restaurant is extraordinary in its beauty, there are so many places to sit, you might think you are in a different restaurant every day. The variety is so amazing, beautifully designed for the eyes and delicious and excellent tastes .The service is excellent . Above all, we really fell in love with the GM of the hotel Mr. Charlie Zha ,a lovely charming person. Not only does he instill in all the hotel employees the consciousness of service and excellence, but he is in himself a person who is pleasant to talk to ,with a vision, We enjoyed so much hearing in our meetings with him ,during our stay ,that we have some similar aspirations and thoughts, in our love and desire to see and experience the world - to have special experiences and to meet a variety of people from different countries and different cultures. We found a common language and felt most welcomed. It is clear to us that we will get to meet him personally in any hotel he will manage in future ,anywhere else in the world. What a surprise awaited us at the next Ritz Carlton hotel where we stayed, a photo that Mr. Charlie sent to the hotel was printed for us and placed in our room as part of the amazing reception they held in our honor.The Ritz Carlton Chain is our favorite Chain in the world

As seen in the pictures, it’s such a beautiful and luxury hotel, with attentive service from the staff. I love every aspect of this hotel. The room, the beds, the AC temperature was just right to me. During our stay, the swimming pool was under maintenance. The staff got a ride for us to a sister hotel to enjoy the pool. Definitely will stay again!

Beautiful hotel with amazing room, beautifully appointed rooms. Great views. Front desk staff communicated clearly in English. Fantastic breakfast (food was great, staff came across as ambivalent though, and after being seated, no one spoke to me again all three mornings) Request for extra water not fulfilled (could have been language barrier _ Housekeeping left a not in Chinese in response to my note in English – no idea what it said. Following day left me a mousepad…Still not sure if that is a standard parting gift / thank you, etc. If I am ever in Tianjin again, I would absolutely stay here again.

The hotel is fantastic, the room was immaculate, with ample space and a consistently warm atmosphere. The lobby is exceptionally charming, with great artwork. The service is exceptional, English is spoken all around the hotel. The front desk checked me in quickly, everyone at the hotel has a great service mentality and it is one of the best Hotels that I have stayed in my life. Breakfast was super good, with a lot of variety. Net if you are in Tianjin this hotel is amazing and absolutely the place to stay.

It is a beautiful hotel located right in the center of the city. We have chosen it because we want to experience a Ritz stay in China. We are not disappointed. The hotel building itself is superb and historical. All details are taken care of, from the luxurious lobby to the rooms. The staff are highly amiable and ready to help at any time. The breakfast is the best we've had during our stay in China.

Maybe the hotel can use a bit more air freshener to make the rooms smell fresher or air the room before the arrival of the guests. It's just a minor issue.

The suite was absolutely sensational, we’ll never stay anywhere so luxurious again! The club lounge incudes set times for every meal so no need to eat out. Excellent food. Club also included 2 clothing items to be ironed and taxi journeys within 3km. All staff did an excellent job at were very helpful. Location is fantastic and very central to the city, roughly a 15 minute taxi to the Tianjin Eye and Tianjin rail station. Wi-Fi speed.

Club lounge is a little weak as far as the food is concerned.

I was taking a flight transfer in Tianjin. Got to know Ritz is a must stay in the old square of the city. Booked a Balcony garden view luxury room for one night only. I had some free time to take a walk in town and found the hotel super close to the riverside historic financial district where the late 19th and early 20th century bank buildings are located. Room was super clean; breakfast was good; because of Covid-19, not many stayed residents and overall its pretty quiet. The staff was friendly but they still got some room to improve their service quality to supreme. I enjoyed the stay quite much.

Good stuff, nice services, pick up form airport and drop

There's really not much to be said: absolute perfection, everything. The service was fantastic - we lost one bag in a train station and they got it back for us - so thank you to the fantastic concierge and bellboy team who saved our holiday! We stayed in the Suite, beautiful room, some of the best restaurants in the town actually inside the hotel, 100% great and recommended!

Overall the experience is very good. The staff is helpful and willing to do more for you. However, there were some mosquitoes in the bathroom and I found that some died mosquitoes in the bathroom. It should be improved the hygiene. For the location, it’s quite close to the TianJin airport which is very convenience for the logistics. For the breakfast, the type of food are standard, not many Tianjins’ signature there.

We were in town for business. Got a great rate for this hotel through Hotels.com. Was unexpectedly underwhelmed by the hotel. It’s due for a little TLC; our room was somewhat tattered around the edges and our entire floor smelled terribly like horses.

A very elegant hotel with exceptional staff. For such a nice hotel, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The Club was awesome, with personalized service. This is one of my favorite hotels in which I have stayed in the last few years.

모든 직원들이 친절하며 호텔관리도 잘되어있습니다. 어린이 손님을 위해 객실담당자의 손그림과 손글씨로 작성된 예쁜카드, 웰컴스낵 및 놀잇감 그리고 객실용품(어린이용 칫솔치약, 슬리퍼,가운)이 준비되어있어 아이가 좋아했습니다. 그러나 타 5성급 호텔에비해 침대사이즈가 성인2,어린이1명이 사용하기에 좀 작은듯 느껴졌습니다. 호텔근처에 걸물이 예뻐 걷기좋고, 걸어서 갈수있는 쇼핑몰이있어 편리했습니다.
