. A chair to sit will be helpful. A water heating kettlewith coffeee and Tea saches must be made available as the hotel does not have room service. Need to go down to restraunt to get cofee . A restrant opens at 067:30, went to a tea stall acrooss the road to get coffee. Small water bottoe were avialble. Min 1 L water bottles must be availbale. TV / Tata Sky did not work. They tries to repair it but was not sucessfull.

The door on the bathroom needs to be painted as it was totally stained and ugly. The showerhead also was stained. There was no hanger on the bathroom door to hang a towel. The wardrobe was very dusty and dirty.

1. Room doesnt have the door stopper, so often we end up closing the door with keys inside. 2. Its a 3 star hotel, they should replace the towels & Toiletries and clear the dust bins daily without asking. 3. Atleast for elders they can serve the food to their room from the restaurant. 4. The toilet basin was leaking all the time, we need close the nob below the washbasin to stop the water and every time we need to open the nob below to get the water and close it once used. It was annoying. 5. Car parking is very limited. So we often endup parking in a nearby government parking. It is not comfortable while travelling with kids and elders.

Reviewed Jul 9, 2026We loved the stay at Hotel Deepam. It was centrally located with important places around. The staff were friendly and took good care of all the guests. Their food at Shri Sangeetha was exceptional.
The parking was at the basement and the gate was very narrow. So when there is heavy traffic on the road, it was becoming very difficult to drive the car down to the basement.

Place was ideal location for us. But hotel cleanliness was not up to the mark. And i have face uses regarding car parking , when we came in the night there was no car parking to park in the basement. Staff said only limited car parks, i have to leave my car in the street. I thought of cancelling the hotel. Since along with family i cant able to take any rash decisions. Its quite heavy traffic area, Car parking was very narrow its very difficult to park and take the vehicle out.

Reviewed Jun 22, 2026This hotel location is the key. All main attraction, bus stop, trian station, provided standard breakfast from sangeetha Restaurant. I frequently use the local bus. The bus stop right outside the hotel. Pothys and Chennai Silk is walking distance. I even walk to uchi pillayar temple early in the morning. Staff helpful.

Reviewed Jun 20, 2026Deepam hotel is located in the centre of Trichy. From here you can visit Rockfort temple by foot (around 500 mtrs from the hotel). There is Shri Sangeetha restaurant outside the hotel which is very good. There are big clothes shops around like Pothys, Ramraj etc.

He said no room service available for food delivery and only we need to go and get it from nereby hotel. There was facility written in your description on the room having coffee preparation but nothing was provided in the room. Overall it was very bad experience on the stay.
